Redeeming Chaos
The world grew older and older. Mankind grew as well. Science flourished, and even some traces of magic were maintained. Cities grew tall and shone with the metal and glass they were made of. Information was accessed at unparalleled speed. The world seemed at the pinnacle of success. But even the tallest of mountains can change within a moment. Things began a horrifying downward spiral. The so called pollution prevention process, failed. power plants collapsed and the world seemed to turn on itself in violent storms and natural disasters. Everything seemed to crumble and lay in the dust.
However Life went on as it always does. A few places were not as badly off. there was even tellings of hope that went around. Some said that the gods would send help. some say that a child would dome and redeem their world. perhaps they would.....

Name: Laman
Age: eternal
Race: Fallen God, god of chaos
Bio: As the world destroyed itself, Laman as the God of chaos helped push it off the end. As punishment he was forced by the other gods to live in the ruined world, and 'redeem' himself. He has no idea how to do that, and his powers have become weak.
Abilities: flight, some control of the 4 elements, super strength and speed.

Name: Artemis Silvaen (she doesn't know this)
Age: (She's not really sure.) 19
Race: (She doesn't really know. She believes that she's human.)
Bio: Artemis was born as a prophetic child. Even in the ruined world, there were still some survivors, and one man told of a prophecy. A child would be born that would bare a unique birth mark on her cheek. She would bring about a redemption for mankind and restore the world to what it once was. Artemis grew up as a normal child at first, even with her 'people' constantly watching over her. When she reached the age of fifteen, she left home to try and seek out the prophecy, but she never returned to her family. Not even a month after she left home, she was attacked, but not killed, and she lost her memory. She now wanders, trying to regain her memory, which she believes was stolen, rather than simply being lost.
Abilities: She can heal any wound as long as it isn't fatal (she doesn't know about this power yet, and she can't use it on herself anyway), she can conjure matter, she can see into the past when she touches people or objects (barehanded of course).

Laman sat upon a ruined tower. he looked over the city that once was a proud pinnacle of mankind, but now seemed abandoned. he frowned a he stood posed ever so balanced upon the slim pole and crumbling wall. He was a rather large red spec and figure, and could be seen for miles as the only spec of color. Everything else was gray and bleak. Although some moss and vegetation grew at the bottom.
His wings, all four of them were held up and against his back like a strange cape of dark feathers. He thought of how he could no longer escape to the heavens of his home but was now forced to live upon the wreckage he helped to create. He hated the other gods for cursing him for only doing what was in his nature to do. he would have to aide this world or be doomed to stay here forever. But how he was supposed to do that, was not known to him.

This is perfectly impossible. How is it that I manage to get lost every time I start moving? She thought silently to herself as she wandered the flat barren wasteland on the outskirts of the ruined city. Artemis rubbed her head with the palm of her hand and looked up, noticing only a small red speck, but she hardly bothered herself with the details. It had been four years since she'd started searching for her memories, and not one of them had come back to her. She groaned as she could feel herself losing patience and her sanity from the endless search. "It's useless, what's the point to going on?!" She yelled at the sky.
She sank to the ground, her legs bent away from each other at the knee. "I can't take much more of this." She said softly to herself. She gazed around at the barren land and sighed. "Maybe I should try and find shelter for a few nights of rest. Maybe that'll help." She had to shift a lot in order to get up, but she finally managed to stand on her own two feet again. She turned around to look up at the city. "I hope I can find a good place to settle down in for a few days." She muttered as she walked towards what she believed to be the main gates.

There was something in the wind. A shift or change was coming. He may no longer technically be a God but he still had some of his sense and a bit of power left. He gazed over the city trying to locate the source of the disturbance. he had trouble spotting it. there was much rubble in this area, but finally he saw a speck of movements near the city's gates.
"What is that..." he muttered to himself. He continued to watch the moving spit as it came within the confines of the crumbling ruins.
"animal?...Creature?...Human perhaps?" He was going to loose it when it moved through the city. Even he couldn't see through walls. He spread forth his wings and caught a thermal updraft as he stepped off the wall he was on. he rose and lowered upon the air, gliding closer to where he had last seen the moving object.

