"Leane." Matthew chided as he broke their kiss. "How can you not think your beautiful?" He asked as he ran his fingers over the skin that was revealed to him. "You're gorgeous and anybody here will tell you that." He assured her.

Leane smiled as she placed a tender kiss upon his lips, "I've been told I'm beautiful my entire life.. It's only because I am a Supton and they don't wish to offend my parents. Why else would the socialites in my family's circle tell me I'm beautiful and with my hair streaked and with my piercings? They're not exactly features they generally approve of," Leane said with a small laugh.

"Just because your parents' friends don't approve doesn't mean that you're not beautiful." Matthew pointed out as he twirled his fingers around a hot pink strand of her hair. "You don't have to be a Barbie doll to be beautiful." He assured her.

Leane rolled her eyes playfully as she teased, "Does that mean I shouldn't show you the pictures of my younger years dearest? I'm afraid you'll find me quite the debutante black-haired barbie doll." Placing a long, tender kiss upon his lips, Leane smiled as she rested her forehead against his. "Thank you, for thinking me beautiful," Leane murmured softly against his lips between long, tender kisses.

"There's no need to thank me for stating facts." Matthew said before giving her long kiss. "I love you." He murmured against her lips just as the bell rang overhead. "I guess that's our cue." He sighed, disappointed as he moved to stand from the small, cushioned area.

Leane sighed as she laid back in the cushions and looked up at Matt, "Do we really have to go? It's nice up here.. and I don't really much rather stay here with you can to go History," Leane said with a warm smile as the speakers sounded with their principal's voice saying that the students were now being let out of the assembly and were to report to their 4th period class.

"Yes, we have to go." Matthew laughed as he took her hand and brought her to him. "We'll have plenty of time to be together outside of school." He promised as he started to lead her towards the metal door of the attic.

Leane laughed as they exited the attic. Linking their fingers together, Leane placed a tender kiss upon his cheek as they walked through the halls. "Did you want to hang out after cheering tonight?" Leane asked as she rested her cheek against his shoulder, "I'll have to call Josh and let him know what our plans are unless we're going to my house. Can you believe he didn't notice my bruise this morning?" Leane added with a laugh as she looked up at him, the bruise slightly showing even under all of the foundation she put over it.

Tucking a strand of hair behind her ear, Leane straightened out her dress as they walked, not caring her bun was in a bit of a wreck from their time in the attic as she rested her cheek back against his shoulder.

Matthew sighed softly, a bit of anger stil forming in the pit of his stomach at the mention of her bruise. Forcing his jaw to restrain from tightening, Matthew led Leane to her locker. "What did you want to do after school?" He asked, leaning against the locker next to her's, trying his best to hide his flash of anger.

Grabbing her History books, Leane shut her locker and pondered a bit, noticing his slight bit of anger and knowing the cause so deciding to let it go. "Hmm," Leane thought aloud as she led him to his locker and leaned against the one beside it. "Why don't we catch a late night movie after dinner?" Leane suggested as her thumb tenderly caressed his finger, their hand still linked together, "We can eat wherever you like, my treat."

"Anywhere is fine with me." Matthew said as he squeezed her hand gently, leading her to his own locker. "I'm going to run out of spots to take you soon if we keep going to where I usually hang." He laughed, shaking his head, as he took out his books.

Leane laughed as she stood on her toes and placed a long, tender kiss upon his lips, "Perhaps, but your hangouts are fun and new! Mine are stuffy and boring," Leane admitted with a small blush.

"But if you want, we can go to my favorite restaurant tonight? I know the cook and the owners so we won't have to make a reservation six weeks in advance and the cook will probably serve us something new that's off menu," Leane added with a small laugh.

"But if you don't mind, we could go there?" Leane suggested with a warm smile, "If you don't want to show me another hangout just yet, that is."

"We'll go to your place." Matthew smiled. "Now I can see all your fabulous connections." Matthew teased as he led Leane to the History room.

Laughing, Leane placed a long, tender kiss upon his lips before they entered the classroom as she teased, "Just make sure you don't get jealous, 'kay?" After sticking out her tongue teasingly with a wink, Leane placed another kiss upon Matt's lips before being stopped by Jenny.

"Lee, you missed it. We all got called in because of the rumors circulating about the old History teacher. Apparently she wasn't fired, but left on maternity! Talk about scandal. Now she's moving to New York to live closer to her new in-laws with her fiancee! Can you believe it? Pregnant before marriage? Jeeze, this high school is going to tear her to pieces with rumors now! The faculty thought it was bad before? Wait 'till they hear the trash talk!" Jenny said, pity and worry in her voice as she spoke.

Nearly choking as she head the news, Leane played it off as surprise as she looked up at Matt with pure horror in her eyes; thoughts of Saturday night flashing through her mind, flashes of what they'd talked about, flashes of their possible future circumstances here at high school flashing in her mind as Jenny spoke.

"Lee? You okay? You're pale.." Jenny whispered as she watched Leane, her eyes growing a bit wide.

