"There you are Nicolas, I'm just getting along with Victoria, i've never met a vampire before" He smiled. "Gir is fine too i've let her eat food from the table so she's rather happy" He stroked Gir's Little head again, to which Gir started to yawn and get comfy on the plate. "Aww, Anyway..." He turned back to the two of them. "Nicolas, vampires don't age, maye you're a vampire" Vincent clapped his hands together.

She was sick and tiered of wandering these infernal gardens. She hated every beautiful flower, bountiful herb bush, and oozing bramble. Get me out! She loosed a feral snarl in leopard form as she raced the through the maze and suddenly crashed into a flight of stairs. Stairs!

Victoria blinked in confusion, looking at Nicholas. "You haven't been aging, either?" He could be...but wait, how does he not know his own race? Her confusion left her expression, watching Gir yawn. Aww...that's just adorable. What a cute kitty.

"It's nice to see that you two are getting along. Last time I was not as lucky." Nicolas chuckled. Usually his guests hated one another. Vincent suggested that Nicolas might be a vampire. "I've considered that, but I'm still not sure...." he said, going into a daze agian, remembering what little memory of the life he had.

Nicolas snapped out of his dazed when Victoria spoke "You haven't been aging, either?" she asked. Nicolas shook his head. "No, I haven't aged from nineteen in a very long time." he said, his despair showing in his voice. "I've lived here in this cathedral for....." he paused, trying to bring up a probable number. "For at least a million years, probably more." he said, to the surprise of both Vincent and Victoria.

Vincent felt a shiver down his spine. "...You must get so lonely" He sighed lightly and left Gir on the plate to give Nicols a hug. "Well, we're here now, and i'm sure we can all be good friends for a long long time to come" He smiled and returned to Gir. "Now, what kind of games can we all play?...catch?" He smiled brighter jumping on the spot again.

Victoria smiled at Nicholas. "Yes, we're here for you." Vincent looked rather energetic, she was used to that now, when he mentioned the three of them playing games Games? I don't remember the last time I played one.. Catch she had seen people play before, it seemed rather easy, and the people seemed to enjoy it. Sounds fun..I think I'll like this place.

Nicolas again, was taken by surprise when Vincent hugged him. When Vincent suggested that the three of them play catch, he raised one eyebrow. "Thats an old game. But I'm sure we'll figure something out...." he looked around for a pillow with enough weight to play catch with. He felt so childish, but no one else would know. "I've a good place to play," he said, picking up a good pillow and walking in what seemed like a random direction. "The balconies on the second level should suffice for enough open space, given that the gardens are much to overgrown." he said with a smile.

"Brilliant!" He said in a cheery voice. "Leeeeets Go~" Vincent Hurried to Nicolas's side. "Oh Wait..." He spun on his heels and went back to Gir. "gir...i'm just goign to go play...i'll be back soon, Kay?" he smiled and went back to Nicolas. "Kay, I'm ready" vincent started to run around Nicolas and Victoria, almost as if he had no limit to his energy, this was a good method for getting out of depression when you know you're meant to be dead or dying.

Victoria walked over to Nicholas's other side. Remembering how weird the hallways were, she wondered about how Nicholas could find his way around. Maybe after being here for so long... "Nicholas, how do you not get lost in this huge cathedral? I tried finding stairs up earlier, but..I got kinda lost." Victoria smiled, watching Vincent running in circles around them. He has non-stop energy...wish I had that.

Nicolas walked slowly, as to not trip over Vincent circling him and Victoria. "Nicholas, how do you not get lost in this huge cathedral? I tried finding stairs up earlier, but..I got kinda lost." Victoria asked. Nicolas chuckled. "I had told you not to get lost." he said with a smile. "But how I know my way around is by a map." he said simply. "I know my way around the first three floors and the gardens well enough, and my floor, the ninth, is no trouble. But the floors in between....." Nicolas shuddered. He could hardly control the magic in there anymore.

He turned a corner that looked the same as any other and the three found themselves in front of a staircase. Nicolas climbed it to the second floor, and then proceeded down the hallway.

Victoria smiled, laughing a little. "Sorry, couldn't resist exploring..but..what's different about the floors in between?" She noticed his shudder, and immediately decided she didn't wish to go to those floors. Following him up the stairs, and down the hallway, Victoria mentally noted the number of hallways. This is one..crazy building. There's so many hallways..no wonder I got lost.

Vincent slowly slunk to the back of the group and crossed his arms together. "i'm sure everything will be perfect" He whispered to himself and move slightly closer to the two of them. "i wish Vekks where as nice as people like you" He said with a smile as he returned to the same line in which they walked.

