Benjamin protested but before he could do much of anything he was in his room and heard Scarlett. He felt devistated when he heard her say that she was going to leave. Panic started to fill him and he felt like he couldn't breath. He went into a fetal position and tried to breath and calm down but he couldn't. Ma looked at Scarlett and listened to her. She knew that she made her son happy but she wasn't to sure about it. She then sighed as she came to a conclusion and looked at Scarlett, "I know if I agree to this my soon will probably die from it. So even if I dont like it I will let you stay but on one condition. YOu cant touch him or anything. He can be close to you and you can talk to him but you cant touch. THe only girl that is suppose to touch him is Ashley. If he decides that he wants to be with you only then can you touch him. But that is only when he says to Ashley that he wants to break up. Do you think that is fair for now?" she asked as she looked at her.

"Yes that's very fair Mrs. Winter! Thank you for this second chance.." She said, giving her a hug. She then went back to Benjamins room and saw how he looked as if she couldn't breath. She kneeled down beside him. "Ben I'm allowed to stay.. please calm down." She whispered, massaging his shoulders. "Though i'm not allowed to touch you i'm pretty sure comforting you is allowed. " She whispered.

Benjamin smiled when he heard her and took comfrot when he felt her hands on his shoulders. He took deep breaths and soon his heart beat started to slow and he was able to calm down. He leaned against her slightly and sighed, "Glad you can stay, if you wouldn't I have no idea if I could take that." he said and ment it. He had let her slip into his heart very quickly and he didn't want to lose her. "I am sure that this is allowed." he said softly.

"Okay. How about you get dressed and i'll go to my room and get dressed.. then could I meet Ashley? You could say i'm your cousin from New York or something.. just i'd like to meet her." She said, raising an eyebrow at him and standing up. She helped him up and stretched her arms. "You should ask her to meet you at the diner since my shift starts in two hours anyways. That way I could eat before shift." She said, smiling.

Benjamin nodded when he heard her and smiled as he got to his feet. He then looked at her, "are you sure that you want to?" he asked but knew that she wanted to and nodded. "okay. Sounds like a good idea to me. I will call her and tell her to met us there." he said as he looked at her and was glad that he could be with her. Even if he couldnt' touch her he was gald to be close to her.

Scarlett nodded. "Kay, i'll go change." She said, heading out of his room and into hers. She shut the door behind her and change into a sapphire blue dress that had no sleeves and then slid on a black cardigan jacket, but left it unbuttoned. She then put a blue bow in her hair and slipped on her black ballet styled shoes, then grabbed her bag with her work clothes and went into the hallway. "Ready Ben!" She called, leaning against the wall.

Ben smiled at her and then pulled on some jeans and a button up shirt. He quickly brushed his teeth and then smiled when eh heard Scarlett. He walked out to her and smiled at Scarlett, "you look beautiful." he said and wanted to kiss her but knew he couldn't. NOt untill he completely broke up with Ashley and made it clear that he wanted to be with Scarlett.

Scarlett took his hand and led him outside to his motorcycle, then sat down on her seat towards the back. It was a bit hard since she was wearing a dress, but she didn't mind. "Come on slow poke, I'm curious to see this girl of yours." She giggled.

Benjamin smield as she lead him outside and looked at her. "okay, I am coming." he said as he got two helmets and put on on her head. He then placed his on his own and hopped on. "hold on." he said as he started the bike up and then headed out of there. He hoped that Ashley wouldn't get what was going on between him and Scarlett right away. She would probably start yelling at him and that wouldn't be good.

She wrapped her arms around his chest and put her head on his shoulder like she used to, knowing that Ben's mom couldn't possibly see them so it was fine for her to have her arms around hm. Though she did agree that what her and Ben had done was wrong since technically he cheated on Ashley.. so she felt a bit bad since she hadn't made any effort to stop what they had done. She had her work bag on his lap and held it there so he wouldn't have too.

Benjamin soon rolled up to the resturant and smiled as he turned off the bike. "let me call Ashley, it might take her a little bit." he said as he looked at Scarlett. He then smiled at Scarlett as he got off and held out a hand to help her off the bike. "she is probably off in her art studio painting. She gets absorbed in her work." he said as he waited form Scarlett.

