Tyson smiled. Now that he looked at Clair in the Dusk light, she looked better than cute. He wasn't sure what to say, but his sisters always said he was psychic, so he tried to think the same thing.

Clair smiled and licked him on the nose then leand agenst him. She smiled happly and buired her noise into his fur takeing in his sent.

I know what it is! He thought excitedly. The Girls are always talkin' 'bout it! It's LOVE!!!!! He licked the top of her head, wondering if they could forget the battle.

((that, I swear, is what runs through boy's heads when they see the love of their life.))

clair smiled when he licked her head and had completely forgotten about the battle now that he was next to her. She licked him on the ear and smiled happly.

Tyson lay his head on her shoulder. He saw the humans assembling. "We should tell Shadow." He murmured. "The humans looked like a fire-ants nest that was turned over."

Clair nodded and now didn't want to go into battle. She was afraid of that Tyson might get hurt if they did and she didn't want that. "yeah lets go" she said softly and licked him one more time.

He buried his nose in her fur and wondered if they could sleep by each other tonight. He nosed Celest gently, "Come on, the humans look to busy to attack right now." She blinked and stirred. "Let's go tell Shadow." Tyson said. "Alright."

Clair nodded and stayed next to Tyson on the way back. She didn't want to lose him now that she had just foudn him.

Celest knew something happened while she was asleep, and she shrugged. "Come on then, no attack tonight I guess." She made sure she gave them their privacy and padded way ahead.

Clair smiled when Celest gave them privacy, she would have to thank her later. She had her side pressed up agenst Tyson the whole way back and would lick him from time to time. He was perfect in every way to her and he had a wonderfull family.

Tyson would try to explain to her later what had happened, but now he would focus on Clair. He let her lean into him as much as she wanted.

Clair smiled at Tyson and whispered into his ear "your the best." then licked his ear happly.

"wanna share my sleeping space?" He whispered back.

"that would be wonderfull" she said and and nuzzled her nose into his fur.

Celest got back before they did. She walked over to Hazel. "Mom, I think Tyson found a mate." she said bluntly. Hazel looked up at her, then smiled. "I thought Clair kept on looking at him, but that was her problem. It's alright." She smiled. "Speaking of your siblings, where is Umay and Buster?"

Clair stayed close to Tyson all the way back to the cave.

Buster had ended up at the stream trying to catch a fish.

Umay stood next to him. "Have you ever fished before?" She asked. "Because all of the fish are over there because you are letting your shadow on the water."

Buster looked at Umay "to tell you the truth I have never fished before." he said as he looked at her.

"There's a first time for everything!" she said laughing. "You wanna move your shadow off the water, so come over here...."

Buster nodded and followed her. Soon his shadow was off of the water and the fish where now closer.

"Ok, slowly move your paw so it's above the water, bout make sure the fish don't see it or it's shadow." Umay whispered. She felt happy she was teaching Buster something when he could already take down a full-grown deer.

Buster nodded and slowly moved his paw over the water. He would later teach her a few secrets he had found over the years.

Soon a fish was swimming under his paw. "Quickly, get it onto land!" she hissed.

Buster swiftly took the fish out of the water and onto the land. He smiled happly and dug his claws into it "finally" he said happly and smiled at Umay.

"You did it1" she said happily. "And on your first try! Wow, it took me awhile before I caught a fish!"
