He hugged her, "do you need me to stay here with you for now?" He asked her, worried for her, it was as if he forgot he just killed a man in the middle of the village. He wouldn't bury him now, he was the one who killed him, and he tried to hurt Aderith, so he didn't even want to look at him, let alone help him. "I won't leave your side this time" he said, hugging her a bit tighter.

Scotch 03-06-2009 12:04 AM

Aderith simply nodded as softly as she possibly as she sobbed still in the pale man's arms. Was it possible that all of that had just happened? And then it was.. over..? Ader gripped his clothing so gently, her head hidden in his chest as she cried still.. It was, after all a traumatic experience.

Suddenly, as if things could get no worse, a group of men burst through Aderith's door. "Get him off of her," one of them hollered loudly, the others all grabbing Link to remove him from the home.

_~Link~_ 03-06-2009 12:35 AM

"What the hell?!" He shouted as people grabbed him and pulled him away, he struggled to break free, "no!" He shouted, "Aderith!" He was thrown outside, landing with a thud in the middle of the village, he was surrounded by the men. He began to grow angry, beyond angry, all he wanted was to be left alone with Aderith, the Triforce began to glow brightly, it made the men stop in their tracks as they were about to attack him. He closed his eyes and his whole body began to glow with the Triforce's power, coated in a yellow aura, he then opened his eyes, to reveal their pure whiteness.

Link growled and lunged at a man in front of him, he uppercut him, making him fly back, he was still alive though, hardly harmed since Link didn't really want to fight them. He turned around to look at the rest of them, giving them an angry glare, he watched for their next move.

((Sorry it took forever for me to post, sister needed to put stuff on her PSP and it took a long time.))

Scotch 03-06-2009 02:25 AM

The men all looked at Link, most of them not abandoning that glare and evil intention for the man before them. They all looked angry, rabid almost.. They all looked genuinely angry.

"Link!" Aderith cried, her body forcing through the men and latching onto him. All of the men looked at her in shock, their eyes all grew wide, all mouths moving agape. Aderith's arms tightened around him as she cried, and she kissed his lips suddenly. Wait, what?! Her eyes shot open when she figured out what she was doing, and now she stared in horror at him. It wasn't like she'd wanted to kiss him.. It just happened.. didn't it? She certainly had no clue about what was happening.

(xD)

_~Link~_ 03-06-2009 02:41 AM

He looked at Aderith as she latched onto him, he was a bit surprised, but his power didn't fade away, when she kissed him though, he lost all concentration and his eyes returned to their normal pale blue. The Triforce's power faded away and he returned to his normal, undead self. "Aderith...?" He said, blushing a little bit, he was so busy paying attention to her that he had forgotten about the other men who wanted to attack him.

Scotch 03-07-2009 03:45 AM

Aderith looked at him with eyes that were filled with a crazy and genuine set of nervousness. She looked at him, backing away just a little, the men watching her as she began to leave. Aderith was now wishing that she had not come outside.. it wasn't like Link couldn't take care of herself. "I'm-- I'm sorry," she muttered, her back meeting one of the men, who soon enough moved out of her way so that she could turn around and move toward her house in a quickened pace.

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 03:55 AM

"Wait, Aderith!" He said, but she was gone before he could say it, he didn't know what to do now, but he decided to talk to the men who tried to hurt him. "I need to ask you something" he said, they paid attention, "that man I killed tried to hurt or possibly kill Aderith, I saved her, and where were all of you?! Look at you all, you live here and you didn't notice that man actually enter her home and hear her screaming for help? I say shame on you, if I wasn't here she might be dead already!" As he yelled, it made the men jump a little, they felt guilty, Link was right. He growled lightly and started to walk back to Aderith's home, they gladly moved out of the way to let him pass.

When he reached her door, he began to calm down, he knocked, "Aderith...? Are you alright? Its me, Link, please, open the door." He waited for any kind of response.

Scotch 03-07-2009 04:08 AM

Eyes and face hidden in her pillow, Aderith stayed silent, listening to all of what Link had yelled angrily at the men. She heard him at her door, her face lifting from the pillows, her eyes moving to the door with a slight sigh. She frowned, then getting to her feet carefully, she moved to the door, shuffling to it before she opened her eyes. "What...?" She asked him in her soft and now quiet and gentle tone. She genuinely sounded like she was upset.. Aderith wiped at her eyes only a little before leaning against her door frame.

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 04:16 AM

He smiled after she opened the door, he then ended up giving her a kiss as well, it was a bit longer than the one she gave him, then he walked back a little bit. "I'm glad you're alright now" he smiled gently, then looked behind him at the now setting sun, time sure did fly fast, "sleep good alright? I'll keep my ears open for you..." he waved good-bye and then walked back to the tree upon the hill to keep watch over her and the village.

