Reon saw how sad Alexandria looked. He felt his heart ache. 'At least she's not crying..'

Reon didn't have any magic. So he didn't really understand what it was like to not be able to use something you were born with. He imagined that it would be painful.

"Umm..Once we reach the base you can use magic.. It'll be fine. They won't go out looking for us in the forest, it'd be too much of a hassle for them." The young man said, as he ran a hand through his hair, feeling a bit awkward. He wasn't really used to being around girls his own age. To be honest, he wasn't sure how to act. Both the girls were pretty though.

His eyes snapped to the window of a nearby house. That boy was either watching them..or had a pet of some sort. "Well..we just need the quiet ones name..then we can get going.. Unless of course you think that boy that ran away would be helpful."

Marcus walked up his stairs but couldn't help but spotting them again. This time with others. He stopped on his stairs. He thought that something was going on; something suspicious. They wouldn't stand out there that long. He moved closer ignoring if they saw him or not. Maybe they were going to stop this war or they have powers just like me, marcus thought as he watched the group of people on the street. 'I should join...but they probably wont even want me there' he thought once more and stared at them through his little window of blinds.

Syn watched from afar as the small group of people conversed. Her darkened corner was something out of a story, all shadows and totally secluded from the real world. Syn laughed. Wasn't that the metaphor for her life, she was thinking, shaking her head slightly.

Syn stepped out of her hidden area and slowly glided closer to the group. Maybe she'd get a glimpse of some excitement, some kind of hope. That's what this world needed. She kept one of her daggers close at hand, the hilt poking out of the folded fabric at her waist.

"I... I could help, maybe?" She piped up, trying not to startle anyone.

Asia slowly stands and nods at Reon and Alexandria. "I'm Asia... and thank you for helping, but i fear it will just get you all into more trouble." She looks down and lets her spiritual pressure return to normal, then looking at Reon. "Those guards partly want to catch me. I'm a former government tool and they want me back. Or dead.... I'm not too sure which is the more appropriate thought right now." Looks at Alexandria and back to Reon. "If you don't want me to come with you, I understand."
She slowly takes in the group of people standing before her, offering her help in the form of shelter. Trying not to get her hopes up, she waits for Reon's reply to her past.

Talitha woke up and hearing voices she picked up her bow and arrows and equiped them. If the guards were here to steal from her would she have a suprise for them. She opened her door and looked toward an alley where several people were talking. She rolled her eyes would people never understand outside is not safe. She walked over to the group.

"If you guys dont get inside your gonna have a lot of trouble. The guards are eager to destroy anyone they find talking in groups."

She looked at them a moment and walked away heading to the woods. It was time for her to make some more money.

Reon saw Syn, 'More..where are they all coming from?'

"Alright. You're in.." He said, nodding to Syn. He heard one of the other girls talked, and he turned to her. "Well, I don't mind. We have enough law breakers in our group, another one won't be a problem."

A small smile appeared on his face. "So don't worry."

When he saw the other girl, and watched her walk away, he knew she was right. It couldn't be helped though. In some cases it was safer to move in groups. "Alright, you guys ready to go?"

Reon wondered if he should go get that boy. He didn't think he could handle be the only teen guy amongst a lot of girls. Not that there was anything wrong with girls, it was just.. It would be nice to have another guy around. 'If he's happy where he is, I shouldn't bother...'

Alexandria looked to Reon and nodded "yes" She looked around at the ruined city. She wouldn't miss it one bit though. All of her memories here are of hardships and days of thirst and starvation.

Asia nodded her head at Reon. "Yes, I agree. And why are you so trusting?" she eyed him warily, but walked with them as they moved. Her dark shirt fell awkwardly around her now mch smaller shoulders. As she walked, she had to be careful not to trip on the frayed ends of her jeans that hung over her black boots.

Marcus kept watching from his window and noticed that a bunch of girls were in it. Marcus didn't like the accompany of girls; thats one reason he never liked his mom. He sighed and crossed his arms still watching diligently.

Alexandria looked up to where Marcus was. She could see his life energy through the building where he was standing and stared up at him.

Marcus looked down and then quickly shut his blinds; standing right behind them hoping she hadn't seen him long enough to remember his face.

Alexandria may not have seen his actual body... but she had seen his life energy signature and would remember it and looked away from the boy and went and caught up with the rest of the group.

