Rin goes and opens the balcony window and lets Aya and the boy in. "what sould I ask the Inn keeper for? Water, wine, soup?" Rin looks at the young boy. He looked to be in his teens but Rin wasn't sure how old. " Aya what do you want to eat? are you hungry, i know i am. Rin fixes one of the beds so Aya could lay him in it. " we should let him rest some before he eats."

When Aya opened the door, Matsuo was sitting in the room. Kimu and Kumiko were sleep on the bed. "Hello Aya. Nice to see you again" he smiled.

"Ah, Matsuo-kun. Welcome back. Who'se that...Girl?" Aya placed the boy in the bed Rin fixed as she bowed to Matsuo. We got in a bit of a trouble. This place's flooded. We need to cleanse Mid Port." She put the blanket over the boy as she sighed. "I have to investigate something. Matsuo, keep a close eye on everyone. They need a leader. Also..." She looked at the strange girl." Err...Won't she betray us?"

Rin goes over and hugs each of the boys. "how are you two, did you learn anything while you were gone?" |
Matsuo shows Rin his hand with a red gem in it and then has a ball of fire appear "We got a green one from the panther and we got another green gem and my red gem from Kumiko" he pointed to the girl.

Rin lookes at the girl, anger rising in her body. " You!" Rin aproches the girl and smacks her across the face . " how dare you hurt Matsuo like you did."

Kumiko begins go cry
"RIN!" Matsuo said with a stern voice "It wasn't her fault." Matsuo sighed "It was her father, he brain washed her into thinking it was her "Destiny" to kill us. She just an innocent young girl" he said as his eyes became gentle again. |
Rin turns. its silent for some time. " Im sorry, its just that it love Matsuo, hes my best friend, really the only person i've got." she looks over her sholder at the teared eye girl. "may I now your name, please."

The girl runs behind Matsuo
"It's alright, introduce yourself" He nudges the girl from behind him. "My name is Kumiko Nakamura" the girl says in a low,soft voice. |
a tear rolls down Rins face befor she can wipe it away. "O Kumiko, im sorry i didn't mean anything i was just angry thats all." 'whats wrong with me, yelling at this young girl.i was the one that atacked her in the first place' Rin looks at the young boy sleeping in the small bed. his chest was still moving, 'thats good'. "Matsuo did you see this little boy?.... did you know i carried him here, he was so light."

Matsuo wiped Rin's face and then looked at the little boy laying on the bed "I was going to ask you about him. What's his deal?"

" Well me and Aya had walk pasted a church yesterday when we had split up. to day we whent and checked it out because Aya felt like something was wrong. when we went up the step in tha church we came to a door. inside were three demons dressed as men in robes. they were draining the boys life or something like that. i forget hoe Aya had put it but anyway Aya and i killed the Demons and brought the boy back her. hes really weak. i need to feed him something when he gets up. while we wait would you like to get something to eat. Matsuo? Kumiko?" to Kumiko. " maybe you could tell me a little bit about yourself?"

Kumiko looked at Matsuo and then to Rin and back to Matsuo
"It's alright, Kumi, she's a good friend of mine. She wont hurt you." he then looks at Rin "I'm up for something to eat.. maybe a change of clothes too. This just don't feel right" He looks at his dark clothing (in my about post) Kumiko looked and Rin "yes, something to eat sounds good." she smiles slightly. She doesn't leave Matsuo's side. |
Rin's face became a tint of pink. Why was that girl clinging all over Matsuo and why did Rin care some much? The three walk down and got some meat and eggs and jelly pastries. They sat down near the stair so if the boy woke up and came down. Rin sat arcoss from Matsuo and Kumiko sat between them. Rin slowly started eating and waited for Kumiko to tell her story

Kumiko happily ate her pastry.
Matsuo chuckled when she got jelly all over her face. Kumiko then looked an Rin and stopped laughing "You want to know why i attacked them..don't you?" She took a drink of milk and then sat the cup down. Matsuo looked at Kumiko and then at Rin and sighed. |
" I would like to know your story. Im sure Matsuos has tould you ours. and yes i do want to know why." what the hell is wrong with her why was she so jealous of Kumiko, she was very pretty. Rin takes a deep breath. " you don't have to say i was just wondering. thats all." Rin takes a bite of the meat on her plate, to salty she tought as she swallowed the bite and pushed the plate away.

Kumiko looks at the food still on her plate "My father was a very mean person. He always hit me and yelled at me." she cleared her throat "One day my papa gave me a red and green gem and told me that i had to learn to use them. He told me that the gems would help make all of the pain of loosing mama go away. I believed him. He showed me how to use the gems but they were hard to control. The wolves tuned on me and i ran away. I was scared and my body was feeling heavy. Then Matsuo and Kimu came around and i saw them kill the wolves and got scared." her eyes filled with tears "I never wanted to hurt anyone. I just wanted to learn how to use the gems to make papa happy"
Matsuo pick Kumiko up and put her on his lap "It's alright Kumiko" he said wiping her face off. |
" im sorry Kumiko." she watched as Kumiko sat in Matsuos lap. That should be here spot how could Kumiko just come in and steal Matsuo form her? Rinfelt herself getting really hot. "Please excuse me for a few minute, im going to go check up on the yung boy and see if hes up. she grabes her plate of food and takes it with her up the stairs. 'stop being so toughtless Rin' she thought 'this girls been threw alot and needs some atention and caring love.'

Matsuo sat Kumiko down "Stay here for a little while Kumiko" Matsuo got up and then went up stairs after Rin "Rin!" He called to her "Wait up!" he grabbed her arm and turned her around "What's wrong with you Rin?" he asked worried.

Rin loked into his eyes. should she tell him what she thought or just make something up. What would he think. it would just get in the way of there priorities. "I.. Its nothing.. I just fell a little sick thats all. to much exsitment for one day." she made her best smile for Matsuo. " Im fine. i should go check up on the boy and see if hes ok." she turned to finsh her trip up the stairs "ill be right back down."

Matsuo let her go 'maybe i'm wrong' he thought to himself 'maybe she doesn't like me as anything more then a friend' Matsuo sighs "I'm so stupid" he said aloud to himself and then walked back down stairs to Kumiko.

tears flood Rins eye. why didn't she just say it? Three simple words. Rin enters the room to find the boy awake staring at her with so much fear in his eyes. Rin walked up to him slowly. " are you alright?"
the teen boy " Wh...Where am I?" the boy was very weak. " Here eat this." Rin feads the boy some food untill he falls back asleep. Rin heads back down the stairs to Matsuo and Kumiko |
Kumiko was coloring on a piece of paper. Matsuo had his head on the table facing Kumiko but was zoned out.

Rin walk up to Matsuo and hugded him "the boy woke up but fell asleep agen. whats wrong?" Rin lookes over to Kumiko " are you having fun?" she smiles trying to be friendly

Matsuo just adjusted himself a bit.
Kumiko smiles a large smile "Yeah, i am!" She says really excited. She then hands Rin the picture she was drawing. I was childish, stick figures mainly. "Look" she point to the figures "That's You, me and Matsuo" she was smiling as she said all of our names. |
