Giving a grunt of disatisfaction he blinked a moment at Ikuto in his peculiarly pleasent mood. looking to the come the neko took it and mimiched what Ikuto did, he'd never used on in his life so the motion to him was strange. he did indeed enjoy working there but it seemed a bit soon to push there luck....then again theyd just been intimate on the couch and red eyes' was just fine then. inwardly scolding himself and frowning slightly his head buzzed with a million thoughts.

its not that he didnt enjoy it, becuase oh god did he, but he had pushed his hurt freind into it. Or so he felt at least. If Ikuto wanted to go that was well enough with him at least but hikari would be keeping an eye to make sure he wasnt in pain. forgetting his own still healing wounds Hikari was being a bit of a dunce. He himself hadnt been hit by a car too long ago and yet the neko had all but forgotten his own pain in these past few days.

ChiNoMizuumi 09-25-2011 10:26 PM

Looking back at Hikari, he chuckled since the neko obviously didn't really know what to do. Taking the comb, he mumbled a, "Let me," and started to fix up his hair.

Thinking about everything that had happened, Ikuto wondered if Hikari had regretted doing... what they were doing. It didn't seem like he did, which was good, but there was a tinge of regret somewhere. Perhaps the neko felt as though he pushed the raven into it. What a silly neko... Ikuto chuckled, finishing up Hikari's hair. "There, you look great. I'll have to teach you how to use this later, hm?" The raven laughed and put the combs away, grabbing their coats from the closet and throwing one to Hikari. "You can't stop me from going," he stated, sticking his tongue out.

Meiko_00 09-26-2011 02:18 AM

smilling and giggling in return Hikari knew he would have to be tuaght how to use the little object but he liked it better when Ikuto did it. The combing felt nice and the touch of pale hands on his soft hair was most pleasent. Catching the coat with a grunt the neko pouted a moment then huffed "alright, alright...." it was more of a tease but it was half true.

the crisp clean air outside held the brisk warmth of the sun, with no breeze to chill them the weather was pleasent. It did the neko good to be out in it but he still wondered if Ikuto was ok. frowning a moment at the thought he grinned and asked "hey, want a ride again?"

there was a difinite shift between the two, somehow things had changed and there'd be no going back.

ChiNoMizuumi 09-26-2011 02:42 AM

Walking out of the house, the cold breeze nipped at the raven's skin, feeling oddly pleasant now. The sun was bright -- today was going to be a good day."Huh? Ride?" Ikuto asked. Then, realizing what he meant, the raven looked at himself and then at the neko, laughing. "No, I'm alright, Hikari. Don't worry." With a grin, Ikuto took Hikari's hand in his own, not caring what other people might think, and whispered, "This is plenty," while winking at the boy.

Ttogether, they walked into the bustling bakery, greeting the boss. Ikuto nearly had to beg to be able to stay and work -- apparently, he found out about the accident. In the end, however, the ravne was just too persuasive -- or stubborn -- and was in the kitchen in no time, firing up the oven and making some new batter for a creation that popped in his head. "Hikari, you'll like this one, too," Ikuto beamed, mixing some batter. "Sething equivalent to red velvet cupcakes, except in muffin form... And the fact that they'll technically be 'Snowy Velvet' muffins." He chuckled lightly as he rolled up his sleeves some.

Meiko_00 09-26-2011 09:00 PM

((sorry im so used o emial notics i didnt check :( ))

Hikari puased a moment looking blankly to Ikuto, the boy's affections strange but oddly welcome. smiling sudenly Hikari followed red eyes to the bakery but was oddly quiet. He was both disappointed and happy Ikuto was allowed to work fearing that his freind may push it but feeling he should be allowed to do what made him happy. Hikari felt that in being there, though given the day off, was not excused from service while Ikuto was working. Taking it upon himself to get ready and changed he assisted in tending to customers. on these nice days there where more takeout orders than dinners but it didnt matter.

His typicaly warm and happy energy seemed to have somehow mellowed out. though Hikari was pleased to be of service the blonde seemed a little more calm slightly more refined in manners. however his childish behavior soon took hold again when the timer on the oven dinged. staring at the new treats in anticipation his watery blue eyes could perceive nothing else.

