November managed not to jump at the sound of Xander's voice and sudden presence.
"Oh, it's you...Xander right? How are you fairing up? Well both of you.. I'm not sure If I've met this lovely lady." She winked warmly at the girl next to him, giving them both a reassuring smile. They seemed alright. She also wondered if they as well had sudden powers thrust upon them. this power business was pretty crazy.
It was like some old earth comics she read when she was younger. One where some people had developed mutant power and were persecuted for it. She hopped that this would not be the case here.... Of course with the Captain and the rest of the fantastic crew, herself included, surely they would figure this all out.
"Have anything needing to report? Also I'm looking for a volunteer to help the captain."

Xander smiled gently. "I'm fine, physically and mentally. I think. And this young lady here is my sister, Mai." Mai did a little curtsey but she still stayed close to Xander. "So what exactly does the captain need help with?" Xander asked as he looked at November. He somehow felt that something extremely important was going on. Especially since most of the crew had woken with strange powers. Although he was glad that so far his sister had shown no signs of any powers yet.

"Wow. Friggin' amazing." Leila muttered herself. She had holed herself up in a broken down hallway and was bending pieces of scrap metal together. She had made a very crude mini model of the ship, a fork(What? She was hungry!) and a tiny statue of a lioness. She was planning on giving it to Ashriel, since she kinda reminded her of one...
"Huh."
Speaking of Ashriel, wasn't there something she was supposed to be doing? She rest her head against the wall and removed her goggles, rubbing the bridge of her nose. It appears her new-found super powers had greatly distracted her from her duties...
Her lioness was gonna bite her head off for this.

It was at about this point Maxwell showed up, patting Smithback on the shoulder and thumbing past himself,
"Take over my post on the east side, I gotta escort Mr Ellison." He stated blandly, Maxwell wasn't the overly happy type, and it looked like he was carrying on cranky today, he'd get over it as he slung a heavy case from his shoulder and held it out to the doctor,
"Here's your Hardsuit, sir. Comes with a standard military ECG* side-arm. We gotta get you suited up and to the Security offices."
*(Energy Cap Gun: Don't ask, I'm just making things up as I go xD)
---------------------
"Heeey Sparky!" Anderson's voice rang out, the lithly built soldier came upt o her quickly, holding out a case for her,
"Hardsuit delivery for Miss Leila! Courtesy of the chief. We had to get a minus size for you, what with you being kind smaller than us and all, but that's how it goes!" He placed it down for her,
"Chief's taking a surface expedition, she needs you to work the hangar bay doors and get us out in the open. Suit up and head to the offices eh?" He looked suddenly at the random 'creations' of the girl with a raised brow, "Woah, man I'd buy these on I-Port* if I could."
*(I-Port: LAME play on E-bay, shoot me for it if you have to.. xD)
--------------------
Ashriel, in her boredom of waiting for the the others, had decided to report to the firing range behind the Security barracks, grabbing a standard ECG handgun and aiming down the range at the solid targets. They were simple metal structures that would glow a certain colour when shot with the ECG guns. The more a person shot on a location, the more it would glow.
As for Ashriel, she was quite effectively firing at the head of the target, occasionally going off the mark a little but generally her aim was quite precise, though after a while stopped looking at the target and at her hands, not even firing as she thought about what her hands had done to Arij, it dawned on her that she'd never be able to touch some-one with her hands again. They'd never directly touch the skin of her hands, a certain level of intimacy lost in this fact.
She sighed and lined up the statue for another round of shooting, the glow of colour vanishing on the metal, at which point, in quick succession she shot the limbs, the lower torso, upper torso and the skull of the target with some precision,
"Dropped your ass." Ashriel smirked to herself, spinning the gun calmly before holstering it at her left hip.
Traditionally she had two custom hand-rifles, but this Hardsuit didn't allow for her full range of moment, which was a requirement for her, so instead she would rely on two ECG's, the other already strapped to her other hip.

Julianna's awakening was perhaps as bland as white rice as the Cryochamber holding her opened up, allowing her to clamber out quietly. She felt so different.. The lively attitude was gone, she could feel no happiness, no desire to smile, the necessity of it seemed so pointless to her, yet if her memory served right she did it all the time. Maybe this was an effect of prolonged stasis. She was never too sure about cryogenics, at least until she realized, as she touched the Cryogenic pod, that there was no way such an effect could be achieved through cryo-stasis. At best, only the tear ducts would dry up, at least until the sufferer was out for long enough.
But how did she know this..? She softly walked to her clothing container, absent-mindedly pulling the catheter out from her chest and stripping herself of the cryo suit, which she placed where it belonged and began pulling on her own clothes.
Once fully dressed she walked to the doorway, pressing the button and expecting it to open, it appeared the mechanics had failed and she was locked in. Not exactly favourable.
She placed a hand on the control pad, considering knocking on the door to open it up, but it was then that an odd rush in her arm directed her eyes to the pad again. It lit up brightly, the doorway too being covered by an odd arraignment of blue lines and what appeared to be code, until the doorway suddenly opened with a hiss.
Curious.. Was this a stroke of luck? For a moment she felt like she could see the entire door, the electronics within, even the mechanical systems that commanded the door's mobility and she could swear that at a whim they fixed themselves, allowing her to step out freely.
Very curious indeed.. The ship appeared to be a wreck, but people were walking about getting things done, transporting injured to the medical bay. Perhaps a talk with the doctor about her condition would be wise, but since she felt physically fine for now she would not trouble an already busy doctor.

Tal had been going back to business, helping people wake up, when he passed one of the crew chambers and took a sharp intake of breath. That girl, it seemed ages ago (mostly because it had been), but he remembered her! She was part of the crew. Quickly he moved into the room and embraced her tightly, his heart contracting slightly.
"Julianna! Where have you been, I thought all the crew members were already woken up?"
He looked down at her, holding her a little away from himself so she could get in a good breath. Something seemed off though, unusual. She didn't seem to have any energy, at least, not the way she did when they first met. She had been so alive then, so full of spirit. The girl he held now seemed cold. He softened his voice a little, concerned.
"Julie...are you okay? You seem pretty out of it. Would you like to sit down?"
It occurred to him that if she had just only woken up, then she was probably not aware of the drastic news that had been announced earlier. He released her to pull up one of the chairs, which was thankfully in one piece and, at the moment, blissfully silent.
"Maybe you should sit down. There's something I need to tell you..."

Loki wandered around the ship a little while after leaving the doctor's office. He was searching for the place where he had stashed his stuff. After all, he wasn't really a designated passenger, nor was he really a crew member. His sister had got him onto the ship, and that was why he'd had to find a place to hide his stuff. As he turned a corner he found a fairly ruined corridor, but it looked familiar despite the destruction.
So he walked into the corridor and smirked. This was definitely the place where he'd stored his stuff. If he simply opened up the panel here, and messed with the keypad a little. And he was in, the door unlocked and Loki looked in at the secret storage compartment. He had manipulated this small section of the ship slightly so that he would have a place to store his stuff. None of the crew members had noticed the addition because he had covered it with the metal panel.
Loki ingored his memories of the past as he reached into the compartment and pulled out his stuff, quickly finding a room to get changed in. He took off the mechanic's outfit and dressed in his usual style. He most often looked like a poker dealer, or some kind of casino employee. But it was a style he liked. He was impressed that his clothes had lasted throughout the centuries. Then again, they had been stored in an air-tight space with no contamination whatsoever. Then again, it would probably be the same for everyone else's possessions stored in regular places throughout the ship.
