Twists and Turns (PC and Gypsy)

Theodora was excited as she stepped of the plane for the first time. With her passport in hand the brunette went trough customs with a smile on her face. After spending her life in Canada visiting New York for the first time was quite a treat. Already she was signed up to see so many shows on Broadway that she had no idea how she would manage to get any sleep at all! In fact, the young woman was going to see The Phantom of the Opera as soon as she'd taken care of the hotel.

After stepping into the grand lobby of The Hilton, it didn't take very long. Then she was off to watch the show in one of the best seats of the house. The show was amazing! Every detail was taken care off, and the actors showed such emotion in their every movement that it was hard to remember this was just a play. Tearing herself away from it was hard for Theodora, but she did as soon as the show ended. It was how she found herself waiting outside in the rain for a taxi cab.

((Going to add in the psychic after she disappears, alright?))

Mmmm... so many people walking around the city today. So many people who are ignorant of the things around them. So many people who worshiped my kind so long ago, but turned against us for their own selfish reasons. They will serve me again. The owner of these thoughts was nothing more than a dark shadow looming over the city. He hadn't been able to eat in a while and the hunger was making him very irritable. Of course Sinclair was well in control of his hunger. He wouldn't go after a random floozy on the street. No, he was a picky eater and only went after those he deemed fit for a quality meal. He closed the red draperies on the heavily tinted windows and turned back into his apartment. Tonight he would pick his meal. Tonight Sinclair was going to see Phantom of the Opera in one of the best seat one could get.

His long pale fingers ran through his dark hair as he walked towards tonight's entertainment. Sinclair's seat was next to an intoxicating young woman and he couldn't help but flick his dark blue eyes over her skin. Her pulse was even beneath that lovely skin of hers. It took everything in his power not to ravish in her then, but he overcame his strong desire and watched her as she enjoyed the show which had been well choreographed. Sinclair wasn't interested in the show and soon it was over. He followed the girl back to her hotel and watched her through the window. Soon, she would be his... completely his.

"Oh, I hope she'll be okay. New York isn't a very safe place." Linus worried about his sister... all alone... in New York.... alone... by herself. He mentally cursed himself and shook his head. "She'll be fine. Theodora is a strong independent woman. She'll be okay so don't worry so much." He reminded himself, hoping he was right.

PapillonCameo 07-24-2011 11:49 PM

The cab came to a screeching halt in the rain. The green eyed girl stepped into it with a smile to begin chatting animatedly with the driver. He was a nice man who parked as close to the entrance as he could so the young woman could rush inside. Once there, Theodora chose to use the stairs instead of the elevator. Once in her room she began slipping out of her wet things. Placing her coat and sweater upon a chair she then went into the bathroom to take a shower. Using her favorite cinnamon scented soap she smiled to herself.

The next day would be a Disney day. The Lion King, then Shrek and maybe something like shopping. It was going to be full and fun! Theodora couldn't wait. Dressing in soft fleece pajamas, the young woman slipped into bed with a good Nora Robert's book. Actually it was a J.D Robb, one of the author's pen names. Still, very good with a near future mystery type of deal infused with lots of romance. Her eyes closed as she read, the book falling from a now limp hand to the side as her brown hair fanned around her head upon the pillow.

GypsyDancer 07-25-2011 05:57 PM

A devilish smile crossed Sinclair's face as he licked his lips hungrily. His eyes looked over her body before she went into the bathroom to take a shower. "Oh, yes, I will enjoy drinking her blood." He said to himself as he leaped from the building he was sitting on. Sinclair didn't know when he would take her, but he knew it wouldn't be tonight. No, it's too soon... He thought as the hunger hit him harder. "But she will be mine soon enough..." He said softly as he crept into her room and sat beside her bedside, watching her sleep. It was very interesting. The only thing he had done to give away that he had been there was remove the book and place it on the nightstand.

The sun was fast approaching however and Sinclair had to leave sooner than he had wanted. He couldn't go out in the sun without any form of protection or else he would burn and die. Sinclair had decided long ago that he would just stay inside during the day. The vampire required little sleep and that was how he liked to keep things. His mind repeated the image of him drinking her blood and he relished the thought as if it were the equivalent of reaching the summit of Everest for the first time. The darkness of his apartment was very welcoming. He would keep her in the spare room where he had a luxurious mattress and other lavish furnishings as well as an en-suite bathroom, but the room had no windows. It was perfect. Sinclair smiled as he knew he would have nothing to worry about. The entire apartment was sound proof and no one came his way anyway, not even the landlord since Sinclair always paid triple the rent each month. "I think I will rather enjoy this." Sinclair was yawning and sinking into his bed and closing his eyes. This sleep would be different. He would sleep until he awoke to take the girl. She was going to be his very soon.

