By now Sandra had finish off her pizza and was still working on her salad. yet wanted to save some room for dessert. even if she dose have time on her hands after work are on weekend's. the woman would keep her self busy with doing house chores. sometimes doing some sewing when it needed to be done. once every month she would walk around the city on a weekend. just to shop for some new stuff are for things she need are wanted at times.


Sandra kept quite while eating the rest of her salad slowly. she was being her normal self with her eating habits. but she dose have one eating habit she never wants people to see it when. it comes down to candy bars she'll try her best not act like she attacking it. it's only a silly habit when her candy bar carving gets the best of her.

Sam smiled and then asked Sandra a question about her folks, since he wondered how they were doing.

"How are your parents, Sandra?" Sam asked as he finished up his salad, "I don't remember meeting them, but that's ok though."

Sam drank some water and then looked at the time for a minute. He then smiled and continued eating.

"My folks say hi by the way," Sam said as he smiled.

Then Sam remembered the time he looked at his father's year book. He saw a page of his father and what seemed to be his rival. It said in the book, "Most likely to be corporate rivals". Sam wondered why his dad would have such a rivalry. They looked like they could had been friends. Although Sam knew sometimes it is what it is. Sam's mom always asked how Sandra was doing ever since she met her at the party. As for his dad, he didn't really say much to Sandra and he wondered why.

"I don't think you have met my parents at lest not since middle school. but they are both doing well and please tell your parents I say hi back." she says yet knew her father well enough when it come down. to business that meant he would try to make a deal no matter what. sure sometimes her father will back down for a few weeks are months. it mostly deepened's on what client he is working with. her father mostly sales stuff to hospital form a company he co-owns.

"I don't remember meeting them, although it would be nice to meet them," Sam said as he finished the last bite of his salad, "I'll be sure to tell my folks that you said hi."

Sam smiled and drank some water. Sam's father is a college professor and an author/writer as well. Sam's father could have been in the corporate world, but he choose not to though. Sam's father wasn't much in to corporate politics and he didn't want to work for greedy companies.

"Well my parents are planing to come for a visit next month. maybe you can meet them then? would you like some dessert?" Sandra ask Sam while thinking about how long. her parents would be in town for since she is there only child. to bad she says no brothers are sisters. then her mother would stop asking her if she found a boyfriend. Sandra's mother wants some grand kids someday form her daughter.

"Sure thing," Sam said as he smiled, "I been saving room for dessert."

Sam smiled and wondered if Sandra's parents would approve of him. Then again, he really didn't worry about that too much though, because he had other things on his mind. Hopefully he could get dessert before his cell phone went off. He was hoping the hospital didn't need him today, then again he is an on call doctor as well.

Sandra giggles hearing Sam say he has been saving room dessert. it made her happy to hear him says sure to meeting her parents. hopefully if things go well with her family and his family. maybe someday they mighty be lucky enough to be husband and wife. "I'll get the cheese cake I hope you have not tried a chocolate one before. those type of cheese cakes are popular with my hole family." she says while getting up form the table. smiling a happy smile on her face yet laughs a bit at her self.


With her family they were choosy about there cheese cakes. but not her she like strawberry cheese cake as well. Sandra walks off to the refrigerate to get the cake out so she can. slice them each a slice of the cheese cake to have for dessert. she takes it's out and place it on the counter. then get's some small plates down as well spoon's she had a odd habit. of eating most cold things with a spoon.

"To be honest, I hadn't." Sam said as he smiled, "I mainly eat Strawberry Cheesecake. That's my favorite."

Sam waited as Sandra went to the kitchen to get the Chocolate cheese cake. While he waited, he looked at his cell phone and went, "whew, no pages from the hospital." Then he saw Sandra take out two bowls with slices of chocolate cheese in them. He also saw spoons in each bowl. Sam prefer forks for his desserts, but he didn't bother asking for one this time. He was thinking of reusing his salad folk, but then he remembered he took that one to the sink.

Sam smiled and was ready to dig into the dessert.

She walks back over with the chocolate cheese cake in the blows. back over to the table and hands one to Sam. "If you don't want t use a spoon that is all right with me. I hope I made it all right this is home made cheese cake." Sandra says then sits down on the opposite side of the table. placing her blow on the table then sit's down start's to eat her slice slowly. for a home made sweet she put strawberry's on top.

