"My heart is my buisness and mine alone!" Mist snapped!

"I'll take you up on that offer!" Meka said, decking him hard in the face, "You asked for it you moron!"

Kaori grinned, "Aya, you know a man named Sparky right? Would you bend to his will?"

"Ah! Wow. That was a rush. Never knew I'd like it when a girl hit me" chuckled Tysis.

"Sparky ...." Aya was beginning to feel worthless.

Meka growled again. "You sicko! If I wasn't afraid of dying I'd push you overboard!"


kaori smiled, "You know him, don't you?""

"Of course it is." Quil replied with a shrug. After a few minutes of walking, Quil stopped them. "Okay, three rules." He started, "One; stay as close to me as possible, two; don't look at anyone funny, and three; don't talk to anyone who looks at you funny." He glanced at Mist and smirked, "I doubt you could follow these rules babe, you can't help but look at people funny."

"Don't call me babe!" shouted Mist. "I'm not your girlfriend you moron!"

"Is that so? Your will is not as strong as you fear" said Tysis approaching her. "Would you prefer it if I took a bath. Is that what your implying."

"I'll be your slave and everything, just don't get him involved" pleaded Aya.

"I will keep that in mind." Kyle gritted his teeth. "I will do my best to follow those rules."

"You could be if you wanted." Quil suggested with a smile, "How bad can it be?"

Meka snorted, "Do whatever you want, just don't invite me along with you..." she grunted under her breath, but loud enough to be heard


Kaori chuckled, "Sparky was already involved, and I need your help to retrieve my parsel."


"Worse than burning in hell!" Mist snapped. "I don't date men I don't trust!"

"Then I'll wait till you can trust me." Quil took her hand and kissed the top of it softly, "Even if it takes forever."

"You see I cannot do anything without watching you at the same time. Therefore if I were... You would kinda have to come. So now that I know what your opinion of that is. Your most likely stuck with fish brains. Enjoy!" He chuckled. Tysis was enjoying himself. To get someone worked up over something so small. That was better then bothering his own captain.

"What is it I need to retreive?" asked Aya peeked into curiousity.

Is he an idiot or something? Kyle looked at Quil with big eyes. He was speechless to what he just heard and saw. He understood some of the reason why Mist had issues. She lived near a whack job.

Mist took her hand away from Quil and slapped him across the face. "How dare you make such a disgusting move on me?!" she started walking forward, her face red from anger. Stupid men... if he weren't so persistent I'd have left by now


"I hope you drowned in your bath," Meka said. "And if I was forced to go, you'd be the next poster boy for man drowned on a ship."


Kaori thought about this, "You'll see... when we get their... we need your help. You know some things... like... how do the airships fly?"

"I know you don't want too therefore I will remain as I am and watch over the very mouthy lady I stand near." Tysis snickered, he had a feeling she was always going too say something that made no sense at all yet she was defensive for no reason at the same time.

"Thats easy. There are wings attached to the sides supporting the air. Along with the sails, of course. The propel, who your little tweep, shot at our propel causing misfunction in our motor." Aya paused. "What makes you so curious about the ship? Your a sea wagon? If I must... I shall work for you.. " sighed Aya not liking her choice.

Quil just laughed and took Kyle under his wing again. "Let's go meet the leader." He led the boy into a large clearing. Scruffy, tough-looking men walked the clearing. Wooden houses littered the clearing as well. One large tree in the middle of the area was a house itself and that was where Quil was leading the blue-haired boy and the pink-haired girl.

"I can't believe I'm having this conversation with the enemy!" Meka said. "I normally don't talk with enemy men..."


"Thank you," Kaori siad. "Now I can destroy the airships for good!"


Mist grumbled, "I doubt seeing your leader will be fun if it's another guy..."

"Is that a good idea? I mean, after all I am an outsider.." asked Kyle a bit confused.

"Ah I see, well I can't say that I do this often with woman from the sky but its not something I am exactly fond of either." said Tysis. When the hell am I going to leave here and not listen to her talk anymore. He voice was beginning to irritate him. "Come, We are going to straighten out this ship, to ready it or the docking station." He grabbed her hand ignoring her orders from before. He continued to drag her up the deck and let go of her hand. "I'm sorry but its what needed to be done."

"Your a sour cow!" screamed Aya. She shoved him, trying to break free. "Your heartless!"

Quil laughed again. "You'll have loads of fun then. And don't worry Kyle, the gang won't bite... much." He opened the door to the tree-house, "Visitors first."

"I didn't think you were anybody important," Mist said

"You are when your related to the leader." Quil whispered to her. He then turned his attention to the front of the room where a cloaked figure sat, its hood covering its face. "Alza, I present to you Kyle, the drifter, and Mist... the girl who thinks she owns our lands." The cloaked figure moved its hands to its hood and pulled it off. A woman with striking blue eyes stared at the two new-comers.

"Drifter, I'll speak to you momentarily. Girl, I finally get to meet you." She started slowly, "What the hell is wrong with you?"

He was silent to the peep. He wasn't going to make a sound or movement that was not suspected to come out of him. He waited for the questions rather then asking them.

"What the hell is wrong with me?!" Mist said. "Shut the hell up strange woman! I'm not part of your troop!"


"Eew!" Meka said, her hand twitching. "He touched me again."


Kaori grinned, "I'm sorry to say, I am heartless, as in literally..."

(You're talking about Kyle, right?)

"You're so gonna get it now." Quil mumbled to Mist.

"Oh get over yourself" said Tysis looking at his hands. "I see nothing wrong with me."

"What do you mean by that?" asked Aya.

"Look harder," Meka said, turning her head and fake gagging.


Kaori opened up his jacket and showed her the deep hole in his chest where his heart was suppose to be. "This is what I mean."
