He has a fascination with the White Rabbit though, more than he does with others, and of course he still remembers Alice. What about me?: Bunnies aren't always innocent to put it simply. The White Rabbit has changed a lot since Alice had gone away, she's a bit more sinister. Her new favorite past time is getting passer-bys lost, which she finds highly amusing. She does show limited emotion, though not much, especially in the presence of the Queen of Hearts who intimidates her a bit. However, she would never admit that. She isn't very talkative, but does have an interest in Chess, whom she finds amusing.

What about me?: Ever since that annoying little girl Alice left us, the Queen's gotten worse, lemme tell you. I wasn't even able to go back to my party for months until she found a new minion to torture. By then, of course, the Dormouse, who had fallen asleep in his tea cup, was drowned and decaying. The smell was horrible and the tea was mind-rotting. Of course, the Hare had already left by then, doing god knows what. The torturing was bad enough, but that tea? Oh, that was it, I lost it.
I pinched up the Dormouse's corpse and put him in my hat as a souvengnir. Turns out- you won't believe this- he was just sleepin'. I mean sure, he was dead, and whatnot, but he talks to me. Yep, he tells me where to go now and what to do. So now, I got me zombie mouse in my hat and we're out to get back what's ours', mainly, the rest of the tea set that the queen took away from us. She just left us with the Dormouse's cup.
Wanna see a magic trick: Well I don't know much about magic, but lately I'm much better friends with Father Time, so I just give a little whisper into his ear and voila, it's not 6 O'Clock anymore, it's 3 in the morning. See? It pays to be on good terms with Time.
I work for: The little voice under my hat that tells me what to do.
I fight with: My fists, but mostly, I leave the fighting to the Dormouse, he's got nothin' to lose, he's dead.

The Queen chuckled darkly as she thought of something new. She was quite bored with Wonderland at this point. Why not make it somewhere fun?!

"Cards! Bring me the White Rabbit!" she called cheerfully. This would make for some interesting fun. Since Alice had left Wonderland had become so dark and twisted. The Queen only thought this because she'd taken their world and turned it upside down.

She'd kill the girl if she ever got her hands on her. But for now she'd have to have fun with her subjects. The White Rabbit had always been such fun to scare and was no exception now. Maybe she'd threaten her with a Death Sentence.

No longer was it "Off with their heads!" But now it was to torture them till they begged for mercy. She would have some delightful fun with the little Rabbit.

"Cards..... Prepare a deadly maze for our Rabbit. I want her to feel trapped." she gave another dark chuckle as her cards left her. She really had gone mad. And she loved every minute of it.

Remaro 07-06-2009 07:47 PM

A slender figure stood in silence as he watched the Queen ordering her cards to fetch the poor White Rabbit. Well, poor enough to be the current center of the Queen's amusemant in his view. Chess prowled in silence from the shadows, taking a few steps closer to the Queen, the one he currently 'served'.

Naturally the term 'served' was used as loosely as possible. In his view, it was more of a mutual agreement that the Queen didn't know of. He would do what she ordered, but he would be free to do what he chose to as well. If that meant acting differently to her wishes, then so be it, he'd already suffered several punishments by the Queen, what was one more to him?

"My Queen, why is it you're fixated on the White Rabbit? Wouldn't it be more fun to torture the Alice girl herself? Or perhaps the doormouse. I heard Toma March Hare was near by." He spoke. The Chesshire Cat's voice was silky, the type of voice you knew you couldn't trust, but at times couldn't help but believe.

Arc Angel 07-06-2009 07:50 PM

The Rabbit had truly been minding her own business when she heard the rather loud sound of footsteps coming closer to her. She turned to look, still hidden by the shrubbery since she was in her rabbit form at the moment, only to find a group of cards searching the area. Cards? What.. What are they doing here? She wasn't fond of the cards, nor the Queen of Hearts, especially since Alice left. They had became far more... sinister. Of course, so had she. She caught the eyes of one card peering down at her, and knew she had been seen. The group inched closer. So they're after me, huh? Let's give Queeny a run for her money. She made her way into a clearing, making sure the cards didn't lose sight of her, only to speed off. Unfortunately for her, she sped right into the hands of a deuce.

