Ivan nodded in agrement and walked over to her. He stroked her cheek gently and looked into her eyes. "yes your right about that." he said as he looked at her and smiled a little bit. "but at least your okay and I didn't have to leave you." he said, his voice so gental that it was almost inhuman.

Ebony smiled brightly and turned to the cage door that the scientist had so conveanantly locked when he had come in. She took hold of the bars and her eyes turned a glowing yellow and her turned grey. She began to bend the bars when they began to glow that unearthy blue and burned her hands. She stumbled backs words shething angerliy and cradled her hands against her chest. "What is that horrid mental?" she demanded angerily and another vampire appeared seemingly out of nowhere blocking their escape. "That my dear creation would be meteorite from a fallen star. Very powerful and effective against your lovily new species." he said and Ebony snarreled at him angerily. He smiled and turned to Ivan. "And you, wolf made it possible for her to become how she is but all experiments have experation dates and hers is drawing near unless I ca fuse her DNA with my cerim." he said and as if to prove his point Ebony grabbed her arm and the smell of burning felsh filled their noses. She let go of her arm and looked at the odd rune burned into her flesh and looked at the vampire angerily. "What kind of trick is this?" she demanded. "I wish it was a trick but I fear this is all to real... And if you don't cooperate, both of you, my superiors will let you die." he said sadly and started to walk away. " Why do you care?" Ebony called and he turned to her. "I was the one who saved you from the rest of your families demise... And I am the one who gave you the means of escape... I hoped i would never see you in this place again..." he said and dissapeared into the darkness.

Ivan growled at him and wrapped her in his arms, pulling her close. He didn't want to give her to him but if he didn't she would die and he wouldn't be able to live with that. He then looked at her in the eye and sighed softly "you will have to go with him." you could tell that he didn't want to say those words but he had to, there was no way around it.

Ebony looked at him shocked her eyes growing in disbelief. She never thought she would here him say that she had to leave but she knew it was because he was scared for her. "Im fine... I don't remember him at all... We shouldn't trust him... I don't want to believe it... I don't want to leave..." she said fear entering her voice even though she had tried keeping it at bay but she couldn't. For she realized if the scientist had lied he would kill Ivan.... And possibley her as well.... She didn't want it to end, not like this...

Ivan stroked her cheek gently and kissed her forhead. "but what if he says was true? I dont want to watch you die." he said as he looked at her, worryed filled his eyes to the point that it was spilling over. "I dont want to leave you either but what if he was telling the truth." he said and kissed her cheek. He didn't want it to end, ever. But now it seemed like it could and he didn't want it to.

Ebony nodded and being brave she slowly let go of Ivan and walked out of his embrace. Tears filled her eyes to the brim as she called for the scientists. He returned and looked at her solemly. "I was hoping you would agree... But I need a blood sample from him to make 100% sure that my serum will work. I don't want to take any chances." the scientist said and pulled out an empty shot. Ebony looked at Ivan as he filnched as the needle poked him in the bicep. When the scientist was done he opened the door for Ebony and she slowly walked out of the cage. She could kill the scientist and run with Ivan and Apollo to freedom but when she turned to look at Ivan she knew she couldn't make him go through with it. She lingured as the scientist closed the door. He grabbed her arm gently and pulled her away down the dark hall.

Ivan watched them go then smirked, he never said that he wouldn't follow. He turned to Apollo, "get out of here as quickly as you can and wait outside for us." he said as he punched a hole into the wall that lead into another room. "I am going to follow them to make sure he trys nothing funny." he said and shifted into a regular wolf form. He looked a the bars and smirked. They weren't going to stop him. He quickly squeezed threw between two bars and nearly burned his sides off. But he didn't care, as he got out he ran down the hall still in his wolf form following Ebonys sent.

Ebony stared at the ceiling as she layed on a doctors bed in a completely white washed room. She fought her tears fiercly and took little comfort in the scientists soothing words. Only one person could sooth her and she had left him in a cage. The scientists exclaimed his triumph and looked at her excitedly. "The wolfs blood did it!! It steadied your system! The only flaw is that nothing is holding it together.... So I think if I give you some angel blood it should fuse your blood equally and save you from taring yourself apart." he said and she let him do various tests on her. The only thing was she had no clothes on so he could observe her change inthe various tests. She payed that no heed or anything else for that matter. All she could see was Ivans face, on the verge of tears as he watched her leave. Finally he took a sample of her blood and mixed it with a specific angel blood. It didn't work and he had to take three more shots before he found the right blood.

