Rin was in his subconcoius or at least he thought it was he wasn't sure. He looked around and there he saw it himself as a child sitting in a room. Tubes and wires connected to him. He looked more like a machine or a creation instead of a child. He could hear voices. The scientists experimenting on him. "The injection is a success. I am suprised he has lived this long. It's as if he is not dying just to piss us off." Rin walked up to his child self. He was shocked all of this had happened to him. He had shut it out for so long, but it would explain how he got his power he had. Rin relaxed his mind and difted he knew if he was going to die then he would pay for his crimes. Lilim would finally get ahold of him once more if he passed on.

Rin saw her coming to him. It was Lilim here to take him to his own hell that she had waiting. She walked up and was standing over his head. "Geez your always pushing yourself to your limits I've noticed. You know it's not any fun taking you with me if you did something good for people. Now taking you if you had just killed that kid and his split that would have been fun, but this not so much. You haven't suffered enough for me to take you back with me yet. Remember this though Rin one day you will be my plaything and there is nothing you can do to escape it, and I have alot of fun games in mind when your mind." With that she disappeared. Rin opened his eyes he was laying there coughing up blood still.

Ti took Oni into his arms easily and propped him in his lap. He brushed a bit of hair from his forehead and placed two fingers on it, whispering in Latin. Oni's aura turned blue and began to strengthen, feeding off of Ti's bottomless pit of power. He took a few deep breaths, then took Oni's left wrist in his hand, bringing it to his lips. He whispered more Latin, his eyes glowing brighter before he sunk in his fangs, drawing off what tiny flow there was left. He cradled the small frame as he drank a slow mouthful, his eyes closed. For what seemed like an eternity, he stayed like that with Oni, their auras intertwining.

He then laid Oni's arm down, only to take his own wrist to his mouth, take a deep breath, and bite down, the bitter blood flowing quickly. Disgust flashed across his face as the thick fluid hit his tongue, but faded as he drew his arm away and held Oni's with his right hand. He held his above Oni's, the blood oozing- it's color so dark as to be black, mingling with the bright red of the boy's as it dripped down.

Ti's voice rang out in Latin again, filling the room, the shadows seeming to whisper the words back. He pressed his wrist on to Oni's, the life-essence of the Immortal rushing through the almost dead veins of the Experiment, life flooding the body.

Shadows whispered. That couldn't be right. Pre'acha'n pulled his mind out of the loop it had been in, listening to the whispers. He caws softly, flying down to a window and peering in. The vampire had Oni? Wait, their auras... Their? He cawed again, not daring to believe. Is he saving him? He shook his head, blinking to clear his vision. Nope, no change. He is...

Oni was in a very very dark and lonely place. It seemed everything had disappeared and he was floating in a sea of nothingness. Before this he had heard his brother yelling and other voices but they had been far away. Then everything went black. There had been sounds of whispers but even they ended up disappearing. Oni was curled up in the darkness and he just wanted to become a part of it, to not float alone anymore.

Suddenly something was coming toward it. It was lancing its way through the thick of the darkness and searching for him. At first he wanted to go to it but . . but something about it terrified him. He tried to retreat but he was to weak and it was so hard to swim through the blackness. The thing got closer and closer till it swallowed him whole.

Oni's body let out a huge gasp as it tried to refill it's lungs. His heart beat with a steady rhythm though still a mite weak. His eyes went wide with confusion, fear, and panic.

Ti held Oni steady as the boy gasped for air, eyes wide and body shaking. His eyes softened a bit, the deep blue starting to return to them. "It's alright, Oni, I have you safe." He said, wrapping the boy's aura with is own, dark blue swirling like a shroud over the frosty gray. He looked to their wrists, keeping them together until the integration was complete.

