Himiko Lamprouge
Age: unknown
Bio: Where most angels were learning to become guardians, Himiko was chosen as a watcher. Not unlike a guardian, but she tend to more than one person if needed unlike the others. It also showed her all sides to human nature. So while other’s stayed carefree and happy in their oblivious worlds; she saw the world for what it really was. Regardless of that she tried to keep her spirits up believing that her people would never be like that. Than for no rhyme or reason the other Watcher’s replaced her. She tried to understand why she was fired and who replaced her, but they didn’t tell her anything. All she could see was the new Watcher as she passed him at the door. He looked oddly familiar; she couldn’t remember him in her current state.

Ivan Wing
Age: ?
Bio: He was a guardian for a little while but slowly saw the world for what it was. But he found out that the person he was with knew more then other humans should about angels. He feared that if he continued to only stay with him he could not see how the plan was going. He went to the other angels and was named a watcher so that he could follow all of the people that man came in contact with.

Himiko’s foot steps echoing through the large corridors as she walked off in anger. Her face flushed, and her wings ruffled causing a few small feathers to fall. Being a watcher for most of her life allowed her to live on the grounds, but right now it felt more like a prison.
“This is absurd!” Himiko shouted in anger to herself. She went outside to calm down. Right now the last pace she wanted to be was cooped up in her room.
“Ridiculous old birds…I’ve done nothing wrong.” She sighed as she sat down on a garden bench. It was made of stone with detailed wings carved into the sides. Taking a deep breath and folding her wings so she could sit back seemed to calm her greatly.
“…I just don’t understand…” She mumbled resting her hand over her eyes to shield them from the sun. The mid summer rays warming her skin, and making it hard not to smile despite her bad mood.

Ivan was running around getting ready to go down to earth. He knew that he took someone elses job but he needed it if he was going to keep a eye on that man. When he was runnign around he saw a girl that looked familiar. She was siting on a bench and was looking down in the dumps he went over and said "is everything alright?"

Himiko Jumped up a little and smiled brightly out of habit.
“I’m fine thanks…its just a crazy day is all.” She explained not really wanting to get into it. She wasn’t one to talk to strangers about her life. Himiko couldn’t really blame him for asking since she was in a public area moping about. Then she realized that she’d never seen him around here.
“I haven’t seen you around before? Do you work in filing?” Himiko asked him knowing he couldn’t be a watching since she’d never seen him. Not only that people who worked in the building were the only ones allowed to walk freely. He didn’t have any I.D indicating he was a visitor. The more Himiko thought about it the more his presence concerned her.

Ivan looked at her and not wanting to go into details about why "I am here because I just got my new job." he looked at her and tryed to think about who she was. He could remember her voice and her face but not place her in his memorys.

Himiko chuckled softly to herself. She found it funny that people were being hired the same days others were fired. It didn’t even occur to her he was the one who replaced her; after all she never got a clear look at the new guy when she left. Just a feeling when she passed him. A familiar feeling, as if she knew him once.

"Most people aren't to happy when they are transfered. I hope it goes well." She told him still thinking he was just moved from area of filing to another. It made sense to her since she never saw many of the people working in the building. Till now much of her time was spent in the watcher's room, or her own.

"I'm sorry where are my manners, would you like to sit down?" She asked moving over a little.

"yes I would like to, I need to rest." Ivan said as he walked over and sat down. He needed to calm down. He was so nervous about what that man was going to do with his knowledge about them. His wings moved nervously as he sat down and rested. He thought deeply about what he was going to do about the man.

Himiko looked over at him and noticed the tension in his wings.
"You seem troubled as well. So its my turn to ask if you're alright." Himiko smiled trying to calm his nerves. She thought it was the least she could do since he'd help her feel better. Sparking a simple conversation let her forget the bad mood she'd been in. Being so close also caused a familiar feeling to run through her again. Today was just full of strange situations, and feelings. After all it wasn't everyday a watcher was replaced, or her feeling a connection to someone. Last time she felt like this she was a child playing with this little boy she'd met in the park. They lost contact once she was moved here.