"This certainly is a sad looking place." Artemis said in an annoyed tone. "I can't even begin to imagine what it looked like before everything went wrong in the world." She sighed. "I was born after it all happened. At least, that's all I know." She said silently. She shifted her sunglasses on her face. They weren't exactly necessary for blocking out the sun, but they did have a sort of scanner in them. She wasn't sure why, but she'd learned how to use it in the past four years.
"This is rediculous. Not even a spark of recognition. You'd think a girl would remember something, anything, about her past." She said as she glared at the ground in front of her feet. Her fists clenched tightly at her side. After a moment she relaxed and let out a sigh. "Oh well, no point worrying about it now." She said softly as she moved forward.
"It's so barren here. I wonder what happened to make it look this way." She said as she placed her hand lightly on a rusted door frame. "This looks like it was a house, or a building at least." She muttered silently. She lifted her right hand and ran it through her hair. It was multicolored, and she didn't even know why. It grew out that way for some reason. Even that part of her was a mystery. "I can't believe it." She mumbled lightly. She looked at one of the buildings. Her hand was still on the door frame.
"There's no way." Artemis said softly. She gazed around at the buildings. Brand new, freshly painted, and such a beautiful sight. A towering city of metal and glass, and a beautiful community filled with people. She watched as a small girl skipped around in front of the building she was standing at. A guy came out of the door behind her, and Artemis nearly jumped out of her skin at the sight of him. He smiled. "Morning, Lena." The man said as he passed by the girl and pat her on the head.
"Is this... is this what it was like...?" Artemis asked quietly. It seemed that no one could see her. But of course, this wasn't her time period. It had to be the past. The way it used to be. It looked like a dream, to be standing here looking at it like this. It was much too good to be true.
Artemis pulled her hand away from the wall and everything returned to the barren, rusted, ruined city that it was now. She took a deep breath to try and calm herself as she sank to the ground for the second time in one day. "This is getting rediculous. Why do I see these things? They're not... my memories. So why?" She said softly and closed her eyes. She tried to block out everything around her, sound, feeling. She wanted a moment to herself, to think and possibly rest a little.
"I probably shouldn't do that here, though." She said after a moment and rose from the ground, using the wall for support. She pulled out a pair of gloves and put them on. "I really don't want another episode." It seemed like it happened too often, she needed to remember to wear the gloves unless she wanted to see the past, or needed to. She looked around. "Perhaps this building will be fine for now." She muttered softly as she looked at the doorway again.

((OOO nice post! You are an excellent writer...this will be fun to play with you... hopefully I will do a good job for you.)
Laman circled down closer and closer. he spiraled down toward the ground in a tightening circle. He though this was the area he had seen the person head toward. A few smaller buildings lay, only half collapsed. his wings made a soft wooshing noise as he back pedaled into his landing atop one of the roof tops. he looked about the ground Sure enough there was signs in the dust of a human passing this way. He peered leaning over the edge. They were small, but not tiny. Not a child, but not a large man. Perhaps a woman then or a young boy even. he tracked the prints back a little further into the city. He leaped from one roof top to the next, not wanting to give up his height advantage. He spotted some color in the distance. Nearby to the colorful figure was a slightly taller building. Trying to remain quiet he jumped to it, grabbing onto the side and deftly scaled the side. He watched as the figure put a hand to a door.
Indeed it was a young woman who stood there. She had multicolored hair and he felt...perhaps a stirring of power as she stood there quietly. she didn't move for a few minutes. It was a bit eerie....she barely seemed to breath and she didn't blink. he was about to jump in front of her when she started moving again.
She said a few things quietly to herself that he couldn't quite make out. he leaned closer peering around the corner of the building.... Unfortunately he misjudges the liability of the bricks under his hand, and half of one came tumbling down to crash upon the ground below.