Alana walked the other direction wondering what in the world those people were doing. SHe rolled her eyes well she wasen't going to jail with them. She headed outside of the villiage that had been totally destroyed almost. She walked to the woods and set a snare.

By the time two hours had passed by she had one deer and three rabbits. She skinned them and butchered them. That took her another three hours. It was getting darker and darker. SHe headed home with her meat and skins loaded in her backpack. She headed into the villiage. She had almost made it home when some soldiers stopped her and demanded to know what she was doing outside at night.

SHe looked at them a moment and smiled sweetly. "Just heading home from the hunt." They stared at her a moment and demanded to see what was in her backpack. She opened it and grinned when they grimaced at the smell of meat. They questioned her a few more minutes before sending her on her way. She looked in the corner to see if the group of people were still hanging out there.

Reon shrugged. "Well, I'm not as trusting as I seem... But I know how to spot someone who needs help, or if a person is good or not. Though, even some people who seem bad, can actually help you in the end."

The young man remembered days when he was younger. How he was taken care of by a man who he found to be terrifying. He learned a lot in his youth. He glanced back at the house Marcus was at, but continued moving forward.

"I hope you ladies aren't afraid of the dark.." Reon commented, quietly, as he led them into a deep forest. "I won't tell you any specifics, but where we're headed isn't the most normal place to be hanging out at."

Alexandria walked up by Reon "Well I imagine not all of us are the most normal people" She concentrated the energy around her into a soft light around her hand holding it up to light the pathe ahead of the group.

Reon glanced at Alexandria out of the corner of his eye. She was so pale. Everything about her was pale. She was like the ghost of a beautiful young maiden. The light seemed to make skin glow, adding to her otherworldly appearance. She was certainly beautiful though.

"Heh, I couldn't help but notice..." He murmured, adjusting his grip on Nil.

Marcus peeked through his blinds wondering if he should follow them or not. Reflectively he did; He stepped out quietly making him self hidden. He watched the group walk off and he glided a little forward.

Alexandria looked over at Reon "Notice what?" Alexandria noticed that Reon looked handsome in the glow of her light despite all of the scars.

Alana watched them as they took off somewere. She rolled her eyes "When I told them to be careful I didnt mean to take off together now they really are gonna get arrested." She mumbled to herself as she grabbed her bow and arrow and and took of after the group knowing they were gonna get in trouble.
She slowely walked without making a sound.

Asia walked in silence close behind the group. Feeling additional energies near them, she instinctively fell back a little more and made a slight sound. "Keep moving, I'll catch up." with that, she seemed to vanish into the shadows and let her power build.

Natasha Valentine kneeled down to tie her shoe, concentrating extra hard on her shoelaces. She was trying to fight the urge to suddenly bolt, feeling too exposed in the meadow....
She finally finished and stood up, reaching up to make sure all her hair was tucked under her hat. With a nod, she began to jog, then suddenly put on the speed and began to sprint.
She felt the wind whip past her face as she ran, her feet barely touching the ground as she went. She skidded around a corner, leaning low, and dodged between the trees. A small smile danced on her lips; so far, so good...
Suddenly, she tripped over something, and her small body hurtled through the air. She landed hard on the ground, biting he rlip to stop the small cry that rose from her throat. She instantly got back up, making it to cover behind a tree and checking herself out. Her knee was scraped; she could feel a small trickle of blood trailing down her leg. Otherwise, she was fine.
"That was dumb, Val," she muttered, tearing a strip from a shirt in her messenger bag and wrapping it around her knee. "Really dumb." She frowned slightly as a memory tried to push its way into her head, but she shoved it back and moved out from behind the tree, taking deep breathes to calm her racing heart.

Asia looked around and sighed as the group moved. *what can we all do against the might of the nobles? Especially when I barely escaped with my life....* She looked at her feet as that thought flickered but then whimpered at the reality of the statement. Had it not been for her magic, she would've died.

"We can't do much, but we can just..survive. Surviving is better than dying." Reon murmured. He ran a hand through his hair. "I think we're being followed.."

He didn't have magic, but he know this forest like the back of his hand. "We'll stay calm though. There's enough of us, I don't think there are a lot of them though, so we can take them. Just keep following me"

Asia looked around again, hopefully, but sighed. She knew the chance she stood against the people who had controlled her. The scars over her body tingled with disgust and anger at the thought of being recaptured by the nobles. "All this world is....a stage." She looked down when she whispered to herself.
