Thanks! And yes, when I first started this up and when people were adding noms a few times a day, my poor family was getting seriously neglected, lol. I feel they're on the verge of being neglected now with my role-plays, lol. I don't want to add any more to my plate or I'll have to weed some old stuff out. Which is fine.

life prioritizing is a useful skill. I've neglected rps real bad myself because of work I need to to for a student art show and nanowrimo. Some of my rps are a little more than neglected. They're cobweb town.

There were some recent noms, I can't recall how many. I'll need to go back and search around. I don't believe there were enough though. I mean people need nommed more than once otherwise we'd have 15 winners, lol you know? Someone may have been nommed twice. Like I said, I just need to go back and look. Anyway, I'm just going to keep it open until we get enough noms, I guess. I just didn't want to do that because then people would be getting nominated for work that was old, and my not even be their style anymore, you know?

I'm up for another play rain. I just don't think I have the energy to set one up and create a character. If you want to start the thread with a little background info. (I believe we hammered that stuff out already - if not, we can!) and add your character profile, I'll add mine and even make the first post. I just don't have the brain power for much else lately. I really need to start going to bed earlier. My daughter wakes me up early, but I've been going to bed sooo late. I have a hard time going to sleep, and then staying that way and having comfortable sleep. It's like I've developed insomnia or something. I hope this doesn't last forever you know?

I'll be in and out today. I've got some errands to run, and still have a lot of work to do to catch up on my daughter's baby books and photo albums, plus the memory jar and finding/organizing all her videos, etc.

Sounds like a good plan. [yes] And no. Yes and no. I get caught up and then other things happen and I'm behind again. *sigh* I caught my brand new oven on FIRE last week, or the week before. (The days have been running together.) And haven't been able to use it until we put it on self clean. We had to open all the doors and windows, and all the smoke detectors were still going off for over an hour. We were running around shutting them off constantly. So I still need to get all the ashes out of it, but can't until I replace the bag in the hand held vacuum. I've been cooking on the stove for two weeks, which is kind of a pain. There's only so much you can cook on the stove before everything starts tasting the same, lol.

I had to seal the countertops, but the bar is going to fall off if we don't get a bracket for it. The laundry is a downhill slide, lol. I just keeps multiplying! [gonk] On top of that, I take the tot to do something about once a day, be it a local event, or the park. We're waiting to hear the news on when Laura's funeral is and what exactly caused her death, and thinking about her and that family have really been bogging me down. I feel like, all I want to do it rp or play an old videogame from my childhood. But then, I don't really have the energy for those things either.

I'm in this constant funk, never knowing what I really want to do with myself, but also never actually being very productive at all. It's so unlike me. And it sucks. It will pass, I know. Just wishing it would pass sooner than later.

Because it seems like it will go on forever, people are more likely to procrastinate. No?
