Setting her nearly finished drawing down, along with her colored pencils, Leane sat on her knees facing Matt. Putting her hand between their lips, Leane grinned, "Nope! No kissing. You complained about kissing me so much, so now you're rationed to one a day and you just filled you're quota," she teased with a wink, her hand still between their lips, blocking his from easily kissing hers.
"You really don't want to kiss me, Lee?" Matthew asked as he put on a sad face. "Well alright." He sighed as he pretended to think. "I'm sure there are plenty of other cheerleaders with poor tempers that dig through crates of old books." He pondered as he tapped his chin for effect. "If you truly don't want me anymore then is Kendra still available?" He teased.
Nodding as she turned back to her drawing and pretended to feel hurt and upset as she said softly, "Yes, she's still available. If you want her, she's in Math with Jenny right now. I'm sure she'd just love getting a chance to kiss you. If you want her more than me, then go find her. But," she added as she flashed a teasing grin over her shoulder and finished the drawing, "I'd much rather you stay here and kiss me instead. But only if you apologize for complaining and make it up to me."
"In that case then I'm very sorry, Leane." Matthew said as he wrapped his hand into Leane's hair to bring his lips to meet Leane's. Giving her a soft kiss, Matthew brought Leane closer to him as his lips moved faster against her's. "Forgive me?" He asked quietly between kisses, his hand wandering from her hair to her shoulder, to her waist and wrapped it to press against her back.
Leane nodded as she leaned against him and clutched the hem of his shirt while her other hand slid around his neck and into his hair. "Almost forgiven, but not quite," she whispered between kisses as she eagerly returned the kisses, her tongue slipping between his lips to gently caress his own.
Matthew returned her kisses eagerly as his fingers curled around the fabric of her shirt. Matthew couldn't bring his lips to leave Leane's as he brought his free hand to hold her hip firmly as he continued to kiss. Shifting them, Matthew laid Leane back onto her elbows, supporting her slightly, as he continued to kiss her with their lips never breaking. "Please, Lee?" He asked softly before sucking gently on her bottom lip.
Returning his kisses eagerly and with passion, Leane's leg wrapped around his as she whispered, "Maybe.. I'm still debating," she teased against his lips before resuming their kisses just as passionately as before, her tongue lightly caressing his.
Matthew leaned into their embrace as his hand moved up her lower back to between her shoulder blades as he pressed them closer together. The hand that Matthew rested on her hip slid upwards slightly as he slipped a few fingers under her shirt to caress the smooth skin underneath. "I love you, Lee." Matthew whispered softly against her lips. "More and more each day." He promised before resuming their kisses.
Moaning softly as his touch and his kisses, Leane eagerly returned his kisses as her fingertips dug into his skin. "You're forgiven," she whispered between kisses, "because I feel the exact same way about you."
Matthew smiled as he felt Leane's finger nails in his back. They'd probably leave a mark but he could've cared less as his hand traveled dangerously upwards.
At the ring of the bell, Matthew blushed as he removed his hand from Leane's shirt. "To be continued?" He asked as he stood, bringing Leane with him. |
Blushing Leane bent down and picked up her things before standing on her toes and placing a long, tender kiss upon his lips, "Definitely. Next art class?" she asked with a smile as they walked towards the school.
"Next art class." Matthew promised as he led Leane to her locker. Pulling Leane against him, Matthew gave her another tender kiss as he ignored a few disgusted stares. "I love you." He said softly as he fought back the memory of what he'd put into his bag that morning. Blushing at the very idea, Matthew leaned back against the locker next to her's.
Putting her art things away and taking out her History books, Leane closed her locker and leaned Matt back against the locker as she caressed his cheek with her hand. Placing a long, deep, tender kiss upon his lips, her tongue brushing against his softly, she whispered between kisses, "I love you too."
Matthew smiled as he returned her kiss before leading her to his own locker to grab his art things. His eyes fell on his backpack, causing his face to turn a brilliant red as he quickly grabbed his History book and shut his locker and led Leane to the History room.
Looking up at him curiously, Leane chuckled at his blush, "Matt, what's up with you? You've been blushing ever since we came inside.. What's wrong? Do I have anything in my hair? On my face? My clothes?" Leane asked as she semi-panicked and began checking herself over for any sign of embarrassment.
"Its not you." Matthew sighed. "I just...I'll explain later. When we're alone." He said quietly, a new blush rising to his cheeks as he took his usual seat in the History room and was immediately relieved when the teacher began to the lesson early.
Shaking her head slightly in confusion, Leane sighed as she listened to more dates and names to remember, which she's ultimately forget by the following week.
When class was over, Leane stretched before picking up her books and walked over to Matt's desk. Sitting up on his desk, Leane looked down at Matt and placed a light kiss on his forehead, "Why won't you tell me now?" |
"Lee." Matthew said, almost pleading. "There's people around." He said, kissing her forehead. "Tonight, love." He said as he led her out of the room and back to her locker.
"Fine, I'll wait to find out whatever it is," Leane said softly as she gave in and went to her locker. Sighing, as she put her books away and walked over to Matt's, leaning against the one beside his, "Are you staying after Daddy leaves for the airport? Or do you have to leave after dinner tonight? Speaking of food, what's for lunch today?" Leane asked, the thought of food immediately brightening her mood.
"You're father's leaving after dinner?" Matthew asked, his nerves humming as he realized that was exactly what he wanted and was suddenly what he was very frightened of. "I think there's chicken nuggets for lunch." He smiled as he brought Leane to his locker to put away his own books before leading her into the cafeteria where he immediately filled up a tray with food for the entire table of friends.
Leane nodded as she took a nugget from the tray and grabbed a Snapple from the counter, "Didn't I tell you? He has to leave for Tokyo. He has just enough time to stay for dinner and meet you before he has to leave to finish a business deal. He should be back in a few days, about the time Mom returns from London. And Josh won't be home tonight because he has a date with Kalli. And whenever he has a date with her, he doesn't come home 'til sometime the following afternoon," she added with a laugh.
Popping the nugget into her mouth, Leane payed for her Snapple, as well as half of the tray Matt had, and waited for Matt as she inquired softly, "So did you want to hang out after and watch a movie? Or did you have to be home by a certain time.." |
Matthew felt the blush creep to his cheeks as he took in what Leane had said. "I don't have a curfew tonight." He said as he ushered her to the table where Gena and Jack sat with Ben who was currently looking around for Jenny.
Jenny and Joanna entered the cafeteria just as Leane and Matt sat down. After buying waters from the line, they quickly made their way to the group and sat down. Sitting by Ben, Jenny place a tender kiss upon his lips as she teased, "Looking for me?"
Joanna sighed as she looked around at the couples sitting rather close to each other, "Boy do I feel like a fifth wheel." Leane blushed as she put her arm through Joanna's and put a nugget to her lips, "Chicken will make you feel better?" "Besides, you'll find someone Jo," encouraged Jenny, "You're a lot popular than I am and really pretty, so if I can get the guy I like to like me back, then I'm sure you can too." |
"Yeah, there's plenty of guys out there who would like to be with you." Matthew offered as he put a chicken nugget into his mouth.
"And some of them are actually pretty decent." Ben shrugged as he put his arm around Jenny's waist. |
Joanna laughed as she ate the chicken nugget, "Yeah yeah.. But I think Jen, Lee, and Gena all took the only decent guys out there."
Jenny and Leane both blushed as large smiles crept into their lips. "What can I say? Ben's one of a kind," said Jenny softly as she scooted closer to him and placed a tender kiss upon his cheek. |