ChiNoMizuumi 10-01-2011 12:22 AM

Ikuto was impressed by Hikari's demeanor in the bakery -- it set him aside from everyone else that ever worked there. He had such a lovely air around him. You just had to love the neko. Ikuto was lost in the sight of Hikari for a few minutes, but his timer broke the reverie. In a hurry, he rushed to take his muffins out of the oven. They smelled absolutely amazing and had this sort of light-blue-snow feeling. Wasting no time, Ikuto put the tray out to cool and started to prepare the icing -- a variation of the color of the muffin, just darker and slightly mint-flavored. Looking over his shoulder, he smirked at Hikari. Quickly, he put together a muffin for him and held it out. "Have a taste! I hope it's good!" The raven grinned brightly.

Meiko_00 10-01-2011 07:16 PM

beaming Hikari quickly accepted the treat, eyes it smirking, and took a bite. with an 'mmmmm' of satisfaction his perked ears droped and his tail curreled. 'aazing as always, you never fail to impress." he cogratulated Ikuto with a mouthful of muffin. licking his figers clean then washing his hand the neko beamed to red eyes and went back to work. the rest of he evening slid by at a crawl, the pleasent weather beckoning people to the streets and park instead of chasing them inside. closing time was around the corner though it seemed it had taken forever to get there and Hikari had set to scrubbing tables.

"what do you think we should do when we get home?" he asked Ikuto from across the empty bakery.

ChiNoMizuumi 10-01-2011 07:49 PM

Ikuto worked hard for the rest of the day even though not many people were coming inside. It was fine anyway, more time to do things that otherwise wouldn't have been taken care of -- like bills and such. The raven took some time to fill out paperwork and start putting checks in envelopes for their bills.
"At home?" he mumbled. "I guess we can watch a movie or something, hm?" It seemed like a fairly good suggestion, although last time it turned out that they didn't actually watch the movie. I actually want to watch a movie this time... he whined to himself lightly. But other distractions are fun, too.

Meiko_00 10-02-2011 05:54 PM

((sorry. internet took a dump again....tried posting ten freakn times last night >: ( ))

Giggling to himself lightly hikari also was reminded of how thei first attempt went. some real quality time would be nice. He had more than enjoyed their lustful and loving escapades on the couch but what red eyes needed was rest. All he wanted was to hold the boy cose, where he knew Ikuto would be safe and enjoy the quiet warmth of a night inside. he hadnt lived in a house for ages though he had many 'homes'. the streets where his home, even now he was a part of them.

you can take the cat out of the streets but you cant take the street out of the cat.

soon the lights flickered off and it was finaly time to go back. the sun had long since set and a pleasently cool night had fallen. Street lamps bleached town stark and melted colors leaving all looking pale in its silence. cars passed by with quited swooshes as if disturbing the silence of the night air was a shameful act best left hushed. all was peacful, and all was right.

ChiNoMizuumi 10-04-2011 11:30 PM

The night air was slightly cold, evident by the people outside who wore their fluffy winter coats. Ikuto cleaned up the kitchen and headed out onto the floor to get Hikari. Tossing the neko's jacket over, he called out, "Hikari -- let's go home and relax." With a grin, the raven walked over to the neko and took his hand, not caring about any stares that he might get from other people. It felt right, so it was right. "I'm sure we'll actually watch that movie this time," he added with a chuckle.

Calmly, the two walked home in a peaceful silence. When Ikuto got inside, he flung his coat into the closet and started rummaging through his DVDs. "What kind do you wanna a watch?"

Meiko_00 10-05-2011 02:45 AM

The neko chuckled at red eyes' comment but said nothing morek, content with the silence of their trip. Once inside he too flung his coat in the closet and shook the cold from his ears briskly. "Im not sure, something funny?" this whole movie thing was still foreign to Hikari but he was more interested in holding Ikuto near him than some odd display in a box. Walking over into the main room he sat on the couch and waited pateintly.