"I'm sure it is delicious," Sam said as he took the first bite and liked it, "this taste good and creamy."

Sam smiled and continued to eat the dessert, he really liked it and hope that his phone wouldn't ring while he was eating the cake. Usually on Wednesdays the hospital needs him the most, especially at night time. Hopefully he wasn't needed tonight that way he can enjoy his a day off tomorrow, and he'll work on Saturday.

Sandra smiles hearing Sam says that while she blush's softly. okay even if they are dating she can not help but blush. when he would complement her are thinking about the past. she had been so shy back when they were in school with each other. but was really happy fate had brought them back to each other. lately Sandra had been thinking about how much longer. can she wait and see if she'll break she same bones again? that question with two other question keep popping in to her head a lot lately.

Sam smiled and continued to eat the rest of his dessert. He finished his dessert just in time, and then his cell phone went off. It was the hospital calling him. It was an emergency and they needed him right away.

"Sorry Sandra, the hospital text me and I need to head over there," Sam said as he sighed, "I guess it is really an emergency this time."

Sam got up after wiping his face, and went over to Sandra.

"Love you, dear," Sam said after he hugged her and kissed her., "I'll call you when I get a break."

"Love you to Honey good luck and I wish you luck." she says to Sam giving him a quick kiss back. yet gives him a soft hug before he let's go of her. once she let's him out of the hugs she walk's to the front door with him. wondering what type of emergency they had waiting for him this time? Sandra was happy that they got to eat dinner with each other tonight. but hope it was not one of her old students that got hurt. by now some of students her in middle school,jr high are high school. the high school kids all ways find a way to break there bones. with out meaning to on a weekend are right before the weekend hits.

"Thanks, dear" Sam said as he walked out of the front door and headed to his black SUV. Then he drove off to the hospital. When he got there, he changed into his coat and put on his stethoscope. He also makes sure he has the other things he needs with him as well. Then he heads to the emergency room to see what his first assignment was. Sam was briefed about the patient he had in store.

"You have a seventeen year old male in the room, and his mom just arrived. His older sister been with him the whole time" The nurse said as she lead Sam to the examination room.

When Sam walked into the room, the older sister freaked out and yelled, "Aw nah! You didn't send Edward in here! I want a real doctor for my brother! Not this sparkling vampire!"

"Calm down, Dr. Hoffmen is the best doctor at this hospital," The nurse said to the outraged older sister.

"I'll handle things from here," Dr. Hoffmen said to the nurse as gave him the chart, "Hello my name is Dr. Hoffmen..."

Dr. Hoffmen examined the seventeen year old male and asked what happened.

"I was playing baseball and then I woke up here," the seventeen year old male said as he had a headache but not only from his sister's yelling though.

"Well my brother passed out all of a sudden while playing baseball," the older sister added, "he wasn't hit on the head or anything, he just blacked out and wouldn't come too. So the coach called 911."

"When did he become conscious ?" Sam asked.

"He came to right when I walked into the door," The mother replied.

Sam then asked for the seventeen year old male's medical history.

"Sis... why is Edward Cullen my doctor?" The seventeen year old male asked his older sister in a whisper.

"Max, I asked the same question," the older sister replied in a whisper, "but I guess he isn't a sparkling vampire, since he has a medical license."

"Maye, Max, be nice... The doctor has enough on his hands," The mother said to them in a foreign language, "he doesn't need to be compared to fictional vampires."

Sam somewhat understood what the mom was saying, but he shook it off as it was nothing. Sam was more concern about treating the patient then figuring out what the gossip is about.

After Sam left Sandra start's to pick up the dish's so she can wash them. she wonder if Max had been doing well? knowing he wanted to play baseball once he got in to high school since. he had tolled her that as a young boy but worried about him. random black outs are not normal for a young teenage boy. while she wash's the dish's she thinks about watching. some of her old videos of her old students how would. be in high school by now doing something different. heck if she knew how they were doing she would. try to stay in touch with them if they want to that is.

"Ok, Mrs. Valhoff," Sam said as he was writing up orders, "if it is all right with you, we need to do an MRI, an EKG, and a Cat-scan on your son."

"Yes please do," Mrs. Valhoff said, "we never got any answers from any of the doctors we went to."

"We would also like to keep him for a couple of days for observation," Sam said as he wrote up the orders to get some blood work done first.

