Apollo chuckled and looked around. "Let me think a little bit more and get back to you... Right now our armies have to make camp." he said and Ebony looked at him confused. "Armies?" she asked and he pointed to the forest in the west and she sheilded her eyes from the setting sun. "Our centar friends have arrived... Which means the shapeshifters shouldn't be too far behind." Tricky said happily. She gasped seeing the huge mass of galloping centars. "What of the elves?" she asked and Tricky chuckled. "They will be here by dawn tommarrow." he said and Ebony looked at Ivan amazed. "Cool!! Centars!! And shapesifters!!" Thomas exclaimed and looked at Ebony pleadingly. So did the twins and Ebony sighed knowing what they wanted. "Yes you can come with me to their camps... But tommarrow." she said and they rejoiced happily.

Ivan laughed at the kids and ruffled thomas's head. He then set down the twins and smiled at apollo, "so tell me, what has happen in the three years that I haven't seen you." he said as he looked at him and wondered if he had been captured by teh wizards and turned into a dog also or did he manage to escape.

As soon as Illusion saw Apollo she sent a fire bolt at his feet. "Who are you?" She said dangerously. She held her twins close to her chest.

Apollo jumped backwords surprised and growled angerily. His pupils turned to slits and his fangs grew instantly. The twins eyes widened in fear and Tricky quickly scooped them up. Apollo was practically fighting every fiber in his body so he wouldn't change. But he wasn't succeeding too well. Claws formed as his hands and wolf ears came ontop of his head. "Apollo!! Illusion!! Don't you dare fight!" Ebony said placing herself in the middle of them. She held up her hands looking at them and looked at Illusion. "Hes a friend." she stated clearly and looked at Apollo. "Calm down." she said and he left out a breath. He straightened and then sat. He closed his eyes and Thomas watched curiously as the claws began to dissappear. Finally Apollo opened his eyes which were normal but he still had the ears. "Sorry..." he said softly.

"I'm sorry mommy, but when I saw a wolf it was instinctive!" Illusion said with a shrug.

Ivan looked at Apollo, "it happens to all of us." he said then looked at Illusion, "next time talk before you act." he said softly

"It's not my fault! Dad i'm telling you! It was instinctive!" Illusion said. She walked off and threw her hands up.

Ebony put her head in her hands. The stress of today was really setting in and Illusion's break out was only adding to it. She then sighed looking up and Apollo looked at her worried. "Ebony is there anyway I can help?" he asked and she shrugged. "No... Just get the army settled... Should you or I talk to her?" Ebony whispered to Ivan after walking over to him. She felt very tired and drained. And yet she knew she had a long night ahead of her tonight. She masaged her temple wondering if it was possible to get headaches from putting yourself in too much danger... Because if it was it would explain why her head was throbbing.

Ivan sighed and looked at Ebony, "I will talk to her, You need to go and relax." he said as he looked at her and kissed her temple. He then went off after Illusion and smiled when he finally found her. "Illusion, I know it wasn't your fault I am just very stressed and tired from all that is happening today. So please calm down and lets go back to the others." he said as he looked at her.

Illusion looked at Ivan. "What you need Daddy, is time to breathe." Illusion said softly.

Ebony smiled and rode back on Thomas's horse to camp. She took off her soaking wet clothes and put on a simple white dress. It was easy to move in and she could fight in it if needed. She then dressed the twins in matching dresses of different colors and sighed. She walked into Thomas's tent and smiled at him. "Hey," she said softly. "Hey," he said pulling on his nice shirt. "Thomas.... I'm not sure... If you can come with us...." she said softly and he looked at her. "But mom!! You said I could!!" he said shocked and turned around. Ebony nodded and sat down. "Mom? Are you okay?" he asked softly and she nodded. "Im fine... Just tired that's all." she said softly and he walked over. He sat on her lap and she stroked his head. "I can help... And I won't be annoying... I'll be quiet alot." he said trying to figure out what he could do to go. "Its alright Thomas... I want you to come.... You just have to promise me you'll be careful.." she whispered. "I promise." he said and she kissed his forehead. "Good... Now I must welcome the centars... You and the twins mustn't get into trouble." she said and left the tent.

Ivan smiled and took Illusion into his arms, "if only I had the time." he said as he started to walk back with her in his arms. "there is just to much to do." he said and he also knew that he was running out of time. He knew ti was coming closer every minute and he just hoped that Ebony would be okay when he was gone.

Ebony rode Starfire towards the centars and met the leader. "Havious, it is good to see you again." she said to the regal figure before her. He smiled and they embraced. "It has been to long demon slayer.... Too long." he said using her name she had been given years ago after killing a demon. "Tell me, how does your husband fare? Has Shade been good as he promised?" he asked and they walked side by side in silence for awail. "Actually, he's dead... Do you remember the day you noticed the collar about my neck?" she asked and he nodded. "Of course I had said it looked like the collars on which they used for pets.... And to change werewolves into beasts." he said and she nodded. "yes... It changed me as well... But two days ago my true love Ivan resqued me from Shade and Thomas killed him. "Your son? Is he all grown up?" Havious asked and she smiled. "No but he's grown.... And you haven't met the twins... You must dine with us tonight." she said smiling. "I would love to."

Ivan smiled at Illusion, "now I have to go but if you ever want to talk to me I will be around. I will always be here for you, remember that." he said as he started to head back to camp but then saw Ebony talking to the centars. He walked over and smiled at them, "did I miss much?" he asked as he walked over to Ebony and kissed her cheek. He hated being away from her to long. He wanted to stay close to her forever and never leave her side ever again.

