Allie smiled at him as he told the story. "awww, well its good you have your brother and your not alone.. I was actually adopted.. its a long story.. but the parents you will meet.. are actually my foster parents.. so they let me stay out late and don't pester me too much. Except when I show off in gym and break my leg" she said with a grin. "but I am sure they would like you.. hey you could come over for dinner this weekend" she said with a smile. Then a blush. "if you want to that is.."

"Of course." Matthew agreed happily. "I'd love to meet your parents and I usually make a good first impression so there's no need to worry." He added with a smile. "What are they like?"

Allie looked over to him and smiled. Taking a sip of her drink before continuing. "well I think my dad is pretty cool, he likes video games and him and I work together in a music studio recording music.. that's pretty fun." She sighed. "my mom.. shes overprotective and bossy" she said with a giggle.

"A music studio?" Matthew questioned. "Do you sing or play an instrument?" He pictured Allie with a bass in her hands, strumming on the chords. There was just something attractive about a girl who could play an instrument though he wasn't entirely sure why. Though Allie did have a beautiful voice and he picture her singing as well.

Allie smiled and nodded "I play the guitar and I can sing.." she said softly. "my dad records me and then I record him.. then we mix everything and make a CD.." she said with a small smile. "maybe you could sit in on a recording if you wanted to.. have to be quiet though." she said teasing him. |
"That sounds like fun." Matthew replied with a smile, slightly liberated with the idea of learning more about her. Keep it light... He reminded himself. "I'd love to hear you sing. I'm afraid I'm not much of a musician. I can play the basics on the drums but nothing drastic. I'm much better at sports. Soccer's my favourite." He said.

Allie smiled at him and nodded. "yea it's a lot of fun" Turning to him and placing a soft kiss on his cheek she said "well maybe if your lucky I will sing for you later.. I might even write you a song" she said with a smile. Taking a sip of her smoothie and then smiling "aww we need a drummer" she said with a bit of sarcasm but laced with love. "oh no way, I could so kick your butt at soccer." she said with another flirty smile. She was a cross between a tom boy and an all around girlie girl.

"I'd have to let you kick my butt." Matthew laughed, taking a sip of his coffee. "I'd feel bad if I laid you out like I do the soccer players. But I am a bit of an all star." He bragged jokingly, flexing his muscles.

Allie giggled. "mhmm.. I think I would let you kick my butt so I don't make you cry" she said with a smile. "some all sta-" she was cut off when he started flexing. He was really strong. His big hands. She shook her head away from those thoughts. "well I can't play now of course...." she said with another smile.

"Of course." Matthew said with a smile. "But when your leg heals then its on." He laughed, then realized how his words sounded. A small blush crept to his cheeks as he discovered a second meaning to what he had said, a somewhat dirtier meaning, and ducked his head to drink his coffee. He was going to wait for Allie. He wanted to treasure every moment he had with her.

Allie looked at him and took a sip of her drink. At his comment she smiled and then suddenly gasped at what it could have meant. Choking on the smoothie, coughing a bit. She relaxed for a minute with only some whipped cream on her lip. She looked back to him, her entire face red. She looked back to her smoothie and then to him "would you like a sip?" she asked softly. Trying to get away from the awkward moment.

"Sure." Matthew said as he put the straw to his lips. "Brain freeze." He murmured as he stopped drinking. "Delicious though. Strawberry banana is my favourite." He said. "But I still prefer my coffee." He said slyly. "I don't know if I could make it through the day with a caffiene fix."

Allie smiled as she watched him drink. Seeing the straw in that spot send shivers down her back. She giggled "yea, you can't drink it to fast" she said getting up and kissing his head. "that's fine, you take your coffee, me and my smoothie are just fine." she said with another giggle.

Matthew laughed as his head began to clear. "Definetely sticking to my coffee." He winked, taking a sip of his coffee. "What would you like to do after this?" Matthew asked, sweeping his hand to gesture to the small cafe.

Allie smiled at him and giggled taking a sip of her smoothie. "we could go back to the park and have a pretend picnic" she said with a small smile.

"I've never heard of a pretend picnic." Matthew said, his eyebrows raised in curiousity. "What exactly is it?" He asked with a smile, taking another drink of his coffee.

Allie looked to him and smiled. "well we just ate, so we don't need the picnic food.. we could just lay out a blanket and cuddle" she said with a smile. Then looked away blushing. "I sound like a hopeless romantic.." she said softly.

"Yes, but that's not a bad thing." Matthew said, tilting her chin upwards and gving her nose a small kiss. "That sounds like fun but we're going to have to find a blanket." He said with a smile, finishing his coffee.

Allie looked to him and smiled. She wrinkled her nose as he kissed it. She smiled and then nodded. She had forgotten about the blanket part. "maybe they have some lying around some where.." she said with a smile. "I don't know.. we don't have to.. we could always go back to my house and I could beat you at some video games" she said with a small smile.

"I don't think you'd be able to beat me. I am pretty awesome in every possible way." Matthew joked, giving her a small wink.

Allie giggled at his remark and then blushed at his wink. She knew he was an amazing kisser. "ohh those are fighting words.. bring it on" she said with another giggle as she kissed him deeply. That was an area she would always win.

Matthew reached to bring his hand around the back of Allie's neck, bringing her closer to him as he deepened the kiss. Running his tongue along her lips between kisses before letting his tongue explore her mouth. She tasted like strawberries and bananas. Bringing his other hand to her hair, Matthew twisted his fingers into her soft hair.

Allie closed her eyes as he kissed back, shivering in his arms as he pulled her closer. She felt his tongue on her lips and parted them as his tongue explored her mouth. She moved her own tongue to follow his, like a game of tag. Once her tongue found his and touched it, she moved her tongue all around his mouth, running from his tongue. When she felt his hands in her hair she shivered. Moving her arm to his back and the other in his hair as well.

Matthew fought back a shiver as their tongues touched. He moved the hand from the back of Allie's neck to trail down over to her shoulder, across her stomach, down to her waist. His thumb grazed underneath her t-shirt as he pulled her tighter. "Allie..." He whispered against her lips, his mouth moving in sync with her's.

Allie kissed him deeper, shivering as he moved his hand from her neck to her shoulder to her waist. She let out a small moan into the kiss as his thumbs moved under her shirt. "Matthew..." she let out a small gasp, trying to stop shivering at everything he did. She heard someone coughing as she let go blushing and turning around. It was her mother!!
