Sig sighed and decided to help Ebony. He got up from where he was perched, and with lightning speed, he tackled Ivan to the ground before he got to Ebony. He tried to hold him there long enough for Ebony to get away,"Ebony, don't just stand there, run!"

But Ebony refused to run, she had to help Ivan. She jumped through the window and chased the man down. She threw herself at him knocking the remote out of his hand. She scrambled for the remote and grabbed it. She ran away from him as gaurds floaded the place chasing after her. One grabbed her and she stabbed him killing him. She ran on and jumped back onto the roof. The gaurds began to surround them they where hybrids. Mixed werewolf, and vampire, with elf and cetar, and so many other horrible combinatations the stregth of them alone would make it near immpossible for them to escape.

Ivan growled under sigs weight and tryed to get out from underneath him. He wasn't in the mood for being pinned and he started biting at Sigs arm, trying ot get him off of him. The other creatures made a circle around them and they all growled and hissed at them. Another doctore made his way to the front of the circle and smiled at The three. "sorry little girl but that remote won't do anything for you, he is under our control now and will only listen to us. If you dont' press the right button you will just kill him." he said as he looked at her.

Ebony bared her fangs at him angerly and hissed. A gaurd came to close and she swung her sword angerly at him cutting him down. She held the point of the sword to the doctor's throat and damaded angerly,"Which button!" When he said nothing she pressed harder on her sword making blood trickle down his throat and the sword bite into his throat. "Which button is it!! I will kill you and all your presious monsters and try my luck with the remote!!! Unless you tell me which one!!" she growled angerily and some how ivan got out of Sig's grip and rammed into her. She was sent sprawling and his claws racked across her back. She turned around and held up her sword to protect her from his snapping jaws. She kicked him off of her but as she got up his claws caught her in the stomach making her gasp ans stare in disbeilf at the claws going all the way threw her. She fell back words as he swipped her across the chest with the other claw and everything faded into pain and darkness.

The docter smirked as he watched Ivan but then stared in amazment he saw. Ivan had stoped his assult on the tow and was now holding Ebony in his hug arms. Tears went down his face as he looked at Ebony. He had done this to her, he had harmed the one person he had sworn to protect. He was a monter. He then turned to the doctor and let out a growl that would have scared the most dangerous demons. "your going to all die." he said and in less then five minutes all the creatures where dead and he still had Ebony in his arms. The doctor layed on the ground riped to shreads and blood everywhere. He then looked at Ebonys wounds and started patch her up, hopeing that she was going to be okay.

Ivan pressed on one of Ebony's wound and she took in a ragged breath. Pain racked her body and her body surged forword as she began to live again. Sh opened her eyes scared of what was happening and sat up. Seeing ivan she cuped his face and looked into his eyes. "Are you alright? where you hurt? What happened to you?" she said ingnoring the pain in her stomach. "Did I hurt you?" she asked looking him over releaved that he seemed to be fine.

Ivan sighed when he saw that she was alright. "I am fine, somehow I managed to gain control over the control chip inside me." he said softly and looked at her lovingly. He hadn't gotten any wounds since all the creatures where afraid to go after him when he was angery. But you couldn't tell if he was wounded because he was covered with so much blood. "but what about you? are you alright?" he said as hee gently stroked her cheek and then layed it there. He then kissed her forhead "I am sorry for doing this to you." he said as he kissed her nose and continued to wrap up her wounds.

Smiling faintly at the beatiful sensation from his kisses she savored his gentle touch as he wrapped her wounds. Every fiber in her body was going crazy at hi touch ans yet at the same time it was sweet. "I'm fine, it'll heal quickly. And its alright, you really don't have to appologize, it wasn't your fault... Did you kill all of them?..." she asked curiously seeing the destruction around her now. When he nodded and was about to explain she put her fingure to his lips. "Maybe, I do need a hero... Now and again...." she whispered and kissed him lovingly on the lips, not being able to resist him any longer. She had never been broken and had never gave into anything. And yet ivan could make her melt just with his touch....and she would do anything for him, she wasn't going to lose him again....