Scotch 03-07-2009 04:37 AM

It took a moment for her to move, but Aderith's fingers moved over her lips gently, eyes in Link's direction. She didn't understand this nonsense. Her eyes scanned to the emptying streets, and she sighed, her eyes eventually falling to her bare and slightly dirtied toes. "Link," she said simply, still in a soft voice, but definitely meaning to call him back to her.

Aderith had no idea why she was calling him back. It wasn't like she had anything that she planned to say to him, or wanted to say to him much less.. She just.. wanted him there now.. Lovely..

(I AM ABOUT TO PASS OUT. D: My friend lugged me to the mall.. Ugh.. So tired.. I need sleep.. Night. xD)

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 04:42 AM

His ears twitched as Aderith said his name, he turned around, seeing her still in her doorway, he ran back and skid to a stop when he reached her door. "Yes Aderith? Do you need something?" He asked her curiously, but he saw the look on her face, he could sense that... she just wanted him to be there for her. He smiled, "I'll stay here if you want me to" he waited for any kind of reply from her.

((lol, alright, sleep good! xP))

Scotch 03-07-2009 03:22 PM

Arms crossed gently over her chest, Adeith nodded slowly and softly. "Thank you.." She whispered, wiping at her face again, feeling that tears were going to well up at any moment.. Ader moved from the doorway just a little so that she open the door fully, allowing Link to enter as he pleased. There was still a giant amount of litter everywhere, and a super freezing draft now that the night was fast approaching.. and that lovely, huge hole in her ceiling.

Aderith turned her back to him, moving to the bed where she'd kept her nice, folded up yet now, quite dirty robe. She picked it up and tossed it to the floor with quickness and ease.

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 06:30 PM

He entered her home and looked around at all of the damage, he felt so bad for her, but, she didn't want his help. "Hold on Aderith, I'll be right back" he ran outside, closing the door behind him, he ran over to the clothesline where his old outfit was now fully dry, he took them all down and ran back. He put his clothes in his item bag, but kept his cloak out, he opened and then closed her door. "Here, my cloak may not seem like much, but it can keep you nice and warm" it was made of thick, heavy material, perfect for wrapping yourself up in it, he draped it over her, it was a perfect fit. "There you go" he reached into his item bag and pulled out a large, but rather thin, blanket and gave her it as well, it was pretty cold that night.

"Do you need me to make you a fire?" He asked as he looked around her house.

Scotch 03-07-2009 06:48 PM

A small thump. Aderith looked up from the sheltering cloth that Link had placed on her body. She simply looked down. "No," she said simply. "I don't need a fire; I'll be fine." She didn't need his help. Ader slipped off the cloak and blanket, pushing them aside and replacing them with her own things.. like her own thick blanket.

Aderith was not one to be helped.. She never wanted a man's help with anything.. She never grew up with a man around anyway. Ader had never actually met her father.. he'd left her mother when she was born. The idea of having a reliable man around were sero in Ader's eyes. Thus, they weren't needed to her.

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 06:54 PM

Link looked down, feeling a bit sad, but he didn't have a right to argue with her decision, he retrieved his cloak and blanket from her. He grabbed one of her chairs and placed it by her bed, he sat down in it and wrapped himself up in the cloak then blanket to keep himself warm. He was right under the hole in her roof, so he looked up into the sky to see all of the beautiful stars and the clouds rolling by over them. "We should probably get some sleep now, huh?" He asked, looking at her and smiling, "good night Aderith" he turned his head away and closed his eyes to fall asleep.

Scotch 03-07-2009 07:10 PM

Ader rolled her eyes and sighed with exasperation. She hadn't invited him into her home to have him watch her sleep. Aderith had wanted to talk to him.. but since he seemed to have his own plans, she simply curled into a small ball under her thick blankets. Her breath made the area between her and the blankets warmer, causing her to feel just a little bit better in general. Of course, there was no help for her attitude anyway. Her small hands curled around the fabric, pulling it all tighter around the blob of a blanket that she was in.

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 07:14 PM

His ears twitched and he slowly opened his eyes, he heard Ader moving around, so it woke him up, "I'm sorry Aderith..." he said, looking at her, he sensed a certain vibe from her, like, she wanted to speak to him. "What did you need to tell me?"

Scotch 03-07-2009 07:19 PM

"Nothing," she snapped at him viciously from her bed. "Leave me alone." Why was she just so mean? She shivered heavier, head and body fully hidden from Link. That was also a good thing in her opinion, that was she didn't had to deal with him staring at her. He had his chance to speak with her, after all.

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 07:31 PM

"Oh..." his ears drooped slightly and he frowned, he sighed, "very well... good night" he turned his head away again and fell asleep, he wasn't about to let her rude attitude get the best of him. When morning came, he didn't wake up at first, but when he did, he yawned as silent as he could to not disturb Aderith, he smiled and stood up. He put his blanket and cloak in his item bag, then left her house, quietly closing the door behind him, he took a deep breath of the fresh morning air.

