I entered the inn, full from my hunt, and sat at the piano. Playing a soft tune I started to sing with the notes. It was thrown together, a song I'd never heard but it didn't sound to bad to my ears so I continued.

Tabitha looked down, "You seem sad, why is that?" she asked, "not as bad as i was but you seem like you could use a friend" she stared at him her eyes changing reds so they were the color of roses. she flicked his shoulder gently with her tail

"I'm fine..."
Caleb lifted his head as the music and lyrics started to be played and sung in the other room. He swiftly pushed himself off the counter and grabbed his hoodie in one graceful movement. Slowly he walked to the Main room and saw the Cat playing music, leaning against the doorway of the kitchen he listened.

Tabitha winced, good job you ruined making a new friend she stood in the kitchen and watched Caleb and then she walked to the door and walked out into the main room. Without looking back she walked back to the stairs and shut herself in her room. She layed on the bed and stared at the ceiling. "Well i am stupid" she said with a sigh.

As he saw the girl leave he felt rejection wave from her.
"Damn..."
Caleb followed her silently up the stairs, seeing her go into her room. Quietly he knocked the door. He couldnt let the first person he could actually talk to think they were rejected. God he was so stupid...
"Tabi..?"

Tabitha heard the knocking and she debated if she should get up and answer the door. Finally she sighed and got up, sliding to the door she opened it up and blinked in suprised when she saw it was Caleb, "Yes?" she asked flicking one of her ears. what does he want she wondered.

Caleb took a breath and let it out slowly.
"I wasn't rejecting you...Music just gets my attention."
He smiled softly.
"Thank you for being my friend."
He took her hand and kissed it, bowing his head and walking back down the stairs to pass out on any couch or chair that was there. Fatigue took him over.

Tabitha smiled slightly, "i understand" She blushed a deep red when he kissed her hand and smiled, "and thanks for being mine" she watched him walk down the stairs and yawned, "i should probably get some sleep" she said to herself and closed the door. She slid over to the bed and climbed onto it. She curled into a ball and fell asleep her tail moving slightly until a dream took over her then it lay still.

Naida looked at heard music and turned to see Kiseko playing. She made her water appeared once more and made the water dance. She turned the water into ice and began to move it until they caught the light perfect and reflected the lights in different colors. She smiled at her work.

Sy shook her head. "no I wasn't. It's just magicks." Sy giggled, making herself a vodka drink.

I changed the tune to something a little more up beat, a variation of a gypsy song I had heard when I traveled with them.

Naida continued to make the ice dance even though the beat had changed. She turned to Sy "Oh i see. I sort of thought of that you might have been born from fire since i was born from water i can control water as sort of a part of me. I thought it was the same for fire."

Sy gave her a smile and a half shrug. "Nope. I'm a Succubus. I just know certain magicks. Manipulating fire, creating flowers." She waved her hand, and the roses refreshed themselves. "But you were really born of water? There has to be a story behind that, if you don't mind telling, that is."

Anora came back in and smiled to the piano music. She felt as if a weight had been lifted from her shoulders. She went back to the bar and sat down next to Naida, motioning to Sy for another refill on the smoothie. She didn't want to interupt whatever they were talking about, so she just listened.

Sy saw Anora's motion and nodded. Without breaking her connection to Naida, she made Anora's smootie, and handed it to her.

"well i dont really have an exciting story." Naida shrugged. "Im just a water nymph. I was simply born from water one day along time ago. I don't even know how old i am..." Naida said a little depressed. "I don't know when im going to die or how i even function, if im just water. I guess that's why i freeze my self some times because i want to preserve my life more... im not sure." Naida said some of her fears out loud.

Caleb stirred slightly as he woke and rolled off the couch, almost falling his eyes opened and he pushed his arms out, stopping himself from hitting the ground.
"Darn."
He pushed himself off the ground standing up.

Tabitha woke up and yawned, she got up and ran a brush through her hair and then she turned to the door. "I think ill stay longer outside today" she muttered. She opened her door and stuck her head out, her ears twitched slightly listening to anyone stirring upstairs, hearing nothing she slid out of her door and slid to the top of the stairs, she looked over the edge and watched caleb fall off the couch and onto the floor, she giggled slightly and then skipped down the stairs her tail curled up.

Sy reached over to hold Naida's hand. "It'll be ok love. Everyone has that fear. Honey I'm 286 years old." a slightly pained look crossed Sy's face. "I'm beginning to think I'll only die if someone kills me."

Caleb ruffled his hair and picked up his hoodie off the couch, sliding into it.
"Coffee..."
He walked almost in a slight zombie state to the kitchen and pour himself a cup of coffe, enjoying the bitter heat go down. His mind wandered to Tabi, he hoped she was alright.

Tabitha smiled when he heard him talk about coffee, she grimaced at the thought of it, "bitter stuff" she would always call it. her ears twitched and she walked slower down the rest of the stairs, her red eyes flitted to the door but she turned towards the kitchen, she opened the door a tad and purred, "Morning Caleb, nice fall back there" she said reffering to when he fell off the couch.

I stretched as I sat up from my bed, having retired late last night. "Hmm it's been awhile since I last walked as a feline." I changed forms and shook off my clothes. Long snow white fur only marred by the midnight black tips at the ears, paws, and tail. The earrings hadn't fallen out and the red string around my neck stayed in its place. Golden yellow eyes caught the mirror, I realized this form had gotten a bit larger again, to about the same of a medium sized dog.

Slipping out the door I silently went down the stairs and jumped onto the counter next to Sy and Naida. I mewed softly.

Caleb looked up and nonchalantly run his hand through his hair.
"I caught myself in time."
He sipped his coffee silently. Though he didnt really collide with the floor, he could see how it would look that way.
"Sleep well?"

Tabitha sighed, "As well as i could" she said. She hoisted herself up onto the counter and looked at Caleb, "So what are your plans for the day?" she asked him. She let her tail hang off of the counter and the tip of it twitched, every once and a while hitting the cabinet with a dull thud.

Caleb shrugged his shoulders as he leaned back against the counter with his coffee.
"Not sure."
He could just walk around the area, come back here for lunch or something.
