Tabitha looked at her and sighed, "im Tabitha, its nice to meet you" then she looked down, "im actually trying to find a place where ill be accepted, im not just a neko im a vampire and a neko and ive been kicked out of every place i come close to, this is the only place i can be myself and not be afraid to get attacked"

I laughed a little, "A vampire cat huh? That's quite the combination, don't think I've met any like yourself before, plenty of vampires and plenty of cats but no combination of em. I did meet a vampire monkey once before though, he was rather intriguing. I guess the life of a stray isn't for everyone, sometimes you'd have to fight," my ear with studs twitched aggravated, "but you don't seem like the fighting type to me, you're a bit of a house cat it seems."

Tabitha smirked, revealing pointed fangs, "im stronger than i look" was all she said, her red eyes glittered and her tail lashed.

I grinned, "Oh I'm sure, I have a few scars from fighting a vampire or two in my time." I reached up and removed the studs from my left ear, a large cut showed the ear was in two pieces, held only together by the earrings that were actually one. "This one is one of just a few that wouldn't heal completely, it was ripped apart by a vampire man who wished for me to give him children."

Tabitha looked at it and smiled, "Men in general are stupid morons that only want to get what they want, vampire men are worse" she said in an off-hand way and lifted the end of her dress to show a dark scar running up her upper leg, it went further than she showed and she put her hand to her waist, "it ends here" she said quietly, "i got that, because vampires happen to be obsessed with being purely vampire, im a disgrace to both vampires and nekos"

"Welcome to the Inn Violet." Sy smiled warmly. "If you need anything else, just ask."

I snorted, "Not really, cats are as often mix breeds as they are purebreds, it's rather annoying when they think you should be pure only. Vampires are just stuck up when they're pure." I replaced the earring to connect my ear halves back together. "I'm not a full bred myself, not sure what I am exactly, all I know is my parents were both a big mix of a little of this and a little of that." I grinned.

Tabitha smiled back at her, "most of the vampires i met are very stuck up" she sighed, "exept for one and hes the one that made me like this, and we were going to start a life together but..." she paused and took a deep breath, "his coven members killed him"

My eyes narrowed, "Bastards can't stand it when an outsider comes in. I've not lost anyone close to me in that fashion, but I also tend to not get close to people, habits of a stray I guess." I leaned back and sighed forlornly.

Tabitha looked over at her, "i didnt mean to fall for him" she started, "it just happened now im afraid of love" she looked down at her hands.

Syra left the bar, to throw another log on the fire. She brushed her hair away from her face, as she fell into one of the winged backed chairs. She sighed in comfort.

"No one means to fall in love with anyone, it just happens, it's not something to be sorry for. You shouldn't fear love either, even if you loved someone it doesn't mean you were meant to be with them, it just means you were meant to experience something with them. It's not your fault it ended and you shouldn't be afraid to try it again," I glanced at Sy as she sat, "Love is a wonderful thing, but it's also painful, don't fear it."

"I don't mean to eaves drop, but she's right. Love is something to experience, even if it turns out bad, you have to try." She looked up at the painting and smiled. Sy looked over at them, "Everything is worth experiencing once"

Tabitha shrugged and looked over at Sy and then back to her hands.

I frowned a bit before reaching over and dragging the girl over to the couch and keeping my arm around her to ensure she didn't run, "Don't go all silent on us now, Sy doesn't bite... well at least when she's not in a bed I think." I gave Sy a sly smile.

Tabitha sighed, and looked around still keeping quiet

Sy giggled. "I only bite in bed, no worries. I'm sorry Tabitha, I shouldn't have said anything. It's just that love is a topic I'm very passionate about... Especially since I trick people to feel the emotion for me, so I can feed. Thus why I don't feed often. No one should be tricked into feeling love." She stood up, and backed away from the girls, "sorry for interrupting..." She walked back to the bar.

I sighed, "Tabi needs to be more social with people who aren't feline." I played with her ears a bit, "Even if you fear love you shouldn't fear the people here. We won't hurt you."

Tabitha looked up at her, "i dont mind, you have a right to talk about something your passion" then she looked over, "and im not a people person" she said quietly

I laughed, "Being a people person is a choice, not a personality type. You can make an effort to get to know the people who are willing to get to know you or you can hide yourself away."

Tabitha looked over at her, "im used to hiding myself away, just sitting here is different for me, when you first said something to me, the normal me would run and hide in my room"

"And that's your choice, follow your habits or break free of them, if you have no problem with the way you live then good for you, but are you happy?" I gave her a serious look.

Tabitha sighed, "i wasnt, but thats only because i was clinging to the memory of my beloved" she said quietly

I sighed and frowned, "Don't think of the time when he died, instead think of the feelings he brought to you when you were together and the memories you made with him. Makes things a lot easier sometimes."

Tabitha looked up at her, "i think your right" she finally said, she grabbed her tail and held it quietly.