Artemis jumped back away from the doorway as pieces of the building came crashing down in front of her. She stared at the wreckage with a bewildered look on her face. Her heart was pounding in her chest and she lifted her right hand, gripping onto the section of her shirt that was right over her heart. She closed her eyes and tried to calm herself, taking deep breaths.
"What the hell was that all about?" She said as she looked over. Artemis began to walk closer to the building that had partially collapsed. "Maybe this place isn't appropriate to spend the night in." She said with a sigh. "Especially not if it's going to collapse." She let out a sigh as she looked at the bricks. "I can't even figure out how it fell. But maybe..." She moved to pull off one of her gloves, but she stopped. "No, I think I'd rather not. Who knows what will happen if I try."
She had been kneeling by the fallen bricks when she stood up and put her left hand on her hip and her right hand on her forehead. She tried to look to see if she could find the reason why the bricks fell, but could see nothing. "Maybe this place won't be too bad, so long as I don't do anything that may cause the place to fall on me." She said, no longer caring how loud or soft she spoke. After all, she felt like she was the only person around. "Now let's just try to find a more appropriate place to rest." She looked at the fallen bricks again before turning away and walking further into the city.
"This place is absolutely dreadful." Artemis said as she looked around at the barren, broken scenery around her. She walked for a while before she finally found a building that actually looked intact. It was rusty and broken in places, but it was still the most complete building in the entire city. "Whoa, I wonder what this place used to be. It almost looks as though someone was trying to keep this place together." She said softly as she moved closer. "But there's no one here."
She looked at the large doorway, a double door entrance. "This had to have been one fancy building when it was at it's prime." She said as she looked up at the extremely tall building. "This has to be the tallest building here." She looked back at the doors. She pushed hard against the doors, barely budging them at all. She stepped back and looked at them through her sunglasses. "There has to be a way in." She reached her hand up to her face and touched the corner of her glasses, activating the scan. She smiled as she spotted a weak point. "Ok, here we go." She backed up a step and lifted her left leg, kicking the door down off it's rusted hinges. "That's better." She said with a small smile.
She looked in through the doorway. "Whoa, it's..." She stepped in through the doorway and looked around. The place had actually been kept in one piece. There was a small fountain in the middle of the large room, it had no water in it, but the tiling was still there. "This place is, beautiful. I never thought I'd see anything like this. It seems highly unlikely that it should be this well kept, especially when looking at the outside." She said as she walked further into the building.
"Still no one here, and it's not in perfect shape." She said noticing cracks and holes in the walls around her. "But it should be good enough to rest for a few days." She smiled as she found a bench in the entry area. She sat down on it and closed her eyes. "It's been way too long since I had a decent resting period." She said softly, knowing she was drifting in and out of consciousness.

He kept still as sthe girl investigated the noise he had inadvertantly made. He waited wondering if she would find him or just assume ti was just more of city in it's deteriorating state. He was careful not to loose any more debrei. If he had, she would not think it coincidence. Although he wasn't sure why he was hiding from her in the first place. Perhaps it was becuase their kinds didn't normally mingle. Habit of sorts. She seemed to have lost interest in the bricks, at least she didn't look around the corner.
She spoke to herself, and he managed to hear her words this time. She seemed to be looking for a place to rest. He wondered at what she meant, by rather not when she was examining the fallen masonry. He watched as she once again began walking through the city. She seemed to retrace his path, except not by air but upon her two little legs. he frowned when she stopped at his current home. She would pick his place out of all the city had. He took a leap and pumped his wings to get back to his towery perch. he made little noise as the feathers were soft and pushed at the air gently.
She kicked in his door. He clenched his fists at that. Not that he used that door, but, now it was broken, and he didn't like his defense having holes in it. He climbed down his wall and entered the building through the upper levels. He may have to deal with this intruder of a girl.
He went through the upper levels. This once was a grand stateroom. Aplace where ambassadors and guests would come in mass to dine, have conventions, meetings, balls, dances, and all sorts of big ceremonies. Even in it's decrepit state it was impressive. It fitted a fallen God such as he.
He glided down a large ornate stairwell to the second floor. the second floor was more of a large balcony overlooking the first. There was even a sort of dais and large thrown like chair. There he sat as befitted his status. He stood so still he might have been a statue. He listened to her feet move across the floor beneath him and wondered who she was and why she was wandering the wastes alone.

Artemis struggled to stay awake as she sat on the bench. She opened her eyes lightly, her sight glancing up at the level above. She thought she saw movement for a moment, but couldn't be sure if it was just a trick of her mind or not. She pushed the thought out of her head as she began to lose all will to stay awake. She shifted her position on the bench so that she was laying down on it.
After managing to find a more comfortable position, she closed her eyes and drifted. Before she knew it, she was dreaming, though it wasn't anything she hadn't dreamed of before. It was always the same dream. She was chasing after a man she didn't know, whose face was unknown to her. The last person she had seen before she lost her memories. The last thing she'd seen was his back turned as he walked away, leaving her to die. But she hadn't died. And now she was trying to find him, and her memories, but so far she had found neither, and in four years, it seemed like a pointless search.
These thoughts passed through her head, even in her dream state. And even though she knew it was pointless to, she was chasing after her dream once again. Trying to find a way to complete the dream, to find the thief that had taken her memory from her. In her sleep, her right arm fell over the side of the bench to hang near the ground.

