Allie listened to him talking and smiled as she saw his shirt. "yea.. they are all about the new style" She paused for a moment and then added "well I may be a nerd.. but I like the challenge of the coursework, gives me something to do.." Getting kind of uncomfortable with the silence he spoke. Smiling she replied "well it was way different, way smaller, only one story, 5 teachers total, some taught different classes, such easy work.. the kids were all kind and nice to each other..." Pausing a moment to giggle "I don't know if I like that or not.. it has more drama and adventure here.."

"We may have more drama but it provides for some entertainment. Last week there was fight between to girls at one of the weekends parties. It turned out a guy had been dating them both and they both wanted to keep him so they just fought it out. The blond won, they always seem to play dirty." He said with a smirk. "Its like we're living in a reality show."

Allie looked over at him and grinned. Interested in the girl fight, until he mentioned one was blond. Sighing, the blond always won. Looking over at him, faking a smile "well this is high school...our school could be a reality show for sure.."

"Yes, but it keeps things interesting at best." Matthew said, turning to look out over the courtyard at the students who were walking towards their cars or drivers. "This school will get us into a great college though." He said. "I was thinking Yale and this is one of the best places to go if you're aiming high up the college ladder."

Allie looked over at him smiling "yea.. I don't know if I could afford to go to yale.. but yea.. this school looks great on the resumes or college applications.." she said with a grin as she randomly hit him with a pillow.

Matthew grinned as he felt the pillow smack his side. "You know what this means?" Matthew asked, not waiting for her answer. He took a pillow from behind his back and hit Allie in the stomach. He jumped to his feet, his mouth smiling wide as he held the pillow in front of him ready for a pillow fight.

Allie looked at him for a moment, afraid she did something wrong. That would be just her luck, having a great time and then ruining it. Gasping, surprised. He hit her back. Getting up, throwing the pillow back at him. As long as she didn't move too much she would be alright. Grabbing a smaller pillow from the floor she grinned as she chucked it to his head.

Matthew smiled at her response. He ducked his head in time for the pillow to miss his head by only an inch. He tossed his pillow at Allie's chest, moving towards the nook to take another pillow and threw it at Allie playfully. "You're going down you know that?" He asked her as he laughed.

Allie was now in a corner, bad bad idea. She twirled like a ballerina, dodging his toss. Quickly grabbing another pillow she made her way towards him and chucked two at him at the same time. One for his chest the other for his stomach. "oh im shaking.." she teased.

Matthew moved to his left, bending his body into a curve so that the two pillows whirled past where he had been seconds ago. He moved closer to her, his face only inches from her own. "You should be." He said with a playful smile. Realizing how close he was to her, Matthew saw the curve of her nose, how her eyes were the perfect shade of blue. He noticed that small strands of her hair curled only in the slightest bit if you looked close enough.

Matthew stepped away quickly, as if he was waking from a dream. "I should go." He said quickly, grabbing his bag and darting down the stairs. He reached the door of the library only to find it locked. "Damn it." He murmured as he looked towards the windows, realizing that all of them we're antique windows that had been imported for the library. And all of them we're shut tight. They were stuck. "Damn it." He said, a bit louder this time.

Allie watched him jump and bend so the pillows past him. Pouting slightly but letting out a small gasp. He was now inches from her. Their eyes connecting. She heard him say his comment back, but he couldn't say anything. His eyes were really amazing, the tiny little curl of hair on the center of his forehead.

Blinking as he stepped away and ran. She had never seen someone run that fast. They were close enough, they could have kissed. Looking toward the direction he ran, grabbing her bag and following, she knew the party was over. Suddenly hearing him scream, she moved a bit faster. "whats going on." She looked to the closed door and all the old windows. "damn it.." she repeated after him with a small grin. This wasn't so bad..

"Maybe not so bad..." Matthew said, barely audible and suprising himself at the comment. Turning to face Allie he smiled, realizing how they were stranded alone together and his smile spread wider. "We're stranded." He said, flipping his hair out of his face.

Allie looked over to him, dropping her bag. "hey at least we can get our homework done" she said with a joking smile. It wasn't that bad, getting stranded in the library. At least there was tons of pillows and blankets. Smiling to him "are you hungry? I have some snacks in my bag" she asked him with blushing smile.