PapillonCameo 07-26-2011 01:45 AM

Theodora awoke with the strangest feeling. Shaking it off the young woman quickly went to slip into a summer dress with a flower pattern covering it. Pastels and jewel tones were the only things in her wardrobe, with plenty of skirts and leggings as well as nice tank tops. Once ready with her brown hair tied up in an elaborate pony tail she grabbed her purse and nearly skipped out of the room. Happiness emanated from the young woman like the rays of the sun.

Black heels clicking, she slipped into a cab. "Broadway please." The day went by quickly enough with amazing shows. At one point, Theodora wondered what it might be like to be someone like Fiona, trapped in a tower and rescued by someone you didn't know. After that came the shopping. The prices were sky high, but the young woman still managed to find a stunning dress which highlighted all her curves. Then it was back to the hotel room and into her fleece pajamas with a good book again.

GypsyDancer 07-27-2011 09:41 PM

Sinclair had awoken about the same time the shows on Broadway ended and he grinned to himself, knowing that tonight was the night. He would take the girl tonight. But he would keep her alive for quite a while. No use in taking her carefully if he was just going to mindlessly kill her. No, Sinclair would take the time to enjoy such a delicacy like a fine wine that had survived through many wars and non-relevant events. Sinclair went about, methodically dressing himself and running a hand through his barely messy hair. Soon he was sneaking back into the girl's room and picking her up without arousing her. This was something Sinclair had done many times, but each time was different than the last. It was quite a challenge getting her back to his place to the room he'd had predesignated for her. The girl was carefully laid down on the bed and Sinclair didn't waste his time moving his hair and sinking his fangs discreetly into her neck and drinking some of that precious blood.

His venom had endorphins to help ease pain at the moment and close the puncture wounds enough for him not to worry about her losing much blood. Sure she would feel a pain on her neck when she woke up, but other than that she would be fine. Sinclair smiled as he devilishly licked the extra blood from his lips and left the girl in the room. He locked the door and stuck the key back in its secret place before he went to do a little reading.

PapillonCameo 07-27-2011 11:09 PM

The first thing Theodora noticed when she awoke was the feel of the bed. It was different, more luxurious somehow, then what she had slept on the last few nights. Attributing that to her imagination, the young woman struggled to open her green eyes. What she saw shocked her. It wasn't the hotel room at all! 'Where am I?", murmured the brunette to herself. Everything was beautiful of course, but this simply didn't make sense! She had gone to her hotel room after the shows, and then it had been time to read, then sleep. After that there was no recollection at all of anything to do with changing rooms.

The thought broke trough that maybe the view from a window might help locate where she was. Theodora searched high and low for one, but in vain. Letting out a frustrated sigh, the young woman plopped down on the bed. She didn't even bother checking the door because it would certainly be locked. After reading so many murder mysteries, Theodora had a fair idea she'd been kidnapped and would probably be killed. At least that was what her captor wanted in all probability. So now, it was time to search and plan a way out of that place. The moment her mind began losing it's panic there was an ache which became more and more obvious. Standing, the young woman went to a nearby mirror . Theodora noted it could probably be broken and the shards used as weapons. Shifting her hair around, the young woman let out a frightened and horrified gasp at what she saw. It only seemed to make the situation worse that a red bite mark was on her neck, though there didn't seem to be any sign of blood at all.

GypsyDancer 07-28-2011 11:21 AM

There was movement in the other room, causing Sinclair to look up from his book. He was reading Dracula because he found it very interesting how Bram Stoker had depicted this vampire while he was sitting in an inn in Ireland. A small smile crossed Sinclair's face as he removed his reading glasses and set them down on the small reading table on top of his book. He carefully went into his kitchen, that was well-stocked despite the fact that he rarely if ever used it, and prepared a breakfast worthy of a queen. He was a vampire, but there would always be a part of Sinclair that would aspire to be the perfect host from his lessons as a child.

After each food was made, Sinclair set the food on a tray in a particular arrangement before he carefully went and unlocked the door and slid. He firmly closed the door behind him and set the tray of food on the nightstand beside the bed. "Good morning, my dear. Did you sleep well?" He asked, not looking at the girl. Sinclair hadn't bothered to lock the door behind him since he was in there and could catch her easily.