Victoria grinned, putting one of her hands on Vincent's shoulders. "I've never met a Vekk before you, but I'm sure they aren't so bad. Vampires, I know, aren't the nicest creatures, so I might as well say the something." If they really are like he says, though...vampires should be close in comparison. She sighed quietly.

Victoria and Vincent seemed to have bonding moment as they walked behind Nicolas. Both sent here to die, an yet, from what Nicolas picked up, they were having the best time here. It was wonderful. Having peace and happiness in this desolate place. Nicolas sighed, going into one of his proffered dazes.

Only minutes later, Nicolas lead Vincent and Victoria into a large bedroom and trough the draping curtains to a very large balcony. "Does this look like enough room?" he asked Vincent, who seemed the best person to ask in this case.

Vincent nodded at Victoria and turned to Nicolas. "Uhmmmm" Vincent lifted Victoria's hand of his shoulder with a smile to show no offence or disgust and ran around the room. "Yeeeees!" He Jumped and laughed in the center. "The Room size is Perfect! thank you~!" he turned to Nicolas "Let's start!" He chuckled

Victoria smiled, looking at the balcony. Roomy. It has a nice view, too.. Nicholas had been quiet, so hearing him talk was rather nice, as he showed them the space. She'd never played catch before, atleast from what she can remember, so this was going to be something new to her. Simple concept, but she didn't know if she would be good at it..

Nicolas smiled and placed his wine glass on a ledge. He held the pillow in his hands for a moments, and then gently threw it at Vincent. "Catch!" he said as he threw it. He wached as Vincent caught it, and then passed it Victoria.

Victoria caught the pillow, gently throwing it at Nicholas. This isn't so hard..its kinda...fun. She smiled, happy with this new place, the new people she had met, and the game she was learning. I really do like this place, but I wonder where the other girl went off to..

Nicolas caught the pillow and then tossed it back to Vincent. The three of them played this game for a long time. Everyone once in a while, Nicolas would miss the pillow and it would land elsewhere on the balcony, but he usually caught it.

After a while, Nicolas tossed the pillow to Victoria. "I'll be back shortly, I've been meaning to check something." he said. He bowed to Vincent and Victoria and then picked up his wine glass and headed back to the gardens via a staircase leading down.

Victoria had been enjoying the game. She hadn't caught the pillow all the time, most times she ended up getting hit, but she still like it. When Nicholas tossed ehr the pillow, she noddd to him in acknowledgment, silently wondering where he was off to. Maybe he'll find the other girl? Or someone else? Well, who knows..he's a rather mysterious person. She held the pillow for a few seconds, before gently tossing it at Vincent.

By the time Izelle reached the top of the stairs, she could go back to human form again and so she did, wandering the plush carpeted corridors admiring all the rooms and spotted one with a huge window and chose that one. There was a note pinned to the pillow of the huge black velvet canopy bed. It said:

Dear Guest,

Everything in this room or any ajoining rooms or restrooms is at your disposal. You will find what clothes or items you may wish in the wardrobes. Anything you may require will be found here.

She walked to the wardrobe and when she opned it found a nightdress in light gray reaching the floor in a warm sort of material. "Lovely," she said quietly and opened the window to let in any animals who might be about, she felt out of place sleeping without an animal nearby.

"He he This is fun, i haven't played catch in days!" He said stumbling to catch the pillow "I wonder how Nicolas is feeling...." he turned and kept the pillow, to show the end of the game. "..." Vincent looked at Victoria and smiled, then returned to look at where Nicolas had dissapeared to. "Hmmm...."

Victoria looked at the staircase going down into the gardens, debating on whether to follow after Nicholas or not. She walked over to the stairs, looking down into the gardens. Glancing back at Vincent, she saw he was also looking at the staircase. "Do you...think we should follow after him?"

Izelle flopped onto the soft bed and lay there, contemplating how she would ever escape this cathedral. I'll never get out... But honestly, she had no where better to be so why not just spend some time here. As long as she had food and shelter there was no reason to give it up just for the sake of not dealing with the mind games of some lonely young man. She smiled, pleased she had solved that little conundrum and shut her eyes to go to bed.

Nicolas wondered many of the bramble gardens, looking for had earlier been cursing and wishing for a way out. But he found no one. He sighed. Maybe, for it was possible, they found a way out and left. Most people did once they found themselves a way out. Nicolas hated those early years, when he would do anything for some company, willing or not. Thats how the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh levels became so dangerous. Nicolas had tried and tried again to make them stay, but they always found a way out. He was going into on e of his dazes again, and it was one of the darker kind.

Nicolas wondered the same bramble garden for quite a while in this daze, but thinking of the kind, and caring guests he now had, snapped out of it and went in search for them.
