Ebony froze as more and more guns cocked to the ready. She looked around and slowly leaned her head to Ivan's ear. "They're closing the gate to the city... We can't get out..." she whispered and she blinked. Gold began to creep into her purple eyes and her pupils shrunk. She could feel her tail slowly, ever slowly, begin to grow. "Ivan.... I can stop it... Im changing..." she whispered worriedly. She looked around the people trying to remember what the scientist said about what could and couldn't kill her. Gold that'll kill me...Ummm.... Silver hurts like hell.... bullets only if its in the temple because my body can extract the bullet anywhere else but my skull.... being stabbed hurting like hell... Worse then hell but my body will heal... God damnit! why so many god damn things to remember?...she thought and clenched her teeth. Her fangs glinted in the sun making the people gasp. Shit! Not a good Idea!

Ivan put his arms around her and whispered into her ear "calm down, nothing is going ot happen." but right after he said that he heard the first fire and he quickly moved in the way of the bullet. He felt it go into his arm and he clenched his teeth in pain. He then turned to the crowd, his eyes where wolf like and his teeth where canines. "leave her alone." he said as blood ran down his arm and the people jumped back. Then someone in the crowd yelled "kill the demons, before they kill us." Ivan growled and heard more gun fires as he grabed Ebony and jumped up onto the roof of the nearest house. As he jumpe he felt more bullets go into his back but he hardly cared, he just needed to protect Ebony.

Ebony gasped as the bullets hit Ivan. "ivan!" she cried angerily and she shook. she grabbed his arm and her eyes glowed pure gold. She forced the bullets out of his skin and closed up his wounds. "Ivan I can't stop the change...." she said and horns started growing out of her head. Her fangs grew longer, a halo appereared over her head and her tail thrashed angerily back and forth. "Ivan put me down! Im about to snap!" she said angerily her voice inhuman with power. As she forced herself out of his arms a bullet hit her shoulder and she gave a roar.

Ivan growled when he saw the bullet hit her shoulder. He whiped around to face the humans and shifted into his werewolf form in less then a few second. He growled at the people from the roof top and yelled "who ever dares hurt her dies by my hands." his eyes almost glowed and you could tell he would keep his word.

Ebony gasped in anger and forced the bullet out of her shoulder and shook harder. "Ivan.... The blood...." she said his blood on her fingures and hr pupils became slits. She felt the fire within her burn for blood and she knew sh couldn't keep from going into a frensy. "I have to get away before-" she said but before she could finish she smelt the human blood and snapped her attention on the mortals. She crouched in an aggressive position and pounced off the building and before she hit the ground she snapped open her wings and shot like a bullt towards the people. They scattered like scared sheep and she landed and her fury made her look like a demon from hell. She walked towards the men with the guns and growled making them shake horribly and making her smirk getting the reaction she wanted. "Try and shoot me. See what happens." she tounted and picked up a man by his throat her instinct totally controlling her actions.

Ivan then came crashing into Ebony, pinning her down to the ground. "Ebony, no. If you drink anyones blood it it mine." he growled as he kept her pinned. Then he yelled to the humans without looking up "get away from here, far away, or else she will kill you all." and almost after he said that everyone ran for the hills like there was no tomorrow. He then leand down close to Ebonys face and showed her his neck "drink" he said soflty, hopeing that she would so that she wouldn't harm anyone else.

"No! Ivan no!" she said knowing she would kill him this time but his scent filled her head intoxicating her with the smell. She gave in and bit him. Her mind united with his as she did and made the pain nothing to him. "Im so sorry..." she thought in his mind and cried as she fed. "I don't think I can stop!" she thought worriedly and knew she was killing him. In a last attempt to save him she rolled on top of him and threw herself against the building wall and crashedthrew it. She layed on the ground her body throbbing but she could smell the blood that was left. She got up shakily and ran away from him and her tears practically blinded her as she ran and she took to air. She flew away, far away, so she couldn't hurt anyone again and landed in a tree and braced herself against it crying.Im a monster.. I almost killed all of them... And my uncle was with them... Oh god I almost killed Ivan! I can't stay with him... I'll kill him next time.... My instincks are hoaned in on him and only him... What have I done?....

Ivan layed there for a while, not able to move since he had lost so much blood. But after a few minutes he jumped to his feet and looked around. He needed to find Ebony, he needed to make sure that she was okay. He took a deep breath and sorted her sent out of everyones. He knew that she could have killed him and didn't care, he would and will happly give his life for her. She was more important to him then anything else and that included his life. He then set off in the direction that she went yelling her name, telling her that everything was okay.

Ebony herd Ivan's voice traveling on the wind and looked up. She saw him in the distance calling for her. She couldn't bare to go to him. Not after wha she had done to him and the people. She sobbed harder at the thought of how close she had come to knowing her past and that he had just blown it. She dug her claws into the tree and smacked her head against the truck feeling so stupid and wanted nothing more to be a vampire ounce more.... Or better yet not to have lived this long and wished that she had been killed with her parents.