She struggled very little as she was brought to the Queen, secretly looking forward to something interesting happen for a change. Upon seeing the Queen, the White Rabbit changed to her human form and curtsied, then sarcastically made her greeting. "Why, hello your majesty." she said, sarcasm high in her voice. She noted that the Cheshire Cat was present, for what reason she didn't know, but he seemed to have been speaking to the Queen in that rather silky voice of his.

Divine Seduction 07-06-2009 08:30 PM

"Well thank you for the rude greeting my dear." Her voice poured acid honey over the Rabbit. The Queen was only looking for fun. She sighed alittle and shifted on her seat. "I'm not going to hurt you. I only want you to play a game.... At most you'll recieve the shock of your life. But all will be well."

The Queen turned to the Cat. "Why Chess my dear, do you actually believe that I'd be having fun with the Rabbit if I knew where little Alice was?" she gave a soft, bewitching laugh. "I'd rather that blood not be spilt anymore. I like to play more long lasting, and amusing games now." She gazed down fondly at the Rabbit.

"I've had my Cards prepare a maze for you." she pointed in two directions. "Pick an entrance and be off with you. I want to watch you make your way through is all." She smiled as she dropped her hands to her throne arms.

Arc Angel 07-06-2009 08:36 PM

The White Rabbit shuddered at the word 'game'. She had been forced to play many 'games' with the Queen, none of which she had liked. Whatever she had put in that maze would not be good, and that's all she really knew. Sighing, she turned to look at the entrances, hoping to see and exit somewhere nearby as well, but to no avail. The Rabbit knew it was not smart to turn her back to people such as the Queen of Hearts and the Cheshire Cat, especially since his reputation is full of people being stabbed in the back by him, sometimes quite literally. Frowning a bit, she turned back around to the Queen. "I don't like games." she said simply and coldly, something she knew the Queen would already know. Her tone was icy, but her eyes were already showing fear, she was not only quite intimidated of the Queen, but the game she had set up terrified her. She would have no choice, but she could try and stall, hopefully finding an exit before her stalling time was up.

Divine Seduction 07-06-2009 08:43 PM

"Well if you don't now I'll find you again...... And then it'll be worse, and longer..... I suggest you try your hand down dear. Remember play with the Cards you have, don't wish for another hand." She laughed a bit coldy. "You won't find any harm in that maze my dear. In that you have my solem oath." she smiled prettily down at the Rabbit.

She knew she was telling the truth, and it did effect this greatly. The Rabbit really would find no harm in that maze. So why not venture in and cease all this worthless prattle. She was growing quite tired of this bravery act.

"I'll make you a deal..... If you leave now you'll have to play a worse version than what was prepared today. But if you go through with it............ Hmmmm I promise that the games shall be games I'll play with you for literal fun, like those Alice would play with you." She leaned to the right shifting all of her slight weight onto the right arm of the chair. She wondered what the little Rabbit would choose.

Arc Angel 07-06-2009 08:52 PM

The White Rabbit's eyes narrowed. The Queen of Hearts was far more sadistic than Alice, she doubted that her version of 'fun' was anything liker hers. However... she didn't think she have much fun in the game she'd be forced to play tomorrow if she didn't go through with this. She bit her lip, not happy with her situation. Why must I be the subject of the Queen's amusement? she thought, still hesitating. Her eyes pleaded with those in the room, the cards, the Cheshire Cat, anyone and everyone except the Queen. But, who was she kidding? They were all the Queen's subjects, why would they help her? Sighing yet again, she backed up a little, wanting to run, but instead looking at her choice of entrances. One looked a bit more eery than the other. The Rabbit chose the less eery one.

Divine Seduction 07-06-2009 09:04 PM

The Queen smiled evily. If there was anything she loved it was a good game. "How delightful." she murmured to herself. She looked as though she'd stumbled upon a treasure trove. The fool had taken the wrong path, just as she'd anticipated.

She watch the Rabbit enter the maze, then the shrubbery closed behind her. She smiled as she imagined the poor things peril. "Cards.... Help me with those images I mentioned earlier....... We're going to make that maze a living hell for her."

