"Well, we chatted a lot online." Sam said as he smiled, "Would you like to have lunch with us? Remy won't mind, he would like to meet you anyways."

The teenage girls were still staring at Remy. Remy didn't even notice them. Then the boyfriend of one of the teenage girls' walk into the cafe, and notice his girlfriend is heart eyes over Remy. "Val, why are you staring at that creep!" The boyfriend said.

His girlfriend didn't respond, she was in a heart struck daze. The boyfriend then got mad and went over to where Remy was at and yelled, "Are you trying to steal my girlfriend!"

Remy put away his iPad and turned around to where he heard the yell, "No, I would never do that. Who are you?"

"Then why is my girlfriend and her friends fan girl-ing over you then?" The boyfriend yelled, pointed to the teenage girls and ignoring Remy's question.

Sam heard yelling and told Sandra, "I'll be right back..."

Remy turned to where the teenage girls where, but all he saw was blur and haze.

"I'm afraid I cannot see them, so I guess you're yelling at me for nothing, lad," Remy said as he sighed.

Then the girlfriend went over to her boyfriend and said, "You didn't have to be jealous, I am in love with you..." Then she walked away.

Sam got there as the boyfriend left Remy alone, "Everything all right, Remy?"

"Yeah, I guess lads here have a lot to learn," Remy replied as he cleaned his glasses and you could see his mint green eyes, "Tell your girlfriend she can come over here."

Sam nodded and signaled Sandra to come over to his table.

Sandra had heard the yelling but knew some teenager's that use. to be her students form when they were kids sometimes. she would get there younger sibling's in her class's but would fuss. at the teenager's if they would try to start a fight out in public like at this cafe. she start's to walk over to the table Sam and his pen pal is at. once he had signaled her to come on over to there table. "Hello it is nice to meet you my name is Sandra Maydew." Sandra says to Sam's pen pal yet did not get hearts in her eye's. like the young teenaged girl's had done so she was happy with her boyfriend.

"Nice to meet you, Sandra," Remy said as he smiled, "I am Henry Remy Blair-Fay, but everyone calls me Remy."

"I met Remy online during my middle school years," Sam said as he smiled, "we have been friends ever since."

"Have a seat you two," Remy said as he drank some coffee.

Sam sat down and then asked Remy a question, "So, is this the first time being here, in the US?"

"No, I been here a few times, but not in this part of the country before." Remy replied, "I would had met you sooner if I had known you were in the area."

"Oh, I see," Sam said as he took a few sips from his ice coffee, "Sandra, have you ever been out of the country? I only been to Canada, although I didn't leave the continent."

"It is nice to meet you Remy and no I have not been out of the country. your lucky Sam just even go to Canada I hear they speak french canadian in some parts of Canada." she says while taking a seat and hope waiter are waitress would pass by some time soon. she had yet to get her self something to drink are be greeted by no one. that works at the cafe so that made her feel a bit. upset but would like some water to drink for now then pick's up. a menu on the table looking at the thing's on the lunch menu it dose not. take her long to chose what she wanted to get to eat for lunch.

She pick out a grilled cheese sandwich with a vegetable soup. hopefully they still had some left today. at times she would come to this cafe around lunch time. a dish she would want sometimes had just been sold out. yet she all ways like to pick out tomato soup it was nice to eat.

"Yeah," Sam said as he was reading the menu as well, and he decided to pick the turkey sandwich with a salad.

Remy scanned the menu on his iPad and started reading it from his iPad. Then Remy decided to pick the vegetable soup from the menu.

A waitress came to their table and smiled, "Sorry for the wait, what can I get ya'?"

"Ladies first," Sam said as he let Sandra order first.

Remy was thinking about asking Sam about something, although he was with his girlfriend. Then again, Remy felt that Sandra wouldn't mind if they talked medical details while she is around.

"I would like a glass of water to drink please. I'll take the lunch special combo of grilled cheese sandwich. my soup of choice is tomato if there is still any left." Sandra ask the waitress in a happy voice then let's the guy's have there turn. to order what they wanted to eat but while waiting for her drink. she takes her new ipod Touch out having bought it. when she got a large bonus form teaching her students for a good 6in half years.

"Ok, and you guys?" The waitress said as she asked the gentle men what they wanted.

"I'll take the Turkey sandwich on rye and salad special," Sam said as he was figuring out what to drink, "and to drink, I'll take some green tea."

"Regular or diet," The waitress asked Sam.

"Either one is fine," Sam said as he handed the waitress the menu.

"I'll take the vegetable soup, and a sprite," Remy said as he handed the waitress the menu.