Ivan heard a thub and looked around. He soon saw Ebony smashing her head into a tree and ran over to her. He placed his hand infront of her head before it could smash into the tree again. "what are you doing? Trying to kill youself or something?" he asked as he looked at her. Love was in his eyes still even though she had almost killed him. He didn't care, he still loved her more then anything else in the world.

Her eyes turned Golden ounce more as she caught his scent and her pupils shrunk. She was about to hit him when she stopped her hand in mid air and balled it into a fist. she dropped it and squeezed her eyes shut and slowly she regained control of herself. "I-I-I can't control myself... I almost killed you.... I thought I had killed you..." she whispered her words catching as tears began to flow and she threw herself into his arms needing his warmth and understanding.

Ivan wrapped his arms around her and stroked her head gently. "it is okay, it takes a lot to kill me." he whispered into her ear. Let her cry for a little while then whipped her tears away. "and it was my fault for jumping infront of you." he said and kissed her forhead. He kept his arms around her and smiled at her lovingly and kissed her everywhere on her face.

Alexia smiled as it started to rain, the closest thing that she loved anywhere near nature and animal. She laughed sweetly her long brown hair wrapped around her feet quietly and elegantly. She smiled brightly and her wings appeared again and she flew up a light was originating from her, except her wings. The glimmer showed into the closest city and it created a pleasant feeling over all who were unhappy.

"But i should be stronger.... I should be able to control my hunger.... I shoul be able to know whenIm about to go into a frenzy.... I had just fed a few days ago..... I think its you... Your blood. Its so intoxicating.... I think my instincts are howning in on it... I don't think I can fight it off... I don't want you to die, and I don't want to be the one that kills you.... I would kill myself first...." she said feeling so weak and so vaulnerable. Im a monster.... And the angel fell in love with the monster.... And the monster was the end of them both in the story.... I'm the monster... And one day i'll kill him and myself....How can I ever change it?...

Ivan kept her in his arms and thought about the oppsions they had. He didn't want to leave her and she didn't want to kill him. But it was going to be hard since her instincts wanted him. He sighed, if only she had more werewolf blood in her, werewolves had two sides in them that they always had to keep in check. Myabe if she had more werewolf in her she could control it better, maybe it he turned her into a half werewolf they would have a chance. He kissed her head and smiled softly "I think I have a theory that might work." he said softy as he looked at her.

"Anything to change this... You name it..." She said and looked into his eyes. Her eyes held pools of her crystal tears and she wanted nothing more than a way to change this. But she would give anything to have her old body back... The old Ebony Ivan had fallen in love with... Notthis messed up creature she had become that couldn't even control herself... It made her so angr that she went from being the best of the best to the worst... It was frustrating..

Ivan pulled her closer and kissed her forhead. "you know that werewolf blood is very powerfull, it has to be since in one body lives two people all the time. What if we put more werewolf in you, it might over power all the other blood and destroy them, it might also give you more control over your other self since werewolves constently have to control themselves." he said as he looked at her. He didn't care what she looked like, she was still ebony to him.

"But what if it throws the balance off? What if I'm just too weak? What will the extra wolf do?" she asked really dreading his answer she already knew the answer but she wanted him to say it. to convince her he knew the costs.

Ivan sighed and looked at her "it will throw off the balance for only a second. Usually only vampire and werewolf blood can live in one body so the other blood will probably get burned away and replaced by werewolf. The extra wolf in you will make you almost exactly like me but you will be abel to control your other side better and I know your not weak." he said and kissed her cheek. If this didn't work she would die and he could kill himself after it so that he may be with her.

The calming light grew bigger than stopped as Alexia smiled again and turned into her neko form. Her light brown hair changed into dark black short hair and she head towards the city. In her neko form she felt alot less talkative so she stayed quiet as her ears and tail retracted and she became a vampire instead. She came across a couple and smiled as she walked over.

Ebony felt someone come towards them and her pupils shrunk before Ivan's eyes and she fased faster then she ever had. She jumped in front of Ivan baring her fangs at the girl. She felt her instincts highten as she smelt the blood and swore. "Ivan I promise I'll be back I have to go befo-" but she took to air before she could finish and flew as fast as she could driving the scent from her nose. Soon she changed back and figured out why she had fased. the girl had put her on edge because she thought the girl was going to hurt Ivan. Seeing him standing still okay Ebony sighed and flew back towards Ivan and landed lightly by his side. "Sorry... I to get fresh air..." she said and blushed.

The girl smiled and giggled, she was about eighteen and seemed to have a good personality. Even though she was dark she was special.

Ebony looked at Ivan then to the girl. "ummm... Hello. What brings you here? Oh! Sorry I'm Ebony and this is Ivan. What's your name?" ebony said and blushed feeling that she had said something rude and had no idea why a girl like this wouldn't be running at the sight of her.
