Ivan shook his head "no, A mammal would be best since it gets really cold up there and not many birds go up there." he said softly.

Celyse looked at him "tell me everything I need to know to face him.." she said softly transforming into her different forms for practice.

"well he is big and stronger then anyother person I know. He is older then most people and he would rather talk things out and have people do his dirtywork." he said as he thought aobut his boss.

Celyse smiled at him and nodded. "I will be back.." Transforming into her bear and running up the mountains. "hello!" she screamed out.

Ivan watched her go but then as he was aobut to head to his home he felt something hit him in the back and then everything went black.
A loud booming voice met Celyse "Hello" he said as she got closer. "come closer if you wish to speak" the voice boomed again. The voice was coming from a cave up in the mountains. |

Celyse looked up at the mountain, the cave up higher. She took a deep breath and ran forward into the dark cave. |
When she got to the cave, inside there was a huge man sitting in a throne like chair. He smiled seeing Celyse "come my child, what is it that you wish?" he asked and looked and sounded like nothing Ivan had said.

Celyse looked over to the man, suddenly feeling safe. She transformed back into her human form and walked in closer kneeling before him. Feeling so different about this man then what Ivan had said. She looked up to him "I am confused sir.." she said softly. "I really don't know what to do.."

The man smiled at her and patted her head "and what is your problem?" he asked softly. He looked like a kind and gental soul and wouldn't never harm anyone. "and please dont call me sir, just call me Al." he said with a smile.

Celyse looked up at him confused. He was actually being kind, she was in her human form and he wasn't doing anything. "well I have this friend and hes been lying to me.. I just want to know the truth and what's really going on.." she said softly. He looked so kind compared to the horrible stories.

Al nodded "and who would this friend be? and what have you heard so far?" he asked as he looked at her. She looked very confused and he patted her on the head again.

Celyse looked up at him again "there is a war going on and all the different sides are fighting for something..." she said softly. He asked for his name after all he had done, she didn't want to betray him back. "I never did get his name.." she said softly.

Al nodded "yes I know of the war and by the looks of it your the human that has come to stop it." he said softly then smiled "and let me guess the name of your friend, his name was Ivan" he said as he looked at her.

Celyse looked over at him gulping at what he said. "I don't know sir.. err Al.." Quickly standing up "yes his name was Ivan" She was ready to run or transform if something was going wrong.

Al looked at her "calm down, I am not going to hurt you." he said as he looked at her "now tell me waht he told you." he said as he looked at her

Celyse looked over at him curiously. The man had still not asked for her name. "just that the reptiles mammals and the birds were all at war for something.." she said trying to not give too much information away. Still not sure if she could trust this man.

"yes I know that already." he said as he looked at her "now tell me why your here and Ivan isn't here with you. He knows that I like to see him" he said as he looked at her.

Celyse looked over to him, gulping for a moment. "I ran away, he was trying to talk to me and I left.." if she said why, she would be busted. She had to keep playing it cool. Was he just trying to relax her before ha attacks?

Al sighed and shook his head "now you and I both know that that is a lie." he said and then stood up and walked towards her. "now by the way your acting I am guessing he told you I was a evil person so that you would come after me, am I correcr?" he asked and now stood next to her. "and please no more lies, if I am going to help you I have to hear the truth."

Celyse looked over to him and walked backwards as he walked closer to her. "it wasn't entirely a lie.." she said backed against the wall. "I did run from him, he didn't want me to come here... yes he said you were his boss.." she knew she was in trouble, but she could still run if she needed to.

Al shook his head "I am not his boss, I am a very old friend and that boy is a very talanted actor." he said as he put a hand on Celyses shoulder "I am the person who told him that you where coming and that he needed to protect you. If he sent you here then that must mean something bad happend while he was teaching you about this world." he said as he looked at her.

Celyse looked over to him stunned. Jumping as he put his hand on her shoulder. "wait.. how do you know me..." Suddenly realizing something "he told me to stay.. I left on my own.." She was so confused and didn't understand anything that was going on. Her head spun for a moment trying to process.

Al sighed "he knew that if he said for you to stay that you would go." he said softly "and I dont know you, all I knew was that there was a human coming." he said as he looked at her. "you look confused let me explain, I told Ivan that a human was coming. He was supose to protect you and teach you about our ways so that you knew what to do and how to stop the war. But something happend and he sent you here for protection."

Celyse looked over to him still confused. "but the eagles.." she didn't know how to say more without exposing her ability. "wait.. is he okay? in danger? I told him I would protect him after he said that he would get in trouble for telling me.." she looked over at him confused still.

Al sighed sadly and shook his head "no I am afraid that if he sent you here he is in danger." he said softly "I heard that the eagles where planing to boom the place looking for you. But I thought that Ivan had gotten you out of here by now, I guessed wrong though. He must have known that the second group of eagles where looking for you and sent you here while he took care of the other eagles." he said as he looked at her. "but waht he said about being killed because of telling you was a lie, but he wasn't lieing about getting killed."
