The Damned and the Saved
 

The Story
There are magical beings amoung us. Angels that have been placed on the earth but not all the angels are good. On the contrary, there are many evil angels amoung us. The Saved are angels sent by God to either protect a charge or track down one of the Damned, and destroy them. The Damned are either willing followers of Satin or Saved angels that where captured and turned into a Damned. These captured angels are bound to Satin's unbreakable will and forced to do his bidding. There are two things that the Damned are in charge of doing. Exterminating the Saved and either killing or turning innosent humans into Damned. The war had begun. Who will you be? An innosent human, a Saved, or a Damned?

The Damned

Short Bio: Selene used to be a Saved mortal charge until her angel fled instead of protecting her. She fought hard but she was no match for the evil angel. He took her to Satin to be exacuted and at the hangman's noose she stood proudly accepting her fate. Seeing this Satin turned her into a Damned threw horrible torture and bound her to his will. Now she's one of the most powerful Damned and has never failed a mission. Yet she tries constantly to break from Satin's will and inflicts torture upon herself for doing so, for Satin hates rebels. Selene is his only exception for she is the key to ending the war.
Personality: Selene is in deffintion emo. She doesn't cut herself but she dresses and acts like an emo. But really she secretly whishes to join the Saved. Yet she knows she couldn't , even if god accepted Damned angels, she had killed to many to be forgiven.
Elemental Power: fire
Weapon(s): any type of weapon she can weild with ease. But she prefferrs her automatic hand guns hidden on her persona at all times.
Extra: Selene can track anything and will not stop until her mission is finished. And she sometimes plays games with her prey by letting them run and then trapping them again. But Selene really wants one thing above all else. Her true soul mate.

The Damned


The saved

Selene waited in her room for Satin to come and set her free. She had yet again tried to leave him and he had yet again beaten her severly. Whip marks covered her back but they where fading quickly, thanks to being an Damned angel. The door opened and the seducive form of Satin stepped in. Sation had many forms he took on and this one she was most familiar with for he always tried to woo her into coming to bed with him. But she never did which made him even more hungry for her all the time. "Selene...Selene.... What am I to do with you?" he said smiling evily and wrapped his arm around her waist. "Tell me my next mission and Ill be out of your hair." Selene said and his hand slipped down too far for her tollorence. She ubruptly caught on fire and he jumped away yellping in surprise which turned to a chuckle. "I need to to kill an angel by the name of Alexander, and kill his charge." he said and she walked out of the room the fire vanishing as she did.

Selene went into her personal room and grabbed her trusty barrettas. As she began stocking up on weapons she ran over the file with all the information her spies had gathered about this angel. As she ran threw it her eye caught a small detail about his charge. "Ahh... So she likes to party a little too much...." Selene said smirking and put her berrettas in their holsters around her thighs. Her leather pants caught the light as she walked to her closet and grabbed her trenchcoat. "Now to set the trap..." she whispered an evil smile curling her lips as she walked out of the secret room her coat tail snapping behind her.

autum was asleep in class her teacher was going on and on about some boring thing nobody would ever use in the real world when he suddenly droped a large and heavy book on the ground next to autum. she didnt even move from the sound all you could hear was her mumble something about the anwser being 9 and falling back asleep she didnt care what the real anwser was this was world history and she never got why they taught it no one needed to know when some group of dead people ruled the world.

Selene walked down a dark and filthy street and spotted Marish. She grimaced knowing only too well she was having fun around these sick people. Selene didn't bother to say hi or even give her any idea that she had spotted her old partner. After their last mission she had vowed never to have a partner again. And she had excelled much farther because of it. Selene then began walking down allyways turning here and there granting herself time as she went over her plan to kill the charge. Ounce she did the damn saved angel would come.