Yin stopped in her tracks when she saw what she had almost stumbled upon.
Not wanting to intterupt such an intimate moment she retreated to the nearby field. She blushed slightly when she thought of the looks in there eyes, and her heart began to ache at the thought of being alone for any longer. She sat and felt the soft grass underneath her. The slight breeze flowin through her hair. She decided to introduce herself when the time was right, and layed down to stare into the sky and dive into her mind once more.. |
pulling away from Ivan gently Ebony whispered, " How can this work? We are so different.... And someone is bound to find out... What if we can't stop them nest time?" She was scared. Almost more scared then she had been when she had been in that prison. "How can we keep it a secret? When we have josphineand sig? can we trust them?"

Ivan kissed her on the cheek. "I am sure that we can trust them." he said as he looked into her eyes. He loved her touch more then anything else and he would protect her with his life. "and if anything happens I will protect you." he said as he stroked her cheek lovingly. He loved to feel of having her this close to him. He had wanted nothing more then to find someone in his life to love and now that he had her he would stay by her side forever.

Ebony closed her eyes savoring the feel of Ivan's gentle touch. Her body rippled in delight and she leaned closer to him unconsiously. She was then struck by a stab of pain in her stomach and grimaced opening her eyes. She could feel the muscles and organs sowing themselves under her skin. Her skin crawled at the sensation and she shuddered. She smiled at him reasuring him and let out a soft giggle at a saying she remembered from before she was a vampire. It was the only thing she remembered before she was turned and all she could remember was going to sleep and then waking up a vampire. "Love kills slowly... How fitting..." she whispered.

Ivan smiled and slowly got to his feet and kept Ebony in his arms. "yeah it does and you should enjoy every minute of it." he said as he gently cradled her in his arms and kissed her cheek. He would enjoy spending every minute with her since he would be his one and only love.

After a few minuets of being carried Ebony felt like a burden. "I can walk you didn't stab me throught the legs you know." she said smiling foundly. She hated relying on people but when it came to Ivan she found herself relying on him alot. "I'm fine really its probibly already closed and almost done healing. I guess that's one good thing about being a stupid vampire." she said and when they entered the camp sight Apollo rushed towards the barking like crazy. Ebony got out of Ivan's gentle hold and wrapped her arms around Apollo soothing him with her thoughts. But when he saw that she had let ivan in he went crazy again and barked at ivan angerily. He lunged at Ivan snapping his fangs and growling angerily. Ebony was almost thrown off of him. "Apollo calm down! Apollo! Apollo!!" Ebony yelled over the barking and he turned on her ramming his head into her stomach. There was a sickeing crack sense her bones hadn't fully heal and she gasped and balled up in pain. It was the worst pain she had ever felt in her life on oh god it hurt like hell. Apollo whimpered and nugged her gently making her take in a big breath and bite her lips trying not to scream. blood trickled from her lips and Apollo backed away. "Its alright....You didn't mean it..." she said pain weighing on every word.

Ivan got worryed and knelt down besides Ebony. "you better lay down before it gets worse." he said as he eased her down so that she was laying down. He then looked at Apollo and didn't show any anger from what he had done. "could you go and get some Betony." he asked softly. "right now this isn't a time to be made at you for doing this so please could just get me some Betony for her." he said as he looked back at Ebony and gently whipped away the blood from her lip. Then started to pull some oils and salves out of the pouch on his pants.

"go Apollo I'm fine." Ebony said and closed her eyes. Never in her life had she been so fragile and so easy to hurt and it was begining to scare her. After Apollo left the clearing Ebony took Ivan's hand and looked in his eyes for comfort. "Well a vampire getting hurt by two wolves severly doesn't happen every day..." she said and laughed. She grimaced in pain as her body shook from the laugh jarring her severly. "Not a good idea to be laughing with broken ribs... I didn't think that through very well.." she said and gasped when Ivan touched her side She gave a grunt of pain and clenched her hands and fists.