Scarlett took his hand and got off the bike. "She likes art? So do I ! I wonder what paint she uses. I love water colors! But i'm good with oil and acrylic as well.. So i'm at a loss for finding a favorite." She said, smiling and putting her bag on her shoulder. She couldn't help but feel a bit jealous over Ben's girlfriend, so she leaned over and gave him a quick kiss after checking to make sure no one was around. "You look very handsome today." She said, running a hand through her hair.

Benjamin smiled at her and nodded, "yeah o remember that you like art too. Actually I met Ashley when I went off to see a art show. She was there and we got talking." he said as he smiled at her. When he felt her lips he couslnt help but wish for more but knew he had to wait. "why thank you, coming from a beautiful lady like yourself if means alot." he said to her softly and loved her completely.

"Aww that's cute." She said, giving a weak smile. "Thank you for the compliments. But I guess a beautiful lady and handsome man belong together right?" She asked, grinning. "But i'd be with you even if you had seven eyes and looked hideous! Forit's your personality that matters most to me." She said, taking his hand and leading him into the diner and over to a booth. She sat across from him, knowing Ashley would wish to sit by him. She took his hand under the table. "I wonder if she'll hate me.."

Benjamin smiled when he heard her and nodded, "definately, those two should always belong together if they want to be." he said to her softly. He then chuckled softly, "and I would be with you no matter what. As long as your still you inside I dont care." he said to her softly and smiled as they got to the table. He sat down and gently took her hand into his. "trust me, she wont hate you. you will like her." he said as he smiled at her. He then heard a ding of a bell and looked at hte door. There stood ashely and he smiled as he waved to her with his other hand. Ashley smiled and quickly made her way over to them. "hey, I have been dieing to see you." she said as she slipped into the seat next to him and then kissed Ben on the cheek.

Scarlett took her hands away from Ben when she saw his girlfriend alive and glared at the resemblance between them. She quickly forced a smile. "Hello Ashley, I'm Ben's cousin Scarlett, from New York." She said, running a hand through her hair and looking towards Ben. "So.. Ben told me your an artist? I am as well. Though i'm also a dancer and musician. Every Ballerina has to play an instrument now a days.." She laughed, not knowing what to talk about. "When did you meet Ben?" She asked, smiling.

Ashley smiled at Scarlett, "it is great to met you, I think I have heard your name once or twice before." she said and in truth Ben had talked about Scarlett alot. It was just that Ashley never listened to him when he did. She then nodded, "yes I am a artist but I could never dance, you must be amazing at dancing." she said as she looked at her and wanted to learn how to dance or at least watch her dance one day. "and I met ben when I was at a art show. I was showing one of my pieces and he was there. We started to talk and this is how things ended." she said and leaned against ben more. She kissed Bens cheek but didn't even seem to notice that Ben didn't really want to be close to her. He looked over at Scarlett and you could tell he wanted to be with scarlett.

"Oh. " She said, snagging Ben's hands under the table and lacing their fingers. She moved her foot by his and gave a small smile. "He talks of you all the time, it seems we can't even go through a conversation without him bringing you up." She smiled, then looked to Ben. "Excuse me you too but I have to go to the bathroom and get dressed for my shift.." She said, getting up and grabbing her bag. She walked to the bathroom and opened the door, shutting it behind her and locking it. She changed from her dress into her normal diner dress and then pinned the red and white hat to her hair. She then stuffed her clothes in her bag and peeked her head out of the bathroom, trying to listen to what Ben and Ashley were talking about since they were in hearing distance.

Ben smiled when Scarlett took his hand and he gently ran a thumb over her knuckles. He wanted to stay close to her and push Ashley away but when he heard her say that she was going to go he frowned and watched her go. Ben sighed and Ashley looked at him, "so what have you been up to? YOu haven't called lately." she said and snuggled up closer to him. Ben tried to push her away but she clung to him more, "I have been bussy with Scarlett and please get off, you know I hate it when you cling onto me." he said but She didn't let go. "oh I see, well guess what I got one of my art works into another show, your coming right?" she asked and seemed to absorbed in her life to care that Ben didn't want her close or anything. Ben tried to push her away and dislouge her grip on him, "I dont know if I can." he said Ashley leaned against him more. Ben sighed and wished that someone would save him from her.

