Ebony kicked and screamed and fought her hardest but it was no use.... This vampire was huge and he was tuffer then most.... And she saw his massive blade and was afraid of what might happen if he decieded to use it. She then felt her necklace with the crystal on it slip. It fell from her neck and she cried out surprised. But the muffle kept the sound at bay. The vampire looked at her and growled making her flinch. He couldn't take the smell of her blood much longer and hoped the next group of vampires was close by. He then saw them and ran into their mists and they started back where he came from to silence the wolf. he then smiled at Ebony and set her down. He brushed his lips against her neck and she flinched. It triggered his instinct and he bit her. He drank deeply and his hands snaked to her back and undid the armor she was wearing. EBony couldn't move as she was pinned and wished for Ivan to come soon.

Ivan picked up the neckless and growled even more. He sent out a howl and ran faster then ever before. He ran and ran and when he smelled her blood he growled and lunged where it came from. He handed on the vampires bakc and bit into the neck of his neck. He bit deeply and made sure that he had severed his spine from the brain.

Ebony looked up at Ivan surprised and called him but the muffle kept her quiet. She was so greatful for him that she thought she was going to cry in releaf. Her body was racking with pain and the blood loss was making her head spin. Not to mention the skin around the bit wound felt inflamed. She looked at him and tried again to break free of her bonds but to no prevail.

Ivan made sure that the Vampire was dead before comeing over to Ebony. he turned back into his human form and untied her. "you okay?" he asked as he took the gag off of her. He then placed a hand on where she had been bitten to stop the bleeding. "looks like trouble likes to find us." he said softly

Ebony threw her arms around Ivan and felt joy wash over her. "I don't care...." she whispered and looked at him. "as long as I have you..." she whispered and began to really feel weak. "Thank you..." she whispered weakly and pulled on her armored top that the vampire had removed. She grabbed her sword from the ground where the vampire had disposed of it but fell after sheathing it. She was too weak to stand...

Ivan chuckled and picked her up into his arms. "just relax, you have been threw a lot." he said as he smiled at her and kissed her. "now come on, I need to get back to Illuion and see how she is doing." he said as he looked at her.

Ebony blushed as Ivan picked her up and nodded. She cuddled closer to him and asked,"What happened to her? I started tracking the vampires before I thought about going back to the camp." she said softly hoping their little pixie was okay.

"she tryed to fend off a few vampires with Liliana but got hurt really badly. I managed to bandage her up but she needs a lot of rest, just like you do." he said as he smiled at her and kissed her head.

Ebony nodded and looked at Ivan. "Well... I don't want to sleep after what's happened... And what happened in our dreams last time...." she said shuddering at how their worst nightmare had become reality.

Ivan looked at her and nodded, "yes I woudlnt' want to either but sooner or later we will pass out from getting no sleep." he said as he looked at her and wondered if that was teh vampires plans.

Ebony nodded and snuggled closer to him. She sighed and tried to fight her drooping eyelids. "I know.... And I hate it..." she said and snapped her eyes open again just to have them start to droop again.

"Princess!" Illusion said as she flew over worried. "Princess no die."

Ivan looked at her, "dont worry, she is just tired." he said and kissed Ebony on the cheek.

Ebony laughed lightly and looked at Illusion. "Im alright Illusion.... It's just a bite..." she said reasuringly. The bite was pulsing with pain but she said nothing. She didn't want to worry then about nothing.

Ivan gently layed Ebony down under a tree and looked at her. "it may be a bite but it can do a lot of damage, now tell me where it hurts the most so I can treat it." he said as he looked at her and stroked her cheek.

Ebony smiled and closed her eyes loving the feel of his hand on her cheek. She tilted her neck and revealed the inflamed skin around the bite. She moved her hair away and said,"here..."

Illusion's wounds started bleeding again. She flew over to Ebony and landed on her chest. Illusion's breathing was labored. Her light was flickering.

Ivan looked at Illusion and quickly rebandages her wounds, "you cant move around much or else you will open them up more, now get some rest." he said as he looked at her and moved to Ebonys wound. It was in horrible condition and he started to go to work right away.

"Illusion no sleepy Master." She said as Ivan bandaged Ebony's wounds. "Ivan? I'll heal the princess you take care of Illusion." Liliana said softly. Her chest was no longer bare.

Ivan nodded, "okay but be carefull, the wound is very bad." he said and turned back to Illusion and went to work. "but you must not do much or else your body won't heal."

"Ivan I'll be fine." Liliana told him. "do you remember what I said to Illusion that made her sleep?" She asked. "Illusion fine master." Illusion said defiantly.

Ivan shook his head, "no I forget." he said and then looked at Illusion sternly. "if your fine then that must mean that pigs are flying and I dont see any pigs." he said and continued to patch her up.

"See ana hala." Liliana said. She smiled as Illusion insisted she was fine. She knew very well the little pixie wasnt fine but why not let her enjoy herself? "Illusion fine!" Illusion insisted as she sat up. Her body hurt but she wasnt going to let Ivan know that.

Ivan sighed and pushed Ilusion back down, "no your not fine, If you where would you still be bleeding and needing me to change your bandages." he said as he looked at her. "now please rest, I dont want to lose you." he siad softly

Illusion struggled. "Illusion no sleepy master." She said softly. Liliana laughed softly. See ana hala, Use that. Liliana told Ivan.