She set one foot on the ground and slowly slide from her throne, her dainty figure seemed to float. She just wanted to toy with the Rabbit. No physical harm would befall the girl. But she intended to destroy her mentally, or at least mess around with her head.

Never trust someone's whose word they've abuse for years. Silently she gave a pausing thought to the possibilities of her stopping the game. She'd found along with her new found madness, she couldn't stand watching herself hurt people. And it had driven her nearly insane. Her desire to kill others had withered and died slowly.

Truely all she wished was for a spot of fun............. And someone to play with........

Arc Angel 07-06-2009 09:11 PM

The White Rabbit heard a rather terrifying sound already, to her, at least. The shrubbery behind her closed up, giving her no escape route. She found herself give a little whimper already, dreading to go on any further. She didn't trust the Queen, promising that nothing would physically harm her, but that was it.. what about mental harm? She should have asked about that. Shivering again, she started through the rather eery maze, freezing and eyes widening as an image appeared before her, one of which made her quake quite a bit. Creepy crawlies. All over. How would the Queen know of her fears? Ah, right. She had tortured her for many years, she of all people would know them. That's just peachy.. As she went on, she found herself getting lost quickly, and more, worse images appearing before her, racking her mind quite a bit. The Rabbit started to run hopelessly through the maze at this time, starting to give out little shrieks of terror as things kept popping up.

Divine Seduction 07-06-2009 09:17 PM

The Queen gave a dark laugh as she heard the Rabbit. "Give her that image of Alice........... If it doesn't break her let her go........" she waited at the end of the maze........ She found little amusment in this game......... She wanted to have found it so.......... But there was something wrong.

Almost as if she'd lost her desire to torture people? Could she have finally desended into the pits of her madness? She clutched her head with one hand as she waited. There was a throbbing pressure there..... She gave a small groan of pain before standing tall again and waiting for the Rabbit.

She would keep her promise to the girl, she'd not try to harm her again. But she didn't know what else to do? Was she suddenly feeling guilty for the lives she'd stolen, the ones she'd ruined? She refused to kneel in the face of this pain. While the Rabbit was having her trail so was the Queen. What could be happening her in Wonderland?

Remaro 07-06-2009 09:21 PM

Chess had smirked very slightly to The White Rabbit when she had entered. His eyes followed her every movement, and he couldn't help feeling slightly impressed when she attempted to be brave. Only slightly. He seemed to make an almost purring noise as he watched the Queen toying with the White Rabbit. It both annoyed him that he had to stand aside and watch, and amused him.

Finally, when the White Rabbit had left, he turned again to the Queen, bowing low in a mocking bow.
"Would it be possible, if I too could enter this 'maze'? I've had nothing to do for some time and quite frankly, I'm bored." He requested, eyes glinting slightly as a hand brushed over the whip wrapped around his waist.

Arc Angel 07-06-2009 09:24 PM

The Rabbit heard a dark sort of laughter coming from, well, what seemed like everywhere. The laughter that she knew all too well belonged to the Queen. Sadistic freak. she thought, sincerely trying to keep her mind off of the images around her, although it wasn't working. The shrieks did not cease form her, nor did the horrible, realistic images. Then, suddenly she saw something comforting. "Alice?" she called out, almost hopefully. "Alice!" she ran after the image, before stopping dead in her tracks. The image of Alice then appeared darker, as if Alice herself had also been twisted sickly. The Rabbit knew this was another trick of the Queen, but it broke her completely, it racked her mind pretty badly. She let out a full out scream and started running from the image desperately, tears coming to her eyes. "This is not funny!" she cried out, desperately wishing for the Queen to stop this madness.

Divine Seduction 07-06-2009 09:31 PM

The Queen stood in her own battle and waved a hand at Chess. She couldn't seem to think much right now! Why couldn't she focus?! She'd been torturing the White Rabbit for fun and now it seemed something was wrong.

"I just wanted someone to play with...." she whispered pitifully sinking to her knees. She didn't know what would happen to the Rabbit at this point. She no longer cared. All she could focus on were the nightmare images rushing through her head. She didn't look around to see who was watching, or even if Chess left.