PapillonCameo 07-28-2011 02:17 PM

Delicious smells coming from the kitchen broke Theodora from her horror. Just because she'd been kidnapped didn't mean she wasn't hungry. The brunette sniffed the air and then went to try the door. With a sigh, she realized she had been right after all. Looking down at her clothes, she frowned. Being seen by her captor in pajamas could be seen as a sign of weakness. So she searched for clothes, and found her bag packed with things. Shaking her head, the young woman proceeded to change into a jewel colored dress and applied some makeup to her green eyes.

When her kidnapper entered the young woman was sitting on the bed, waiting. Theodora eyed him and the food warily as she tried to think of where she had possibly seen him before. Of course she was also trying to formulate some kind of escape plan. Even the fork and knife she noticed on the platter of food would be useful. "Well enough. So tell me, why the room change?" Reaching for the food the young woman began to eat. The eggs were good, but not her favorite. It was the pancakes and sausages she really adored. Theodora wasn't about to let her captor know that though. Any kind of leverage he found on her would be disastrous.

As the young woman ate, she feigned that something was too hot and dropped her knife. She kicked it back under the bed in an attempt to make it seem like it was lost. "I'm so clumsy sometimes. Still, the croissant was burning hot." Sweat was certainly dripping down her forehead, thought the girl. Her heart was beating incredibly fast and she could feel her blood rushing trough her because of an adrenalin high. Theodora could only hope she was able to make believe well enough that this was just a little meeting between friends. Otherwise, she feared that incurring the wrath of this man might lead to her death.

GypsyDancer 07-29-2011 09:29 PM

Certainly the girl had eyed the silverware on the plate in an attempt to formulate and escape plan, and Sinclair would let her. He was not worried about whatever petty plan she would come up with because there really was only one way to kill him and it was so easy a caveman could do it, but he wouldn't tell her. Any wound she made would simply heal and he'd only catch her. No, if she wanted escape she would have to kill him. "Well, I couldn't risk you screaming and being heard. This is more private I would think. Even you must admit it is better than your previous room, minus the lack of windows."

Sinclair noticed her kicking the knife beneath the bed and couldn't help but to smile. He thought it was rather cute how she was trying to play that off as an accident. "My apologies, miss." He said, bowing his head in a very gentlemanly way. The way her heart was beating made every vein in her body light up, calling Sinclair to her. Sinclair would wait before feeding from her again, maybe when she was sleeping. He swallowed a lump in his throat and continued to watch her, without saying anything.

PapillonCameo 07-29-2011 11:17 PM

At least there were no false pretenses between them. It would make this ordeal slightly easier when this man made no attempt to hide the fact that he had kidnapped her. "So tell me, how often have you done this? It can't be the first time with such a lovely room already prepared." Theodora felt queasy as she spoke, a mixture of fear and adrenalin kept pumping trough her. Reading about kidnappers and actually having it happen to you were two completely different things. Even so, the young woman tried to seem as calm and collected as could be.

At any other time, Theodora would have been enchanted by his courtly manner... Now it was a mockery of the actual situation. Those blue eyes of his were making Theodora's breath come out quickly. She was his prey, and she knew it. Everything about this man was suave and confident, as well as dangerous. Biting her lower lip, she knew there had to be a way to escape this situation... Even if it meant killing, but she wasn't that desperate yet. "It would be nice to have a name, mine is Theo." Giving him her nickname was the closest she would get to telling him the whole thing. There was no telling what he knew or not, and perhaps it would help her learn more in order to make sure he was locked away behind bars.

Theodora was that certain she would escape.

GypsyDancer 07-30-2011 12:49 AM

"Every now and then, depending upon my mood. You're the first in a while." Sinclair answered, being rather honest. He usually was since he never had anything to worry about. "They usually don't last very long however. I think you're the first I'm going to make last. At least until I tire of your company." It was rather admirable the way the hostage was being very calm, but with a vampire as a captor it would do no good. He could hear her heart beat, see her veins, smell the rushing blood beneath that lovely skin.

A certain spark entered his dark blue eyes as he looked her over. "Using nicknames are we? Okay, I'll play along with that. I've been called many names, but the one that would make the most sense would be Sin. You may call me that until you decide to entrust me with your full name at which time I will tell you mine." Sinclair said with that dazzling smile that had served him well over the centuries. His thoughts went back to the books she'd been reading and his eyes grew a bit brighter. "Tell me my dear, Theo, do you like horror stories?"

