In the Izalia Empire, every single city is well known for something important in the world. Kayana is known for having the best sea port in the world. Lunisa is known for the silver glow it has during the night. Oh, and Lita has the world's largest variety of flowers.
However, there is one small city that is away from the others by the name of Secaria. The inhabitants of this city aren't known by anybody else. If a villager of the city went to another place and mentioned the city, it was likely that nobody heard of it.
One day, there is an epidemic in Lunisa, and everybody who lives in Secaria are blamed because they are an unregistered city in Izalia. Lunisa doesn't want anybody to know that Secaria ever existed, so the send military groups to close of the city.
It's up to you to decide what happens next...

Name: Xthulu
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Place of Origin: The wilderness outside of Lita
Personality: Naive to the ways of civilized society, but very astute to personal and emotional environment. Caring, if a bit crude. Speaks his mind.
Appearance:

Other: A man who grew up in the wilds. Cast aside by his parents at birth, somehow he survived. He learned to hunt and scavenge food from all sources of the earth, and how to fight like the beasts that roamed the land. Eventually, through observation, he learned to speak, though the people of Lita never accepted him. When the people of Lita see him, they call him 'Xthulu', an ancient word which referred to an exiled one, and so the man considered it his name.
(Is this reasonable?)

(I can start, if you wish. Also, I can make what few recommendations I can to those I know, and see who will heed the call of this roleplay. Would that be permissible?)

(Most splendid.)
Xthulu woke up with a smile, the sweet sunlight drifting lazily into his home as he yawned. It was beautiful; the way the rays glimmered as they reflected off the walls of his carved room made everything shine in a deep golden colour. As well it should; Shuka trees were supposed to have the finest wood available, and Xthulu had carved his home in one. A sword lay on a shelf which seemed to naturally grow from the wall, the way a protruding bone would be seen under flesh, and it, too, lent to the brilliance of the room. Various carved jars sat in a corner, depictions of people dancing and making all sorts of merriment upon their husks. Together, it looked like a great parade, a festival of sorts. Xthulu wanted them to look nice, even if they only stored venison, herbs and water.
He stretched, the sinuous curves of his muscles well-toned in the morning glow. After preparing a meal of Litan boar meat spiced with rock salt, the barbarian glanced outside. Far below, a stones throw away from the base of the tree, he could see the people of Lita in a bit more of a fuss than usual.
"Something troubling them. Better go see later."

Mekota had wondered around a lot inside the empire of Izalia, but she never thought she would ever get lost. She was somewhere between Lita and Kayana, one of the most known areas in the world. Mekota herself was from Lunisa, that had order two days ago that there was to be a lock-down on Secaria. She was one of the few people who actually knew of this epidemic.
She looked off to the left of the path that she was on, and by all the roses and daisies that were all over the ground, Mekota realized that she must have been near Lita. She had been lost for days, so she thought she would see what was going on inside the city.
Mekota took a detour through the forest until she reached the outskirts of Lita. She could hear a lot of voices and wondered, "What is going on...?"

Xthulu heard a voice from below, and peered over the edge to investigate. Upon seeing a newcomer, he decided it was best to introduce himself. Strapping his sword to his back, he swung himself over the edge, jumping down the branches the way most people climb down stairs. Finally, he jumped to the ground, a daunting distance of 10 feet. The earth trembled as he collided with it, and he held up his hands as a sign of peace. "I no mean to startle you. I just see you not from around here, and think you might need help."

Mekota was indeed startled by this man. For one, his speech wasn't that great, and he looked like someone who was fished out of the forest. However, she was happy that somebody was talking to her, "Don't worry about," Mekota said, smiling at a little. "I do need some help... I need a place to stay for the night."

"You might want go in town... People no seem like me or my place... No know why." He bowed his head a bit sadly, but then looked at her. "If you have no money, though, it either outside or my place... It really your choice..." It was then that he actually seemed... Shy. He turned a little, hiding a blush on his face, as he said "I no have person at my place before..."
Oh no... I talking too much... What do I do? What do I do?

Mekota giggled a little, "I spent the last couple of months traveling, looking for a place I'm suppose to go," she said. "I... I would love to stay at your place, if you really don't mind. I'm considerably low on cash-- I spent it all on food in Kayana." Mekota thought she was dumping her problems on a strange man that she only just meant.

"O-okay... Ummmm... You want go to my place now, or have things to do first? Only one thing first for me. Town people upset about something, and no know what." He looked at the town, a look of grim concern on his face. "It feel the way stag feel before fighting other stag for mate. No like it."
It was clear that he was a man used to unpleasantness in the world. His hardened features told many a tale of battle and misfortune, and his eyes seemed no softer. Quietly, he looked back at Mekota, awaiting an answer eagerly. Once again, he noted he was probably talking much more than he should have been, and remained quiet. Of course, not too experienced in the ways of society, he was never told not to stare, which he was unfortunately doing right now. It was all well and good, though, that he had the common sense not to let his eyes wander away from hers to other, more intimate parts.

((Sorry, I'm never on during the weekends))
Mekota smiled warmly, "I have nothing to do, so I guess I will go with you to find out what is going on with the townsfolk," she said. Mekota was happy to just have somebody here that would wanted to be around her. It was much, much better than being alone like she had been for so many days.

"O-okay... If that what you want." He escorted her to the town with a peaceful, careless stride, admiring the beauty of nature around him. The songs of several birds and the scent of Lita's world-famous flowers made every step seem heaven. The look of serenity on Xthulu's face was quickly replaced with disgust as they entered the town. The birds were replaced with the sound of peddlers and blacksmiths and street performers, and the aroma of flowers was overpowered by fire and sweat and toil.
"No like the town... Bad place. No sense of harmony here... Excuse me! You there! Why people upset? Something bad happen?"

Leah sighed and walked out of the door and into the middle of town, "empty as usual" she scowled looking around. Shrugging to herself she walked back inside to grab a coat. Once she found one she threw the hood up and walked out of the door, her deep red eyes glowed from under her hood.
