Attacks:
Kaen Rensa (Flaming Chains) chains of fire erupt out of the ground and wrap around the opponent or what ever I'm after
Kaen Oni Ya (Flaming Demon Arrows) flaming balls appear around opponent and then out of the balls arrows shoot out
Heru Yami Shou (Hells Darkness Destroy) final attack, surrounds the opponent in a circle of fire, that then closes above them

Bankai:
Tenshi Yami Hae (Angel of Darkness Fly) pretty much my person flying around and sending fire at opponents
Ame Kaen Ya (Rain of Flaming Arrows) is my second attack but on a bigger scale plus im flying around while doing this

Iseki walked absentmindedly among the maze like corridors of the seireitei. Not much had been happening lately, so the punishment squad was on a sort of vacation. Iseki was endlessly bored by the inner workings and politics of the souls society and was reduced to wandering aimlessly, hoping to find something of interest.

Sai sat on top of the his squads barracks roof. He leaned backward gazing up at the sky deep in thought. His long black hair got picked up in a slight breeze causing it to fly into his dark eyes. He sighed and brushed his hair back with his hand. Sitting up more he looked down at the ground below him.

(hmmm. I'm still not quite sure on how the plot is going to go... BTW what court guard squad are you assigned to? and what is your ranking?)
Iseki glanced up and saw an officer sitting atop a squad barracks. It seemed he wasn't the only one suffering from this bout of intensely boring perfection.

((squad 2. rank lolz idk maybe something like 6th or 5th))

Looks like I'm not alone, Sai thought noticing the person below. He smiled slightly and waved at the guy below.

(oh noez we're in the same squad XD 13 court guard squads Squad 2 deals w/ security.)
Iseki disappeared from where he was standing and reappeared sitting next to the other soul reaper. Iseki was very proud of his mastery of shunpo, for no soul as young as him had ever mastered it so fast. He had seen this man around, but the punishment squad was separated from the officers, so they didn't interact much.
"Are you officers suffering from this as well? Nothing has happened for some time now, I'm beginning to wish for some sort of disaster, just so we can get some action..."

Sai nodded and looked up at the boy. "Though it has got rather boring around here I don't think a disaster would be a great thing to happen," he told him. "I'll take these quiet days over the days off battle." He stood up and extended his hand. "I'm Sai Mitsukai by the way."

(no it's fine, The punishment squad is directly overseen by Soi fon, and is kept seperate from squad 2, this would explain why they never met.)

Iseki reached out and shook the extended hand,
"Iseki Kuemon, I'm a punishment squad enforcer."
Iseki watched as a hell butterfly fluttered slowly in the wind, it was no doubt on it's way to relay information to someone.

(BTW what exactly should we do? what is the catalyst that will start the arc of the plot?)

((Maybe something like a rouge Shinigami doing something evil...lolz or a Arrancar issue but not involving Aizen. possibly lolz))

Sai smiled and shook Iseki's hand. "That would explain on how I don't know you," he said.

(O.o I posted! WTF!? I posted like a 3 days ago!!! I was wondering why you didn't post... Btw what happened to the vampire/angel one? you never posted in it again... or did the same thing happen? I'll need to check that...)

Iseki was about to respond when an alarm went off.
"Intruder in the seiretei, I repeat, Intruder in the seiretei. All squads converge, This is not a drill."
Iseki gave Sai a bewildered look,
"Did I do that?! I was joking, really..."
Soi fon appered in front of Iseki,
"The punishment force is converging on the intruder, come. follow me."