PapillonCameo 07-30-2011 01:23 AM

That elicited a surprised laugh from Theodora. She really hadn't expected her kidnapper to be quite so ... Sane. IF anything, he would have been pleasant company except for the fact he was going to kill her eventually. "I suppose I'll have to keep your interest somehow then." Though it galled her, Theodora knew exactly what she needed to do in order to buy herself some time to formulate a plan. The young woman was going to seduce her kidnapper, and find a way to escape.

His response to her other words left her smiling, which was a good thing. The less feigned emotions and reactions she had, the better. "Horror stories? No, but I do like murder mysteries, with a dash of romance thrown in. It's ironic considering the circumstances." Indeed, it was very much so. Still, those books with a little dash of introductory psychology might very well help her cope in this situation. "I know I'm in no position to ask for anything, but would a book or two be too much of a big demand? I can't go a day without reading." Speaking truthfully, the young woman was still planning. There were things she needed to let slip, in order to gain whatever advantage she could.

GypsyDancer 07-30-2011 02:27 AM

I wonder what goes through that head of hers... The vampire thought to himself as he crossed the room and opened one of the drawers. Certainly he had moved a few of his books in here when he had done some cleaning. He nodded and looked back at her. "There are a few in here. They may or may not be to your liking, but feel free to ask for something." He said, looking at the bite mark he'd left on her neck. "I'm your captor, not an asshole. There's a distinct difference."

Carefully, Sinclair sat beside her and tilted her head so that he could see her neck. "Your neck is fine?" He asked, looking at the bite. Truthfully it made him a bit hungry, but self-restraint became easier every half century or so. Gently his fingers stroked her neck, taking extra care over the bite marks. Sinclair's skin was incredibly smooth, but it was also very cold.

PapillonCameo 07-30-2011 02:41 AM

The young woman watched him move across the room, and stopped herself from sighing in relief. It was hard being around him, when her emotions roiled, twisting and turning into a maze of thoughts. "I didn't mean it that way. Wouldn't you be wary too, if you were in my position?" Stretching her legs out, Theodora muffled a yawn. "So you read? What are you interested in?" You could tell a lot about someone, simply by knowing what they read or looking at their bookshelf.

As he returned to sit by her side, Theodora stopped herself from moving away. It was a game, all an act and she needed to convince Sin of something. Letting herself relax, the young woman somehow managed not to rip herself away from the man. "Sin, my neck is just dandy. Though I do wonder why you bit me, it seems a little silly." His hand was cold, with an unexpected gentleness. There were so many things about him which would have made a Theodora a willing captive, if only he'd wooed her and swept her off her feet instead of kidnapping her. Now she would fight tooth and nail to be free. With those thoughts in mind she shifted, so her knee brushed against his. Her breathing and heartbeat started going quicker even then before as she anticipated what might happen as she pressed herself closer, into his side.

If things went wrong, she was certain Sin would kill her despite the polish of society manners he showed.

GypsyDancer 08-04-2011 02:43 PM

"Hm, mostly what people call classics. I'm now reading 'Dracula' and finished 'Frankenstein' not too long ago. Don't be mistaken however, I have read 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' and others of the sort." Sinclair answered, seeing every vein in her body light up as her heart beat faster. It sort of made him want to take another taste, and for some reason he was more compelled to give in to that desire on this day. Her scent was rather delectable as she pressed her body closer to his. Tenderly, Sinclair kissed her forehead and moved down to kissing her neck. Here this hunger grew.

After a moment of gently kissing her neck, Sinclair slightly pulled back. "You seem smart. You'll understand why I bit you." He whispered before he allowed himself a small snack and let his fangs pierce her neck at a smaller vein. The warmth of her blood flooded his mouth and slowly traveled down his esophagus and lit up the most euphoric section of his brain. It was but just a short euphoria, as Sinclair used his tongue to clean any of the stray blood on her neck before he pulled away and stood. "It was a pleasure having this little chat, but you should rest my dear." Sinclair's voice sounded a little different, more distinct, as he picked up the food tray and headed towards the door. "Knock twice on this door if you require anything." He uttered before he left, locking the door behind him.

