Yukina laughed."alright good idea"

He took her hand and led her out through the kitchen and into the room where the beds were. He smiled and looked around, "Are you tired?" he asked.

Yukina smiled."a little .. but its nothin serious"

"If you'd like, you could go to bed now." he smiled a little.

Yukina looked him over."whatr about you?",she asked with a smile

"I'm not sure I'm tired just yet..." he admitted, looking around, "Not sure what I'd wanna do though..."

Yukina smiled at him as she laied down."well take your time were free...",she said softly and clsed ehr eyes."so you can do whatever you want,whenever you want"

Kevin was looking out the window as she spoke, and he smiled hearing those words. Free. They were free. No more needles, or training, or wishing desperately he would die so he couldn't be tortured anymore... Free.

He turned around and looked at her; her eyes were closed and she looked peaceful. He smiled again as he walked over and sat at the edge of her bed, "You're beautiful, you know that?" he said, leaning back on one hand near her, looking down at her.

Yukina opened ehr eyes and looked at him and smiled."thank you .. its nice to hear that", she said softly."and you are very hansome, you know that too right?"

Kevin laughed a bit, blushing, "Thanks..." he smiled, "I should let you get to sleep though, huh?" he said, leaning down and kissing her cheek.

Yukina giggeled and kissed his cheek back gently."i love you",she said softly.

"I love you too." he whispered with a smile, pushing himself off the bed and walking the two feet to sit on his own bed. He took off his shoes and lie down, "If you need me, you know where I am." he laughed.

Yukina laughed."of course!",she said closeing her eyes and started to drift off to sleep.

Kevin smiled a little at her response, but said nothing so she could get to sleep. He didn't want to keep her awake, especially after the day they had had, and, well, how long each of them had been at the facility. Hopefully, it would be a peaceful sleep that night.

When Yukina closed her eyes, Kevin hopped off his bed and turned off the light, but he left the television on. He had forgot about it at first, to be honest. He picked up the remote and started flipping through channels so he could get them caught up on the modern world. It had been a long time since he had seen a television. It was actually before James died... It was so funny he had found James' grandfather... Wasn't it? Maybe it happened on purpose; maybe Henry was a spy for the facility. Kevin liked to think not, but he decided he couldn't let his guard down just yet. Eventually, after flipping through all the channels, he settled on the news. They weren't on it, so the facility was obviously trying to keep it a secret still, despite the mental patient cover story.

Kevin left the television on when he lie down under the covers. He wasn't watching it anymore, but he was lying on his side, looking at Yukina. Sleep was overcoming him, and he closed his eyes after awhile. It was nice being in a real bed, with no worries about being poked and prodded and exasperated to the point of snapping... he didn't want to think about that though, and nearly the second he stopped, he fell asleep. For the first time in awhile, he had a dream, and for the first time in his life, it wasn't a nightmare.

Yukina yawned as she woke up the next day.It was aound noon.Stting up she streached and yawned once more.She smiled looking around .So it hadnt been a deam,they had actualy escaped and were liveing in a safe home.

Kevin was so dead tired, when he opened his eyes, he didn't think he would be able to move. He pushed himself into a sitting position on the bed. It was seven in the morning. He really didn't want to be awake- sleeping in a bed was just too perfect. He lie down and almost instantly fell back asleep, after making sure Yukina was still asleep.

The next time he woke up, it was about half past noon. He sat up in bed, eyes mostly closed to strain through the sunlight glaring in his face. He looked to Yukina, who was already, obviously, awake. He smiled a bit, despite not being a morning person, and spoke in a whisper to avoid his voice from cracking, "Morning"

Yukina looked at Kevin and giggeled."afternoon",she said in a normal tone."your not a day person,are you?",she said with a playful grin.Then stood up streaching some moe and went over to his bed and sat on it .

"Not a morning person, no." he laughed and cleared his throat a bit. He moved closesr to her as she sat on his bed, and he put his arms around her, leaning his head on her shoulder. "sleep well?" KEvin asked and kissed her cheek.

Yukina smiled and kissed his forhad."like a baby, it felt so weird but good, when i woke up i thought it had all been a dream, us escapeing and being free"

Kevin smiled, "I'm glad you slept well." he laughed, "Sorry, you're stuck with me though."

Yukina smiled and kissed him gently."im glad"

Kevin kissed her back, a blush gracing his cheeks, "So, what would you like to do?"

"can we explore teh town today?",she asked curiously.

Kevin smiled, "I would love to, but we don't know what the townspeople know about us. If they know what we look like... They've been told we're escaped mental patients... " he reminded her gently. They had freedom, they were free, but they weren't out of the woods yet, so to speak.

Yukina frowned."right",she said sadly and looked out the window."were still in a cage,just a bit bigger one",she said staning and going to the bathroom she shut the door.
