Welcome to the world Kanan. Its lovely place, its thick forests and planes are rich with life and flourishing. Or at least it was. The lush forests that cover its vast landscape are filled with the Beasts of Kanan: The Serpents, The Pantherians or big cats, The Avians or birds, and The Mers or fish. All of them beasts by birth but when they are born they take on a common form, one that cannot fly, one that cannot swim or climb or hunt with great power. A human form. But even though they share this, they hate one another, for twenty years the Pantherians and the Avians have battled for the others land, nether ever gaining a single speck of what they set out for and making the hate between them grow.
*The Pantherians and Avians and stuff are the Nations, there are other animals but they don’t have their own country

Character Name: Deltef Amadi DeFalcore (Delta)
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Nation/Animal: Pantherian and Avian (Meaning he’s basically a Gryphon)
Description:
Delta is the mutated bastard offspring of the Pantherian princess Anala and the Avian king Sacrem, making him the illegitimate air to both the Avian and Pantherian throne. Needless to say this does not make him the most liked teenager around, seeing as both sides hate him for having the other side in his blood. Not to mention it’s not anatomically healthy to be the offspring of two very different animals. Anyway, when King Sacrem found out that his mistress had become pregnant he quickly allowed her to stay at the Avian Palace, Cathor, even though he was already married. Though hospitable to his bastard son, the King never accepted him as his own and ignored his mother. But because he was unable to conceive with his own wife Delta was protected feverishly in order to protect the royal lineage, causing him to grow up behind the cold walls of the palace with only his mother and the servants to comfort him.
Then, when he was nine, his mother was poisoned while he sat in her lap, leaving him traumatized and full of hatred to his father, whom he believed was responsible. Ten years later he finally managed to run away, scraping by with only the little money he stole from his father and the money he makes from Bounty hunting

Description:
Rodger was once King Sacrem’s Head Advisor and lifelong friend. Though he has been held in high regard for many years as the only of the Wolf Clan, who have been serving the Avians for as long as anyone can remember, to provide the Royal Family with political input he recently resigned and took on Delta as his master. Meaning that he has to go anywhere he does and make sure he doesn’t get hurt. Unfortunately, he isn’t a very good Servent, seeing as he would rather ditch his owner and go to a nice diner instead.
Likes: Food, doughnuts, anything shiny, attention
Dislikes: Loud noises and pain

Nation/Animal: Pantherian
Description: He is very kind and quiet. He likes little kids and he is very understanding most of the time. When he was 8 some Avians captured his parents and made him kill his parents if he wanted to live. He parents encouraged his to kill them since they didn't want him to die so he did but he stays away from people or at least trys to as a punishment to himself for killing his parents. He has lived in teh forest since then and is a very skilled at hunting.
Likes: He likes meat, nature, little kids, and the knife his father gave him when he was little
Dislikes: princes and people who think they are better then everyone and water
Appearance or Picture: He looks like he is about 21 but really he is 16. He has golden hair and blue eyes. He has tiger ears and only wears deer skin clothing and no shoes.

Description: He's self-dependent but gets along well with friends. He grew up with his parents until he decided to run away a few weeks ago. Though he comes off strong it's mostly an act. He's unsure of his sexuality as he has decided love is only for stupid people, course that is just his excuse so that he doesn't have to admit he is lonely.
Likes: Sour foods, sparing, collecting pointless things, making jokes, the darkness
Dislikes: vegetables, goody-two-shoes, being made fun of, large crowds, large amount of sunlight, sleeping
Appearance or Picture: Short brown hair with blonde highlights and blue snake eyes. He looks his age and has a long scar down his chest.

Above the skys were graying, swiftly floating by in the brisk mid morning air. The cold dampening air brushed the treetops, making a few stray leaves fall helplessly to the ground. The smell of ozone floated through the air giving only more proof that it was getting ready to rain. This type of weather was Delta's favorite. He loved that feeling just before the heavens opened up. It wasn't peaceful, that was for sure, but for some reason he found himself relaxed every time the weather turned like this. Now when it actually started to rain, that was a different story.
Delta chuckled ever so slightly and sat up from the bank of the lake where he had been laying. He sighed and looked to the skys, taking in the air as he did.
"Who are you thinking about?" Rodger asked. Delta looked over at the old wolf lazily.
"No one..." He said truthfully.
"Really?" Rodger said disbelievingly, "Because you look lovesick...or intoxicated"
Delta laughed.
"Yup, definitely intoxicated"
"Oh shut up"
"Nope!" He chirped and started to ramble about how you should never piss facing north because moss would grow on your willie if you did.
Delta just rolled his eyes as the first tiny raindrop fell on his nose.

Gray cursed as he walked through the woods pulling thorns out of his semi-scally skin, "Stupid thicket...." He paused seeing a lake up ahead. "Thank god...water...." He sighed looking up as it began to rain.