Alexander was running around on earth just seeing who needed any help. He saw a school and decided to go see what was going on. He flew inside and saw a girl being yelled at by a teacher. He sighed and decided to get the girl to listen for once. He flew over to her and whispered into her ear "listen you might learn something." no one would see him, he was able to use the wind and water in the air to make him invisable.

autum thought someone was just talking to her so she looked around and moaned "what the hell was that." the teacher looked at her and sighed "if your not going to listen then stay asleep." she stuck her tounge out at him and went back to sleep but she whispered "damn invisable voices getting me introuble." she fell back asleep.

Alexander sighed and then gently hit her in the head and whispered into her ear. "sorry but I am here yet now, now listend or else." He siad and pulled a feather form his wings and stuck it behind her ear. That was how he showed his mark on people, telling them that someone was watching. "now if you ever need me just brush the feather." then left the school. He started to walk around and town wondering if anyone needed help. He let himself be seen but not his wings as he walked around town.

instead of going to her next class after the bell autum went to the bathroom and looked up at the mirror to see the feather she had no idea were it came from but she just knew that something just happened that made her even more abnormal "well this should make my life alittle more fun shouldnt it." she left the feather she rather liked it were it was and went to her next class it was one that she could actually stay awake for since it was one were she could be herself music class. while most of the kids were singing she went into the teachers office and opened the closet to find the cord for her electronic piano. she hooked up it and started to play closing the door so the others didnt bother her she soooo loved this class because the teacher didnt mind when she was alone "ok what to play now." she started to play the song she was writing herself humming along to it she knew the words to it but just refused to sing she didnt like it if anyone was listing to her but she didnt care if they were listing to her play as long as they didnt tell her what they thought about it.

Selene walked down a street really sticking out in her leather pants and trenchcoat. She looked around at people and swore when she saw her assignment walking down the street casually. Ill just take him out first.... Selene headed towards him in the crowd and stepped in front of him. "We need to talk... Or do you want me to make a scene?" she said darkly and revealed her berrettas to him from beneath her trenchcoat.

Alexander looked at her for a second and then smiled. "A talk sounds better and by the looks of it you need one." he said as he looked at her. His voice held no sighs that he was scared of her or anything like that, instead it sounded more like he actually cared to talk to her and see if he could help her. "there is a park just down the road that we could head to, hardly anyone goes there." he said as he looked at her with a smile

Selene raised her eyebrow. he's enjoying this. I have half a mind to just shoot him down now.... But then Satin will wipe me again... she thought and pulled her sleave down to cover the massive whip mark around her arm. "Fine. But you try anything tricky and your charge girl dies." she said angerily and let her coat fall consealing her berrettas from sight. "Lets go...." she said reluctantly and walked next to him. She was on edge, her wings wanting to take flight and shoot him down. Then she would relax but until then she couldn't help but let her hand rest on her leg right above her gun.

When they got to the park Alexander smiled and leand agenst the tree. "now tell me my young friend, what do you want with me?" he was way to calm for anyones likeing. He knew that she was probably sent here to kill him, satin hated him that much. He had captures more of the damned then any other angel so who wouldn't want to get rid of him. But none the less he would embrace death with open arms for he had lived long enough that he was almost satisfied with his life, the only thing missing was love. THe wind blew gently and ruffled his pure white hair and made his blue eyes sparkle. He woar black pants and a plain white shirt with a tie losely tied around his neck. He smiled at her happly, hopeing he could help her.

autum was glad that the day was almost over she put everything away before the bell rang and ran out of class. she walked all the way home it wasnt that far away but when she got their she saw the people she didnt want to see "well damn." her parents were home and all they did until she got to her room was yell at her about school and other things. once in her room she sat on her bed and just looked up at the celling.

"Young? Ha! I've been in this war just as long as you. If not longer... But I don't remember my mortal life anymore. Being a charge, your brothers charge actually, was boring. Oh you didn't know that now did you? Yes the brother you never knew was my protector and some savior he was. He ran." Selene said knowing that Alexander believed his brother to be this great angel. But in all truth he had gone behind everyone's back and tricked them all.