Rain bent to the mage, sighing and giving him a weak healing spell for that was all she could do. As her Oni awoke, however, she instantly went to him and scooped him up. She held him close, just so glad to see he was okay. The witch sat there, simply gripping him stubbornly a moment. The only thing that stopped her from pulling him into her lap was she knew it was not finished yet…

Rin managed to sit himself up and after a few moments weakily stood. He went to his mask and his book. He made his way back upstairs without another word. He struggled with his lock and opened his door closing it behind him. Rin fell on his bed his work done. Everyone was happy and he was half-dead. It almost made no sense for him to have done what he did.

Oni wasn't aware of what was going on at all. He kept shaking slightly all over and just kept gasping for breath just in case he couldn't get more. His eyes darted wildly around taking nothing in and only showing panic.

((okay I seriously need to go to bed xD Body's giving out on me XD. Just pretend RAin's clinging to him through the whole thing XD. as that's what she would be doing.... not going to let go till he convinces her he's okay and she sees him safely to bed xD. lol))

Pre'acha'n cawed again, seeing Oni move. He's alive! He flapped happily, then saw no recognition in his eyes. Shit... He shifted back to his human form, landing on his feet and running to the door, opening it and continuing his run till he slid on his knees to to group. "Oni? Oni!"

((Night Staria))

Ti let Rain half hold Oni as he trembled and looked about panicked. Ti let a bit of energy through the new connection, the calm of a glass lake creeping over the boy, hopefully letting him hear Ti's words. "That was a close call, my friend. But you are safe, we are taking care of you. "

The gold left his eyes, the midnight blue returning as the ritual completed. He took deep breaths, feeling drained as he glanced over to the Were. " He will be alright, He's just very shaken right now." He closed his eyes a moment, the calm washing over him as well. He was close to passing out when he felt a cold, wet nose on his arm. He turned his head to see the stray, it's brown eyes seeming to have worry as it whined a bit and looked to Oni.

Oni passed out. His mind and body could not handle it anymore. Luckily, his heartbeat and breathing were stable and steady. What he needed now was rest.

Pre'acha'n froze when the dog whined. "I... you sure?" he managed to get out. "Because....." He started trembling, staring at the dog with wide eyes. "Is it yours?"

((Random decision, he's scared of dogs...hehehehe))

(( Oni is bound to Ti's lifeforce, Ti can end Oni's life at will, but can heal him from virtually anything and talk to him via telekinesis. Oni's strength and stamina will increase a little, as will things like general health and reflexes, but not too much. Ti pretty much will be a guide/parent to Oni as well, he is bound to him and feels as if he had turned Oni, it's like he is Ti's vampring, but not XD ))

Ti watched Oni's breathing even out as the boy fell asleep. He looked to the dog, then the Raven. "It's a stray, but it seems to like me." He said, smiling a bit as the large dog licked Oni, "And Oni too, it seems." He then turned to the exhausted witch, "I will watch Oni til he wakes, you rest." He commanded more than said, not accepting no for an answer.

He stood then, focusing his power on strength, keeping himself awake and Oni strong. He cradled the boy in his arms, the small frame seeming weightless. "I have to rest now, please let Arina and Lukas know what happened, I will be in Oni's room with him if they need me." He said, looking to the Raven with tired eyes. He watched as the witch stumbled to her room before making his way up the stairs and to Oni's room, Dog in tow. He placed Oni on the bed and covered him with the blanket. He checked Oni's pulse before sitting on the floor before the bed, leaning against it in a meditative state. The dog looked around the room before hopping onto the bed and laying next to Oni, stretching out to be as big as he was, a black furry body pillow.

Pre'acha'n stayed still until Ti left with Oni and the dog. He then slowly got up, finding a pen and paper and writing out what he knew about what happened. Hope it makes sense... He stumbled to the kitchen, sticking the note on the stove, figuring it would be found in the morning. He yawned and stretched, making his way to his room, and bed, promptly passing out.

(( Whoa. . . that's cool and yet scary. I like it. I'm not cruel. . .okay maybe I am but hey it's adds a little flavor to the story. ))