Laman waited listening to the movements of the girl She stopped at some point...and soon he could hear her breathing change. He got up and lightly stepped to the balcony. He looked into the shadowy floor below to see what the girl was doing. He spotted her upon one of the decorative benches. She was laying down, he assumed asleep. Curious he walked to the double stairs on one of the sides of the balcony. There was one on each side and it curled down to end right in the middle together meeting upon the lower floor.
Laman made slow and careful steps. Not wanting to wake the young lady, but only wanting to get a glimpse of her. HE walked over, his manner as graceful and domineering as the kings and rulers that had once roamed this hall.
He peered over her his eyes examining the figure who so carelessly entered his domain. her hair was a bright array of colors. her clothes a bit worn and dusty from the wastes. Her face was gentle in it's sleep it had a certain ethereal beauty to it. It nagged at the corner of his mind. like a gentle touch to a memory long since locked away.
A laugh of a woman, a delicate hand that had been held in his. Eyes that would peer into his soul and make him glad to be alive. He shook his head trying to dispel the past that was no more. The lady in his memories was gone and he would never see her again.
He sighed, his shoulders sagging in defeat. Carefully he picked up the girl, so gently and slow that not even a lock of hair moved from her head. He lifted her up into his arms and turned back to the stairs. As quiet as he had come he retreated back up those steps. He took her to a side room, one that still had furniture and velvet padding intact. There a large couch sat against the wall. It was here that he deposited the girl, making sure she looked comfortable. A little bench would not give her the proper rest her body needed after all the walking she had surely done.
He took a chair in the shadowed corner of the room. Why he had given into this act of charity he did not want to rethink upon. It was done, and in the morning he could think of what to do with this...girl....

Several hours later, or at least, what felt like several hours later, Artemis began waking. Her eyelids twitching, along with the left corner of her mouth. She noted how it felt like she was laying on something soft, rather than the cold hard bench she'd fell asleep on earlier. But how had she come to move? She didn't believe that she was a sleepwalker.
A moment later, her eyes fluttered open and it was clear that she was one of those people who goes from deep slumber to full awareness. She looked around and noted the couch she was on. She lifted herself up with her arms so that she was in a sitting postion, her legs still in the same sideways position as when she had been asleep.
Tossing and turning, now that was a symptom of sleep that she knew a lot about. That was common for her, but to be in a completely different place than she was in before? That was not something she found herself doing often. Somehow her glasses had managed to stay on her face and she took them off so she could rub her eyes. As soon as the shaded lenses were moved, her bright blue-green eyes revealed themselves.
She yawned as she rubbed her eyes and took another look around, leaving her sunglasses on the cushion next to her. "How in the world did I get in here?" She mumbled softly to herself. "I was pretty sure I wasn't here when I fell asleep." She stretched the muscles in her back and heard a familiar, faint cracking noise on the left side, somewhere near her shoulder blade.
Artemis reached her right hand over and felt the left side of her back. She rolled her shoulder around in a circular motion, but felt nothing out of place. She had felt that crick in her back ever since she woke up four years ago, after losing all her memories. She couldn't see anyone else in the room at the moment, but there were a lot of darkly shaded areas. Places that she wouldn't want to go exploring even if she had something to light the way.
"This place really is amazing, though." Artemis said, knowing she was talking out of context compared to her thoughts and previous statements. She couldn't help but admire this room. It was exquisite, and she felt like she was intruding simply by being in a room that was so fit for royalty. Not something she would normally find herself in.

