Leane froze in her tracks as she looked at Gina. "Please tell me I didn't just hear you right," Leane said icily as she looked at Gina. "You are such a slut."

"Leane, don't." Jenny whispered as she looked over at Jack. "Maybe it's not what you think? Maybe Jake's a brother?"

"Oh I doubt that. See Matt? I told you she was no good. She's nothing but a lying, cheating slut who I will never like."

"Lee... Let her explain," Jenny said softly, always one to give second chances and hear people out.

Gina felt her back bristle as Jack approached. "Its true isn't it?" He asked with his eyes so heartbroken, Gina's own heart fell to pieces at her feet.

"Jack, no." She said softly though her boyfriend, maybe ex-boyfriend was storming down the hill.

"You stupid, nosy bitch." Gina lashed out as she glared at Leane. "Who do you think you are? Jake is my cousin who lives a few towns over. He does awesome glass work that Jack always loved when we visited so I wanted to get one for him for his birthday next week. But now I don't even know if he'll talk to me again!" Gina roared with anger, her fists shaking at her side. "I try to play nice around you but all you'll ever be is a rich, stuck up princess who is incapable from seeing anything beyond the tip of your nose!" She finished as she took off down the hill, praying Jack hadn't left yet.

"Lee..." Ben sighed as he shook his head. "Gina wasn't cheating. She told me about asking Jake for a glass figure for Jack. I know you may not like her but she's not that kind of girl." He said softly, putting an arm around Jenny's waist.

Knowing exactly what Leane was about to do, Jenny slipped out of Ben's arms and clasped Leane's wrist with both hands, "Lee, no.. Don't.."

"Jen, come on. I'm just what she says, I jump to conclusions because I can't stand her. Please tell me you thought the same thing."

"I did, but you know me, I can't jump to conclusions, it's not in my nature," Jenny said with a small smile. "Come on, stay.. Please?"

"No, I've already ruined a perfectly good night, I don't need to ruin it more by being here. I'll see you guys later. Don't worry about me, Matt, you stay here alright? I'll see you tomorrow at school," Leane said with a small, quivering smile as she gave his hand a gentle squeeze, "I'm sorry I did it again."

Heading down the cliff, slipping a couple of times, Leane wipes the tears from her eyes as her stomach pained with hurt and remorse. About half way down, Leane tripped on a root she didn't see and tumbled down about 3-4 feet.

"Bollocks," Leane whispered as she leaned back against a nearby tree and just sat there for a bit, not wanting to move.

"How I fell in love with such a tempermental, half-crazed, beautifully imperfect girl I will never know." Matthew said wistfully. "But I can't regret a moment of it. I'll see you guys later, alright?" He asked before disappearing down the hill to find his girlfriend. It didn't in fact take long as a crying teenage girl on the side of a path is hard to miss.

"Lee? Hey, just relax alright. Are you hurt?" Matthew asked softly as he sat beside her and put both arms around her shoulders, noting her disheveled appearence.

"And then there were two." Ben shrugged sadly as he put both arms around Jenny's waist. "Do you still want to stay?" He asked, his tone making it obvious that he wished she would.

Turning away from him, out of his embrace, Leane nodded as she wiped the tears from her eyes, leaving muddy streaks on her cheeks, "Yes, I'm alright. Why aren't you with Jenny and Ben? He's going to kill you for leaving.. You should go back, you haven't hung out in awhile because of me. I'm alright, I promise."

"Of course I do," Jenny said with a laugh as she placed a tender kiss upon his lips. "Lee will be alright, she always is. Besides, Matt's gone after her, so she can't kill her self too bad going down the cliff, right?"

Wrapping her arms around his waist, resting her cheek upon his chest, Jenny sighed as she snuggled into his frame. "Do you think Gina and Jack will be okay? It really wasn't Leane's fault for misunderstanding.. I mean, after what Gina and I were talking about earlier, I sort of jumped to the same conclusion in a sense.. Grant it, I didn't say anything, but still.. If she's at fault the so am I," Jenny added softly as she clasped her hands at the small of his back. "Are you angry with me?"

"You are most certainly not alright and you're silly for thinking I'd believe that and leave you here." Matthew said simply as he moved closer to Leane and put both hands around her waist as his lips brushed her ear. "I'm always here for you, Leane. Don't push me away." He urged softly.

"What a strange question." Ben mused without an answer before leaning forward and giving her lips a tender kiss. "You worry far too much, Jenny. We'll have to fix that." He said teasingly between kisses. "And yes, I think Gina and Jack will be okay. He's just scared of losing her but we've all been friends for too long for them to walk away over this." He assured her.

