((where are Firemare and Katzzie?))

Sander chuckled at the title the witch had given to him. Nobody had ever called him that before. In fact, he liked it. In answer to her question, he glanced back at Rosemary and replied:
"Yes, actually, that black elf has just agreed to be a part of the team." he motioned with his thumb. "And I reckon we'll have to recruit a few more people."
He paused briefly, to lean up against the counter.
"My name is Sander, by the way, Hedge Knight at your service." the man grinned, amused.

((In college and writer's blocked. But my character is in a corner of the bar, discussing the tourney.))

"...alright, I'll bite" she said carelessly, setting the glass down on the bar top. She wasn't particularly fond of elves; they had always seemed a little too tricksy for her, especially the dark type. "'names Jones. Calamine Jones, but Jones'll do fine" Despite her rather dignified name, with it's alchemical intonations, she had never liked her first name - it reminded her too much of squid for some reason, which she detested.

Celiron put a finger to his lips in thought as he looked around the inn "So we need a bigger team eh?" A brief squabble caught his eye and he watched it for a moment until he caught sight of a poster being held by one of them "Well, it looks to me like a team is forming right there, shall we go see if we can join Lupe? Surely they would not refuse two such as us." He winked at her as he stood.

(( Aww, doll! We just do that, then ^^ ))

She nodded excitedly, "Jup jup, a bigger team we needs!" She beamed, her ears bobbing up and down on her head, then she rose also. She looked over at the poster and the persons, then she pursed her lips in thought. They all looked quite like they something to offer, so they wouldn't be a drag about their legs. Then she nodded. "Yea!" Then she grabbed his wrist and dragged him with her. Coming to the others, she stopped with a great smile on her face. "Hello," she chirped, "We couldn't help to hear about your guys formign a team for the tournament!" She letted go of Celiron's wrist to clasp her hands together before her chest. Then she waited.

Sander blinked at the girl with wolf ears who had just jumped over to them, along with her elvish companion.
"That's right." he replied, motioning to his two newfound teammates. "There's three of us so far. Were you two looking to join? You are welcome to."
The warrior rubbed his hands together, feeling excited. This tournament promised danger, which was pretty much the only thing that really motivated him.
"How many people do we need in one team?" he asked, glancing over Calamine's shoulder at the poster to see if it was written on there somewhere.

(( Wooolllfff! She's a wolf! *Cries and huggles Lupe* ))

She beamed and nodded excitedly, before answering the guys question. "We need 6 people!" She said happily, before getting pushed aside of the elf making her way over there. Falling into a drunken guy, who spilled all his beer over her clothes, she blinked and looked at the elf, before clenching her fist. Standing up, she made her way over to them and began yapping her finger into the chest of the noisy female. She where proud of her skills and nobody should say she was just a stupid, little girl who could nothing. Because that was no where the truth!

"Now you listen up, blackie. I'm sick and tired of people like you, who think that just because you look weak you can't fight!" she began, steam going out of her ears and her nosetrills flaring like a wild beast, "or think's they themselves are sooo great and can everything!" She said, still yapping the other female in the chest. "I kind of liked these clothes, not to mention they're my only, so why don't you say sorry? Both for the clothes and for bashing my skills! If you think I'm so weak, I will gladly show you!" Then she stepped back crossing her arms, her tail hanging dead down between her legs and her lips pulled up in a wolfish snarl. She would show that black elf!

Rosemary made a small sigh to wolf girl's action show: "Oh dear, you actually believe it's clever to just take the first ones who need a team?" She covered her face with her hands. "You must be some sort of acrobat, eh? Have you actually learnt to use a weapon beside unicycle?"
Rosemary took a step toward the wolfie and stretched her hands up "And your kind of beasts usually lack intelligence, but I can give you some credit from good temperament" Then, she put her hands down to her pockets. "So use that temperament for something useful and attack me!" she grinned. This might actually be fun...!

For the second time, Sander's eyebrows disappeared under his hair at the black elf's words. He had a hard time understanding her logic, or where she even came up with thoughts like that. He shrugged and gave her an amused smile.
"I think that answers your worries, Rosemary." he said, looking at the wolf girl with a twinkle in his eyes. "She seems fierce enough to me."
Considering he had never been in a team before, he wasn't too picky about who joined. Besides, Sander was cocky enough to believe that once the tournament started, he could probably get by without them.

Celiron seized Lupe's shoulders "Woah there! no need for violence!" He grinned at them all, trying to defuse the situation "Lupe I will personally buy you some new clothes, okay? I'm sure it was just and accident. Besides you'd need new clothes for the tournament anyway." He looked at the dark elf that had knocked into Lupe with a raised eyebrow "And as for joining the first team to offer, it seems wise to me. Better to take the opportunity offered then count on one that may never exist. Besides, you can always trade up to a better team should the opportunity arise later. However as it is, best to go with a fully formed team, so, truce?"

"Great!" Sander exclaimed, thankful to the male elf for clearing up the tension.
The warrior gently nudged Rosemary away from Lupe, saying:
"Trust me, you will find no better team around here!"
He studied their small group, amused by how different they all were from one another. Then he realized that there were only five of them. It was too early to rejoice completely.
"Uh, wait, guys... we're one short." Sander squinted at the rest of the inn's customers, who were watching the fight that had almost broke out. As soon as he met their gaze, they looked away hurriedly.