PapillonCameo 08-04-2011 11:22 PM

There was trembling. In her limbs, in her heart... Theodora closed her eyes as she felt his lips upon her forehead, then her neck. A shiver of revulsion ran trough her, though she disguised it well as something else. It was after all a matter of survival. The young woman couldn't let herself forget he was her captor, the one who'd taken her away from everything she knew. Fear filled her, though Theodora didn't let it show an ounce.

A sound did escape her though after his enigmatic words. A pressure built upon her neck, then a sharp pain which disappeared quickly enough. Theodora's eyes flew open. It seemed that she was faced with far more then she had first thought. The liquid, her blood, flowed easily and too much so. She was glad and relieved when the vampire pulled away. "I guess you're right," uttered the young woman shakily. Theodora's fear was plainly out in the open now, and despair filled her eyes. His back was turned, he was already gone. After placing a trembling hand on the healing wound, the young woman leaped from her bed and towards the books.

Sin had mentioned Dracula. Theodora had to try and find a way to kill him. She began to read, curled up in a chair and did not know if the time passed quickly or not. Beside her was a notebook which slowly filled with information. Hopefully there were other books about his kind, written by humans or mayhap vampires... It was hard to tell. Theodora couldn't deny they existed after being bitten by one. If he'd been human, the pain would have stayed and lasted. Her wound wouldn't have been healing.

GypsyDancer 10-16-2011 07:15 PM

((I'm back... and passing! Sorry it took so long...))

The sun had been up for some time but Sinclair had stayed up to greet his guest formally. Since he had greeted her and had a snippet of a snack, Sin would now retire to his bed chamber to sleep away the day so that he may come out to play when the setting is a bit more to his liking. Oh how glorious the play shall be full of mystery, sinister action, maybe some gore but overall a beautiful play that leaves a sense of euphoria over the world. Of course Sinclair was completely in charge... except for her; he could already tell that she was the main element of surprise. It was as he lay upon his bed that he realized something, "She's incredibly brilliant." He only knew this from talking to her and the fact that he could hear her reading and scribbling down some notes, probably trying to figure out how to kill him. "But very... naive. You cannot believe everything you read." He said with a slight yawn as his head sank deep into the downing pillow and his deep blue eyes flittered shut. Of course he could still hear her, but her movements were very soothing to him somehow.

PapillonCameo 10-16-2011 11:37 PM

It was glaringly obvious really. Theodora supposed Twilight had muddled her brain a little when it came to vampires. A chuckle left her as she thought of how amazingly inaccurate the books where. Putting her notes aside, the young woman slipped out of her uncomfortable dress and into a pair of comfy jeans and t-shirts. According to the mantel clock nearby it was the middle of the day. It would be a while yet before she saw Sin again, and she had so much planning to do! With those thoughts in mind, the brunette set about trying to think. For anything to work, she needed to gain his trust. The only way she saw to do that was to continue on in the same vein as she had done earlier. Then maybe he would leave her out during the daytime. A simple flick of the wrist...

By the time night time rolled around again Theodora had dressed herself up in a resplendent manner. She wore one of her own creations, a necklace that sparkled and shone with every movement. It would draw his attention to her neck, of that the young woman was certain. Though Theodora was hungry herself after missing dinner, she was hoping a late super would more then make up for it. The tank top she wore, a delicate blue color, with lace here and there might just win her a little more leverage. It was hard to tell how this would all turn out.

GypsyDancer 10-19-2011 10:12 PM

The sun had finally dipped under the horizon signaling Sinclair's wake-up call as he slowly arose with a well-rested yawn. His joints popped as he stood and stretched before going to take care of his personal groomings which always included a shower, teeth brushing, hair combing, dressing, and recently a bit of cologne. Once he was done with his groomings, Sin went into his kitchen to prepare his guest a rather large and lavish meal that consisted of a pan-seared chicken fettuccine alfredo with a small grilled wedge salad with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing and roasted garlic bread. He meticulously arranged it on the tray with a glass of water, a bottle of wine, one empty wine glass, and one full wine glass for himself before entering into her room.

Sinclair said nothing as he set the tray down and picked up his own glass of wine before going to sit in the chair on the other side of the room. He couldn't help but to smile as he looked Theo over. He took a careful sip of his wine and just watched her. "Did you get any sleep or did you just stay up and do your research to presumably kill me, hm? Obviously garlic warding off my kind is a complete myth, but since you probably don't want to keep me away from this room since that's the only way you survive that really doesn't help you."