"....of course it has to rain..." He shivered pulling his makeshift jacket closer as he continued walking towards the lake.

Palmoun was wondering aorund the forest when it started to rain. He didn't like large bodys of water but rain water he loved. He soon saw a tree near a lake that had enought room for him to say down and enjoy the sound of rain splashing down onto the earth. That sound always calmed him down when ever he though about his parents. He sat down under the tree and leand against the tree trunk. He looked out at the lake and saw that there were two figures on the bank. He just shrugged and hoped that they didn't want any trouble since he really didn't want any.

As Gray got closer he saw three figures two near each other one farther away. He sighed walking in between the two parties ignoring them both as he drank from the lake.

Delta ruffled his feathers in annoyance. It had taken him only a few seconds to get soaked to the core. With an annoyed groan he shook his head like a wet dog, his long butt length red hair slashed from side to side like a whip. Rodger yelped.
"MY EYE!" He yelled.
"Sorry," Delta said not really meaning it.
"That hair is a weapon," Rodger said, blinking his big eyes over and over, "Who are they?"
Delta looked at him quizzically before looking around at the two other figures.
"Don'know..." He said softly.
"The one looks like a little twink..." Rodger said.
Delta chuckled, "Be nice"
"Oh he cant hear me"
"Still"
"The other guy looks like a gorilla!...Did i ever tell you I wrestled one?"
"No...probably because you didn't"
"True true"

Gray looked over at the two with a sigh. He was finding them loud and annoying. He shook his head watching them.

Palmoun watched the three figures. The on just shook himself and it reminded him of a lion or a tiger. They were very annoying and loud but he could ingore them if he really tired. The other figure that was farther away fromn the two smelled awfull. There was no mistaking it that that person was a snake. But neither of them looked like they wanted to caouse trouble so he stoped watching them and started to listen to the sound of the rain and everything in nature.

Delta leaned his head back and looked at him with a backwards stare. He looked rather funny upside down, though he seemed to be glaring at him slightly. Odd.
He furrowed his brow at him slightly, unsure of what exactly he was doing to piss him off.
It didnt take long for him to notice the distinct odor he was giving off. There was no mistaking that he was a Serpent. Delta shivered ever so slightly, silently praying hed stay in his human form.

Gray sighed finally looking away he hugged his knees to his chest to keep warm and to comfort himself. He turned his head back to the two watching them, he frowned remembering his loneliness.

Palmoun looked at the three figures. The one that was farthest looked like he was looking at the toher two. He smerked slightly since he guessed that the two were being to loud which was true. He decided it was about time to get moving and stood up. He walked over to the water inbetween the two figures and started to get a drink of water.

Delta grumbled a little before leting himself fall back into the muddy ground. He was already wet, why not get dirty too? The rain would just wash it off later.
Then he noticed the other man had walked over to the waters edje.
Rodger grouled ever so slightly when he approached. He was trained to be defensive around Pantherians.

Gray smiled watching the three, he half wanted to go over and say hi or something but he was to scared. He sighed biting his lip.

Delta watched as Rodger pealed his chops back in a snarl. Delta nudjed him a little but he snapped at the air before turning back to the man with pinned ears.

Palmoun heard the dog growl and looked at them. "I mean no harm" he said as he looked at them. He really want in the mood for a fight or anything. but if he had to he would fight. A fight that he clearly know that he would win.

Gray's blood boiled at the thought of a possible fight he gathered up all his courage and walked over slowly and sneakily.

Rodger barked savagely and snapped at the air.
"Rodger!" Delta scolded and pulled the wolf away from the man. Rodgers claws dug into the earth as Delta scraped him away from his offender, never once peeling his eyes from him.
"I'm sorry," Delta said embarrassed and folded his wings even closer to his body. They were strapped down to his back with the straps he used to hold his sword, like they always were. He didnt like people to know that he was of Avian decent, seeing as he hated them with a passion after living with them for so long and what his own father had done to his mother, but he felt especially conscientious when around Pantherians seeing as they hated Avians just as much as he did.
"Im sorry hes just badly trained," He said in a calm diplomatic tone.

Gray smirked from right behind Delta, "No he's just being a normal dog..." Gray smiled to himself he loved being able to sneak up on people.

"GAH!" Delta screeched and launched in the air scared out of his skin.

Palmoun smiled at the man "it is okay, I mean I am not the friendlest man around so it is understandable." he said and looked at the dog. But when the ma jumped because the man behind him scared him he could not help but laugh just a little bit

Gray laughed for a short moment before looking at him, "Sorry....but you should pay more attention to what's going on around you..." Gray looked around Delta to Palmoun getting a good look at him.

Rodger continued to growl profusely.
"R-right..." He said to the larger man, still recovering from the shock of the annoying little Serpent nearly giving him a heart attack.
