He hugged her back, savoring the few seconds that it lasted before letting go so she could crawl out the window. When she was out, he held his hands out to her, slowly taking her by the wrists, "ready?" he asked.

Yukina took a deep breath."yes ... and you promise well meet up .. right?",she said with taery eyes.

"I promise." he said and kissed her quickly, as they began pounding against the bathroom door. There was no time to argue any longer, "Now, go!" he said, and when she jumped, he leaned out the window, lowering her as far as he could before letting go.

When she was gone, he turned on the splintering door. He wasn't sure what to do first. If he went out the window, they'd be sure to jump out after them, and that wouldn't give Yukina a chance to get away either. Plus, he had to know if Henry was okay. He moved out of the way of the door and shapeshifted into the smallest thing he could think of at the moment- a gray mouse. The door burst open and as they stormed in looking for him, he ran between their feet and out the bedroom to the main hallway. Kevin ran down passed Henry's door in time to see Henry come out, shouting asking what they were doing in there.

Kevin didn't have time to make sure he'd be okay; he had to find Yukina. He ran out of the motel and towards where Yukina was supposed to be as fast as he could. When he reached the field, unnoticed by those who were looking for him as they got into the car, he immediately began looking for any animal that could be Yukina.

Yukina had also turned into a field mouse , she kept her self hid away verry well.Scared to come out. Every little noice she heard scarde her.What if they knew what they were? what if they hapend to find them.She didnt want Kevin to be taken back there ... he had been there longer then she had ... she would do whatever it took to keep him out of thier.

Kevin ran as fast as his tiny mouse legs could carry him. He reached the edge of the forest and began sniffing round, hidden by the cover of the leaves and grass and trees. He could pick up another animal nearby, but only one. The only problem was he couldn't exactly pin point where she had run off to and was hiding. He walked around, calling her- that which to a human would sound like small squeaks, but only if they had excellent hearing. "Yukina? Yukina!" he squeaked. They may have transformed and be under excellent cover, but the place they were was no longer safe. Again, they had to run for it. Somewhere. Anywhere.

Yukina's eras twitched when she heard Kevins voice.She quickly came out of her hideing place witch had beed a fallen down stree.She waited until she heard him call again."Kevin!",she called out and ran towards his send and comeing out of a patch of grass she nearly ran into him.

Kevin lept back to avoid being run into and quickly replied, "We need to hide. We need to run and hide. Farther away from here." his mousy voice squeaked. Come on." he said moving off of the path and into the forest. 'Great, we're back in the woods' he thought.

Yukina nodded as she followed close behind him.She felt so guilty. Maybey they should slit up for a little while ... and meet up somwhere. As they eneterd the forest she looked around .They were being followed.She crinched hearing the screach of a hawke.

His heart sank when Kevin heard the hawk's cry reaching them on the ground. They had two choices: First, they could hide in the underbrush, where they couldn't be seen. Second, they could transform again into something a hawk wouldn't attack- the second seemed the safest option. "Yukina, shape-shift again; into a fox." he said to her.

Yukina looked at him and nodded,concentrating she became a fox and kept close to Kevin until he transformed , just in case the hawk wanted to make a move at him.

Yukina transformed before Kevin and he kept an eye on her to make sure she did so safely- not, that a mere mouse could do much to begin with, but Kevin was quite adapted to blink-of-an-eye-transformations, and thought they tested his strength, he could do so if needed. He transformed then into a normal sized fox, of typical coloring. Luckily, the fox-cover would blend in more with the leaves of orange and red that was both in the trees and on the forest floor.

He looked around and saw a small cave- just large enough for the pair to fit in, but there was no guarantee there would be nothing inside. Kevin couldn't trust it so easily. However, around the side near that entrance was a rock that formed a sort of awning where they could safely hide from their airborne foe. He began running in that direction, pushing Yukina to steer her that way while communicating, "To the rocks!"

Yukina nodded and went to the rock and hid looking at Kevin with worry as she looked at the hawk as it landed infront of them , it seemed to laugh. Her eyes widen as she watchd it transform into a human. the boy laughed.His eyes were black and cold as ice. His hair was a bit long and brown."ive come to colect you two",he managed to say laughing.

((Since when was this part of the plot?! O_o ))

Kevin growled, which was so violent even as a fox it sounded as though he could take on anything. The heckles of his neck and back stood on end as he growled and bared his teeth, while he moved in front of Yukina instinctively.

The boy laughed."who ..very scary",he said sitting on the ground."its funny how there haveong so much trouble catching you two",he sighed."nowdo i have to fight you two in order to get coroperation?"

((It's not really a plot twist, it's just a new character intro. A plot twist would be if Kevin or Yukina turned the other in. xP ))

Even in the fox form, Kevin could speak in the human language, "You're not getting cooperation no matter WHAT you do" he growled.

The boy smerked and shifeted into a wolf."ver well",he said and ran toward the two.

((Then there goes romance... Hahaha. xD ))

Almost instantly, Kevin shape-shifted into a bear- big enough to block and to tear the other to pieces. The second the other boy got close, he began to swipe visciously at him, ripping the skin from his bones as Kevin's claws made contact.

(ohh noo then tahst no good :( hmm back to my thinking box))

The boy jumped backas he also transformed into a bear.

Yukina, atching the two cmae out of hideing and also shapeshiffed into a bear.

The boy growled backing up.

Kevin moved next to Yukina, walking on all fours towards the boy. Two against one- even that cocky kid couldn't afford to try it. Kevin smiled mentally, still walking towads the boy.

The boy growled and shape shifting agian , he turned back into the halwk and flew into the air,serciling once it took off towards the north.

Yukina sighed and turned back into a fuzzy litle fox.

Kevin wasn't so quick to change, but eventually, he returned into his fox form, "Good team work." he laughed.

Yukina looked at him and nodded."yeah! he wasnt stupid enough to go aganst the odds",she said proudly and then getting a pit play full she pined him."wah ha ..i have concoured you",she said her ears twitching playfully.

Kevin was laughing one minute, and suddenly pinned and he let out a few cute little whines and put his ears back. He the began to lick what he could reach of Yukina's face, hoping the cuteness would win her over.

Yukina looked at him and the nuzzeled his neack before she got off giggeling.

Kevin rolled onto his stomach, lying down, and shaking his head a bit. "What was that for" he laughed a little.
