her form shifted into what looked to be a large house cat or medium dog. She curled up on the pile of her own clothes but continued to rest.

He crouched down and reached out to pet her. Despite his savagery he was a sucker for cats, just a little too afraid to admit it to everyone.

she purred softly leaning into his gentle touch, her tail perked and tail stilled. This was very comforting to her, this also was a gentle wake up for her.

He petted her some more before getting up and moving on, in search of the little boy.

Loki grumbled as he left the bathroom. NOW where had the child gotten to he checked his room and sighed. 'Oi this could get irritateing.'

Con was back sitting beside the bed watching Loki. He gave him a warning glare.

Loki returned the galre as he tucked the boy in. "Glare at me like that again.. and I'll show you why NOT to tick off a earth mage who's a half vampire.." and for once he bared his fangs as his eyes flashed gold. thent hey retracted and he looked normal agian.

Con snarled at him lightly then went back to his own buisness messing with the cloth that was wrapped about his ankles tightening it.

Loki snorted and left them there going to a guest room.

when morning came kai stood to her feet, rubbed the back of her head, grabbed her bags and went to the bathroom to get changed. She found the girliest outfit she owned and with a sigh put it on, she thought it would be better to look like a girl instead of an lolita today, to make a good impression. She yawned long and wide while walking out of the half bath carrying her bags once again.

Seosamh got up and wandered out to her and tited his head, not recognizing her.

She smiled widely giving a short wave, twitch of the ears and held out her lolita outfit trying to let him know it was still her "morning" she held up the device which translated it for him.

Loky left his room rubbing at his eyes. and headed down tot he basement where he worked. tht door he lef topen so they could get him if they needed him and begain working on a new gaurd spell. flashes of light tunled up the stairs as he worked occasionaly bathing the kitchen in pinks, golds, blues and greens as he worked.

panicked Kai ran to the basement, at the top of the stairs she sighed seeing what was going on, she laughed a bit and yelled downstairs in a jokeing manner "you could warn someone next time"

Loki jerked, powder spilled when it wasn't supposed to and he went flying slamning into a wall hard he gasped. "Kai.. nextime DON'T YELL." he spat towards the stairs and stood up slowly. waving his hand as smoke bellowed up the stairs.*

Jumping she nodded and closed the door pressing her back against the door feeling like a total fool, with hands shaking a flashback of a time of violence and abuse raced through her mind, she had to get out. so she ran toward the front door, with full speed she ran into the large front yard looking around, scanning all possible routes...

of course after she'd bolted he rememberd her past and cursed. him and his temper. he went up the stairs and ploped down at the kitchen table rubbing at his face. sometimes he was such a fool.

Kai was halfway in the street when she came to, reality no longer flickered between past and present, she was in cat form when a car stopped within just inches of her, she screamed a wild cat howl and ran to the side she was aiming for, shivering and meowing she laid down. Unaware of where she was or what her surroundings were.. yup, she was lost in the middle of a strange city miles from where her temporary home was.

(hm.. *shrug* she's across the street in a side street scared and alone.. cuz loki yelled at her. i love having dramatic characters, they're so much fun! and i think that house thing is a nighttime only thing cuz my character was able to get free! XD)

(Dramatic characters annoy me a lot, but ok. Con just needs to get out of the house and i'll save her.)