"Do you want wheat crackers or regular crackers?" The waitress asked Remy as she noticed his eye color.

"Wheat," Remy said as he smiled.

The waitress wrote that down and blushed. She couldn't take her eyes off of Remy's eyes. She liked the mint green color.

"Ok, I'll be back with your drinks," The waitress said as she went to put the order in. A few second later, she came back with the drinks.

Sandra use's the cafe's wi-fi so she could surf the net to check on. her email's maybe get on Skype if her sister was not on for once. when the waitress came back with the drink's she look's up. then takes the glass of water sipping at it lightly before going back to her ipod touch. to check the calender to see if she had any plans for the rest of the week if so it. mighty mostly be class's for her students are any competition's. while checking it she sighs out seeing she some how got rope. in to having dinner with her family next week when they come to visit.


She pouts wanting not to scream at her self in public that. Sandra can save for at home to marrow morning. for a gymnastics teacher she kept her self pretty busy each week. she check's if she planed anything out for the next two week's. after her family go's back home to have some free time to her self. heck she was unsure how her parents would react to meeting Sam. after so many years but her older sister was the type to never forget things. like when she entered middle school then tolled Lanny about. having a crush on guy in her class that was really different in some ways.

"Sam, I'll tell you the real reason why I am here this time," Remy said as he put away his iPad.

Sam thought Remy was here visiting family, but what Sam didn't know was Remy was going blind and he needed to see if he could get his eyesight restored.

"You didn't go to much in detail on that in the chats or e-mails or even over the phone," Sam said as he waited for his sandwich.

"Well Sam, my eyesight been failing throughout the years," Remy said as he sighed, "it isn't getting any better either. I came here hoping that the brilliant eye surgeon, Dr. Wellington can restore my eyesight."

Sam knew that name sounded familiar, Dr. Wellington worked at the hospital every now and then.

"So that's why everything is blurry and hazy to you," Sam said as he drank some green tea.

Remy nodded and said, "So... how did you two meet?"

"We met when we were middle school but. we did not go to same high school I think Sam had moved away are I did." she says but would let Sam tell Remy the other part. since Sandra was not use to talking about how they re-meet after there school years. the woman was embarrassed by how her own job got her in the hospital in the first place. heck she had yet to even tell her own family about meeting Sam again. Sandra wanted to wait till the time was right for them to meet him again.

"I ended up going to a magnet high school after middle school," Sam said, "and we also moved a bit closer to the high school too."

Sam didn't mind telling the story on how they met again, although it was just by chance that Sandra happened to be one of his patients.

"Well, Sandra and I met again at the hospital actually," Sam said as he was trying to word it right, "she happened to be one of my patients. I didn't realized we had met before until we started talking to each other. That is when we rekindled her friendship and eventually... got into our relationship."

"Ah... I see," Remy said as he drank some Sprite, "I told you Sam, she was the one."

Sam kind of blushed, because he knew what Remy said was the truth. He just didn't know it during his middle school years.

Sandra blush's softly it show's up a bit on her face hoping Remy. would not teast them to death about it later on. "I am happy even if my job comes with breaking a few limbs. if the accident did not happen I would have not met you again after so many years past by." Sandra says to Sam while turning her ipod Touch off but wonder. what would happen if they had not met again after all would she still be lonely? like she use to be when having nothing to do on her days off. just go shopping around town with a few friends to hang out.

She would not bother to ask any question's if the guy's want. talk between each other while they all wait for there lunch's to come. for a woman how is about 4inch's shorter then her boyfriend. Sandra can be the type to take her time with things even if it means someday. the two of them getting married to each other maybe start a family. that is if everyone go's well for relationship.

Sam smiled lightly and it also reminded him of his job as well. He then had a slight flash back from medical school when he went to his first medical course. The professor questioned his capability of being a doctor and told him to be a professor. Then he said, "It's great to do something you are passionate about, I became a doctor because of all the great doctor's I know."

"Yeah, I can't agree more," Remy said as he smiled, "Even if my eye sight doesn't recover, I'll try to continue teaching at the university. I teach English at the university level. I also tutor grade school students."

The waitress came with their lunches and places it on the table one at a time.

Once the food was place in front of her Sandra unwraps her napkin. then place it in her lap to not get any hot soup on her clean clothes. she slowly start's to eat some of her lunch quietly. but did not speak much wanting to think things over for tonight's dinner. in her head to remind her self if she needs to pick anything up at all. the woman think's to her self trying to recall if she had bought. a fresh french bread yet to make the french bread pizza with? other then the fact she still had to check on the home made cheese cake. to make sure it would be ready for tonight.