He didn't need much sleep and being immortal gave you patience whether you wanted it or not. He sat and watched as she tossed asnd turned in her sleep. She was almost entertaining. The chaotic part of his personality wanted to do something. What could he do? He was forced upon this rock seemingly forever. He didn't mind being here actually, he just missed all the turmoil and chaos that used to ensue. Now it was like a lone tumble weed rolling across a deserted town.
Nothing seemed to fulfill his existence. His powers where weak. Humans either distrusted and threw him out, or they begged him to fix this, help that....all annoying.
Still there was the mystery of this little one. Perhaps she could keep him entertained for a while.
She stirred and finally awoke. A bit confused at to how she had changed positions. Perhaps now was the time to announce his presence.
"I moved you to a more comfortable location. Sleeping on that hard bench would not have aided your rest but would more likely make it worse. " he stated to her coldly and simply from the shadows.

Artemis jumped from hearing the voice come out of the shadows. She wound up landing her ass on the floor, hard. "Ow." She muttered and she moved to get up again, but she stopped and looked towards the shadows. She looked confused that there was actually someone else in this ruined city aside from herself.
She suddenly realized what the voice had said. Moved her? She lifted her left hand while her right hand was planted on the floor, keeping her in a sitting position. She rubbed her forehead with her left hand and she took a deep breath. "What do you mean? I would have slept fine on that bench. I've fallen asleep in worse places." She said bluntly. She didn't know who this person was, but she couldn't believe that someone had moved her while she was sleeping.
She shook her head and finally managed to get on her feet again. "Anyway, who are you?" She asked, trying to see anything through the shadows, but she couldn't even make out a shape. She stood there waiting for answers.

"I'm sure you have..." his voice dripped disdain. This girl seemed brutish to him in many ways, and yet there was something about her, that made him feel like what? aiding her, protective...something. He wasn't sure what it was and he was sure he didn't like it. he stepped a little closer to the light. still in shadows, but now his form could be better seen. He held his wings back, flattening them out like a fuzzy cloak. he looked her over once again. he was sure that she would be the cause of many a headache in the future...for something told him a future he would need to share, with this pathetic creature.
"Laman....That is who and what I am. What of you little creature.... What kind of one goes about in these wastes? Either foolhardy or delusional, I cannot decide between."

Artemis didn't like the way this guy was talking to her. She narrowed her eyes, unafraid, as she watched his form appear. She was still unable to make out too many details, but at least she knew he was really there and she wasn't going crazy. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, she hoped that she would be rested well enough in the next couple of days to leave this rude bastard behind.
"What I've been doing and why I'm here is really not your concern." She said, very annoyed that he thought to ask her such a question. She considered it very personal, and she didn't like talking to other people about her lack of memories. "If you really want an answer then here. I've been travelling, and I lost track of where I was going. I wound up here and I'm just looking for a place to rest for a few days. Other than that, you really don't need to know."
She was really getting more and more annoyed, but she was trying not to let it show. She looked fairly calm in outward appearance, but she was seething on the inside. Who does this guy think he is? And what kind of name is Laman? She asked herself as she tried to see him better. She had left her sunglasses on the couch, so it's not like she could scan the room to make his form stand out more. So all she could do was stand there and squint her eyes trying to look into the darkness.

"Well you certainly have enough spirit to be tackling the area... You are in my home, may I remind you. I did not bust in on you, and as you may recall you did break through my door...." 'At least she wasn't some spineless idiot.' he thought a he tried to wrap his head around her character. She had to be strong enough as well to have gotten here alive from even the closest settlement. The wastes were not a place for the weak. But now what? Ever since he remembered, HER, he couldn't get his mind to let go of this girl. he sighed and leaned back against the wall, a headache already forming.
"What would you have done Sariah?" he said softly, his voice full of sadness and loss.

Artemis scoffed as he mentioned her breaking down the door. "Well, for one thing, I didn't know there was anyone living here to begin with. Secondly, if you'd been watching me the whole time, you could have shown yourself sooner." She said as she glared up at the ceiling. She wasn't sure what it was, but she felt as though she just simply could not deal with this guy. And at the current moment, she would rather be somewhere else. She heard him mutter something, but she couldn't quite hear what it was, so she let it go. She didn't want to stick her nose in his business.
She looked down at her gloved hands, relieved that they hadn't come off during her sleep. Sometimes she would find them on the ground a few feet away from where she was sleeping. That was how bad she tossed and turned most of the time, unless she had something to really lay on. Like the bench she had used at first, or the couch this guy had put her on. She was lucky not to fall off the couch while she slept, because that happened to her a lot as well. She looked into the shadows for a moment and then lifted her right hand to run it through her hair, still without taking the glove off.