He sighed, and decided to do some fighting exercises to start off the day, he did some practice punches, high kicks and flip kicks in the middle of the village, not caring if anyone sees him.

Scotch 03-07-2009 07:41 PM

It took Ader a lot longer to wake up today.. It seemed as though she was sleeping more and more lately than anything. After a while, her hair peeked from the blankets, and she yawned loudly before moving out of the home all together. There was Link, drawing attention to himself as usual. Instead of remarking about something to him, she simply walked by with a sort of towel at hand. She was headed toward the lake for a bit of washing up. She really did hate going alone, but she wasn't about to have Link go with her! No way!

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 07:58 PM

He stopped practice fighting for a little bit when he saw Ader in the corner of his eye, "good morning Aderith!" He said waving, then he went back to practicing. "Hey Midna, I'm ready for the real practice, summon me some monsters, would ya?" His shadow flew up into the air, Midna then appeared in front of him. "Alright, Link! But, shouldn't we do it out in the field instead?" She asked him, "no, its alright, I'm going to kill them anyway, so they're completely harmless, bring 'em on" he drew his sword and braced for a fight.

Midna sighed and shrugged her shoulders, her hair then turned into a giant, orange hand and beams of dark magic shot out of its index finger. The magic morphed into Bulbin soldiers, they were weaponless, so they couldn't cause any damage if they got away. Link then began to cut them down, but, they weren't real, so they died in a cloud of orange smoke when Link killed them. One Bulbin managed to get away and it ran in the direction of the lake, "hey! Get back here!" Link shouted as he ran after it.

"Midna, shoot it!" He said as he swung his sword, trying to kill it, but it always missed, Midna tried shooting magic at it, but it always missed too. They all got closer to the lake, "wait, wait, I got it!" She said, she managed to hit it with a beam of magic, making it disappear, but, Link ran too fast and was wobbling on the edge of the lake, trying to keep his balance. Midna gasped, then Link fell in with a big splash, right next to Aderith.

Scotch 03-07-2009 09:28 PM

Ignoring Link, Aderith took the longest path she possibly could to the lake. She wanted to enjoy all of the foliage that she could.. The flowers were beginning to bloom in the fields, and this time as she moved through them barefooted, Ader was careful to avoid all signs of thorns and thick vines.

Finally arriving to the lake, Aderith smiled brightly. The lake had always been so beautiful in her opinion, and really it was quite clean. There were several streams and rivers running through it, therefor it was very clean and clear, also mostly sandy. Her toes collided with the sand on the bank that she loved so much, and she sighed, inhaling the warm breeze that filled the air with summer's coming. She undressed quickly, diving into the water and gasping as she came up. The water may have been cooler than expected, and it wouldn't hide much if she were to be stumbled upon.. But that wouldn't happen, right?

About halfway into her relaxation, Aderith heard a lot of rustling, then a huge splash behind her, the waves going everywhere. She gasped and turned around, instantly making an attempt to covering herself to see none other than Link.

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 09:39 PM

Link rose up to the surface, his hat over his eyes, but when he lifted it up, he noticed Aderith, so he quickly covered his eyes up again and blushed wildly. "Uhh... hello again Aderith" he waved, then quickly climbed up out of the lake, Midna had disappeared and returned his shadow. He ran away, back to the middle of the village, then he quickly focused on how soaked he was. He grumbled and grabbed his hat to wring it out, "damn it..." he muttered to himself, then he shook off any access water on his person.

All he could of was the fact he almost saw Aderith naked, his face was bright red, he shook his head wildly though to snap himself out of it.

Scotch 03-07-2009 09:58 PM

Ader simply sat there, still covering her body in case. Her face was also incredibly red, and she was also embarrassed.. So now, she'd kissed him practically for no reason, he loved her, and had seen her naked.. lovely.

It wasn't that much longer that she got out of the lake, drying off quickly and dressing in the new clothing that she had brought along with her. She dried her hair too, before moving back toward the village. Now, she knew for a fact that she was never going to be able to look Link in the eyes again.. after all, this was becoming ridiculous for her..

_~Link~_ 03-07-2009 10:08 PM

He heard footsteps coming from behind him, he knew it was Aderith coming back, so he looked around for any place he could hide before she noticed him. He wasted no time and jumped for his life back to the tree upon the hill, luckily he made it into the thick branches before she could see him. He was panting, then he brushed the sweat from his forehead and started to relax now, "shes never gonna want to see me again after that..." he sat on the branch, completely depressed. He was still a bit wet though, but he didn't care, all he could think of was that Aderith hated him even more now, he felt like crying.
