Cael nodded to the cake saying, "Good job. It looks great." He pointed to a platter with a cover over it saying, "You can place it there."

Rae slowly walked over to the front of the bakery as he waited til Jay was done, holding the plate in front of Cael's nose. "Vanilla pastry, as you requested." This time, he couldn't say a thing, nor hope for anything. Vanilla was one thing he wasn't quite used to, to work with at that. He found it hard to find a balance. He was used to making pastry with vanilla essences, but not quite with vanilla itself. It really was a challenge, though he had done it before. I hate feeling this uncertain... I know I can make it, and that it's tasty, but chocolate and vanilla are worlds apart. Please tell me you like it. Anxiously, he grabbed a tissue, picking up one of the vanilla cheese pastry as he held it out to Cael.

Cael smirked at Rae saying, "Yes! Food." He took the pastry in his hands and sniffed it first before taking a bite. He closed his eyes and after swallowing he said, "I am in love.." He looked up at Rae and finished his sentence, "This cheesecake." He leaned up and kissed Rae on the cheek and said, "Thanks." He turned his attention back to the cheesecake and took another bite happily.

Rae found it funny how his boss was such a lover of sweets. "Cheesecake... Sounds better than Vanilla Cheese..." He thought about it for a couple of seconds. Caught off-guard by a kiss on the cheek, he blushed, looking down at his shoes shyly. "T-Thank you." Eh... He kissed my cheek. Does this mean he has nothing with Tanyon? I don't... Quite get it. Let me just say this was from sheer excitement? "Ah, I really am glad you like it though. If you'll excuse me..." Let me get away from him! I couldn't live another kiss on the cheek! "I have to clean up my work spot, and put back the supplies that I've used." He nodded, taking a small bow before hurrying himself back into the kitchen.

Cael waved goodbye to Rae, his mouth full of the cheesecake and he munched away. He finished the cheesecake and yawned, stretching his arms above his head so his tight black shirt raised and he pushed it down, adjusting his jeans on his lower hips and retying an apron around his waist.

Rae silently cleaned up his work spot. Though he had worked relaxed, his mind was one big chaos. I don't get it. I don't get Cael. I wonder if he could be gay or bisexual. Attracted to man, obviously he is. He basically flirted with Tanyon in front of my eyes, they got themselfs 'locked up' in the storage room, he kissed his cheek. But, now he kissed my cheek too. Will he make me go into the storage room with him? Ah! You've got to be kidding me. No can do. I might be bisexual but I too have my limits. He pouted, his brows together from pondering.

Cael sighed, the bakery was slowing down. He rested in his arms on the counter and titled his head to rest on his arms. He hummed to himself saying, "I am hungry.. I might have a tape worm.." He chuckled to himself and whined loudly enough for Rae to hear, "I am hungry.."

Rae shook his head. Though Cael could give him odd thoughts, he did manage to make him smile. "If you're hungry you should order a pizza! Pepperoni wit extra cheese!" He poked out his tongue to himself, washing the pots and pans he had used before drying them off. "What time is it, by the way?" Not even knowing what time he started, he was positive it must've been a while. After putting the pots and pans back to where they were, he threw the towel over his shoulder, walking up front. "I'm hungry too, you know. But I would really enjoy a pizza. If you order, order two please."

Cael brightened up saying, "Pizza. Yum." He sat up and pulled his cellphone out of his apron pocket and dialed the pizza place down the street, "Yes, I would like one with cheese and chicken and the other with pepperoni with extra cheese." He nodded to the phone even though the person on the other line couldn't see him and he said, "Sounds good. See you soon." He turned back to Rae and said, "Your welcome, and the pepperoni is for you. I don't like red meat." He wrinkled his nose at the thought and rubbed his grumbling tummy saying, "I am soooo hungry."

Rae climbed up on the counter, wiping his hair back. "You don't like red meat? I don't like chicken. So we're even. You can have KFC. I'll have the McDonalds. You can have Burger King too, I don't like them. Except for their icecreams, I call dibs." He laughed, yet talking about food only made his stomach grumble. He grabbed his wallet from the pouch of his apron, taking out a ten dollar bill. "Here. You might be my boss, but this isn't taking me out for dinner, so I'd like to pay for my food." He glanced down at Cael, feeling a blush come up. "Eh, would you like something to drink? I thought I saw lemonade and cola in the fridge, if not more."

