"Not so far inland," Ayama said turning around to see what they had to work with."But not too close to the beach that is in trouble of being flooded."

Maoko shook his head. "I'll be fine Suki, really." Then he turned to Ayama. "right...well then, you ladies rest and I'll see what can be done. Just don't let Kuro die"

Suki looked at maoko, she knew he wasn't fine but she let it drop...for now.

"Now which of you lovely ladies is in the best condition?"

" Me...definitely me and sanoko"

Sanoko nodded. "Yes I'm in better shape and suki seems to be too."

"Well I only need to take one of you so the other can stay here with Ayama and Kuro."

"Well since Suki passed out earlier. Maybe I should be the one to go." Sanoko said.

Maoko nodded. "Good point. Alright then, Suki, you stay here and rest. Sanoko, you go with me"

Ayama opened her mouth twice to say something, that she didnt want to sit next to someone she cared about taht could be dying, that she was fit as ever to help. But instead she sighed in defeat and let the others battle it out as she plopped down on the ground and pulled her knees to her body looking out at the horizen.

Sanoko nodded and walked over to Maoko. She could be very helpful in getting the things needed.

Maoko put his arm around Sanoko and led her off to find material for the shelter.

Sanoko didn't do anything when Maoko put his arm around her she just let him do it. She walked a head of him when saw something they could use. It was some large leaves.

Ayama glanced over at Suki.
"Hey." She asked with no emotion in her voice. "Are you scared?" |
Maoko just stared at the girl then whispered. "Beautiful.." His face turned red as he shook his fiercly. "I mean....great."

Sanoko looked at him thinking she heard him say something else. She just shook it off and smiled. "Now we need some wood or something like that."

Maoko nodded. "Leave that to me deary, I can handle what your little body can't lift."

"My body ain't little like you're implying. I can left some heavy things, but ok." she said as she went collecting more leaves.

"Well I wouldn't want you to get hurt Sanoko" He smirked over at the girl. Then Maoko began gathering up some logs that he would have to carry one by one to the area they were gonna make the shelter at.

" No...i'm not"

"Ok. Well I just pick up the fire wood." she said and began picking up sticks. She had all she could carry and began walking to where they would be setting it up.

Maoko carried a rather heavy log to the sight and winced at the pressure it was putting on his leg, but he refused to let Sanoko help him with it.

"Im not either." She said still staring out at the water, not caring that she was flashing all kinds of fish. "Well, kinda. Im mostly scared for everyone else. I dont do well with death." Her eyes flicked down at Kuro and Kashi before resuming their old location.

(( Kashi isn't there yet. Unless you really want him to be. ))
Sanoko watched as Maoko carried the log. It seemed like he needed help, but knew he wasn't going to let her help. |
Maoko glanced at Sanoko and smiled slightly. "Ya know, you look good for a girl that was practically washed ashore." He smiled a bit at her.