Ivan looked at her and smiled, sort of. "I hope everything is alright, I am not sure." He started to relax as he talked and his wings relaxed. "You see trouble is happening in the human world that might affect us" he was not sure if she was going to believe him since no one thought that he humans could affect them in anyway

Himiko wasn't really following him now.
"Well we affect them so I'm sure they could do the same to us." She replied as she started to really think about it.
"But they're all wrapped up in their own lives and problems, I think 'believing' in us is the last thing on their minds." She reassured him just as the other watchers did for her. In the beginning Himiko had worried that all the humans would start to influence then, but people just didn't have that power.
"But you don't need to worry, you get to file all day. Its not like you have to deal with them." She said as she started to think about the bright sides to being fired.

Ivan smiled a little "oh I have to deal with them, that is my job." he said as he looked down. he hated to go after so many people now. He had to worry about so many humans now and not just one. Then he looked at her "you see there is a human down there that knows more about us then they should. I am not sure if he is going to use that knowledge for good or evil so now I have to follow him and everyone he comes in contact with."

"Well many people know of us from guardians, and angels that can't keep a low profile. But people need that belief in us to keep them going." Himiko explained even thought she never understood why they needed belief to get them through the day.
Then she looked over at him again; puzzled by all of this and his last statement.
"Wait your job? I thought you're just a paper pusher. You shouldn't be dealing with humans...unless you're a guardian?" Himiko questioned him trying to clear up the little misunderstanding. She should have known better than to just jump to conclusions.

"was a guardian." Ivan said as he cleared that up for her. But a guardian was assigned to one person only. He looked at her and smiled "I gave up that job because what I found out is very serious."

"I understand." Himiko replied as she got up and stretched her wings. Sitting here and carry on a simple conversation was fine with her. But the odd feeling she got from him made her slightly uneasy.
"Well I'm sure whatever it is we can handle just fine." She smiled when she realized she wasn't responsible for things like this anymore. It was now up to the new guy and the old watchers to figure this out. Himiko saw it as karma for firing her, but thinking of it that way just made her feel bad. Not to mention useless.

"I hope your right and I guess it is time that I head down." Ivan said with a smile. "by the way the name is Ivan, Ivan wing." he said as he stuck his hand out for a hand shake. he was tought to be polite to be polite and he remembered doing this a long time ago with a girl in the park.

Himiko took his hand with a smile when the name rang a bell.
"Ivan?..." She said aloud as she thought of the little boy she knew. Only thing was that Ivan was a common name and she never learned his last name. So it couldn't have been him...right?
"I'm Himiko lamprouge. It was really nice meeting you." She replied as she continued to shake his hand while she stared up at him. What was it that made him seem to familiar?

Ivan continued to stare at her trying to place her face somewhere in his memorys. He did nto even know that they were still shakeing hands. He did not even care he felt drawn to her some how and wanted to know why. "well it is nice to met you Himiko Lamprouge." he said still stareing

Himiko blinked realizing how awkward this must look, and broke away from him.
"Yes well, I'll see you late than." She smiled as she backed away. They lived in the same building so chances of bumping into him again was highly possible. Even if it never happened till now. Walking off Himiko couldn't help but have calm mood about her. Himiko hadn't even realized she had been smiling the whole way to her room.

Ivan watched her go and still could not place where he had seen her before. He then rememberd that he had to get going if he was going to find that man and start to track him. he ran for it as his mind was stil trying to place her somewhere.

Himiko gathered her information and went down the the secretary to help find her a new job. She never thought she'd see this day, but things like this happened. Himiko handled over her paper work and sat quietly.


The women was a common angel. Small wings, white hair and simple green eyes. Scanning over Himiko's information she grabbed a book from her desk and went to the back.
"Well you can either become a guardian because we never have enough of those. Or you can go to work as a system organizer." She told her calmly, but her under tone made Himiko feel like she should just leave.