ChiNoMizuumi 10-07-2011 08:37 PM

Ikuto laughed at that response, going through his set of DVDs in an attempt to maybe find a comedy act -- which he did actually find after a minute or so. Plugging it into the system, he pressed play before walking over to the couch and plopping down right next to Hikari. "This one's supposed to be some great comedy act, so I hope you like it," he chuckled, crossing his legs on the couch. Peeking at the neko's face, Ikuto gingerly swept some hair out of the other's eyes, sticking his tongue out.

Meiko_00 10-07-2011 08:49 PM

Hikari flared his nose a bit in response as his sandy colored hair fell right back in place. Ikuto seemed hapy enough to him and thats all that mattered. Givin a broad childish grin the neko layed on his side and patted a place in front of him for red eyes to lay. It had been a long day and even though a funny movie was nice he'd much rather see his freind relaxing. The shift in the neko's demeanor was subtle at the moment but as time drew on since their lusting escapades on the couch the difference was setting in and progressively growing.

ChiNoMizuumi 10-07-2011 08:54 PM

Chuckling, the raven smiled sweetly at Hikari, shifting over to lay next to him. Memories of there little bits of "fun" were coming back to him, making him chuckle even more -- oh, how the situation had changed now. "Don't try anything funny," Ikuto whispered in jest, nudging the neko with his shoulder. "Or else you'll be washing the couch." With a wink, he turned to face the television set, resting his head on his arm.

Meiko_00 10-08-2011 04:56 AM

Hikari gave a grunt and a small smirk but pulled ikuto in close wrapping an arm around him and his tail laying acrost Ikuto's knee. He was strangely calm and quite, the beast's former vigor and childish energy shifting into a cam and more relaxed state. As a bringer of light he saet warmth, now the only warmth he desired was Ikuto's. whether it be in the heat of passion or the simple pleasure of embrace. while watching the movie he himself eventualy half dozed only caring that he still had red eyes to hold and call his own.

ChiNoMizuumi 10-08-2011 09:12 PM

The comedy was probably the most boring thing Ikuto ever watched -- in reality, he was only loving the warmth that his body and Hikari's shared. It felt so right to be near him, just to snuggle with him. Soon enough, it seemed like Hikari had grown bored of the show, his breathing becoming deeper until it seemed that he was sleeping. With a light chuckled, the raven silently shifted over so that he was laying on the couch facing the the neko. One hand gingerly caressed the slightly dozed-off Hikari as Ikuto pressed his lips to the neko's -- a sweet kiss, almost like a good night kiss.

Meiko_00 10-08-2011 10:26 PM

Hikari gave a slight chuckled and murmured some unintelligible 'good night', eyes still closed and sleep laden. what he realy said was fare two quiet and thick to know if he was saying anything at all. after this the neko returned a firm kiss and purred releasing the kiss and tightening his hold on red eyes. as the night drew in and the da,rk sky sent forth chilled winds to howl at the window pane hikari veguely thought on his loney nights on the roof and was glad to have Ikuto.

ChiNoMizuumi 10-08-2011 10:34 PM

The neko's kiss completely surprised Ikuto, who gasped at its firmness. But, he laughed when Hikari let him go, wrapping his own arms around the neko. He snuggled into his warm body and sighed deeply. It was so ironic how the weather was so cold, yet this feeling was warm in its entirety. Shifting over again, Ikuto moved so that the neko was comfortably laying on top of him, the other's head right on his chest. The raven gave the boy a quick kiss on the head, and leaned his head back, staring at the ceiling idly.

Meiko_00 10-08-2011 11:43 PM

forcing himself to wake up enough hikari asked "whats wrong?" ikuto seemed restless at best and the neko didnt want to hold him there if red eyes would rather be elsewhere. his soft earse where perked slightly waiting for an answer but his mind was slow to keep up ith what was going on. the dark haired boy's gasp made it clear the neko's kiss as a suprise and it brought him pleasure to hear it.