PapillonCameo 10-20-2011 01:35 AM

Delicious smells wafted to Theodora's nose, making her stomach growl with hunger. She was almost looking forward to the battle of wits to come. It had been such a long, boring day and without food... The brunette stared at the door until the knob twisted and it creaked open. At the sight of the delicious looking meal, Theodora tried very hard not to jump up and snatch the plate away. As it was she waited until Sin placed it upon the table, then began to eat. It didn't take a genius to see that the grey eyed woman enjoyed the meal very much. Every savor burst in her mouth in a wonderful melding that made her want to have more. Reachign forward and grabbing the wine, she poured herself just a little and sipped it carefully before speaking.

A coy smile played over her lips. " I napped here and there, but mostly reasearched. It really is obvious, I should have thought of it before." Theodora shrugged and took another small sip of wine before going on. "Where did you learn to cook? The meal was delicious!" It helped that she'd been hungry. Though in fact, Theodora really did wonder.

GypsyDancer 10-20-2011 02:39 AM

Sin sipped his wine as amusement danced in his dark blue eyes. Most humans bored him to a great extent, but she was rather interesting. At least as far as conversation went. "Well I could tell you a lie and say I was human before and was bitten in a back alleyway in the late seventeen hundreds from the early eighteen hundreds and turned, but no. I was born this way and in order to satisfy my more humanistic hunger I perfected my culinary expertise and I've traveled... quite extensively. Over a period of time you would pick up something useful, wouldn't you think?" He said, looking her over. "You made that?" He asked, noticing the look of the necklace that gave away that it had not been made by mass machinery like some of today's jewelry.

PapillonCameo 10-20-2011 02:51 AM

Theodora listened intently to every words spoken. A smile materialized and a small geuinine laugh escaped at the fact that even now he wouldn't lie to her. It was refreshing, in a strange kind of way. Even so the brunette was still trying to find some way of having the door of her room open in some way when the vampire left. Placing her glass on the table, she removed the necklace and held it out for Sin's inspection. It was made with various chains, silver in color but actually made of copper, placed together after bending the links open. A variety of beads, all in cold tones of greens and blues, were hooked onto the chains after being put on headpins. To finish it all off, a star was the clasp of the necklace.

It was one of Theodora's favorite pieces of jewelry. After working hours on it, it wasn't so surprising. "I bought the individual pieces, but put them all together into the whole. It's a nice way to pass the time, and an easy way to get part of the Chrismas list done. My mother's getting quite a collection by now." And so were her friends. The earlier smile was still upon her face, which surprised Theodora more then she wanted to admit. The situation was unbelievable! She, a prisoner, was actually beginning to enjoy herself.. If only a little bit.

GypsyDancer 10-20-2011 03:25 AM

Sinclair carefully took her necklace in his hands and inspected it with a close eye, rather impressed. A grin crossed his face as he looked up and carefully handed the necklace back. "I'm impressed, thoroughly. Thrifty and impeccable craftsmanship. I know most women today like their precious gems, but in my day it was more of the things that came from the heart." He said, sipping from his wine again before continuing. "If one really wanted to 'woo' a lady then he would get up early and gather the most vibrant flowers from the hills after spending all night writing the perfect poem that you just hoped would draw a smile upon her lips. You wouldn't try to entrance her with how much money you had by purchasing her jewels or clothing. The definition of romance has dropped quite a bit unfortunately. Ah, but... I'm going on a slight rant. Tell me about yourself Theo." He said, leaning back into his seat with one knee gently folded over the other as he took another light sip of his wine.

PapillonCameo 10-20-2011 01:38 PM

A blush crept up onto the young woman's cheeks as she accepted her necklace and the ompliment with a smile of thanks. As the vampire went on to speak of how things used to be, the grey eyed woman couldn't help but let a wistful sigh escape her. After reading Pride and Prejudice, as well as other novels of the type it was hard not to see what Sinclair was describing. "Oh, it wasn't a rant so much as reminiscing," stated Theodora as she pushed her glass from side to side carefully.

"What to tell you.... My favorite color is blue, if you hadn't noticed yet. I love fencing, it's my favorite sport. For a few years I've been in musical productions, just high school stuff, and I love reading. If I didn't have a book to pass the time, I don't know what I'd do! Usually I read fantasy novels, though I also like reading some of the classics. It's funny, I've been meaning to read Dracula." It made her want to figure out if the count the character was based on had actually been a vampire. Then there were rumors about other happenings and going ons... Basically everywhere in the world.
