Melody sighed softly as the doctors did one final cheakup.They looked at her and smiled."there you are Melody ... your free to start a new life, we have a apartment all set up for you, close to the beach ... we hope you get your memory back soon , the taxi is outside waiting for you, an we have clothse for you at your new apartment, good luck to you",he said then watch Yukina head down to the doors.Yukina sighed as the taxi took her to her new apartment.When she got there she did a quick look around of the house then went out to the beack.Looking around she went to a a small boat docj and sat down watching the water.

Gaito grumbed as he munched on a fish."have they found any sighn of her anywhere yet?",he asked one of his servents.He sighed when they shook thier heads."wel find her! shes are most strongest fighters and sehs half of the heart of the ocan!",he yelled throwing his glass of wine agenst the wall and lookedout out his windiow and onto the water. He and his followers lived on a island not that far from the main lands.

Ally packed her beach stuff up then headed towards the car waiting for Kaito to come out of the house "ohh hurry up Kaito or else yyou'll be late for your surfing competition!!"she yelled out getting a little impacient of Kaito takeing soo long to go find his surf board.

"ohh give me a break Ally im just rying to find my surf board i cant find it any where...did you take it Ally"he yelledo out of the balcony looking down at Ally.

"nooo like a mermaid can surf"she yell out back at him "did you chek in your closet!!!" she said as she got started putting stuff into the dark blue convertable.

Kaito completly for got about his closet "thanks ally"he yell back at at her then grabbed his surfboard then ran down the stairs and headed out the door "alright in all set"he smiled then placed the surf board in the back of the car."alright get in"

(okay lets say when they get a shower or in the rain they down turn, nly when there in a body of water, like in a pool,bath tub,riveer,lake ocean.Makes things easier XD)

Melody blinked hearing people chearing. Looking down the beach she saw a group of people,banners and ballons. hmm whats going on there?. She thougt to herself watching.

Gait, wanting to seach the main land got up and headed to his boat.Also makeing sure that hs followers would be out there searching.Starting his boat he headed towards the beaches.

"well you dont have to tell me twice"she said as she hopped into the passanger seat "now hurry up...or would you like me to drive"she smirked

"ohhh my god just chill your not the one who's surfing alright"he sighed then entered into the car and started driving out of the garage then drove off towards the beach "so why are you so hyped up to go to the beach any ways"he said couriosly.

"well it should be obvios right now you known me for 2 months now"she laughed "its the hot guys man"she said as she felt the wind blow through her flowing hair.

Kaito rolled his eyes "figures"he sighed then parked the car on to the parking lot "alright we're here"he said as he hopped off then grabbed his board "ill see you later ally"

"yea yea...ohh and good luck"she said as she got out of the car then grabbed a blanket and some sun block then put on her sunglasses.

As she watched people get on surf boards she blinked seeing a boy with brown hair and brown eye,(Kaito).She blushed and her heart race.He was...gorgous!She then blinked seeing some of the new surfers swiming over to her on thier serbords.

"hey whos this cuteie?!",one yelled as they stoped infront of her ."hey want to come swimming?"he asked grabbing her wrist.

Yukina felt her heart race, ths time in panic."NO!",she yelled out trying to pull away.

Gaito blinked seeing the surfing conpatichon he speed the boat up and soon landed further down teh beach.

Kaito heard some yelling then turned to see this girl Pink haired girl getting hurassed by this boy he jogged over and grabbed the boy's wrist and pulled it behind his back "now why are you hurassing a poor girl huh why dont you go swim by your self"he smirked then watched as the boy ran off somwhere.Kaito then turned to the pink haired girl "hey are you alright ms."he said smiling to her softly.

Ally walked over towards the beach and placed a towel over the sand and layed there to sun bathe "whew ...this feels good"she slightly moaned then started putting sunblock on herself.

Gaito was soon down where the conpatichon was ge sat on a rock lissenig to anocment and froze when he hurd one say, "Kaito , please report to the starting poiy" "hes alive?",Gaito said looking around agreky.But smerked haveing a better idea.

Yukina looked at him with tears in the corner of her eyes but nodded.

"are you sure that your alight..dont cry"he smiled then heared his name from the speakers 'alright i got to go...but if you like you can hang out with my friend over their"he said as he pointed to Ally "she's really nice....and i kinda want to talk to you later...alright see ya"he smiled as he ran over towards the starting line.

After a couple minutes of putting sun block on she looked around trying to find some hot man candy that she could keep an eye on for the rest of the day "hmm...to fat...to young...eww to old......yek too skinny...."she sighed looking at all the guys around then she spots him this silvered haired boy walking around the beach "ooo...i likey"she blushed then checked him out.

Melody blinked watching him run off.Although he did look aful fimiliar.She bekinked as she saw something, a memory.