"I'm sorry," Leane whispered as she leaned back into his embrace, "I'm so sorry.. For everything.. This is all my fault, again.. I always do this.. It's not fair to you, nor them." Sighing, Leane held the tree as she stood up out of Matt's embrace. "Look, I'd better go before the mob starts coming after me with pitchforks," Leane said with a small laugh, "And you'd better be getting back before Ben has my head," Leane added as she stumbled away from the tree, her foot causing her to fall back to the ground. "Bloody ankle," Leane hissed as she sat down and slipped off her shoe.

"Good.. I would hate to see them break up.. Gina seems to really like him," Jenny said with a warm smile as she placed a tender kiss upon his lips. "And I may worry far too much, but at least one of us does Mr. Carefree Newvine," Jenny murmured teasingly between warm kisses, "Besides, you know that's one of the reasons you love me."

"Leane. Stop." Matthew said firmly as he whipped quickly to kneel in front of her, lifting her leg by the shin to inspect her foot. "I love you. And you can't push me away like this, okay?" He asked, almost desperate. "We promised each other we wouldn't leave and we're not starting now. So just let me get you to a doctor's." He urged as he scooped up Leane in his arms, not bothering with her shoe left behind as he walked her the rest of the way down the hill and set her in the passenger's seat of his car. Moving to the driver's seat, Matthew pulled away from the base of the hill and drove towards the nearest hospital.

"Hmm one of many." Ben agreed into Jenny's lips before taking a moment to allow his tongue a small exploration of her mouth. "Come with me." He urged as he carefully led Jenny to the edge and sat with his feet dangling, patting the ground for Jenny to sit beside him.

"Matt, I swear, I'm alright," Leane whispered as she wiped the tears from her eyes, her jaw clenching at the pain. "I wasn't trying to push you away," Leane added as she reached over to Matt, her fingertips lightly clutching the hem of his jacket as she looked up at him through her tear-swollen eyes, "I just.. I don't want Ben being angry with you for leaving him, yet again, because I screwed things up. I'm sorry for making you worry.."

Sitting beside Ben, Jenny wrapped her arms around his securely, burying her face in his side, refusing to look down. "Promise you won't let me fall?" Jenny whispered as she shifted closer to him.

"Ben isn't angry with you." Matthew assured her. "He was only telling you what happened because Gina wasn't particularly articulate at the moment." He said as he pulled into the parking lot at the hospital. "But you shouldn't have gone down that hill by yourself." He frowned as he looked over at his girlfriend and cupped her face in both of her hands. "I need to keep you safe, Leane." He murmured quietly.

"I promise." Ben grinned as he put both arms around Jenny and rested his chin on her head. "Its okay to look down though. Its quite the view." He said as he looked over at the city lights.

Leaning over, Leane placed a long, tender kiss upon her lips, "I know. I'm sorry for making you worry about me, and making you follow after me, and for making you drive me to the hospital," Leane added with a small laugh between kisses. "I love you, Matthew Sommers."

Jenny peeked one eye out and looked out over the city. Turning her head so that her cheek was resting upon the side of his chest, Jenny smiled as she saw the house lights twinkling, the cars driving, the traffic lights switching.. It really was a pretty sight to watch from the top of the cliff. "It's beautiful," Jenny murmured with a warm smile as she snuggled closer to Ben, happy that he was sharing this moment with her.

"I love you too, Leane. That's why you have to be safe for me. I can't handle having you broken." He smiled before slipping out of the car and walking around to bend and lift Leane into his arms, striding towards the hospital doors.

"Told you so." Ben mused as he placed kisses along Jenny's hairline before reaching the very tip of her ear and placing a solid kiss there as well. "I love you, Jenny." He smiled into her hair as his lips continued their kisses.

"But just think. If I'm broken, you'll have more of me to love," Leane offered with a laugh as her fingertips dug into his shoulders. "Matt.. My leg hurts the more you move it.." Leane whispered as she buried her face in his neck, trying to her best not to cry.

"Well aren't you a Mr. Know-it-all," Jenny laughed as she leaned into his kisses, her eyes closing as her lips formed into a warm smile. "I love you too, Ben. Very, very much," Jenny whispered before capturing his lips in a few long, sweet kisses, "So very much.."

"I'm sorry." Matthew frowned as he slowed his pace to keep her from jostling too much. "I need you to promise me that you won't go falling down hills anymore." He said as he walked between the automated doors and to the front desk of the emergency room.