Ivan wondered the hall like a lost pup after a while. He coudlnt' remember wich way they went so he closed his eyes and sorted out all the different sents till he found Ebonys. When he did her sent seemed to drive him crazy with happyness and he shot down the hall to a room. Inside he poked his head and saw Ebony naked on a table and the sicentist over her. He wanted to growl at The man but stoped it before it came out. He smiled when the sientist turned his back and quicly shot into the room and under the bed where he wouldn't be seen. He then peeked out for a second and kissed Ebonys hand saying silently that everything would be okay and that he was here.

Shock coursed threw Ebony as she felt Ivans tender kiss. No alarms went off.... Somethings wrong here... They wouldn't have let him go that easily unless.... She thought and her eyes grew in horror. They're trying to catch the scientist in the act!... She thought horrified. She was about to say something when the s ientist cut in. "Here we are! This should stop the blood from rejecting each other." he said and slowly filled the shot. "Its a trap! They let me go because they knew Ivan would follow me!" she exclaimed but it was too late. Vampires crashed into the room and mass choas exploaded in the room. Ebony was flung to the floor and when she rolled onto her back two bloods fell upon her face and she swallowed it before she realized what she had done. "No!!! You've killed her!!! She won't be able to substain the change!!! You've killed her!!" the scientist yelled and Ebony's body arched in pain and she rolled onto her stomach. Burgled screams can from her lips as she began to caugh up blood and her spine began to show perfectly under her grey skin. Her skin on her back split open down the spine and revealed pure black muscel and red blood spilled uponthe floor. Wings grew at an alarming rate but insted of both being angelic wings one was a demonic wing. A demon tail replaced the wolf tail and above her wolf ears a golden hallow appeared. She howled in pain and stoped moving and breathing all together.

Ivan could only stand in horror at what was happening before him. But when he saw Ebonys lifeless body on the floor something snaped inside him. In a instand he remembered what the elder werewolves told him and why he actually never fell in love. They said that once a werewolf finds the one they love they must protect it with everything. If they see that there love is dieing or dead werewolve snap and become the one thing vampires can't stop and what everyone fears, includeing the werewolf himself and if isn't stoped will kill himself and everyone around him.. he had only showed some of his power befoer when he had almost killed her, now here was all of it. Ivan Growled a monsterous growl and his eyes turned blood red. His body grew to be the side of three men or more and was in his werewolf form. But before he charged out and killed everyone he yelled "murderous." then started to kill everything and everyone in his path. He knocked out walls and got gashes but none of it mattered. He had lost his life and he would take theres in return.

Ebony's life blood fell onto the floor, every last drop. She layed there in all the different blood, none of it intermingling, until Ivan knocked the last vile of angel blood on the floor. Then all the blood turned from black to gold and her body absorbed it like a vaccum. As her body absored the blood her skin repaired itself at an alarming rate her hair permenantly turned white and her long trapped powers where unleashed. She rolled onto her back and golden light errupted from her. She woke and sat up taking in a shuddering breath. She looked around and found herself still morfed. She extended her arm and looked at it perplexed. Her skin wasn't changing back... Her hair wasn't black like it should be... And wings protruded from her back.... She herd Ivan all the way across the whole prison dying screams following him. Scared that he was untroubled she stood and at will her other self took change. Her eyes turned to wolf eyes, her hands to claws, a devil tail from her tail bone, and a golden halo adorning her head. She let out an in human scream shattering all the glass in the whole building and paralizing everyone inthe building. Walking towards Ivan's trail with power showing in her features she saw him killing evryine and everything. "Ivan stop!! I'm here!! I'm alright!! Ivan look at me!!" she shouted demandingly at him happy to see him.

Ivan stoped right when he heard her voice. It sent electicity threw him and he turned to her. He had a dead person between his teeth and was in teh process of riping someone into two. His eyes slowly started to change back and Ivan started to gain control. HIs mouth fell open and the person droped to the floor, not moving a inch. "you okay" he said softly and let the man in his hands drop, he screamed out in pain. He looked at her and wlaked towards her, as he did he started to change back but his wolf ears stayed out. "are you really okay?" he asked as he now stood infront of her. His chest was splatered with blood and he looked crazed.

Ebony flexed her wings and smiled. "I'm pretty sure," she said and hugged him. She threw her arms around him happily and smiled at him. A vampire snuck up on Ivan from behind and before he could do anything Ebony pointed her hand at him and golden light shot from her hand throwing him into a wall the power killing him instantly. She looked at her hands in wonder as she stared at the golden energy dancing around her hands. Another vampire came at her from behind and wrapped his arm around her throat picking her off the ground. he held a knife in his other hand and held the point to her temple, distracting Ivan from the other vampire coming from behind him.