Cael chuckled saying, "I don't eat fast food. You can have them all." Cael took the money from him and said with a shrug, "Fine. But when I take you out to dinner, I pay for it." He nodded saying, "Cola please."

Rae smiled. "I only like pizza. Fries, once in a while. Chicken? Never." He slid down from the counter. "Done deal. It's nothing more than polite to pay for the one you take out, no?" He snickered inside but kept a poker face as he walked to the kitchen. Grabbing two longdrink glasses, he filled one with cola, putting a small bottom of lemonade in the other one, filling it with water afterwards. I guess he's not that bad after all. As he walked back to the counter, he set the glass down for Cael, easily hopping onto the counter himself.

Cael smirks and says, "Yes but I have been out plenty of times where I was stuck paying." He took the glass and said, "Thank you." He took a sip of the cola and heard the bell ding as the door was pushed open by a pizza guy with two boxes. He took his wallet out and the ten Rae gave him to pay for it and put the pizza boxes on the counter with his drink. The guy winked at him and Cael frowned as he left, "God he is annoying.. I didn't realize that it was him on the phone.." He looked down at the counter his eye brows together.

Rae shook his head. "Tsk Tsk, that's bad. You won't ever be stuck paying if you would get nowhere." He frowned a bit at the guy, assuming they would've known each other, yet when Cael looked slightly aggrivated, he knew it wasn't a good thing. "Who is he? And what makes you feel so upset with him? If I may ask, of course."

Cael scowled at the door and said, "He was an old fling." He opened the pizza box for chicken and cheese and took a slice out taking a bite. He took a napkin to wipe his mouth and said, "I don't believe in relationships.. I am more into hookups. I rather experience many people over a life time. That guy got too clingy." He wrinkled his nose and said, "Atleast he makes good pizza."

Rae's expression saddened a bit, taking a slice of his own pizza as he slowly started to munch on it. Somehow his words make me feel so sad... I really do wonder what he meant with he got to clingy though... Yet if I ask more it'd be nosey. After swallowing his bite, he decided to just ask on. "You've been hurt in a relationship, obviously. Yet is that a reason to hurt others who are serious about and with you?"

Cael took another bite of his pizza and said, "I have never been in actual relationship. I have seen too many bad ones." He brushed hair out of his face with his sleave and said, "I tell everyone I plan on doing stuff with that I am not taking things further, when we talk about starting something. I don't lie, and they know what I am willing to give." He lookd at Rae seriously and said, "I tell them flat out 'Do not fall in love with me.' And those who think they would we break it off early on.

Rae nodded slowly. I pity you, Cael, I really do. "You haven't been in a relationship, so therefor you couldn'tve been around one too long to experience or feel love. Weither you do or do not are a fan of love and falling in love or being crushed over, it's something that happens. If you don't want to be in a relationship, I understand. But doesn't that mean you're only toying with the ones you're still 'in the flow' with and have toyed with ones you 'were in the flow' with?" He took another bite from his pizza, knowing that though he asked, the answer would be far from satisfying.

Penelope walked into the store happy and excited. She said,"Hi Cael how is bussiness today?" She looked at him and waited for him to answer.

Cael raised a brow at Rae and said, "I don't play people. I am very straight forward and if I want do things with someone, I let them know and what I am willing to offer." He took a bite of his pizza and said, "Rarely do any complain. Like that guy. He complained because he wanted to be exclusive. I don't do exclusive." He glanced over at Penny and said, "Hello." He took another bite of his pizza.

"Um i can i have a strawberry tart. Oh do you like my new pink plaid skirt oh and i also got a new black T shirt with a skull on it. Yah me!" She gave him the money and waited for her tart.

Cael put down the pizza and wiped his hands with a clean rag, he got a strawberry filled tart and put it on a plate. He took the money and handed the tart to her, he glanced down at her skirt and said, "Cute." He started on a second slice of pizza.

"Well you seem to eat.... a lot." She glanced at the pizza box almost half of it was gone,' Wow' she thought. That man can eat!

Cael nodded to Penny and said, "I constantly feed. I eat like every other hour." He chuckled and said, "I don't eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just constantly eat." He patted his non-existant belly and said, "Call me a fat ass. I don't care."

"Haha well maybe sometime i will. Well i better go it is getting pretty late and my sister really wants this tart so ummmm i will see you tommorow ok." She walked out the door proud and excited for the next day she could not wait to she Cael again. She thought that they will be good friends well at least her only friend.