"What's happened?" The nurse asked as she eyed the young couple walking in on her late shift.

"I think she's broken her ankle when she tripped." Matthew explained and was ushered into a small white room with Leane still in his arms before placing her on the starch white bed.

Ben didn't have a response as his hand reached her neck, pulling her forward to deepen their kiss. "We should come up here more often." He mused more to himself as he caught Jenny's lower lip between both of his and teased it slightly.

Leane frowned as she caught herself in the reflection of the metal. "Oh Matt... I look vile.. Will you get me wet paper towels so I can try and look a bit presentable? Oh.. and I'm getting this bed absolutely wrecked," Leane said through her tears as she looked down at herself.

"This day cannot possibly get any worse. First, Kurt tries to pull down my pants, then we have to tell Josh, then I get woken up by Jenny texting me, and now I have a busted ankle and I'm a disheveled wreck. Please tell me I don't have leaves or a twig in my hair?" Leane asked helplessly through her tears as she leaned back on the propped up bed, trying to keep focus away from the nurse placing pillows under her ankle to keep it propped up.

"I like that idea", Jenny murmured softly as she leaned him back onto the ground, slipping onto his waist as she leaned into his kisses. "Although, I don't think we'd get away with kissing with the rest of the gang here," Jenny added with a teasing laugh between kisses.

"You have plenty of leaves in your hair." Matthew mused with a teasing grin as his face hovered over her's. "But you're still extremely beautiful." He assured her as he leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on Leane's lips, his hand locking fingers with her's.

"Hmm we could distract them with something shiny?" Ben offered between kisses, one of his hands sliding into Jenny's hair as the other explored dangerous territory at her lower back despite his efforts to remain chaste in his affections.

"The doctor will be in in a few moments. Fill out the information on that clipboard and put it in the box on the wall outside the door, alright?" the nurse directed before leaving the room, shaking her head lightly.

Murmuring something of a "Sure", Leane leaned into Matt's kisses as gave his hand a gentle squeeze. After a few kisses, Leane rested her forehead against his with a warm smile, "I love you, but you really are terrible. Will you get all of the leaves out of my hair for me and clean my face off? I feel disgusting being so bloody dirty. And I can't imagine it's very nice kissing a girl with her face streaked with dirt."

"Mmm, that might work," Jenny murmured against his lips, her upper body shivering slightly as the cold wind hit her bare skin, goosebumps appearing on it as the wind kissed it. However, there was a bigger reason for her body trembling, and that was due to Ben's fingertips. "I love you," Jenny whispered as she leaned into his kisses, deepening them slightly as her tongue lightly caressed his lips, silently asking permission to enter.

"Its actually very nice." Matthew insisted though he went about wetting a paper towel and washing away the dirt from Leane's face. "You're quite good at kissing with or without dirt on your face." Matthew winked as he finished her face and went about removing leaves from her hair. "Though it is a bit nice to see the infamous Leane Supton all dirtied and not put together. Its quite the contrast from the princess everyone thinks you are." He teased playfully.

Ben didn't have the words for Jenny as his mouth parted, taking in her tongue which he batted at playfully with her own. "Are you cold?" Ben asked, noting Jenny's tremors as he laid her back against the grass and brought his lips to his jawline. "We can leave if you're not comfortable." He promised though his lips showed no signs of giving up soon as they continued their affection to the skin of her neck.

Leane laughed as she lightly punched his shoulder. "Jerk," Leane said with a grin before wrapped her arms around his neck and placing long, tender kisses upon his lips, "You'd best take a picture, love, because I assure you this is the last time I get this dirty for the rest of my life!"

"I'm perfectly fine," Jenny manged to whisper as her fingertips dug into his scalp and neck, pulling him closer to her as he leaned into his lips. "You're doing a wonderful job of warming me up," Jenny teased as she brought his lips back to hers, her arm wrapping around his neck as her other hand clutched his hair, "A very good job."

"As if you'd let me take a picture of you like this." Matthew winked before returning her kisses, his hands supporting him on either side of the bed by holding onto the metal rails.

"I'm sorry, Jenny." Ben sighed as he pulled away slightly though his body still lay firmly against Jenny's. "Too much?" He asked before ducking his lips to her neck to place soft kisses there as he waited for his breathing to slow to a normal pace again.