He decided to confront her and see what her reaction would be. He only hoped that whatever it was he needed to do he could get it over with. He took bold steps out into the light. he rustled his wings a little, it was a sign of him being nervous but he doubted that she would notice that.
He stood there proud, tall a figure of red and black. His armor was heavy and strong, his sword on his back started to glow lightly. He gazed at her, his eyes seeming to pierce her heart. He wanted to shout and rage! Cause the havoc he loved and cherished. Yet he was bound to chase the order and peace he so despised. He practically growled at her. The scowl on his face like etched stone as it lay frozen upon his features.
"Should I have? Did you really want to see this?" He told her, mocking her and daring her to face up to him.

Artemis returned the scowl with ease, hardly flinching when she saw how tall and intimidating he looked. Not knowing who she was caused her to be a little braver than she ever would have been. but she didn't know anything about the way she was before it happened. So she returned his look, unflinching, she placed her hands on her hips as she looked up at him, taking a good look. Damn, he's hot! She pushed the thought in the far recesses of her mind, annoyed that she had thought such a thing at all.
"You underestimate me too much. It doesn't matter to me what you look like. For all you know, you could have looked like some completely hideous demon and I'd still prefer that you showed yourself rather than let me think that I was all alone here." She said firmly, not standing down. She wasn't going to let his height, or his looks make her back down. She did notice the wings momentarily, but she didn't think anything of it. They were amazing and she was beginning to wonder about this guy.

He couldn't help it...he actually smiled. This girl was a feisty little one! he laughed out loud, a good deep rumble of a laugh. It had been so long since anything had...ruffled his feathers so to speak.
"Very good...." He leaned back, the muscles on his bare chest, rippling as if to run off and pump some iron.
He relaxed his wings a bit, letting them unfold a little and come out to the sides and trail along the floor.
"I suppose I won't mind you breaking my door down. Now... May I know the name of my little guest?" he asked her tilting his head a little. his eyes seam to sparkly and if he was more hot, he would be steaming. He felt more alive than he had in ages.... Perhaps this would not be so bad after all, She seemed the perfect kind of person to cause a little chaos.

Artemis was shocked a little when he began laughing, but she realized only a second after that it must have been similar to some kind of test. And it seemed that she had passed, but she wasn't sure if that's what she wanted. She kept a calm look on her face, one brow raised in a questioning manner, that is, until he asked her for her name. She took a deep breath and turned to walk back to the couch. She sat down and put her hands in her lap.
"My name is Artemis." She looked at the sunglasses, remembering that she did also have a small wallet sized pouch with her containing her identification and what little currency she'd had was spent a few good years ago. She looked up at him, refusing to show the sadness and depression that she was really feeling. "That's all I know." She said simply as she looked away from him. She still hated the feeling of not knowing where she came from and if she had a family.

"Really? How interesting. Although I would think it to be very vexing." He swept closer bending his armor made no noise for all its cumbersome layers upon his legs and arms. His wings left a faint trail in the dust as he moved, having them slide across the floor didn't bother him. It was like having a long cloak trail behind you.down on one knee to take a real close look. It almost looked like he was going to propose or kiss her. he took a hand to her chin to tilt her head left and right in order to view her face.
"So Artemis of no past. Do you have any idea why you are out here, wandering these lifeless lands? I can't help but think that fate is throwing us together. He likes to do that. He's very much a pain at times. A very meddlesome brother indeed. But perhaps it is a blessing this time around. I was growing rather bored...." he spoke quietly almost intimately, his breath hot against the girls cheeks.

Artemis didn't bother to struggle as he turned her face this way and that. She knew there was a small triangular mark on her cheeckbone, just below her left. The mark of which was usually covered by her sunglasses, but she wasn't wearing them right now, so it was right there. She gazed at him with her blue-green eyes.
She wondered what he meant about the meddlesome brother comment when he was talking about fate. She'd always felt that things just happened, not that they were preordained from the beginning, though maybe that was possible. She sighed and turned her head so she could look in the distance.
"I can't remember anything from before four years ago. I can only remember my name, because I still have an ID card. Other than that I don't know. I was trying to find the bastard who stole my memory from me." She said softly. To any normal person, this comment would have seemed strange, but she was perfectly certain that her memory had been stolen. "I can still see the back of his head. Walking away in my dreams." She added even softer than before.
