Persona: She doesn't like being told what to do, she is usually stubborn and thinks she is always right. She is strong willed and will do anything to try and get what she wants. When people get to know her she is a fun person and is nice, including loyal and honest.

Bio: When she was about 13 years old her parents had died, so she was left on her own. She never did have much money, so sometimes in order to get even just scraps of food she had to steal. When her parents had been alive her mother had loved her dearly, but her father wasn't so close. She had always been picked on for being part neko and part rabbit, since all the other children weren't really hybrids of anysort except for the occasional human elf and so on. Her mother had been a rabbit demon and her father a neko demon. She has most of her mother's looks.

"Hey! You get back here with that!" yelled the shop keeper. Mikara was panting as she ran away with a bit of bread. She hated having to sneak around like this. She never was able to find a suitable job, even though she was quite skilled at using her father's old sword. She always kept it with her. She ran to where she had left the children.

usually she would steal only for herself, and would only steal a little. She had felt sorry for the group of ragged children. They were of the poor famlies, not having much like her. She gave the children the bread, they scampered off. Except for one, they placed a peice of dirty, rolle up cloth into her hand where the bread had been moments before.

She watched as the child went away, running after the rest. she stared at the clother for a moment. Then carefully she unrolled it. Inside was a small, slick blue and purple gem. The top half was the purple and the bottom blue, in the middle where th colors hsould have met was white.

There was a hole in it, so she strung it onto the chain she always wore. One of the only peices of jewelry her mom owned. It was made of an unkown metal and was priceless. She walked out of the hiding spot, the shop owner no longer chasing her. She started walking when she had bumped into someone. Erm, sorry." she said as she turned to bgin walking in the other direction.

"It's okay..."Pan said."Hey, wait."He said placing a hand on her shoulder.He had noticed the gem she had just received and thought it was interesting looking."Where'd you get that gem around your neck?It's very beatiful."He said smiling.

Mikara turned around and looked at Oan, "Oh, um this. One of the village children gave it to me... after I gave them some bread. They were so hungry, I figured just to give them some food. And, really I am sorry for running into you like that."

He nodded his head."It's okay.That happens to me alot for some reason."He then held out his hand."I'm Pan by the way."He said cheerfully.

Mikara nodded and took his hand, "I'm Mikara. So, what were you doing anyways?" she asked curiously.

"Walking around."Pan said placed a his hand in his pocket."I actually just came back from buying something for my sister."He said holding up a bag.

Mikara looked at it curiously, "What is it?" She asked, poking the bag gently, just in case if it was breakable.

He smiled and opened the bag.Inside was a box."I finally was able to get this, it's a dress she's been wanting since our father took us shoping last year."He said.Then he placed the bag down and opened the box.Inside was a light blue sliken dress."It costed me a fortune, but I think she'll enjoy it."

Mikara looked at it, "I..it's beautiful. I have never owned antyhing like that, you see. My parents died when I was 13 and we never had much money anyways." She said this, looking down at her own apparel. Being a "Demon" she was permitted to wear dresses. Instead she wore a pair of boots that came up to about her thigh, an extremely short skirt with a pair of shorts underneath and a basic tanktop. She also wore a pair of simple fingerless gloves that came to just below her elbow. She only owned a few more articles of clothing, but nothing extravogent like this.

Pan's ears flattened against his head."Aw, that's so sad..."He said.Then he closed the box and got and idea."Hey!I have an idea."He exclaimed happily.He then placed the box back in the bag.

Mikara's ears perked up and she tilted her head, "Huh? What idea?" she asked confused.

He smiled."You can come to my house.My father wouldn't mind, he's kind like that."Pan said.He then grabbed Mikara's hand and started to run a little.

Mikara blushed slightly as he grabbed her hand, "Oh, uh. Ok then."

They arrived at the house about ten minutes later. "Okay, here's where we live."Pan said smiling."My sister can be a little in your face, but she's nice."He then said letting her hand go.

Mikara smiled, "Alright, where is she?"

A figure appeared in one of the windows of the house for one second, then it disappeared. Pan sighed deeply,and bracing himself.3...2...1...He said counting down. Then his sister appeared and was running towards him."Pan!"She said happily.She then opened her arms and ramed into him giving him a hug.He laughed, and hugged her back."Hi....oh sis, meet Mikara."He said smiling at her.

Mikara jumped slightly when his sister had come running out, not expecting it. She waved after he had intorduced her and smiled, "Hi. Nice to meet you...."

She let go of her brother and gave Mikana a big smile."Hi!I'm Rega, by the way."Rega said.

She smiled back, "Like I said, nice to meet you. So, what are we going to do?"

"Father is making lunch, so you can join us if you want."Rega said. She then grabbed Pan's hand and rushed towards the house.He looked behind him."Come on!"He said jestering towards Mikana with his free hand.

Mikana tilted her head slighly, "What strange people..." she said, thinking aloud. Then she began running after them in order to catch up.

They reached the house."Father!Pan's home."Rega called happily.Their father came from downstairs.Unlike his daughter and son he didn't have cat ears."Welcome home."He said smiling.

Mikara walked in with a small smile, "Uh... hi." she said somewaht awkwardly.