Himiko sighed knowing her options would be limited. She hated the idea of being a paper pushed, but the last thing she wanted was to go to Earth. So she took the filing position and left.
"Well I guess things could be worse..." She told herself trying to find the bright side to such a boring job. Walking sluggishly down the hall she couldn't help but think of Ivan. Why did she feel like she knew him? It felt so obvious, but she just couldn't figure it out. It was starting to drive her crazy.

Ivan was running around every where on earth. The guy talked to so many people that it was driving him crazy. But yet it was not all because of that man it was also Himiko, He kept on forgetting what he was doing and think about where he had seen her before. He finally gave up for a little while and report back to the others. He had taken the names of all the people that man had came in contact with and now was tired of names and writeing. Ivan slowly made his way to the others for his report.

After a while of sitting at a desk going through mindless files Himiko decided to go talk to her the Watchers. It was hardly a day since she'd been fired so it wasn't like they could lock her out already. She opened the door to find most of them gone for the afternoon. Sighing she went up to their desk.

"Why was I fired?" She asked them, but they acted as if she wasn't there. Himiko was getting tired of this and slammed her hand on the desk. The clash echoing through the room.
"Tell me why!"


A young man by the name of Loki at the far end simply smirked. He'd never cared much for Himiko being a watcher.
"We have our reasons and they do not concern you."

Ivan heard the Himiko yell and came over. He saw loki and then looked at Himiko. He smiled at her and walked over to her "hey what are you doing here?" He asked he looked at Loki and glared at him. Something about Loki made him uneasy.

Himiko glanced over at Ivan quickly before realizing it was him.
"What are you doing here?" She questioned him before turning back to the other watchers.
"Now tell me why I'm fired." She demanded of them.

Loki was about to open his mouth again when Himiko glared at him. The last thing she wanted was his smart remarks. He just loved to get under skin for no reason.

"I am here because of my new job." Ivan said as he looked at Himiko. Then smiled at Loki "oh I came here with a message for you. The head angel whats to see you now." He hated Looki and was hopeing that the head angel would fire him from being a watcher since he did not deserve the job

Himiko felt betrayed when she finally grasped what was going on. She'd only met Ivan for a short while this morning, but finding out he was her replacement made her feel sick.
"You?..." She asked him sadly. Turning to the watchers her demeanor drastically changed.
"Him!? He's a guardian for crying out loud. If anything couldn't he have taken Loki's place!" She shouted in a fit of anger. It was a rare site to see Himiko this way, but to be traded in by someone she saw as unqualified made her blood boil.

Loki stood from his seat trying his hardest to stay calm.
"Well he didn't, now if you would please leave." He hissed at her knowing full well she wasn't wrong. Loki was still fairly new to this compared to the others, but the fact he was son to a higher up helped greatly.

"He was taught to be a guardian, not a watcher." She protested. Even though she knew the job was not rocket science, she worried how he would handle himself. Watching the humans as a whole wasn't always a pretty site.


"He'll be fine. I'll watch over him." Loki smiled before he sat down again. 'Even when she doesn't work here she's a problem.'He thought as he remained calm. In his delicate situation any outburst might cost him his job.

Ivan sighed as he listend to them yell at eatch other. He walked over to Himiko and whispered into her ear "please stop fighting with him it will get you no where. If you want to know why you got replaced please follow me and I will tell you." Then took her hand and started to lead her to the door way.

Himiko didn't like being told what to do. Especially when she was angry.
"I can't believe you. How could just walk in and take my job!" She hissed at him, but oddly enough her angry didn't seem directed at him. Still she followed him out without any struggle. Sighing as she looked down at her feet knowing she'd be apologizing later.

Loki watched them leave wondering what was going on with them. She seemed to know him from how she spoke to him. At least that was what he gathered in the short time they all spent together.
