'Stop hurting yourself, he's not coming back.'
She laid on the living room floor with blood dripping from her knuckles.

skeith pulled up in the driveway. "magic can be a bit usefull at times like these." he walked in to the house. he saw ichigo bloody on the floor and held her close. "don't do this to me." he ran out to his car and sped down to the hospital still holding her in his arms. "i'm not gonna let you die."

She sat in the car in his arms.
"O...k...?"

skeith pulled up to the hospital and rushed in with her in his arms. "i need a doctor! NOW!" he screamed when a doctor didn't show up quick enough he put ichigo down on a bed and moved her into an empty ER room. "this might be a little painful but i'm going to help you." his hands started glowing. "don't freak out, its part of the demon perks." he started grabbing her where her wounds were bleeding and they healed instantly. "i'm almost done. this last one makes me need to put you to sleep." he held his hand over her eyes and she fell asleep. he leaned toward her and kissed her lips. "forgive me for what i've caused you to do." he whispered to her as she was still asleep. he started to finish healing the last of her wounds.

She raised an eyebrow when he started healing her.
"What got into-"
She was cut off by him putting her to sleep.

when skeith finished he grabbed a scapel and cuut his finger and wrote on the wall in his blood. "thanks for nothing, losers." he looked at his finger as it healed and then carried ichigo out into the car and drove back home.

She woke up in the car on the way home.
"...where are we?"
She asked, looking out the window.

"in the car. heading home." he looked at her and wrapped his arm around her. she was cold from the loss of blood and how her body was still recovering. "don't move to much, your body is weak from the loss of blood." he looked back at her and said "i'll carry you into the house when we get there so don't worry about that."

She nodded and silently coughed.
"What happened?"

"i came home but i sped up the trip by using some demonic magic and teleported here. when i found you, you were passed out on the living room fall. you looked like you would bleed to death if i didnt act immediatly. when i got you to the hospital they didn't pay any attention so i got you into an ER and started using demonic healing to stop you from dying." he pulled up the driveway and stepped out. he walked around and picked ichigo up and started walking towards the door.

She squirmed in his arms.
"I can -cough- walk."

skeith chuckled and said "no you can't." he opened the door then laid ichigo down on the couch in the living room. "ya need anything?"

She shook her head and looked at him.
"Nothing...but you."

"what?"

She smiled.
"I need you."

he smiled and said "don't worry. i'm not goin' anywhere."

She folded her hands on her stomach and nodded, still smiling.

he looked at his bloody hands and said "i'm gonna go wash up."

She nodded and stared at the ceiling for fun.

skeith went upstairs and washed up and changed his cloths then headed down stairs. he sighed and said "man its the middle of the day and you got me wore out." he chuckled and said "i may be part demon but because of my human side makes the magic take a huge chunk of energy out of me."

She looked at the pattern and listened to Skeith.
"Oh...I'm sorry."

"it's not your fault." he looked at the tattoo on his arm. he got it to remind him why he ran away from his father when he was 14. it was a picture of his mother but it was designed to have her face on the blade of the knife his father killed her with. he pulled the sleeve back over the tattoo and asked "hungry?"

She coughed lightly and closed her eyes.
"No."

he grabbed a blanket and pulled it over her. "go ahead and sleep. i'm not leaving." he sat back down in front of the couch

She groaned/growled.
"I'm not tired."
She pulled the blanket over her.
