"We're nearly there!" the woman said, seemingly not tired. Thorn however was trotting to keep up. How can a woman walk so fast?! she thought.

Evan realized that the old woman was going so fast and wondered if it was just hope that was makeing her go so fast.

"Everyone! I brought trainers!" She called out when she got to the city. "We shall have food soon!"

Evan wondered for a seond if she ment that they where the food or that they where going ot get food soon.

The woman brought them to the center of the street. "Come now trainers, get out your pokemon!" she cried out, raising her arms.

Evan wasn't sure at first to take out his pokemon and only took out ponyta and charmander. He didn't like the feeling of this.

Thorn shrugged and wondered why he didn't bring out Arcanine or any of the others. Pikachu was on her shoulder so she let out Charmeleon and Oddish. "Very good." The old lady croaked. Thorn heard other villagers in the shadows.

Evan went and stood Next to Thorn. "it is me or dose this place feel very creepy and the old lady even creepyer." he whispered to her.

"It seems like everyone is holding their breaths." She whispered back. "All villagers, come out and rejoice, we soon shall have food!" The old lady was rambling on.

Evan nodded and just looked at the lady like she was crazed. "I thought we where getting them food but it dosen't sound like it." he whispered to her.

"Maybe when we defeat this pokemon the crops will grow back?" Thorn whispered. So slowly that they hadn't noticed, the villagers had surrounded them.

When Evan saw the villagers it was to late, they had them surrounded. "what is going on?" he asked "I thought we where going to help you"

The woman smiled. "You are young trainers, you are. In more ways then you can imagine." Oddish shivered and huddled against Thorn's leg.

Evan looked around and really started to wonder what was going on. Charmander got ready to fight.

"Maybe they just want to have a look at us." Thorn tried to remain positive. But when the woman started to transform into a hungry Spiritomb, you knew something was wrong. As the other villagers began to shift, she screamed. "They're going to eat us!"

Evan growled and then took out arcanine. "I knew somehitng was up." he said as he got ready to battle them.

Thorn gasped and Charmeleon growled. "Calm yourselves young trainers!" The Spiritomb commanded. "Come with us to the dungeon!" the villagers made a tight circle and herded them to a building.

Evan placed a hand on arcanine "everyone calm down." he said and looked at Thorn "lets just go with them." he said but that was only for now.

Thorn was worried. None of the other villagers were transforming, maybe they weren't pokemon but they were under some sort of spell? The Spirittomb stopped at the building. "Come on now, in you go." She said. Thorn noticed that the only door in the building was the one they were going into, and there were no windows.

Evan looked at thorn and took her hand. "we have no choice but to odey." he whispered to her and lead her into the building. THey where surrounded and out numbered so they could do nothing if they wanted to right now.

"Right." Thorn stepped in. The Spiritomb went and locked the door behind her. It was vertually empty, there was a bucket and Thorn did not want to know what it was for, and two cots.

Evan smirked as he looked around "well dosn'et this look nice." he said as he looked at Thonr.

"You could say that again." Thorn said. "I wonder what they are going to do with us. I hope they don't eat us." Charmeleon was inspecting the door.

"well then we better not say and find out." he said as he looekda t Arcanine "start digging a whole that leads out of here." he said and arcanine nodded and started to dig into the floor.

Charmeleon put his paw against the door. it was sturdy, but was it that sturdy? He started to lightly push against it.