"Very true," Leane murmured against his lips between tender kisses. After awhile of kissing, Leane gave him one last long, tender kiss before leaning back into the pillows. "We'd best get that clipboard filled out with my medical information before the doctor gets here. I think he'll be a bit angry if anything serious is wrong and we're laying here kissing," Leane teased as she placed another tender kiss upon his lips. "Sit with me and fill it out?"

"A little, but I like it," Jenny admitted with a light blush as she leaned into his kisses, her breathing semi-returning to normal as well. "You don't have to apologize for making me want you, Ben. It's not exactly a bad thing," Jenny whispered teasingly in his ear before nibbling it gently, alternating with kisses. "I love you."

"Where else am I going to go?" Matthew asked without expecting an answer as he walked over to the door and picked up the clipboard. With it in hand, Matthew returned to the bed and pulled up a chair alongside as to not disturb Leane's foot before beginning filling out the basic information. "Alright here's the ones I don't know." Matthew said as he rattled off a few questions about her medical history, pen posed in hand.

"I love you too, Jenny." Ben whispered as he hovered over her with his forehead on her's. "That's why I want to take things slow. I really like being able to kiss you without feeling pressured to make it into something more no matter how tempting it is or how unmanly that makes me sound." Ben smiled a shy smile before putting a kiss on Jenny's lips.

Answering them, Leane yawned as she leaned back in the sheets, regretting it almost instantly as she moved her leg. "Bloody hell.. I blame you for carrying me up there and not letting me know there were roots on the path," Leane teased with a laugh as she reached out her hand for his. "Have you ever fallen on the path before? It's so scary.. I fell nearly four feet before I was able to catch myself. My back must be all scratched up," Leane said with a frown before caressing her stomach with her other hand, her eyes filling with tears as she looked up into his eyes, "If I am pregnant.. Do you think I've..."

"It doesn't sound unmanly what so ever, I assure you. I'm very happy to hear you feel as I do. I want things to go slow, but I also like feeling like this when I'm with you. It makes me know it's for real, that I'm not dreaming," Jenny said with a warm smile as she caressed his cheek. "I'm not looking for more right now, I just want to be with you and be happy kissing you. So don't feel as if you're being pressured, because I assure you that's not my intention.

"If it makes you uncomfortable, however, we can stop and I'll take you home if you wish. After all, I doubt you'd still want to stay the night, feeling this way," Jenny added with a scarlet blush as she looked up at Ben, "I'm sorry I made you think I was looking for more than just kissing.. I didn't mean to give you that impression and make you so uncomfortable."

"Lee, don't." Matthew warned as he set the finished clipboard aside and turned his attention to his girlfriend. "Don't even think like that. Even if you are pregnant the baby couldn't possibly have been developed enough to harm it when you stumbled." He reasoned as he took both of her hands in his. "Don't let your mind go there, darling. You'll only drive yourself insane." He said with a humorless smile.

"I didn't think you were trying to seduce me." Ben winked at his girlfriend with a low chuckle. "I only want to make sure you're comfortable and I didn't want to take things too far. Now stop worrying and kiss me." He laughed with a poke at Jenny's side before bringing their lips back together in chaster kisses.

Leane nodded as she wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her face in his chest, "I know.. I just.. I can't help it... Until I know for sure... I.."

Before Leane could even finish her sentence, not that she was going to anyway, the doctor entered the room and picked up the clipboard. "Okay, you must be Leane. Have a bit of a fall did we? We'll see about getting that looked at. And you are?" the doctor asked as he looked at Matt.

"My boyfriend, Matt," Leane explained as she leaned back on the bed and looked at the doctor, taking Matt's hand in hers and linking their fingers together once more.

"I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave while I look her over and make sure there's nothing else wrong," the doctor explained.

"I'd prefer he stayed."

"But only-"

"I prefer. He stayed," Leane said icily as she looked at the doctor, then looking at the clipboard before her gaze returned to the doctor's face.

"Ah. I see. He may stay," the doctor assured Leane with a warm smile, not having noticed her last name when he skimmed over the clipboard. He he read it sooner, he would have realized that she was a Supton, the family who contributed to the hospital the most and paid for all of their new equipment.

"I'm going to have to ask you to take off your clothes, but you may keep your undergarments on. Put this gown on and I'll be back in a bit. Just open the door when you're finished," the doctor instructed before leaving the room to read the rest of the clipboard.

"I'm perfectly comfortable, and you needn't worry about taking it too far. I trust you. So, it will be my pleasure to stop worrying and kiss you," Jenny murmured against his lips as she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer to her. "I love you."
