*Plot*

For 5 years, the great city of Tokyo has been falling apart and the cause is completely unknown to most people. The only ones that are aware of the cause were there on the day that started the destruction of this peaceful place. Others have only heard from rumors or through the grapevine and don't know the end of the story let alone to beginning of it. Along the way the truth has been jumbled and mixed all around changing it to the complete opposite of what it really was. If you search the empty, destroyed streets of Tokyo you may find some one that knows the real story or wind up dead like others.

As you might have realized there has been a war going on in Tokyo for the past 5 years and hundreds of people have died whether they were involved or not. If you ask anyone about it then they will tell that the war is between two rival gangs and that the destruction of Tokyo began one day 5 years ago. They say that one of the gangs is made up of demons called Ryoushi or Hunter while the other one is made up of humans called Ouritsu or Royal and both of the gangs want total control over Tokyo, which they had been fighting over even before the incident. The second in command of Ouritsu was killed brutally by a member of Ryoushi and caused the leader of Ouritsu to step down believing that they didn't deserve the spot anymore because an important member had been killed. With the new leader and second in command, Ouritsu started an all out war with Ryoushi and have plans to destroy them like they had destroy them.

*Setting*

This RP is set into the future. Not to the extent that we are at war with aliens, or anything like that. Simply far enough ahead that the vehicles, clothing and weapons of today are irrelevant, as the people of this RP's time are very different. The characters of this RP are in Tokyo, which is a big city in our time, so it would be a massive city, with sky scrapers that rivaled the moon's height and block out the sun for the lower, near to ground levels. The city itself is in shambles, its growth the cause of its own decay. The northern parts of Tokyo are still under government control, but the southern side is split up between the two gangs, Ryoushi controlling the east and Ouritsu the west.

*Rules*

1: Obey Menewsha's TOS.
2: Do not post until your profile has been accepted.
3: As it goes, violence, romance and profanity are permitted, but no getting carried away.
4: Though I'm not expecting grammatical champions, please at least spell things right and put punctuation in the right spot.
5: I'm also not looking for the Literate champion of Menewsha, but use "quotes" for speech, don't use *asterisks* for actions and make your thoughts in italics.
6: Put a random smiley in your profile to prove you read all the rules.
7: No Power playing or Godmodding!
8: No chat speak! (I will make an OOC for that.) If you must talk Out of Character use (,{, or ].
9: Pm me all the profiles titled ‘We deserve our city!’ if you have a charrie for the Ouritsu and 'You are foolish to think that you will be able to destroy us!' if you have a charrie for Ryoushi.
10: I am Goddess of this RP and what I say goes!
11: Anyone put on the white list is to be obeyed.
12: If you are going to be gone for a length of time please inform me or you will be taken out of the RP.
13: Respect all of your fellow RPers.
14: Make your posts pretty! (Pics and other things.)
15: Keep all if any cussing to a minimal. No cussing every other word.
16: Don't do anything that would make me have to add to the list of rules.
17: Most importantly, Have fun!
