Alex didn't mind that Winzer stayed up all night. Well... Actually he did. But he wasn't going to complain about it. After all, it was the guard's job.

The morning lit came in to the creaks of the close and locked shettlers and soon William would be knocking on the door,

Alex cuddled closer to Winzer, not wanting to move away from him quite yet.

Winzer didn't want to be parted from Alex but when the knock would come he would have to fine a way out of his princes grip.

Alex kept a tight grip on Winzer, not wanting him to move away.

The knock had not could it was well over due now. some thing was up winzer just knew it. He held on to Alex tightly to keep him safe.

Alex smiled lightly in his sleep, liking having Winzer so close. He didn't even notice that there seemed to be something might be wrong.

Soon it it got closer to 10am and still no knock at the door. He wonder where william was but he ketp holding on to his prince.

By that point in time, Alex was slowly starting to wake up. "What time is it?" he asked, rubbing the sleep from his eyes.

Winzer finally let go of Alex as he started to wake up. "I like a few hours from noon." He said not tottally sure on the time. He moved over his eye patch back to the other side.

Alex nodded, looking around. "Where's William?" he asked. Where was his other guard?

"I have no idea. I had you cling to me and I did not dare leave you to check. But I am worried he has never been this late before." Winzer said,

Alex frowned and sat up. "We should go look for him then."

"I agree we should but you need to get dressed." He slipped out of bed and looked to Alex to get ready. "Your to stay very close to me ok?"

Alex nodded and get in got out of bed. He went over to his dresser and pulled out some clothes, getting dressed quickly.

Winzer watched him even those Alex was shy. "I know you would rather me look away but some thing wrong here so I'm not looking away today."

Alex nodded, a blush spreading across his face as he got changed.

Ok maybe Winzer was going a little far there but he like the view he got even if he used the danger as an excused to look at Alex while he changed.

Alex turned to look at Winzer once he was fully dressed. "I'm ready to go." he said. Misa meowed and jumped off the bed, wanting to follow along. |
Winzer moved Alex behind him as he slowly open the door it seemed fine out there but there was no seen of William. Once he was sure it was safe he let alex out of the room and locked the door as they headed the hall next to each other. "We will check the kitchen then the bed room."

Alex picked Misa up, holding her close. He didn't want her to get locked in the room all by herself. He nodded as he walked with Winzer. "Sounds good to me." He really hoped nothing bad happened to William. That would make him feel awful.

The check the kitchen but he was not there the cook said he had not seen he all morning. So he took Alex to his bedroom and did the serect knocked. Through the door you could hear a loud sneeze.

Alex frowned lightly when the didn't find William in the kitchen. Where could he be? Surely, he wouldn't have left without saying anything to anyone... Right? Relief filled him as they reached the room and he heard the sneeze. But wait.. Did that mean the guard was sick. Alex looked at Winzer, worried. "Is he alright?"

Slowly a reply kncok on the other side came and William oepn the door he looked terrible. He most have a fever it look like.

Alex frowned. This wasn't good. He hated seeing William sick like this. "You should lay back down."