"I'm alright." Matthew said. "Though I think that even being a library doesn't motivate me to do homework. Strange." He said with a wink. Jumping up, Matthew landed on the desk. "So what shall we do to pass the time?" He asked.

Allie smiled, she wasn't very hungry either, she would save those for later. "yea we really don't have to do homework.." she said with a grin. Gasping as he jumped and she sighed in relief as he landed properly. Well he was standing on a desk, perfect target practice. She quickly grabbed a pillow and nailed him in the gut, turning and running, to avoid his neck hit. So it was like a game of hide n seek tag. Almost.

Matthew laughed, chasing Allie through the library which wasn't incredibly difficult considering her cast. But Matthew let her run ahead of him, slowing down to give her an advantage. Sneaking behind a bookcase, Matthew leaped out from behind the books to stand in front of Allie. "I win." He said, taking the small of Allie's back and pulling her close. "You can't win. You have a disadvantage." He said with a smile.

Looking down at Allie, Matthew felt a need to put his lips on her's. Knowing only to well that she would assume that she would be a rebound. Though he knew that she was far from the rebound and that she was indeed the reason he had left Adeline.

"I'm sorry." He murmured, stepping away. "I don't want to make you uncomfortable." He told her.

Allie was running through the library, trying to find her way around. Suddenly almost falling backwards, letting out a small scream. "you scared me" she said softly, placing her hand on her heart. "no fair.." Suddenly embraced by him, she looked up into his eyes. Shocked as he pulled away. "I...it's okay.." she said softly. It was going to be a long night, it shouldn't be an uncomfortably long night. She stepped closer to him, hugging him close, looking up at his eyes, quickly at his lips then back at his eyes again. Asking permission to kiss him, even after what just happened. She had wanted to kiss him for so long.

"Allie..." Matthe murmured, moving his lips onto hers. He moved his lips slowly as they caressed Allie's. His arms moved to wrap around her waist and pull her tighter against him. As he deepened the kiss slightly, his left hand trailed up her spine to curl in her hair.

Allie closed her eyes pressing her lips to his softly. Gasping softly into the kiss as she was pressed against his body. Her hands moved over his neck, happily deepening the kiss with him. Her hand went to his head, playing with his hair. She couldn't believe they were actually kissing. It actually happened.

Matthew gently tugged at her bottom lip. He moved slowly in the kiss, enjoying every moment of Allie. He wanted to remember the way she smelled, the way she fell into his kiss. Matthew pulled her back to him and pressed her lightly against the bookcase, kissing her deeper as his tongue explored her mouth.

Allie sucked on his upper lip, closing her eyes. Her hands moved on his cheek, his neck, his back. She had to memorize how he felt. Gasping slightly as her back was now to the bookshelf. Giggling as some fell, but moaning softly as she felt his tongue. Her tongue shyly moved to massage his.

Matthew felt her excitement which was matched by his own. He wrapped his arms tighter around her, suprised he had been unable to kiss her for this long. If he would've known her kisses would have made him feel like this he would've left Adeline long ago.

He moved his hand in her hair, twirling small strands of her silk like hair around his fingers. Everything about her was soft and completely irresistable. He pulled her closer for a long kiss before moving away and resting his forehead on her own. He moved his lips to brush her nose, her cheek, her jaw before moving back to meet her lips. His kisses became softer as he took in how amazing she felt in his arms.

Allie felt so amazing, and yet, it was a kiss, it wasn't like they were doing anything. It was completely innocent. Okay so she was lying.. she was up against the book shelf and they were more then kissing, her hair was a mess and she was moving her hands on his back.

Gasping, being puller closer to him, long kiss, suddenly stopping, focusing on breathing. Wrinkling her nose as she felt his lips on it. Shivering a bit as his lips grased her cheek. Kissing him back slower, pressing her lips to his once more.

Matthew allowed himself to kiss her only little longer before pulling away. Resting his forehead on her's, Matthew smiled down at her. "This is much better then homework." He said with a wide grin. "But we should stop. I don't know if I can kiss you much more without things getting out of hand." He said with a smile stepping away.

Allie had her eyes closed, suddenly opening them as his forehead was on hers. Looking into his eyes, smiling ear to ear. "much better" she agreed. Watching him step away, she had to hold back a groan of disappointment. She knew he was right, they couldn't do much else now, at least until they figured out what to do. She looked at him with a smile "now are you hungry?" she asked not wanting her snacks to become bad.