ChiNoMizuumi 10-09-2011 12:03 AM

"Hm?" Ikuto looked at Hikari with a confused expression. "What? I'm okay, really. You're just... really warm, so I don't want to sleep yet." He chuckled, gently rubbing the neko's ears. He would never be able to sleep at this rate. With a gentle tug, the raven pulled his significant other's face towards him, molding their lips together in passionate and loving kiss. Smiling, the raven broke the kiss, leaving their faces only centimeters apart.

Meiko_00 10-09-2011 05:13 AM

purring at the sensation of his ears being fondled the neko was in turn taken by suprise as red eyes kissed him. "now, now...i thought we wherent supposed to get so riled up." he tuanted the boy for having joked earleir about their last attempt at a movie going awry. in truth he didnt mind he was having fun but a feeling tugged at him, one of doubt. could things realy stay like this forever? sure they where happy in this moment but what next?

Ikuto had the bakery, wich he ran well enough, and hikari had ikuto but red eyes had dream....one of greater calling. in the bonde's half pressent dreams his mind reflected on this and made him wonder.....could ikuto ever have the life he wanted? or more importantly could the neko give it to him?

ChiNoMizuumi 10-11-2011 10:08 PM

"Shush, we're not getting riled up... 'S just a kiss..." the raven mumbled, leaning his head back against the couch to close his eyes. He could feel the neko's even breaths and steady heartbeat, making everything just seem so much brighter. So much better. So loving. This was the kind of feeling that Ikuto never wanted to end.

Things seemed more lucid ever since Hikari came into the picture. Life had meaning again, even if it really wasn't perfect. Although, to Ikuto, it seemed to be more than perfect. Slowly, the raven pondered some thoughts. What if he didn't find Hikari that day? What if he didn't care enough to look for him? What would have happened if Ikuto didn't take such an uncanny interest in him? Truth be told, both of them would probably be dead by now.

But, Hikari had stopped everything from going further on its downhill slope. "Na, Hikari," the raven started softly. "Thanks for coming into my life." He kissed the top of the other's head gently, caressing his ears again.

Meiko_00 10-12-2011 03:24 AM

giving a small chuckle in response the neko settled down and gave a small sigh before returning to those slow and sleepy breaths. Pulling in Ikuto a little closer as the boy settled in he reveled in the silence of their caress. purring at red eye's tough he replied quietly. "and i give my thanks to you." the touch of soft pale hands upon his blonde ears made the neko melt into dreams, relaxed and loved.

The next morning was heralded in by the bright sun and the chirpings of many a bird who hadnt enough sense to migrate from this snowy place. Refusing to wake up the cat clung to Ikuto half asleep hoping he wouldnt wake. half asleep, thoughts of his dreams trickled in and set his mind to pondeing. maybe he could make Ikuto's dream come true.

((sorry for late reply.just got back from work and had a real bad asthma day))

ChiNoMizuumi 10-13-2011 12:52 AM

(( aw D:  I hope your asthma isn't as bad today -- mine gets really bad too sometimes))

Chuckling, Ikuto relaxed his entire body, letting his body and the neko's body share their warmth for the night, exchanging their lovely heat. The night seemed safer now with Hikari around, and it allowed the raven to sleep peacefully, finally, without nightmares or ghouls coming to chase him.

The next morning, Ikuto yawned quietly as the neko on his chest tightened his crop on the boy's shirt. He looked awake but asleep at the same time. "G'morning, Hikari..." he mumbled, kissing the other's head lightly. "You sleep well?" With a grunt, the raven sat upright, holding his love in his arms. The tides had somewhat turned -- the once dominant neko was now being cradled in the arms of the "submissive".

Meiko_00 10-13-2011 02:35 AM

grunting in refusal to give a deffinate answer he tightened his grip on the cloth as Ikuto sat up. he was awake and wishing that sweet sleep had never ended. Never the less he still had red eyes and that was enough to make him peep his eyes open, if only grumpily. As much as he liked the coddling it felt all wrong, as if something was not suposed to be happening but wasnt realy dong any harm. Sighing hikari decided to correct this and sit himself up as well giving Ikuto a firm 'good morning' kiss a moment and breaking away to say "the only thing good about it is you." he then smirked and wondered at a bit of morning food.

((eh, 3 times in the past few days ie needed an inhaler))
