"No, thank you," he declined politely, "I guess Mel is waiting for me so I shouldn't keep her waiting." He explained and kicked a small rock under his feet.

Yes! Mel looked happy because of getting a companion like him.

"Alright.. if you insist...." She climbed in the driver's seat and rolled down the window. "You have a good evening..." With that she was gone.

"What is it that pleases you so?" He asked frowning slightly as they began to move.

He watched her car disappear from his sight and sighed. She really looked a lot like his sibling, however he hadn't seen his sister for more than ten years.

"Lets go skating?" she suggested with a smile.

She just smiled and dragged him along.

Meanwhile Kai returned to the coffee shop they were sitting earlier and looked surprised to see no one there.

She was happy to be able to spend a while with her new friend, but that didn't last too long. Soon Kai found them and leaned on a border near the skating area. He was grinning thinking Poor guy to get captured by her like this.

Mel smiled and helped him up every time.
"Hey, you need practice..." she said with a mischievous wink.
"Cut the guy some slack, will ya?" she suddenly heard Kai's voice.

"How rude!" she pouted looking to Kai and holding onto Calvion.
"Hey, don't be mad..." he chuckled and nodded at Calvion as if greeting him again.

"Kai is being rude..." she explained.
"Okay okay, I got it, I'll leave you two alone" he spun around and walked away. Mel was a bit stunned.
"That's weird, he usually is harder to get rid of even when you want it."

Mel watched Kai leave and didn't manage to react in time to help Calvion stand up and in an instant she ended up on top of him.
"Oww...." she groaned a bit before realizing the position she was in. Her face became bright red after meeting his eyes for a second.
"Ummm.... You okay?" she tried to stand up and help him as well.

"Eh...? Is it that obvious? I'm sorry..." she stuttered in a faint voice. Somehow he had this weird effect on her, she could suddenly loose her cool around him.
"So.. how do you know Kaz?" she wondered just to change the subject, because she really couldn't remember at the time if they already said that.

She listened with a slight womanly jealousy, though she had no reason to be like that. While he spoke she motioned him to heat towards a bench so they could sit and talk properly.
"Well I'm sorry it didn't work out between you two," she spoke after he finished.

Mel giggled.
"You made it sound that she was the only one wasting it..." though she was sure that he probably felt very upset about that, maybe he even loved her a lot.

They say opposite attracts though...
But she held that thought to herself.
"Well, anyway, sorry for asking you stuff like that so suddenly..." she felt a bit embarrassed about that.
"Thank you for a great time today," she smiled.