She stared up at the sky blankly her eyes not seeing past anything but her own faults. Her own weaknesses, her failings, her hidden desires, and the fact that she was alone. Completely and utterly alone in this world. She had so desired a friend to play with, but had come to a certain plain of madness before she could.

Her madness had prevented and hidden this, and now look at her, torturing others for fun......... OR what used to be fun.

Arc Angel 07-06-2009 09:35 PM

The White Rabbit continued on through the maze hopelessly, now sobbing. The images were starting to repeat themselves, and it seemed hopeless. And of course, the Queen had never showed her, or much the less anyone, mercy. Not even her husband, whom the Rabbit even pitied a little. Poor man. The image of Alice would not leave her, following her around, starting to get to the point of being twisted into Alice wanting to kill her, which frightened her greatly. She started running, which only caused her to bump into things, ultimately making her trip and fall. Not wanting to see anymore of this maze, the Rabbit gave up, instead of getting lost any further, she sat and cried, attempting to cover her eyes to block out these images which surrounded her.

Divine Seduction 07-06-2009 09:41 PM

The Queen had lost sight of what she was doing. She could not see beyond her own pain. She kneeled there at the end of the maze when it suddenly opened up. She could not say what was happening to her. Maybe it was the Rabbit's own revenge in a way.

She couldn't get past her old life..... Before she'd become Queen. She didn't want to remember. She tried despreatly to force she images away to usher herself back to reality, but there was no use. Still she kneeled there face turned to the sky.

Soon her tears turned blood red as she stared. Never blinking, never moving she stayed as she was. Only her tears and her breathing were the signs of her life.

Arc Angel 07-06-2009 10:11 PM

The White Rabbit sat there for a while, tears eventually drying, and her courage slowly gathering up again. She slowly and cautiously got up, taking deep breaths each time an image appeared, stopping where she stood, closing her eyes, and attempting to block it out. This was rather hard for her, and she found herself still rather scared of the maze she found herself lost in. Eventually she came to a dead end, shrubbery had grown over a sort of doorway that she recognized to be the entrance. The Rabbit groaned, turning back around and wandering hopelessly about this maze. There was a great chance the Queen had long since forgotten about her, or was still having fun watching this, she didn't know which, or if she was doing something completely different, but she was still quite traumatized at the moment.

Remaro 07-07-2009 10:06 AM

Chess smirked to himself, once more bowing mockingly to the Queen before leaping forwards, shifting to his feline form in mid jump. The purple cat prowled easily through the maze, his eyes flickign around as he memorized certain pathways. Most likely the paths would change the second he turned a corner, but he didn't really mind. To him, this was all a game, and already he could sense the White Rabbit just up ahead.

The Cheshire Cat bounded forwards, transforming as he hit the ground to a crouched form of his human self.
"Having fun White Rabbit?" He purred, appearing directly behind her. At the same time, he untied the long whip from his waist, letting it coil around his arm, the tip just reaching the floor. Yes, he would have some fun, but perhaps he would play a game with the Queen instead, and help the White Rabbit out. Anything for something interesting to happen.

Arc Angel 07-07-2009 03:06 PM

The White Rabbit jumped, startled. Turning around, she saw Chess untying his whip. To her, this definitely did not look good, and she found herself taking a couple of steps back. "Not much." she stated simply, and truthfully. The images in this maze never ceased, causing her to try to hold in the constant shivers running down her back as she faced the Cheshire Cat. The Rabbit did not looking afraid in front of others, but despite her best efforts, she couldn't stop the shivering. Instead of focusing on her surroundings, she questioned the reason for his whip. "What's that for?" she asked, rather cautiously.

Remaro 07-07-2009 03:19 PM

A smirk played on his lips as the White Rabbit jumped and turned to face him. His lips curled up slightly to let his sharp, feline teeth reveal themselves as he took a step forwards. "Well, that is a shame don't you think?" He chuckled, flicking the end of the whip to make a small, 'cracking' noise in the air. Glancing down at the weapon, he chuckled again. "A little fun, threatening, not much really...Say, little Rabbit, would you like some help? After all, there's no point in playing a game by yourself, the Queen's slightly preoccupied I think." He questioned in a soft, purring voice.