Scarlett smirked and made her way back to the table, hating how close Ashley was to him. "So, Ben.. did you tell Ashley about how much fun we had last night?" She asked, giving a devilish grin. She then eyed Ashley. "We had the most fun time last night swimming at the pond. Until it started storming of course.." Scarlett said, letting out a small laugh. She wanted Ben to leave Ashley, but knew she couldn't let him do that. Suddenly her phone rang. She quickly took it from her bag and answered it, growing a bit pale once she realized who it was. "But you can't come down here.. you have a career, and anyways. Were done!"She said, then bit her lip. "I know your sorry Declan but i'm happy here.. I don't miss New York at all. I have to go." She said, hanging up and rolling her eyes. "My ex wants to come here for a week." She said, sighing.

Ben tried to slid away from Ashley but she didn't want to let go. Ben smiled when he heard Scarlett and took comfrot in her words, "yeah we had a wonderful time swimming." he said and was going to say more but then heard her phone ring and growled when he heard her say it was her ex. "well if he comes down here he will regreat it, he wont get within fifty yards of you." he said as he looked at Scarlett and you could tell he ment it. Ashely looked at ben slightly surprised by how much he cared for his cousined. For some odd reason she felt that he cared for her more then coucins should but she just shrugged and slowly let go of ben, "well I need to go, have to get my painting ready." she said and then kissed Ben on the lips, "your coming to see me later." she said and then left, it was as if it was a order instead of a sugestion. |
Scarlett glared as the girl left and then went over to Ben and sat beside him in the booth. She pulled him into a passionate kiss and smiled. "That was horrible! I hated seeing her so close to you.." She whispered, sighing a little. "Maybe I should take tonight off work? Declan knows where I work and he said he was on a plane.." She said, frowning. "He won't hurt me or anything, i'm just worried about him meeting you." She said, lacing her hand in his. "You should go and see her tonight. Your mother really likes her and I think she wants you to be with her instead of me.." She said, kissing his cheek. "And besides. I heard it was supposed to storm tonight.. so that means your mother wouldn't hear you sneak into my room when you got home." She said, smirking.

Ben smiled when she pulled him close and kissed him. He killed her back right away and wrapped a arm around her, keeping her close to him. He then looked into her eyes, "and i hated being so close to her." he said to her softly. WHen he heard that guys name again he growled softly, "I do not want you close to him so take tonight off and stay home." he said as he looked at her and you could tell he was going to kill Declan if he ever met him. He then sighed and gently stroked her cheek, "and I dont care what my mother wants, your the only one for me and I will always love you." he said and then kissed her gently. He then smiled at her, "but I think I will go see her now instead of tonight, she usually is bussy later. So tonight your all mine when ma isn't looking." he said and kissed her gently.

Scarlett nodded. "And you'll be all mine." She said, giving him another kiss. "So can you drop me off at home real quick before you go and see her?" She asked, standing up. "I'll go and tell my boss I need the night off.." She said, quickly going into the kitchen and going up to her boss. She told him the story of why she needed the night off. He gladly gave her the night off, along with her paycheck for doing extra hours the past few days. "Thank you!" She said, hugging him and then going back to Ben. "Look, I got my paycheck for the week." She said excitedly, folding it up and putting it in her bra since she had no pockets. She'd have to start saving up in order to get an apartment or something.

Benjamin smiled at her and kissed her back before she headed off to tell the boss. He then got up and waited for her to come back. When she did he smiled and kissed her cheek gently, "that is great." he said and then took her hand into his gently snd started to lead her out of there. "come on, I will take you home." he said as he smiled at her lovingly. He then kissed her again once they got to his bike and looked into her eyes, "if that ex of yours get close just call for me. I will come running to you." he said to her softly since he wanted to make sure that jerk never touched her again.