"Dr. Hoffmen," Max said as he tried to get a peek at Dr. Hoffmen's eyes, "are you a vampire?"

"Max, take that comment back and apologize to the doctor right now!" Mrs. Valhoff said to her son in a foreign language.

Max then said in the foreign language, "but mom, he is a vampire I tell you! I'll apologize when I find out the truth."

Sam sighed and kind of knew what they were saying. Sam decided to answer Max's question.

"At seventeen, there are far more worst things to worry about than vampires." Sam replied to Max's question, "Also vampires are not real. So think about the answer to your question for a minute there, Max..."

"Well you don't have the fangs, but your pale like one," Max said, "I know, you're a day-walker!"

"Max! Apologize to the doctor right now!" Mrs. Valhoff said to her son in English this time, "You're only making yourself look childish!"

"Mom, he is a day-walker, no real person can be that pale and hide their eyes," Max said in a foreign language that way the doctor wouldn't know what he was saying.

Sam sighed and kind of knew the language the kid was speaking.

"Your mom is right," Sam said as he sighed, "you should apologize. Also there is no such thing as a day-walker. Vampires aren't real, Max..."

"So that means your human and..." Max said as he sighed, "All right, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say those things."

"Apology accepted, Max," Sam said as he smiled, "well get some rest and your ordered on bed rest till we figure things out."

Sam walked out of the room and told Mrs. Valhoff that she will be signing some papers in a moment.

When she finish with the dish's she puts them away then walks. out of the kitchen to go look for the old videos of her students. she thinks about the idea of a student teacher knowing. some day she would have to hand her job over to a new coach. so the idea of a student teacher for the gymnastics class. would be good to idea before someday getting married. that way her students can be teach while she is away on her honeymoon. Sandra blush's trying to stop her self form thinking about it to much.

Sam went on to the next patient. He passed Ron from X-Ray and waved hi at him. Ron waved hi back. Sam's next patient was a random female. Although this female didn't like doctor's too much. When Sam walked into the room, the female looked at Sam like she knew him from somewhere.

"Ok, what seems to be the trouble?" Sam asked the patient.

"Oh... it's that strange guy from my high school," The female said as she sighed, "I guess they give medical licenses to freaks too. Anyways... I been throwing up, coughing, and getting weak every now and then."

Sam ignored the first couple of sentences the female said and then asked about medical history.

"No... do you think I am..." the female said as she was shocked, "NO! I don't want no kids!"

"Relax... It isn't the end of the world," Sam said as he recommend a pregnancy test.

The female agreed to the test and after the results came back it was positive. The female began to cry and then her boyfriend came in.

"What did you do to her, Doc!" Her boyfriend yelled at Sam.

"We're going to have a kid..." The female cried, "I should of been nicer to this freakish classmate of mine."

"Uh... wouldn't being nice to him mean not calling him freakish," Her boyfriend said, "Even if it's behind his back, still just write an apology letter or something..."

"Ok... I'm going to refer you to some prenatal care, Ms. Blach and congratulations by the way," Sam said as he knew he was being referred to as the freakish classmate yet he still smiled. He remembered Ms. Blach back from his years in high school.

Sam walked out of the examination room and went on to the next patient.

Sandra finds a box filled with old vsh videos form when she. had been a student teacher with the students how are now in high school. she watches some of the videos while laughing softly. seeing how some of the now teenager's had acted so silly back then for a video. that was being filmed by the young Sandra for a class homework. she notice how the boy's were excited about being tape. while being on the balance horse that day so many years ago.

The next patient was a college student. Sam looked at the student and the student just glared at him. The student didn't really like doctors that much.

"What seems to be causing you trouble today?" Sam asked the college student.

"Your a unique doctor, huh?" The college student commented, "well I hadn't been feeling well, my head is hurting and my eye sight has been fading in and out."

"Hm..." Sam said as he examined the college student, "seems to me that it could be due to medications. Are you on any?"

"No sir, I am not..." The college student said as he smoothed back his hair.

Sam then was thinking about what could be the cause. Then he decided to order an MRI for the student and suggested a neurologist come look at him.

The college student looked at Sam and asked him a question, "How did you get into the medical profession?"

The college student then remembered something, "You should be modeling for strange goth magazines or something, why be a doctor? You'll have more money in the show biz game. You have the personality for it."