Ivan started to think about everything that would work to help ease the pain. He just hoped that Apollo would hurry up with the herb. That herb would relax every muscle and bone in her body, so she wouldn't feel much pain. He gently started to apply a salve to her side that would lessen the pain. He did it with suck care and gental hands that you would never expect him to be a werewolf but more of a doctore. He then gently stroked her cheek. "laughing or moveing isn't a good idea till Apollo gets back with the betony." he said as he smiled at her and kissed her cheek..

"Yes... That's true..." she said absentmindedly wondering what had gotten into Apollo. What couldve gotten into him he had never done anything like that before. "what had gotten in him? " she whispered and Apollo ran back into the clearing. He set the plant a ways away from Ivan and looked at Ebony and whimmpered. "Apollo it's fine... It's just that I'm in a little bit of a situation... And I'm a little fragile right now... Don't feel bad. Please, just don't scare me like that again." she said and bit her lip in pain as Ivan lifted her head and she looked at the plant descustedly, knowing only to well how bad it'll taste. But she swallowed it down anyway grimacing.

Ivan smiled and when she ate and then layed her back down. "the herb will relax every part of your body and will help you sleep, it will start to work soon." he said as he looked at her and gently stroked her cheek. THis was all of his fault for hurting her so much, he wish that he could just take away her pain and make it his own. But that was impossible so this was the second best thing he could do.

Ebony gave a yawn and was starled at the noise. "I've never yawned before.... Or slept.... Well if that doesn't count getting knocked out a few dozen times..." she said a little scared at what sleep might bring. But with Ivan with her and Apollo she felt safe as a jewel locked away in a safe. Her eyelids began to droop and she gave another yawn. "Don't let me sleep too long..." she mumbled and drifted off into a deep sleep.

Ivan smiled and stroked her cheek gently. "I won't." he said softly and kissed her cheek. She was the most beautifull thing in the world now. She was looked completely inosent and cute that he could hardly take his eyes off of her. He stroked her head as she slept and didn't move a inch from her side.

Apollo paced in front of them on the verge of growling. How dare he fall in love with my human!....She is mine! And only mine!! I wont let another human get close to her again!!! She wont be able to take the pain... she's becomming fragile again.... She can't be hurt again!! I refuse to let that happen!! And even if that means driving them apart I will do it!... For her... Apollo thought and layed down in front of them.
Ebony woke and yawned. What an odd expirence.... I was doing things and it felt so reall.... But I haven't moved an inch from when I fell alseep... she thought and sat up. Ivan and Apollo had fallen asleep as well and they had deserved it for such a burden she had been. She got up quietly and walked to the edge of the clearing and stretched she felt good. Energized even, Ivan worked wonders in healing. |
Ivan stayed fast asleep and seemed to be peacefull for once. He looked harmless for once and not like a protective bodyguard. He breathed steadly and the only word he ever muttered was Ebonys name. The one name that belonged to the only girl he had ever loved in his many years of living, the only person he would do anything for, the only person for him. She was everything to him now, she was his present and future.

Ebony stroked Ivan's cheek lovingly and left the clearing. She followed her keen hearing and found a river. She sat by it and thought about Ivan for a little while. Then hating the look of the bloody bandages she took them off. There were no scars thanks not only to Ivan but to being a vampire as well. Seasing the moment of being alone she removed her clothes and washed them. She hung them on a branch to dry and dove into the water. She came up out of the water and flipped her hair out of her face. Her lean beautiful body glistened in the sun and she began to wash slowly enjoying the feeling of getting clean.

Ivan woke up a few minutes after she left and wondered where she went. He was just about to go look for her when he found her sent heading towards the river. He didn't want to intrude on her private time so he decided to go off and hunt. He quickly shifted into a wolf form and darted into the forest looking for a deer.