Alexander looked at her for a second then smirked, "yes, I heard about that and that is why I do what I do. I am trying to make up for what he did wrong in the past." he said then looked at her in the eye. "my brother was just like any other angel, I use to think he was the best till I went with him one day and I saw that he ran all the time. From that day on I have taken it upon myself to help as many people and damned as I can." he then smiled "but you still haven't answered my question, what do you want? but if all you want is someone to talk to then I will happly stay."

"I've been sent to kill you... Personally actually.... You captured my old partner. I wanted to return the favor." Selene said and stroked her gun thoughtfully. "Why not kill like your other Saved friends?" she asked and slowly returned her gun to its holster. If she was going to kill him she might as well get some answers. "And why aren't you afraid? I am the most sucessfull Damned angel alive... Surely you would''ve herd of me... Selene the distroyer maybe?" she said and streched. Her trench coat slipped off her shoulders to riveal a few whip marks on her shoulders. She pulled the trench coat back on cooly not wanting to draw attention to her injuries that where quickly fading.

Alexander sighed and looked into her eyes "I dont believe that killing solves anything, it is just a way of showing power and your killing people who where once friends." then smirked when she said that he should be afraid "being scared is when you dont want to do something or have something happen to you, but I have embrassed just about everything so I am not afraid to die." he said as he looked at her and smiled. He was hardly ever afraid of anything, he had forgotten how to be afraid over his many years of liveing since he has experienced just about everying, everything exept love.

"I forgot.... You saved angels have no idea what pain is anymore.... Now if you where in my spot being tormented by Satin himself, fear becomes a great advantage. You learn fear and it saves your life in more situations then one... But not when it comes to me..." she said and shrugged off her trench coat and let him see half of her bare back. Scratches and fading scars with whip marks covered her back. "I may learn what fear is but Satin takes everything... Now that I have nothing but life left he threatens it constantly.. I live off my fear... I never know when my last day is... Unlike you spoiled saved. Getting to chose everything... Having freedom... You have no idea how horrible fear is.." Selene said boldly and slowly pulled the trenchcoat back over her wings and back. She looked at him to see his reaction. To see if he was as wise as his fellow saved say.

When she talked about how much pain and sufferieng she had been there something seemed to kick him in the stomach. He remembered pain now. He remembereing being a human and being taken to Satain. He shivered slightly and smirked when she was done. Hardly any of the other saved knew that he nearly became a Damned, that was where he got his scar from on his back. "fear and pain I no longer feel since I help to make the pain and fear less. But I have felt it and know it just as well as you and I know that pain will come again." he looked at her in the eye. He had been a child when it happend. A damned had captured him and taken him to satain. He saw how he was and knew that he would be a great alley, but he said no. So satain had tortured him till one day a saved found him and turned him into one of them. He now helped damned since he nearly became one of them.

felling she forgot something autum crawled under her covers she slamed her head into her pillow and started to grumble something about wanting to get away from her hellish life. she finally decided she had enough "screw this life im hated at home at school people are a bunch of asses." she got up from her bed and pulled out the bag from under her bed and started stuffing it with clothes. she got out by her second story window and climbed down the tree near it she started to head toward the bus station.

Knowing his story she nodded and said quietly,"If I wasn't bound to Satin's very will.... This torture would stop..." she looked at him her red eyes flashing with an emotion she barely showed, sadness. She cursed herself under her breath and began to pace angerily. She was so confused... Why didn't Satin just kill her? He had killed countless others like her. Why not her? Selene tensed as she felt his presence. Satin himself was on earth. Selene turned to Alexander feeling something towards him that she had never felt before. "You need to get out of here! Run, dissapear, fly, I don't care just get away!" she said and pulled out her berretas. She pointed them at him dangeriously and cocked them to the ready. "Damit! Go! Satin's comming for me!" she said agerily. She wasn't afraid to shoot but she was afraid if Sarin getting his hands in Alexander again.
