Souban laughed and shook her head. Helmet had been up within hours. Still...there were things that were done different... the sorceress scowled and dropped the bag. She sighed, and conceded. "Fine. Just today...I don't know if that high priest will return. Doubtful, burning don't know..."

Isoteph nodded and sat down. Of course he was trying to stall as much as he could to figure out a way out of this, but it had to at least sound logical when he made up some excuse-and he was still a bit dizzy so that much was true.

"People don't usually come around at night...once it gets dark I'll be leaving...you stay here...I'll be putting some enchantments on the door ways..."Souban warned, watching the male warily. She'd given Member too much rein. She wouldn't make the same mistake. Isoteph would know he was her prisoner.

"I shall rest where I was meant to spend eternity" Isoteph replied with a bit of a glare, "This is not meant to be my prison but my palace."

"You will obey!"Souban snapped. "Get that through your head now. I will make sure you obey. If you don't, you won't have an easy afterlife...ill throw you into the sea weighed down with stones and let you choke on water..."

"There's no need to get snippy, woman." Isoteph replied evenly, "I was merely pointing out that I have no cause to leave this place unless you request it."

Souban didn't respond, moving further back in the tomb. She drug a blanket from the sarcophagus behind her, and left her light. Though she could barely see, Souban was able to dump three bodies unto the mat. The limbs had begun: the children were difficult to move. Once done, they were wrapped, and the female drug the bundle near the entrance. Eventually, the covered pile was moved, and Souban settled in a rather ornate throne placed in the tomb. "What will be the easiest way to place me on the throne, do you think?"

"There isn't a way, you have no relation to me" Isoteph replied simply as he lay back against a wall, "the people will never accept you."

"...I could be portrayed as a long lost sister. With your daughter married and your son sent off or whatever, your people wouldn't have much of a choice..."

"I doubt it would work." he stated simply, "they would rebel."

"Rebellions can be squashed." Souban dismissed that easily. "How can we get your son out of the picture safety? I would hate for him to get hurt."

"Just let me talk to him" Isoteph replied, "I can convince him to leave."

"Fine."Souban agreed. "But I will be present, understand?"Souban finally smiled. "I've waited for such a long time for all this. What will you do with Malum?"

"Last I knew I had given orders for his death warrant" Isoteph replied stiffly, "I do not see a reason to change that."

Souban nodded and grinned again. "Your daughter? I doubt she will be happy to have it reinstated..."

"She never should have gotten it removed in the first place." Isoteph scoffed, "that thief is obviously just using her for something. She will see that I am right in time."

"We don't have a lot of time."Souban stated evenly. "So what will you about her?"

"Why are you in such a rush?" he questioned, "They will listen to me. It's nothing to worry about."

"Because I've waited too long already!"Souban snapped with venom.

It was rather late, so Souban drug the bag out of the tomb, and enchanted the entrance, locking the male inside. The bag was drug to the Nile, where Souban weighed it with rocks. Magic was used to.lift it into the middle of the vast river, and it dropped with a loud splash. Still, the night was silent, and the few late fisherman were miles away. If anyone heard the sound, they would assume a crocodile caught a snack. Souban watched the water saturate the mat, and eventually it sunk. There was a glint from her teeth as she smiled into the darkness before going back.

Inside the pyramid, Souban settled unto the ground, falling asleep quickly.

(I figured I needed to mention all that, so that was my skip. So you wanna do anything for the morning? Or should I do that as well?)

While Souban was out Isoteph stood immediately. He was already feeling much better and he had work to do now. There was no way he would just play along and let her take over Egypt. There wouldn't be a way to protect his children from her if she succeeded. So the old pharaoh found his old bandages and some charcoal from the torch. He wrote a letter of warning and advice to his son and then he rolled up the bandage and slipped it up his sleep for safe keeping while he settled in to wait for morning.

Souban woke early. Her body still felt strange: lighter and a bit fuzzy. But there was work and.plans to take care of. Happily, she nudged the old Pharaoh with her foot. "Wake up. Time to head to the palace."

Asima had fallen asleep in Lakar's old quarters. From the search long ago, almost everything that was dangerous had been set away. Other than the burns on her hand from an exploding paper, Asima's search went uninterrupted. She'd tried to look all night, but sometime near dawn had settled down to read a missive before her eyes shut.