Sandra's so called sister Lanny is a friend of the family how is. a year older then her the older girl acts like a big sister to her. all ways wanting to know what is going on in her life even if. the other girl is dating a guy she likes to keep up with the younger girl. if your wondering how they met. it was thanks to her aunt Ruby by knowing the older girl since she was born. Lanny was born 1 year before Sandra she use to live in this city as a kid. she would all ways make sure her so called little sister was safe form bully's.

Sam and Remy were eating as well. Remy said a few things and then continued to eat. Remy then took out his iPad and looked at to see when his surgery was. he realized it was three days away. He sighed and put his iPad away.

"I'll have to recover here depending on how much time the doctor needs me too," Remy said to Sam as he sip on some sprite.

"I'll help you along the way," Sam said to Remy as he smiled, "you'll be happy though when the surgery goes well."

Then Sam looked at Sandra and smiled, "You been rather quite, you must be planning on our dinner tonight."

Sandra eats some of her grilled cheese sandwich yet look's up. when Sam started talking to her but stays quit. for a little while longer then picks up her napkin to wipe her face off. "Oh I was just thinking about something's that's all Sammy." she says while using his nick name on him for now. then puts her napkin down to picking up her glass of water to drink.

Sam nodded and they continued to eat lunch. After they were finished, Sam hugged and kissed Sandra. He told her he'll see her at dinner. He then walked Remy back to the hotel.

Hours later, it was dinner time. Sam was in his SUV driving over to Sandra's place. When he got there, he parked his SUV and got out of it. Sam then walked over to her front door and knocked on it. While he waited for her, his dad called for a bit. He talked to him for a short second. Then he hung up when he heard Sandra working towards the door.

she gets to the door then opens it up smiling at Sam. "Hey come on in Sam your here. right on time I all ready finish cooking the food I was keeping it warmed up." Sandra says to him then moves out of the way so he could. come on in to her house so they can have dinner with each other.

"Hello, Sandra" Sam said as he smiled and walked inside, "it's good to see you."

Sam hugged and kissed Sandra.

As Sam walked inside, he saw all the food on a table and smiled. He then commented on the food.

"The dinner looks delicious," Sam said as he smiled happily, "I been looking forward to this night all week."

Sam then sits down at the table and smiles.

Sandra hugs Sam back then gave him a quick kiss on the lips. then pull's away so they can go eat dinner. "I hope you like french bread pizza I even made a salad,to go with it." she says to him then sits down in the other chair. Sandra had put out some glass's of water on the table. some ranch en honey mustered salad dressing's. fork's were by there plates of french bread pizza a blow of salad on the side. she hope Sam would like her home made cheese cake it had taken. her 2two days to make it by scratch but it was worth it for tonight.

Sam smiled and kissed Sandra back. Then he followed her to the living room and sat on the other chair. He looked at the french bread pizza and the salad. He looked at the food and waited for Sandra before he started to eat.

"The food looks fantastic," Sam said, "and I can't wait to taste it. I wonder what dessert is..."

Sam smiled and drank some water. He took a bite of the french bread pizza and liked it.

"I'm happy to hear that and you have to wait en see." Sandra says with a light giggle then starts to eat. her own french bread pizza yet was glad she made a gooey cheese styled one. yet blush's when she notice a bit of cheese hanging form her mouth. yet quickly picks up her napkin wiping it away form her mouth. she put her slice down and picks up her cup sipping at some water.

Sam munches on the salad and likes it as well. He continues to eat the pizza and then wipes his face with a napkin. Afterwards, he drinks some water and then says, "This dinner tastes good."

Sam smiles and continues to eat his pizza and drink his water.

Sandra eat some of her own salad it was pretty good to her standers. she then eats some of more of her pizza enjoy it and enjoying Sam's company. after she take a quick sip of water she only giggles softly. "Oh thank you." she says to Sam then go's back to eating again. she took his words as a compliment in her own thoughts. yet wonder if he likes chocolate cheese cake with strawberry's? hopefully he would not be have any reaction to the strawberry's. once back in high school she knew someone. that would break out in hives because they had a allergic reaction to the fruit.

Sam was saving room for dessert. He didn't know it was chocolate strawberry cheesecake. He likes strawberry cheesecake, although he never had chocolate with it. He'll like it anyways though, because chocolate makes things better.

Sam smiled and continued eating his dinner and then he finished his french bread pizza first. He still hadn't finished his salad yet, but he was half way there.