Gulping back her fears, Leane manage to answer calmly, "Yeah, fine. Just feel wretched for her. People our age can be cruel, it's a shame she has to deal with it. I truly hope she never has to hear it," Leane added with a sad smile as she made her way to her seat, nearly shaking as she set her books down, her eyes quite blank as her mind sort of 'left' and roamed to thoughts of the doctor's appointment and what was to come if she were pregnant.

Matthew let out a low sigh as he overheard Jenny, watching Leane carefully. Its going to be okay... He assured himself. Everything is going to be okay... He chanted as the new History teacher lectured on about their lesson. Nearly jumping out of his seat at the bell, Matthew gathered his books and walked over to Leane. "Its going to be alright, love." Matthew said under her breath as he kissed her cheek.

Leane nodded slowly, barely registering his voice as she lifted her untouched books and walked out of the classroom as if in a daze.

Reaching her locker, Leane paused after putting her books inside, grasping the top shelf with her left hand as her other hand cradled her stomach; her forehead resting upon the back of her left hand as her eyes closed.

Taking a deep breath and slowly exhaling, Leane tried to calm her nerves before lunch.

"I'm sorry.." Leane whispered, not even knowing if Matt were there to hear her.

"Lee..." Matthew said softly as he put his arms around her waist and cradled her to his chest. "Its going to be alright, love. You have nothing to be sorry for." He promised as he pulled her into a warm hug, his chin resting on her shoulder. "If anyone should be sorry here its me."

Holding him tight, Leane rested her cheek against his chest as she sighed. "Matt, don't... You needn't be sorry.. It's not your fault," Leane whispered as her eyes began to water, the shock washing away though she continued to shake, "It's mine.."

"No its not, Leane." He promised as he rubbed her back gently, wishing that she would stop blaming herself for him ruining her life. "You have nothing to blame yourself for. I guess my self control isn't as perfect as you cracked it up to be." He smiled softly into her hair.

Leane laughed softly as she sighed, "Matt.. Your self control is perfectly fine.. I'm the one who started everything and didn't even bother to pay attention.. If it weren't for me, you wouldn't be in this mess," Leane whispered as she buried her face in his shirt and took another deep breath to calm her nerves.

"Leane..." Matthew murmured as he ran his hands tenderly over her back. "This is not your fault." He said gently in her ear as he pressed her closer against him. "Please, love. Please believe me when I tell you that you've done nothing wrong. I love you and I hate to see you unhappy." He said, a bit of fear raking him that she would turn her blame on himself but realized that he'd rather she blame him then herself.

"I'm not unhappy," Leane whispered as she hugged him close, "I love you, Matt, and despite what has happened you still love me too. How can I possibly be unhappy?" Looking up at him, Leane offered a small smile as a tear spilled from her eye and rolled down her cheek.

Reaching up to caress his cheek tenderly, Leane stood on her toes to place a long, tender, passionate kiss upon Matt's lips, her tongue slipping between his lips to caress her own, "I love you so much, Matthew Sommers, nothing will change that. Not rumors, not talk, not this school, not society - not even my family can tear me from you. I'll love you even after my very last breath, haven't you learned that yet? Nothing you can ever do will change that. And being pregnant? Matt, even if I am, I'm not going to blame you or hate you for it, I promise you."

"If you're so concerned about me then why are you blaming yourself?" Matthew asked as he wiped the tear from Leane's cheek. "Do you have any idea how horrid it is for me to watch you blame yourself for something that isn't your fault?" Matthew asked before giving her lips a soft kiss.

"But it is," Leane whispered against his lips as she rested her forehead against his, still standing on her toes as she pressed against him. Her fingertips grasping his shirt, Leane sighed as she continued softly, "It's my fault for taking your life from you like this. I'm really sorry Matt.. For everything I have already caused you, and everything I will surely cause you in the near future.. What will your friends think," Leane whispered as she buried her face in his chest once more, thankful the halls were clear and everyone was in lunch; or so she thought.

Little did the couple know, Kurt was just around the corner and heard nearly every word. Though he did not year everything, he heard enough to find out that Leane was pregnant with Matthew Sommers child; and that was all he needed to know as he slipped away down the hall to start circulating the news, hoping this would ruin the both of them and would finally get them back for what they had done to not only him but his pride and standing as well.

"My friends will know that I'm with someone I love and that I won't let anything come between us." Matthew tenderly as he caressed her cheek. "Leane, please. Please stop blaming yourself for somethign I've done." He begged, his voice weak as his eyes pressed closed angrily. "I can't listen to you take the blame for something that is not your fault." He said, his fingers curling slightly as he tried to calm his temper.

Ben's face contorted in anger as the rumors spread through the cafeteria like wildfire. Standing from the table, Ben stormed through the cafeteria doors with Jack close behind him. "Who started this?" Ben asked, turning on Jack.

"Its hard to tell with Leane and Matt. They're both kind of eager." Jack laughed, trying to put some humor into the situation.

"I meant the rumors." Ben said though he couldn't hide the smile that reached his lips. "I bet it was Kurt." He said, rolling his eyes angrily.