Ebony smiled and wrapped an arm around Ivan's waist. "Havious this is Ivan, Ivan Havious." she said happily and the centar shook Ivan's hand. "Now I remeber! The werewolf bodyguard of yours! How did you get away from that vampire ambush? I thought we had lost everyone?" Havious asked lightly. "Actually I found Ivan but he had one of those collars on." Ebony said and Havious snorted angerily. "Those medlesome wizards better watch themselves... They're asking for trouble." he said angerily. "I agree." Ebony said as they entered the camp.

Ivan smirked, "the wizards have no idea who they are dealing with." he said and knew many reasons why the wizards had turned all werewolves into house pets. But now that they where free they where going to get it and all the werewolves would kill them. "they are going to all die for what they have done to my people." he said as he looked at the werewolves that where in the camp.

"Yes, but we must exersize caution... Wizards are crafty and will use anything and everything against us... We must be prepared for all options of attack." Havious said and Rbony noddded. "Yes, that would be wise." she said and Thomas ran out of a tent. "Havious!" he called happily and the centar scooped him up and hugged him. "Thomas!! My you hav grown!!" the centar said laughing. "Im almost big enough for the centar chalenges!!" Thomas said proudly and Havious laughed. "Now now my boy. You don't want to do that. You would give your mother a heart attack." Havious said and set down Thomas. "Are you going to eat with us Havious?" Thomas asked excitedly. "Yes he is. Thomas go tell your sisters to get ready please." Ebony said watching him run off. "Such a good boy." Havious said smiling. "He takes after his father." Ebony said softly. "You must be proud Ivan. He looks exactly like You."

Ivan smiled as he watched his son run off and kissed Ebonys head. "yes, I am proud of him. But I wish I could have been here for more of his life." he said as he wrapped a arm around Ebony and smiled. "but at least I am here now." he said happly and was glad to be with Ebony again. He then looked at Havious, "if anything happens please keep a eye on Thomas." he said since he knew that his time was running short and Thomas might be captured along with Ebony.

Havious looked at Ivan confused but nodded. "Of course." he said and Wbony looked at Ivan sadly and kissed his cheek. She knew what he was thinking and wanted to take his mind off of it. She led them to the tent Thomas had came out of and inside was a large table and Tricky and Apollo were standing away from it talking and laughing. "Ah! There she is! I told you she's always right on time!" Apollo said happily and Tricky clapped him on the back. "Where are the twins?" Ebony asked and heard giggles. She let go of Ivan and got down on her hands and knees to see all three kids under the table. "What are you doing under there?" she asked laughing and they jumped out and tackled her laughing.

Ivan laughed as he watched the kids tackle Ebony to the floor and wished he had more time. He had just met them a while ago and yet he knew he was already going to be taken away from them soon. But that was then and this was now, so he pushed that thought out of his head and smiled at them. "what where you three doing under there?" he asked as he looked at them.

The three laughed at the sight and Ebony sat up and tucked her hair behind her ear. "Yes what were you doing?" she asked and the twins beamed. "Feeding Fang!" they said together and she looked at them confused until a small dragon crawled out from under the table. Ebony gasped and it looked at her and blinked. "Mommy?" it thought and she jumped a little hearing it's thoughts. Thomas smiled and stood. "I found him a few days ago! I saved his egg from a hungry bagger!" he said proudly and Havious looked at the dragon shocked. "Its amazing.... And it seems to be in perfect condition." he said and the twins got up grinning. "We healed his bad leg." they said together and Ebony stood stick still as the dragon crawled over to her. It sniffed her and she held her breath. Even at a younge age dragons held alot of magical power and were dangerious. "Mommy?" it thought again and it's red scales flashed in the light. Ebony had no idea what to do. "Does anyone else hear him?" she asked and Havious, Apollo, and Tricky all nodded.

Ivan nodded and bent down to the dragon. He smiled at it and picked it up, "I think we have no choice in keeping him." he said as he stood up and the dragon looked around. He then looked at Ebony, "I wouldn't want to give this little guy away since he is vary rare and I dont want him to fall into the wrong hands." he said fel thte dragon climb out of his arms and layed down on his head and looked like some kind fo weird hat.

Ebony got ip and nodded. She reached out to the dragon hesitantly and it met her hand with it's head. She smiled and stroked it's head with two fingures and smiled. "I guess he won't hurt." she said smiling and Havious smiled. " If anything he will be a great advantage. Dragons are said to have the power to bring people back to life... But it's never been recorded." he said and Ebony smiled. "Lets eat the food will get cold." she said smiling and they all sat. They ate in silence for a little while until Apollo said,"Ivan you asked about my little idea earlyer."

Ivan smiled and looked at Apollo, "yes, so are you going to tell us your idea." he said as he finished his food and leand back in his chair. He wanted to know what Apollo was thinking and see what he could do to help.

Apollo smiled and folded his hands and rested his arms on the table. "Well the twins were just talking to me about their visions and I began put together a little plan. Vampires have an advantage because they are extremly fast and don't need rest. But with these two... We can be unpredictable." Apollo said and Tricky nodded. "Yes we could see where they are going and surround them." he said catching on. "Exactly!" Apollo said and Havious stroked his chin thoughtfully. "But doesn't that ware the little ones out?" he asked and Ebony nodded. "Yes... And they can't summon the sight at will." she said softly. "But we can try!" they said bravely.