Sam sighed and then replied, "I just have a passion for medical science and helping people. Show biz would of eaten me up alive years ago, kid. The cameras would have given me headaches, and I tried modeling once... It wasn't worth it."

"Oh I see," The college student said as he looked at Sam, "but the girls would go wild for you. As for me, they pass me by..."

"Well, I'll be back to check on you after the MRI," Sam said as he went to check on other patients, "don't give up hope on love though... There is someone out there for you."

Two hours later, Sam checked up on the college student and figure out the college student had migraines and something else that is going on. Sam told the college student and then went on to the break room.

Time Skip Too 3Years Later!

Today is the day of Sam and Sandra's wedding day. right now the blushing bride is in the back room of the church. waiting for the wedding to start in the next few minutes. Sandra is pregnant with there first baby she is only 3months so far. she is in a pure white dress with a light blue ribbon. tide around her stomach for her something blue next month. they would find out how many baby's they are having as well the gender. her mother help's fix her daughter's hair a bit more to keep. Sandra's hair form falling down in her face then place the tiara with veil on her daughter's head. her wedding dress is full style yet her stomach was showing.


Sandra's Father waits outside of the room for his daughter to come out. wondering how much time dose it take for 2 lady's to get ready for a wedding? he was happy that Sam had made his daughter so happy. yet was glad to see they loved each other enough to get married.

Sam was getting his cufflinks on while he was talking to his dad. His dad was telling him that he was proud of him and he will make a great father. Sam smiled and didn't have his shades on this time, this time he had contacts on to show off his eyes. Sam had on a nice black wedding tuxedo with a red tie to match his eyes. This will be one of the few chances people will get to see Sam's eyes in person. Other than that, they are covered by shades for most of the time.

Sam's mother hugged her son and wished him nothing but the best. She then went back to sit down where the guests are. Sam was ready to walk to go now. His dad couldn't be more happier.

"Son, you have made me so proud," Sam's dad said, "I know this day will be a day to remember."

Sam smiled and said, "Thanks dad."

Sam and his dad hugged each other and then they went out to wait for the bride. Sam's tie matched his eyes and at one point he wanted his shoes to match as well but backed out of that one. He couldn't wait to see Sandra.

Sandra's mother finish's then walk's to the door to let her husband in. "Come on in Dear Sandra is ready now. are little girl is finally getting married I'm so happy!" Rose says to Charles while walking out of the room. she then walk's off to go sit down with the other guest. since the wedding would start soon for the happy couple.


Charles walks in to the room yet close's the door behind him. "Sandra you look wonderful my sweet daughter. I have waited for this day to come don't worry I promise. your big sister May will try to keep her kids form being to loud." Charles says to Sandra while he help her. get up form the seat she had been sitting down in he hands her the bouquet of flowers.


"Father stop it your going to make me blush even more. I can't wait to see Sam and I'm sure. your happy to uh baby?" Sandra says while taking the bouquet of flowers form her father. in a happy voice yet use her free hand place it on her stomach. rubbing her stomach softly wondering what gender the baby would be? she was lucky that Sam is the father to be while she is the mother to be of there unborn child.

It was Sam's time to walk down the isle. Sam's had a tough choice in picking his best man, he didn't know if he wanted to pick his father or his friend Ron from X-Ray. At the end he picked his friend Ron from X-Ray. Ron saw Sam's tuxedo and commented on how cool he looked. Sam nodded and was ready to walk down the aisle. Ron escorted Sam down to where the reverend was.

Sam was standing there as he waited for Sandra to walk down the aisle. While waiting, everyone glanced at Sam and the girls that were there stared into his eyes. They liked how it matched the red in his tuxedo. Some thought he was Rodger Smith from The Big O with red and contacts on.

The reverend waited as well. The ring barer was ready too.

Sandra and her Father walk out of the back room of the church. soon here comes the bride starts to play. as father en daughter walks down the aisle with each other. she was blushing the hole time yet smiles a happy smile. the bride notice her big sister with her family her son and daughter. were sitting in the pew with there mom,dad being good. heck for kids that are 5years old they were being good as gold. for there aunts wedding today to make her happy.


The family friend like sister Laney is there with her own mother. she had help Sandra pick out her wedding dress. the older woman was happy for the young bride. but had yet to get married to her own boyfriend. the rest of the Maydew family was here for the wedding for the youngest child.
