There was a group of students in a giant circle, their yells ear splitting loud. In the center was a well the well known Rina.She had her long sleeves rolled up and she didn't care that when she kicked in her skirt that others would stare. She was fighting against one of the schools prettiest boys who cheated on her best friend and then dumped her in the middle of a school play. "I'll kill you by ripping you body into pieces and feeding your heart and liver to the dogs." She yelled punching the boy in his jaw causing him to fall backwards.

Vinent had tried his best to ignore the loudness of the students outside, but after a while, it grew more and more annoying. Giving in, he got up and stormed outside to see what all the fuss was about. He went to the loud crowd and started to push through as he yelled loud enough for the students could hear. "Quiet down! All of you!!! This is not gym!!"

No one cared about the teacher it seem since they weren't the ones that were going to get into trouble. Rina kicked the boy and her gave a loud yelp in pain, she smiled darkly as she looked around till she found her friends face. "Should I?" She asked and her friend nodded her head. She turned back to the boy and kicked him where it hurt most. "It is not over yet you little wimp."

He spotted her at the exact time she kicked the poor boy in the nuts. Who was she? And, more importantly, why was she beating up that guy? Vinnie pushed past everyone and grabbed Rina's hand.

"Stop this right now." He barked. "If you don't, I'll personally kick you so hard you won't be able to move." Ok, he wasn't. The teacher did not have the guts to, but he was hoping that the girl would believe him and obey.

Rina felt something pull at her hand. She looked at the teacher and sighed. "That jerk dumped by best friend in the middle of a play and they were on stage at the time. Give me one good reason to not beat you up for stopping me?"

"... He'll experience something worse than being anything you can inflict on him physically." He ushered her back so she could not kick the guy getting up from the ground. "That and you are already looking at more than 2 months of detention." Of all people, he knew very well what she was looking from beating someone up on school grounds: he was in charge of the dention sessions.

"Let me go," Rina said pushing the man away. "And if you want to put me into detention then you going to have to catch me." She said before she started to run away. She knew every good hiding place in the school so she headed for the closest one.

((Have to go for a bit, house is one.))

Vinnie immediately ran after her, but lost her as soon as she turned the corner and into her hiding spot. He looked around, wondering where she went. After a while, he sighed and ruffled his hair. She could not hide forever... He went into a classroom and called the nurse and the head of the school so the girl in question would get a detention as soon as she appeared again.

She got out of her hiding spot laughing. She thought she got away with no one on her tail. She started to her locker where she would get her books to read when she went to the roof skipping class.

She did not notice, however, was the message over the intercom: "Rina, please come to the main office. Rina, please come to the main office." Meanwhile, Vinnie was in the principle's office, reviewing with him all the problems Rina had caused over her time at the school. There was no way they could keep her from attacking anyone else; she was too violent. So they concluded that it would be best she's get a personal detention for 3 months and be expelled for a week. Maybe, the teacher will be able to calm her even a little.

She rolled her eyes as she ignored the intercom. "Like I would fall for that, I may be a fighter but I have good grades." She said as she headed for the stairs that lead to the roof. She wanted peace and quiet from what was happening, she smiled when she remembered that she left her guitar on the roof.

He got a tip from another teacher of the girl's whereabouts and went to the stairs leading to the roof. Many of the teachers did not want to see such a smart girl go into detention. Despite her violent ways, she was well loved by the adults. But they did not realize that the attacks on other students were going to get her into even more trouble than bad grades. Vinnie went up the stairs and walked about, trying to find her hiding spot.

She smiled as she opened the case and pulled out her guitar and started to play the bird and the worm by the used. "He wears his heart safety pin to his backpack, his backpack is all that he knows." She sang along forgetting about her surrounding and that there was no where to run.

He immediately heard her and came over. He stood there, waiting for her to notice him. When he realized that she was not paying attention to the world around her, Vinnie gently knocked on her head. "You're not alone anymore, Rina."

"Oh hell, you really want to keep me after school. Why me?" She asked as she looked around confirming that there was no way out. She sighed lightly her head hanging down.

"It's not like I want to... but your violent behavior is going to overshadow your grades once word spreads about today." He rolled his eyes. After a while, Vinnie added. "The principle is suspending you for a week and then you'll be in detention for 3 months."

"That is why I run, and everyone knows to not make me mad. Just the idiots that target my friends don't know what happens." She said with a sigh as she placed the guitar back into the case and locked it up.

"..." He sighed and handed her a note. "This is the time and date you will start going to classes again and going to detention. You have a choice between lunch and afterschool. Either is fine with me, as long as you keep your patience with me."

"Thanks just what I need, another reason for my parents to attack me." She muttered under her breath. She walked back the man coldly and headed for the main doors thinking of where to sleep for the night since she knew that it was going to be a night where her parents both drank.

He, however, did not know of her family problems. Vinnie simply assumed that the troble she will be in was being grounded or something along those lines. So, he went back to his classroom and gathered his things. Once he locked the door, he went to his car and drove to his little shack. His two dogs jumped him as soon as he entered the house, happily welcoming their master home.

"Yes yes I know I'm home! You can get off me now!!" He laughed as he pushed the two girls off him.

She sighed as she slowly walked home climbing up the side to her bedroom window. She pulled out a sleeping bag, cloths and some money before climbing back down. She headed towards the closest park as she looked at the sky, grey clouds over head. "How can this get worse?"

Vinnie promptly finished making dinner while the two dogs ate theirs. He patted them gently as he passed; once he was seated, he ate his own. It was nice to be alone at night... yep. Not lonely at all.

She sighed as she found a nice privet area to roll out her sleeping bag, she pitched it like a tent so she could keep dry when the rain would start to come down. She headed for a corner store to buy herself a dinner.