Ivan growled at the vampire and felt his claws come out instantly. He could hear the other vampire comeing form behind him with his wolf ears and growled even more. "let her go now or else you will end up like your frineds on the floor." He said and without even looking grabed the vampire from behind him and slaped him down onto the floor and placed a foot on his head, ready to crush it. " now let her go." he said as he pressed dwon on the vampire he had. He had killed almost everyone in this place and all of there bodys where on teh floor, riped to pieces.

Ebony's eyes began to glow pure gold as she struggled for air and the man screamed in pain as his flesh began to burn against hers. He howled in pain and dropped her and she fell to the floor gasping for air. She rubbed her neck and paid no heed to the vampire burning alive before them. She caughed and spit up blood. She looked at her hands but everything was becomming blurry. Thats when she felt a small stabbing pain in her side. She pulle out the needle and swore and coughed again. More blood came up and she shook. Cold seeped into her bones and hated the fact that she had no clothes on.

Ivan quickly ran over to Ebony when she fell to the floor, he crushed the head of the vampire as he did. He quickly picked her up into his arms and cradled her in them. "Ebony? stay with me, I dont want to lose you." he said as he stroke dher cheek, his whole body was on fire since he was just in his werewolf form, but her body felt like a big old Ice pack. But hw growled when he saw the needle and looked around. "whoever is there come out and face your death." he yelled and you could tell that he ment everyword of what he said.

A mortally wounded vampire appeared from the shadows and snickered. "I told them we shouldve just killed the princess when we killed her family but no! That reched scientist begged for her to live. And now he's dead, killed by his own presious creation." the scientist came from his spot in the shadows and ran the other vampire threw with Ebony's sword. He had a huge bleeding gash on his head, his arm was malled, and he had been stabbed in the side. He stumbled towards them and handed them back their things. Ebony caughed again spitting up golden blood, and the scientist collasped. "Hurry if you want to save her..... You mmust get her outside when the sun comes up.... It's the only thing that can save the princess.. Go!" he said, his dying breath leaving his lips in hope of the princess bringing a better future.

Ivan looked at the Sientist and vampoire for a second. He didn't get why they where calling her Princess. He didn't have time to figure it out so he nodded at the doctor and muttered the werewolves saying for saying goodbye to a enemy yet friend. Then charged out of the building. He didn't even bother going threw the halls. He just covered Ebony with is body and ramed itno the walls going threw them till he hit the outside.

Ebony caughed harder as Ivan ran threw the walls and being josled in his arms made the pain racking her body even worse but she said nothing. She had to trust Ivan... She could barely see annything now and she shook as the poison started to set in. "Ivan... Please, don't be mad at me.... I don't think I can... Make it...." she whispered and caughed up more blood. Please let him let me go.... I dont want him to morn over me....

Right when Ivan heard her say that he fell to his knees and tears streamed down his face. "dont you dare say that." he said as he tears landed on her face. "dont you dare say that, I dont want to lose you now not after I had just found you. I cant go back to being alone now that I have you." he siad as tears continued to flow and he kissed her cheek and everywhere on her face.

"Please don't cry, Ivan...please..." she said and caughed. "This is how I want to go in your arms...." she said and more blood came spurting from her mouth. She could barely breath as her throat contracted. Apollo came running and whimpered at the sight of her. She touched his head showing everything she had kept from him and asked for his forgiveness. "Of course, Please Ebony stay..." Apollo thought and she smiled sadly. "I ish I could stay..."she said barely a wisper. All of sudden the sun came up in a big ball of fire and she gasped as the rays hit her. She floated in the air from Ivans arms and the golden rays extracted the poison and destroyed it. As the sun began to rise farther she was set back into Ivans arms but her eyes where closed and she seemed not to breath.

Ivan cradled her in his arms, unable to move anywhere. He gently stroked her cheek and kissed her everywhere on her face. He wasn't sure if she was dead or alive, but all that he knew was that he wanted to hear her voice. "I love you, more then anything else." he said, tear tracks where on his cheeks. If she opend her eyes then he would ask her to marry him right away before anything else bad happend.

Ebony began to breath stedily and her eyes slowly opened. They where a bright piercing purple and her halo and tail had dissapeared. She smiled faintly at him and whispered," I know... And I love you more than my life or anything in the whole planet." she kissed him happily. She didn't understand what had happened but all she knew was that she had been given another chance to live.

Ivan smiled when he saw her awake and breathing. He kissed her back and kept her in his arms. "then would you do the honor of marrying me." he said softly as he looked at her and kissed her everywhere on her face. He wanted to be with her always and never apart, he wanted to be at her side till the day that she died. He wanted to do everything and anything with her.