She was swimming ... under water...she had a tail...a mermaid...she was a mermaid ... there was fighting and that boy was surfing over the fighting zone a , a , beem of some sort had misfierd and was heading towars him ... she didnt want inosent blood spilled so she swam up and had taken the full blunt of the attak and ... evertything went black.

Yukina gahsped at the memorey. Then looked at the water.But takeing a deep breath she watched the surf compitition . Haveing a bad feeling.

Gaito smiled seeing his brother,happy as ever, while he was cursed to live the life of sollitued.Once his brother started his tricks and such he put his hand behind his head and and closed his eyes. Contacting his followershe ordered them to drag Kaito to the bottom of teh ocean.Then opening his eyes , he spotted a girl looking at him.He smerked.Might as well have fun whike his brother was forced into uncochouness and to be brought back to his island.Pushing away from the stone wall he walked towards the girl.

Ally watched as Kaito made his move in the water pretty impressed that he could stil do those things but from the corner of her eye watched the silver haired boy then saw him walk towards her way. She blushed hystarticaly but tried to calm herself down so then she continue to watch Kaito do his moves trying not to pay attenction to the boy who was walking towards her way while keeping her cool.

Kaito was having soo much fun riding the waves feeling the breeze and sprinckling water his his face and glicening body then saw ha bigger wave topple over the wave that he was ridding then fell into the water trying to get to the top to get some air but couldnt because something was dragging him down further into the water.

Gaito smiled as he sat infront of Ally. "well hello there',he said smiling."I couldnt help but notice you cheaking me out"

Melody gahsped seeing the wave, then not seeing him come up she looked at the water and jumped in.There was a brigght light and then he was transformed.She looked her self over.She really was a mermaid.Then wih a smerk she swam towards Kaito.She she aproached she saw some, creatuer dragging Kaito into the water. Then Picking up spaed she ramed into the ... creature causeing it to let go of Kaito. Melody then looked at Kaito to see if he had lost conchousness.

Ally bllushed a bit but giggled "well yes yes i was...does that bother you" she said as she leanded her head against her arm then looked up at him.

Kaito competly blacked out when the monster grabbed him but the last thing he saw was this green haired mermaid comeing towards him then he blacked out starting to run out of air.

'hmm no . not at all ... i would like to know why though?"

Melody went towards Kiato but was stoped by the creature ... who was mad at her for some reason.Waisting to time Melody concetrated her energy and sent the creature flying to know knows where.The grabning Kaito she swam towards her small dock.The comeing to the surface and pulled him onto it.Then she cheaked to see if he was breathing. Not hearing anything she did CPRand onece he was breathing again she knew he needing some kind of energy. Takeing a deep breath she , kissed him,giveing him her energy.Then turning into her humna self, (fully clothed) she fainted beside him.

Ally blushed a bit more "well....you are pretty cute"she said looking away to the side "your the first person that actually has the guts to talk to me instead of walking away trying to act cool with there friends"she smiled at him.

Kaito woke up and felt his head "whoa....what happened"he moaned then looked down to see the girl he met before laying down beside her "hey are you alright'he said shacking her softly.

Gaito smiled."well ... i just moved here ... and even if i did i would have still came up to you"

Melody groaned and opening her eyes she blushed seeing Kaito beside her adnd sheaking her.She quickly sat up and nodded.Backing up she nearly fell in but grabed onto a post , caught herself.

Ally giggled looking straight into his eyes "so whats your name stranger"she smiled trying not to blush as much.

Kaito grabbed on to her "calm down....its alright"he smiled then picked her up into his arms then got up "are you sure that your alright."

He smiled."im Gaito ... what about you...whats your name?"

Melody blushed darkly and nodded."y-yes..waht about you?",she asked softly."y-your the one whowashed up over here"

"wow what a nice name...my name is ella but you can call me Ally"she smiled at Gaito letting her eyes wander his body.

"huh...me im fine dont worry about me'he smiled then looked around the place "so do you live near here or are you a touist"

Melody poited to teh house behind the,"i-i just moved there , um..could you pu-putme down now"

Giato stared at he and senced something and muttered, "Kaito"

Ally looked at Gaito aquardly "...you know Kaito"she said surprised that he knew him.

"huh...ohhh yea sorry about that"he said as he placed her gently to the floor and rubbed the backside of his head"ohh i forgot to ask you whats your name."

Gaito stood up."uh yah ... hes my brother .. but dont let him know im here ... its gonna be a surprise, after i get setteled in a such"

Melody blushed softly.:"uh ... well the doctors guessed my name was Melody because of my nechlace but , im not sure..."

"ohhh..alright then"she smiled at himi never knew Kaito had a brother....she started drifting off to her little world.

"huh you dont know your name"he said couriously "where are you from"

"i dont know that either ... i washed up on the beach ,unconchous and , aparently very hurtt",she said with a sigh."oh i almost forgot , thank youfor stopping those boys erlyer"

Gaito smiled then blinkjed looking towars the water then witha sigh he looked at her."i have to get going , lots of unpacking to do"
