"yea i was i couldnt leave you there on the street what was it that you asked me to stop because you sounded like you were in seriouse pain"

Satoshi had waited at the his desk for longer than usual. Kaer'lic was usually in by know, so he decided to call him.

Satoshi pulled out his cell phone and dialed Kaer'lic's number,"Hey, where are you? You know you never this late?"

Kaer'lic heard his cell ring and answered it. "Hey, sorry I ran into someone new in the town and I wanted to introduce myself. I'm actually right outside the shop." He hung up the phone. Coming up to the door, he turned the handle and opened it. "Hey there, any business?" He asked.

"oh well, see i used to have a master, in my hometown he was head vampire, and i escaped and i can hear him telling me to come back and i never want to go there again."
she looked up "you think im crazy dont you?"

"of course not it would take a little more than that to make me think someone is crazy" Daphne laughed

"No, business, but we got an update in the system. Someone new moved into town, you said you met a new person, was her name Paige?" Satoshi moved the computer screen so his partner could see.

"Yeah that's the girl. She seemed pretty nice." Kaer'lic stared at the screen. "What's the new data on her?" He asked.

"Nothing big, just came in from another town, was a slave to another vampire. Unless she does something wrong we won't have to go after her." Satoshi leaned back into his chair.

Paiges green eyes sparkled, "oh thank god, i was afraid you would"
she laughed to, "So what are you doing on this fine day?" She smiled and spun around.

"its okay i have herd weirder stories than yours im just out might go into a shop or two what are you up to " she said smileing

"i actually have no idea yet" she laughed.
"im probably just gonna explore town, i just hope i dont get lost haha"

"if you get lost just dont go into the forest or you might not be able to come back if your looking for something to do you could go to a bar or a shop there are some nice gardens around here and there are a couple of odd shops around here you could find something interesting"

"I'm not going after her anyway. Sorry Satoshi, but she seems really nice. I don't think I could try to hurt her. Said Kaer'lic.

"thats right i never quite made it into the bar.im gonna check that out, see you around!" smiling Paige walked to the bar, she was interested, she had never been to one before.
She walked in and sat down and she decided she only wanted water for now, she paid for it and was taking a drink when some drunk fool walked up stumbling, "hey missy, how are ya?"
Annoyence tugged at the corner of her mouth but she smiled, "i am fine... yourself?"
the man sat himself down and ordered another drink, "could be betta, could be betta"

"Alright, so you want to just take a break for today? Say we never came to work?" Satoshi started to get up.

"bye" walked down the street turning down an ally

"Yeah we can just take calls through the cell phones anyway. Wanna go to the bar?" Kaer'lic asked.

"Sure, but try not to get as drunk this time, OK?" Satoshi pulled out his keys and started heading to the door.

"Hey, get the lights for me."

Paige sat there having a light conversation with this man when someone comes up and starts cursing at the poor gentleman, She turns to the man "Leave him alone" she growled.
"eh whats this your new little tramp? well little missy you can take your business elsewhere"
Paiges eyes spark in green fury growling she got up and hissed "what did you just call me?"
the man trys pushing past her but she wont budge.
"i said leave him alone!" "look missy"the man said "dont make me hit a girl"
"id like to see you try"she hissed
the man swung at her but she grabed him and threw him across the room.
Paige growled and walked out.

walks by an old looking shop noticing the man she met the night before

growling Paige jumped onto a roof trying to calm down. "Great, just FREAKING GREAT!"
she took a deep breath and sits down fury making her shake.

"Im going back to my room."
Paige jumped off the roof and wandered back to the inn and sat down on the bed.

"oh well i guess i will go to the pool hall" walks off

staring out her window she decides that shes calm enough to leave again she needs to go hunting. but shes not killing a human just to feed shell kill an animal. it will keep her alive at least.
